RESUMO
The treatment of a young man with chronic symptomatic gross subluxation of the distal radio-ulnar joint of the right wrist secondary to traumatic disruption of the triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) is described. At operation, a strip of tensor fascia lata was used to stabilize the distal radio-ulnar joint. Complete relief of pain and restoration of normal function was obtained following surgery.
