Educação popular em saúde LGBTT: um diálogo da sociedade civil com os Postos de Saúde em Goiânia / POPULAR EDUCATION IN HEALTH: A DIALOGUE OF CIVIL SOCIETY WITH HEALTH CARE IN GOIÂNIA

RESUMO

Este relato de experiência e as narrativas dos grupos foram realizados nos Postos de Saúde, e descreve as relações da população LGBTT, em especial das travestis e transexuais, com a política de saúde no município de Goiânia. O primeiro caminho deste trabalho foi entender a dificuldade dos gestores e dos profissionais de saúde além do atendimento à população LGBTT nos Postos de Saúde em Goiânia para poder envolver o movimento social e os estudos sobre orientação sexual e da identidade de gênero dentro da formação e capacitação destes profissionais de saúde. O segundo aspecto de reflexão neste texto são os fatores de vulnerabilidade dessa população, considerando que são esses fatores sociais de risco que aumentam preconceitos e discriminações contra essas pessoas e sua falta de acesso à saúde. O terceiro aspecto é levantar a idéia de que os postos de saúde podem ser entendidos e compreendidos como algo além de uma instituição e que se relaciona com a garantia de direitos e de cidadania. A metodologia adotada é qualitativa, com descrição de relatos e narrativas dos profissionais de saúde nos grupos capacitados como forma de "mini-cursos" *. O que pretendemos com estes "mini-cursos" nos Postos de Saúde, é fazer um caminho "inverso" A ideia é olhar o que a "Educação Popular e Saúde" apontam e debate com a Educação Popular buscando a democratização do espaço público. Foi realizado em Goiânia na Semana de Saúde LGBTT (agosto de 2016) nos dias que antecedem a XXI Parada do Orgulho LGBT . E todo o trabalho de relato de experiência e as narrativas dos grupos foram realizados em 15 Postos de Saúde no município de Goiânia, de no máximo 25 pessoas por grupo entre servidores da saúde e usuários, que tinha como objetivo entender a exclusão (acesso e receptibilidade) da população LGBTT na rede de atenção á saúde.

ABSTRACT

This report of experience and its narratives of the groups was carried out in the Health Posts, and describes the relations of the LGBTT population, especially transvestites and transsexuals, with the health policy in the city of Goiania. The first way of this work was to understand the difficulty of managers and health professionals besides attending the LGBTT population in the Health Posts in Goiânia to be able to involve the social movement and the studies on sexual orientation and gender within the formation and qualification of these professionals of Cheers. The second aspect of reflection in this text is the vulnerability factors of this population, considering that it is these social risk factors that increase prejudices and discriminations against these people and their lack of access to health. The third aspect is to raise the idea that health posts can be understood and understood as something beyond an institution and related to the guarantee of rights and citizenship. The methodology adopted is qualitative, with description of reports and narratives of health professionals in the groups trained as mini-courses. What we want to do with these "mini-courses" in health centers is to do a "reverse" path we want to look at what "Popular Education and Health" has built, to point out and debate how Popular Education seeks to democratize public space. In health, the integration between scientific knowledge and popular knowledge began in Goiania at the LGBTT Health Week (September 2016). All the experience reporting and group narratives were carried out in 15 health posts in the city of Goiânia, with a maximum of 25 people per group among health care workers and users, whose objective was to understand the exclusion (access and receptivity) Of the LGBTT population in the health care network.
