Work from a literature review focusing on the autistic spectrum disorder and homeopathy as a favorable and therapy that can be used to bring these children a better quality of life, as this pathology shows each more and more present in the world today. Autism is a disease characterized as a chronic disorder of the child neurodevelopment, has some symptoms in common, but the vast majority of manifestaçães are unique and individual. Why not have a biological marker to identify with precision, it is necessary a diagnosis based on conduct tests, making inaccurate and without a specific pharmacological treatment, which is only applied to the symptoms. The current Pharmacology maid in this not disorder focuses on the symptoms of the disease and nuclear, generally, side effects that exceed the benefits, showing substantial need new means of treatment that are safer and effective in the management of autism. In view of the foundations of homeopathy "medicine simillimum", minimum doses and medication only, this is a treatment that could prove favorable to the individual in question, since it focuses on finding a medicine to each patient based on their mental, emotional and physical aspects, with virtually no adverse effects when applied.
