Efeitos da terapia por realidade virtual em pessoas que sofreram um acidente vascular encefálico ­ revisão de literatura / Effects of virtual reality therapy for people who have suffered vascular encephalic accidents - literature review

RESUMO

Os déficits motores são apenas umas das sequelas provocadas pelo Acidente Vascular Encefálico ou Cerebral, sendo a fisioterapia uma aliada para reabilitação da função motora perdida e da busca pela independência desse paciente. Neste sentido, a Terapia por Realidade Virtual vem como uma alternativa de tratamento para o paciente, envolvendo-o em uma nova perspectiva na qual sente prazer em realizar a terapia enquanto é tratado. Desta forma, o objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a importância da utilização da tecnologia como forma de conduta terapêutica para melhora do equilíbrio e controle motor de pacientes hemiplégicos. Foram utilizadas literaturas científicas, nas quais foram selecionadas como tipo de estudos os Ensaios Clínicos randomizados, pesquisados nas bases de dados Bireme, PubMed e Scielo, nas línguas inglesa e portuguesa, dos últimos 5 anos.

ABSTRACT

Motor deficits are only one of the sequelae caused by cerebral or cerebral vascular accident, and physiotherapy is an ally for the rehabilitation of lost motor function and the search for independence of this patient. In this sense, Virtual Reality Therapy comes as an alternative treatment for the patient, involving him in a new perspective in which he feels pleasure in performing the therapy while being treated. Thus, the objective of this study was to verify the importance of the use of technology as a form of therapeutic management to improve the balance and motor control of hemiplegic patients. Scientific literature was used in which the following were selected Randomized clinical trials, searched in the Bireme, PubMed and Scielo databases, in the English and Portuguese languages of the last 5 years.
