Nous voyagerons au cours de cet article dans le vaste monde delapathologie musculaire sportive. Apres avoir redefini les elements anatomo-cliniques nos listerons les remedes homeopathiques adaptes a la pathologie musculaire la plus courante en nous attardant un peu sur l'etude de l'epicondylite et de la tendinite achilleenne. Enfin, nous nous interesserons a une technique particuliere, la mesotherapie homeopathique avec quelques exemples pratiques en suggerant aux praticiens des recettes qui au cours de plus de cinq ans d'exercice en ville ont apportes aux patients que nouis traitons, un soulagment reel, rapide et tout aussi efficace que les therapeutiques allopathiques traumatisantes et generatrices d'accidents iatrogenes multiples.(AU)

Having considered the advantages to the athlete of using homoeopathy in sports medicine, some of the many opportunities to treat acute conditions are discussed. Examples of appropriate generic and OTC medicines are given. It is concluded that homoeopathy can be used successfully to complement, or in some cases to replace, existing techniques of treating sports-related conditions
