Vivência do acolhimento da mulher encaminhada da Casa de Parto David Capistrano Filho à unidade de referência / Living of the acceptance of woman’s reception of David Capistrano Filho Birth Center to the reference unit

RESUMO

Com base na Teoria da Diversidade e Universalidade do Cuidado Cultural proposta por Madeleine Leininger e fundamentada na diretriz do acolhimento da Política Nacional de Humanização, este estudo de natureza qualitativa objetivou discutir o acolhimento da mulher encaminhada da Casa de Parto David Capistrano Filho (CPDCF) para a unidade de referência e descrever a vivência do parto desta mulher. Para tal, foi utilizado como técnica de coleta de dados a entrevista em dois grupos focais. Os sujeitos do estudo foram puérperas que realizaram o pré-natal na CPDCF e que foram encaminhadas à unidade de referência por terem desenvolvido o risco na gestação. De acordo com análise de conteúdo proposta por Bardin, obtivemos como resultado duas grandes categorias o acolhimento da mulher encaminhada da CPDCF na unidade de referência e a vivência do processo de parto e nascimento da mulher encaminhada da CPDCF para a unidade de referência. Os resultados apontam que o encaminhamento à unidade de referência é fonte geradora da vivência do choque cultural, envolvendo, principalmente, sentimentos de medo, receio, tristeza e decepção. A pesquisa apontou que os partos aconteceram em um contexto que distanciou a mulher de seus familiares, companheiros e bebê afetando os vínculos e a formação dos laços de apego. Concluímos que o acolhimento foi baseado em uma assistência medicalizada, rotineira, fundamentado nas práticas do modelo tecnocrático, ainda vigente e atuante na rotina assistencial da unidade de referência e que o atendimento na unidade de referência não alcançou a essência da diretriz do acolhimento do Ministério da Saúde.

ABSTRACT

Based in the Cultural Care Diversity and Universality Theory proposed by Madeleine Leininger and based in the guideline of the reception of the National Politics of Humanization, this study of qualitative nature aimed to discuss the woman's reception directed from Casa de Parto David Capistrano Filho (CPDCF) to the unit of reference and to describe the existence of this woman's childbirth. For such, it was used as technique of data collection an interview in two focal groups. The subject of the study were women that had just give birth to child that accomplished the prenatal in CPDCF and that were directed to the unit of reference for they having developed risk in the gestation. In agreement with content analysis proposed by Bardin, we obtained as result two great categories the directed woman's reception from CPDCF in the unit of reference and the experience of the childbirth process of the directed woman's of CPDCF birth to the unit of reference. The results point that the direction to the unit of reference is generating source of the existence of the cultural shock, involving, mainly, fear feelings, apprehension, sadness and deception. The research pointed that the childbirths happened in a context that distanced the woman from her relatives, companions and baby affecting the entails and the formation of the bows of attachment. We concluded that the reception was based on an medicalized attendance, routine, based in the practices of the model technocratic, still effective and active in the assistencial routine of the unit of reference and that the attendance in the unit of reference didn't reach the essence of the reception guideline of Ministro da Saúde.
