On September 12, 1942, the British ship Laconia was sunk off the coast of West Africa by the submarine U Boat 156 commanded by Korvettenkapitän Werner Hartenstein. The Laconia carried 1,800 Italian war prisoners, 80 civilians and 428 British and Polish soldiers. After the disaster, seeing the situation, Hartenstein began his work fulfilling the duty of relief and displaying a Red Cross flag. Despite this, an American B-24 bomber attacked thus expanding the disaster. British propaganda displayed the idea that German submarines mercilessly attacked convoys. The "Laconia Order" was not completely fulfilled because the Germans continued their help despite the "letter" of that order. The U-Boat Commander, Karl Dönitz, was prosecuted in Nuremberg, and the testimony of Admiral Nimitz clarified many things. Those who died remain in the Atlantic Ocean. Rest in peace

The choice of this job theme resides in the afterthought of what continuously happens to us as professionals within our normal daily experiences. What are the effects of many violent actions in which we see and of which we are the spectators or protagonists? What are the means through which we filter fear, distress and the mental projections recounted from our patents? How much does this break us down? What about in the long term? Entirely, we are reminded how to maintain our love for our work and the best intentions to help our patients When we speak of our work, one can see that we express pleasure in helping, seeing the fruits of our labor, the bitterness and delusion, which is experienced both verbally and physically. So let's begin with the word 'violence'. A word having multiple meanings, for example, destroying another because they are inferring with ones' desires, destroying another psychologically because they are disturbing the person or groups well- being, the very last attempt to recuperate a relationship, strenuous fight to defend oneself

The contribution of women to peace processes and conflict resolution continues to take more and more weight in the context of international relations and in studies and research on armed conflict, although its presence in many cases remains low and without sufficient international recognition. The case of the Sahrawi women we address in this paper is of special interest to us as an example of struggle and pacific in a chronic conflict that devastates the Saharawi people for over 30 years. While even their presence and visibility in peacebuilding processes still need recognition by States and the international community. Sahrawi women for their achievements in this long conflict, are playing an important role, which are placing value on their ability to compromise, creativity and resistance in the political project for the liberation and independence of the Sahrawi people
