The management of ectropion and entropion [abstract]

Ectropion and Entropion are usually related to ageing changes in the lower eyelid and, by understanding the pathophysiology of these changes, one can formulate a simple protocol for managing these conditions. Numerous procedures have been described in the literature to manage these eyelid mal-positions but, with the approach to be presented, one can manage these conditions by utilizing a small number of effective operations.
