RESUMO

Classifying the flow subsequences of sensor networks is an effective way for fault detection in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Traditional fault detection algorithms identify exceptions by a single abnormal dataset and do not pay attention to the factors such as electromagnetic interference, network delay, sensor sample delay, and so on. This paper focuses on fault detection by continuous abnormal points. We proposed a fault detection algorithm within the module of sequence state generated by unsupervised learning (SSGBUL) and the module of integrated encoding sequence classification (IESC). Firstly, we built a network module based on unsupervised learning to encode the flow sequence of the different network cards in the IIoT gateway, and then combined the multiple code sequences into one integrated sequence. Next, we classified the integrated sequence by comparing the integrated sequence with the encoding fault type. The results obtained from the three IIoT datasets of a sewage treatment plant show that the accuracy of the SSGBUL-IESC algorithm exceeds 90% with subsequence length 10, which is significantly higher than the accuracies of the dynamic time warping (DTW) algorithm and the time series forest (TSF) algorithm. The proposed algorithm reaches the classification requirements for fault detection for the IIoT.

RESUMO

Breast cancer (BC) is a common cancer for women. This study aims to construct a prognostic risk model of BC and identify prognostic biomarkers through machine learning approaches, and clarify the mechanism by which linalool exerts tumor-suppressive function. Three mRNA microarray/RNA sequencing data sets (GSE25055, GSE103091, and TCGA-BRCA) were obtained from Gene Expression Omnibus database and The Cancer Genome Atlas database, and prognostic genes were obtained by univariate COX analysis. Multiple machine learning methods were used to screen core genes and construct prognostic risk models. The enrichment analysis of crucial genes was analyzed using the DAVID database. UALCAN, human protein atlas, geneMANIA, and LinkedOmics databases were used to analyze gene expression and co-expressed genes. Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulation was applied to verify the binding affinity between linalool and phosphoglycerate kinase 1 (PGK1). Cell counting kit 8 (CCK-8, Edu, transwell, flow cytometry, and Western blot assay were used to analyze cell activity, apoptosis, cell cycle and protein expression. Eight prognostic genes were obtained by bioinformatics analysis and machine learning, and prognostic risk models were constructed. This model could well predict the prognosis of patients, and the risk score could be used as an independent risk factor for BC. Overall survival (OS) and immune cell infiltration characteristics were distinct between high and low risk groups. PGK1 was highly expressed in BC and the OS of patients with high PGK1 expression was shorter. PGK1 was related to cell cycle and PPAR signaling pathway. Linalool and PGK1 had good binding activity, and linalool could inhibit the viability, proliferation, migration, and invasion of BC cells, promote cell apoptosis, and induce G0/G1 arrest. In addition, linalool can promote PPARγ protein expression and inhibit PGK1 expression. Machine learning and molecular docking were promising for exploration of new drug targets for BC, and linalool exerts tumor-suppressive effects in BC by inhibiting PGK1 expression and activating PPAR signaling pathway.

RESUMO

An enhanced self-assembling network routing algorithm is proposed for the problem of weak connectivity of communication networks caused by factors such as movement or environmental interference in the construction and operation, and the maintenance of construction robot clusters. Firstly, the dynamic forwarding probability is calculated based on the contribution of nodes joining routing paths to network connectivity, and the robust connectivity of the network is achieved by introducing the connectivity feedback mechanism; secondly, the influence of link quality evaluation index Q balanced hop count, residual energy, and load on link stability is used to select appropriate neighbors for nodes as the subsequent hop nodes; finally, the dynamic characteristics of nodes are combined with the topology control technology to eliminate low-quality links and optimize the topology by link maintenance time prediction and to set robot node priority. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can guarantee a network connectivity rate above 97% under heavy load, reduce the end-to-end delay, and improve the network survival time, providing a theoretical basis for achieving stable and reliable interconnection between building robot nodes.

RESUMO

A novel synthesis of 2-(cyanomethyl)benzoic esters from indanone derivatives has been established. This reaction proceeds via a deprotonation of alcohols with a chemical base, followed by a nucleophilic addition to indanones and Beckmann fragmentation. In addition, this reaction could also work under electrochemical conditions, and no external chemical bases were needed. This mild method offers a novel strategy for the late-stage functionalization of various natural alcohols.

RESUMO

Radical fluorosulfonylation is emerging as an appealing approach for the synthesis of sulfonyl fluorides, which have widespread applications in many fields, in particular in the context of chemical biology and drug development. Here, we report the first investigation of FSO2 radical generation under electrochemical conditions, and the establishment of a new and facile approach for the synthesis of ß-keto sulfonyl fluorides via oxo-fluorosulfonylation of alkynes with sulfuryl chlorofluoride as the radical precursor and air as the oxidant. This electrochemical protocol is amenable to access two different products (ß-keto sulfonyl fluorides or α-chloro-ß-keto sulfonyl fluorides) with the same reactants. The ß-keto sulfonyl fluoride products can be utilized as useful building blocks in the synthesis of various derivatives and heterocycles, including the first synthesis of an oxathiazole dioxide compound. Furthermore, some ß-keto sulfonyl fluorides and derivatives exhibited notably potent activities against Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides.

RESUMO

An environmentally benign method for the synthesis of aryl sulfides in water under mild conditions has been realized, in which arenes are coupled with equal stoichiometry of allyl sulfides. This arylthiolation is enabled by the presence of the Lipshutz surfactant, TPGS-750-M, using water as the recyclable reaction medium.

RESUMO

The suppressor of cytokine signaling 2 (SOCS2) has been identified to act as a tumor suppressor in breast cancer (BC) progression. However, the action of SOCS2 in macrophage polarization in BC cells has not been reported yet. The qRT-PCR and western blotting were adopted for detecting the levels of mRNAs and proteins. The macrophage M2 polarization was analyzed by flow cytometry. Analyses of cell oncogenic phenotypes and tumor growth were conducted using 5-ethynyl-2'-deoxyuridine (EdU), flow cytometry, scratch, Transwell, tube formation assays in vitro, and tumor xenograft assay in vivo, respectively. The interaction between CEBPA (CCAAT Enhancer Binding Protein Alpha) and SOCS2 was confirmed using bioinformatics analysis and dual-luciferase reporter assay. SOCS2 was lowly expressed in BC tissues and cells. Functionally, overexpression of SOCS2 inhibited macrophage M2 polarization, and impaired BC cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and metastasis. Mechanistically, CEBPA bound to the promoter region of SOCS2, and promoted its transcription. A low CEBPA expression was observed in BC tissues and cells. Forced expression of CEBPA also suppressed macrophage M2 polarization, BC cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and metastasis. Moreover, the anticancer effects mediated by CEBPA were abolished by SOCS2 knockdown. In addition, CEBPA overexpression impeded BC growth in nude mice by regulating SOCS2. CEBPA suppressed macrophage M2 polarization, BC cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and metastasis by promoting SOCS2 transcription in a targeted manner.

RESUMO

Backfill mining has significant advantages in safe mining, solid waste utilization and ecological environmental protection, but solid waste materials (tailings, gangue and coal gasification slag, etc.), as derivative residues of the chemical and metallurgical industries, contain a large number of heavy metal elements, which is posing great challenges to the underground environment after backfill. In order to study the feasibility of bentonite for reducing the permeability of gangue/tailing sand cemented backfill body, relevant tests were carried out from the basic performance index, flow performance and mechanical properties of paste backfill materials. The test results show that bentonite has a significant effect on the water secretion rate of cemented fillers, and also promotes the improvement of slump and diffusion diameter of backfill slurry. The enhancement effect of mechanical properties in the early stage is not obvious, mainly concentrated in the middle and late stages of specimen curing. With the increase of bentonite content, the 28-day uniaxial compressive strength increased from 7.1 MPa and 7.9 MPa to 8.7 MPa and 9.0 MPa, respectively. Bentonite is filled between the pores of the cemented backfill with its fine particles and water swelling, which can reduce the porosity and permeability of the gangue and tailings cemented backfill. Therefore, on the premise of satisfying the flow and mechanical properties of paste backfill, bentonite can be used to improve the permeability of cemented backfill and reduce the leaching and migration of heavy metal ions.

RESUMO

A catalytic, transition-metal-free synthesis of spiroisoxazolines is outlined. This protocol provides, for the first time, a direct access to spiroisoxazolines from aryl (thio)ethers or (thio)phenols in one synthetic step via an oximation/dearomatization cascade. In this reaction, sodium nitrite plays dual roles: as a hydroxylamine source and also a precatalyst to promote the aerobic dearomatization. This methodology features unprecedented substrate scope, high yields, promising scalability, sustainable oxidant, and mild conditions.

RESUMO

The present study aims to analyze the effects of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy on operation indexes, Symptom checklist-90 scores and prognosis in patients with early breast cancer. The clinical data of 128 patients with breast cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were included into the analysis. These patients were divided into 2 groups, according to the different modes of operation (n = 64): control group, patients underwent modified radical mastectomy; observation group, patients underwent early breast conserving surgery. Then, the surgical indexes and prognosis were compared between these 2 groups.Intraoperative bleeding volume, incision length and hospitalization duration were better in the observation group than in the control group (P < .05). Furthermore, postoperative symptom checklist-90 scores in the observation group were better than scores before the operation, and were better than the scores in the control group (P < .05). Moreover, the incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group (3.13%) than in the control group (21.88%, P < .05).Early breast-conserving surgery is more advantageous for breast cancers and results to lesser bleeding, rapid recovery, and fewer complications.

RESUMO

In this work, amphiphilic surfactant was obtained using dehydroabietic acid from pine rosin and then pre-adsorbed with acid-pretreated bamboo residues (AP-BR) to block the residual lignin adsorption site, which is expected to improve its enzymatic digestibility. Results from cryogenic-transmission electron microscopy (Cryo-TEM) indicated amphiphilic surfactant with PEG with polymerization degree of 34 (D-34) aggregated to form worm-like micelles, which improved enzymatic hydrolysis yield of AP-BR from 24.3% to 71.9% by pre-adsorbing with 0.8 g/L. Amphiphilic surfactants pre-adsorbed on AP-BR could reduce hydrophobicity of AP-BR, adsorption affinity and adsorption capacity of lignin for cellulase from 0.51 L/g to 0.48-0.32 L/g, from 2.9 mL/mg to 1.8-1.4 mL/mg, and from 122.3 mg/g to 101.9-21.4 mg/g, respectively. These changed properties showed compelling positive contributions (R2 > 0.9) for free enzymes in the supernatants and sequently for final enzymatic hydrolysis yield, which was caused by blocking non-productively hydrophobic adsorption between lignin and cellulase.

RESUMO

A metal-free α-C-H functionalization of cyclic 1,2-diketones with aryl sulfoxides has been developed. This regioselective arylation involves nucleophilic substitution at the activated sulfoxide with a diosphenol, followed by [3,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement. This protocol can also be applied to the synthesis of polysubstituted cyclic 1,2-diketones with predictable structures by iterative arylations.
