A comprehensive heuristic-hermeneutic approach, based in four dimensions of the world, is discussed and applied in the sociocultural learning niche, empowering professionals and community groups to develop new configurations conducive to health and quality of life, imbricating intimate, interactive, social and biophysical dimensions of being-in-the world. Acknowledged health and quality of life problems are considered as "bubbles in the surface of a boiling pot", and analysed within this four-dimensional approach, permitting a deeper understanding of the processes that go inside the boiling pot and the creation of strong events, both in the sociocultural learning niche and in applied field projects (AU)
