The competence among different therapeutics lead to dogmatism. Considering the man as a structural unit permits to place the different therapeutical currents, without creating false antinomy, but providing alternatives for the different functions, permitting the articulation of different techniques, by the same or different treating doctors, giving place to team work. A phenomenological study of the therapeutics is made, creating two groups the extractive ones and the contributing ones that define the two main lines of the medical chores
