Региональные планы действий по ликвидации СПИДа и эпидемий вирусных гепатитов и инфекций, передаваемых половым путем, на 2022–2030 гг.

ВИЧ-инфекция, вирусные гепатиты и инфекции, передаваемые половым путем, остаются тяжелым бременем для общественного здравоохранения в Европейском регионе ВОЗ, затрагивая миллионы людей и вляясь причиной преждевременной смертности. Несмотря на некоторый прогресс в достижении целей, изложенных в предыдущем Плане действий сектора здравоохранения по борьбе с ВИЧ-инфекцией в Европейском регионе ВОЗ и Плане действий сектора здравоохранения по борьбе с вирусными гепатитами в Европейском регионе ВОЗ, проблемы сохраняются, особенно в странах Восточной Европы и Центральной Азии. Региональные планы действий по ликвидации СПИДа и эпидемий вирусных гепатитов и инфекций, передаваемых половым путем, на 2022–2030 гг. включают видение, цели и действия, требуемые для принятия ответных мер в связи с этими эпидемиями. Основываясь на достигнутом прогрессе и уроках, полученных в ходе выполнения предыдущих планов, Региональные планы действий обеспечивают концептуальную основу стратегической комбинации подходов, ориентированных на борьбу с конкретными заболеваниями, с сосредоточением внимания на людях – центральном компоненте ответных мер. Региональные планы действий помогут внедрению Глобальных стратегий сектора здравоохранения по ВИЧ, вирусному гепатиту и инфекциям, передаваемым половым путем, на 2022–2030 гг. путем проведения мероприятий, специфичных для Региона, и приведения ответных мер в соответствие с Европейской программой работы на 2020–2025 гг. «Совместные действия для улучшения здоровья». Планы действий будут способствовать реализации потенциала первичной медико-санитарной помощи за счет содействия оказанию многоуровневой помощи и развитию сетей медицинского обслуживания и продвижения программы всеобщего охвата услугами здравоохранения посредством улучшения доступа к услугам здравоохранения без финансовых трудностей.Региональные планы действий были приняты на семьдесят второй сессии Европейского регионального комитета наряду с резолюцией Регионального комитета EUR/RC72/R4.

Third meeting of the Regional Collaborating Committee on Accelerated Response to Tuberculosis, HIV and viral Hepatitis (RCC-THV): report, 15 February 2022

The third annual meeting of the Regional Collaborating Committee on Accelerated Response to Tuberculosis, HIV and viral Hepatitis (RCC-THV), organized by the WHO Regional Office for Europe, took place online on 15 February 2022. The RCC-THV serves as a regional platform for the 53 Member States in the WHO European Region to scale-up the response to all three epidemics in accordance with Sustainable Development Goal 3, on health and well-being. The WHO Regional Office for Europe has been developing the new tuberculosis (TB) action plan for the WHO European Region 2023–2030 and action plans for ending the HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infection epidemics in the Region for 2022–2030. The RCC-THV annual virtual meeting presented a major opportunity for civil society and affected communities to participate in the development of the new action plans. This report outlines the content of the meeting and summarizes key outcomes and the way forward in the response to the three epidemics through development and implementation of the new regional action plans.

First meeting of the Regional Collaborating Committee on Accelerated Response to Tuberculosis, HIV and viral Hepatitis (RCC-THV) and seventh meeting of the Regional Collaborating Committee on Tuberculosis Control and Care (RCC-TB): report, 11 April 2019

The seventh meeting of the RCC-TB coincided with the first meeting of the new expanded committee RCC-THV covering not only TB but also HIV and viral hepatitis.The first meeting of the Regional Collaborating Committee to accelerate response to Tuberculosis, HIV and viral Hepatitis, (RCC-THV), organized by WHO Regional Office for Europe, took place on 11 April 2019 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The overall objective was to provide an interactive platform for donors, technical agencies, professional societies, and patient and community representatives to foster collaborative efforts and facilitate accelerated response to TB (including multi-drug resistant tuberculosis), HIV and viral Hepatitis prevention, diagnosis, treatment and care. This serves as a Regional platform for the 53 Member States in the WHO European Region to scale-up the response to all three epidemics in accordance with Sustainable Development Goal 3, Health and Well Being. This document reviews the meeting content and summarizes key outcomes and the way forward in the response to the three epidemics.
