RESUMO
A case of paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma is described, the first example of this rare tumour to be reported from Trinidad. The recent use of a combined treatment regime with surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy has dramatically improved the prognosis in this previously lethal tumour.
