Clinical findings of dry eye [abstract]

Dry eye is a common patient complaint in the practice of opthalmology. Dry eye not only presents as an entity but also aggravates many eye pathologies. In the Cayman Islands, there are lots of problems due to the dry eye and in our Centre we found that patient education plays an important role in management. This paper deals with the diagnosis and management and emphasizes the importance of taking a detailed history. (AU)
