A review of the prevalence of typhoid fever in the Dennery area - January 1971 - June 1976

The investigation revealed that although typhoid fever did occur in the Dennery area in and before 1971 there were no reported cases between 1972 and 1975. It may be assumed that this sudden decline on the reported cases of typhoid is due to the improvement of the sanitary facilities especially in the rural areas (AU)
