RESUMO

Explore the differences in behavioral and pathological manifestations of rat models of cerebral palsy made by different methods and discuss what types of studies these models are suitable for. Behavioral evaluation and pathological section observation were used to observe and evaluate the model. Conclusion: except for the absence of data of bilateral common carotid artery ligation rats, the other three methods could all achieve a successful cerebral palsy disease model for both behavioral and pathological. For researchers, the selection of intraperitoneal infection model in pregnant rats or unilateral ischemia and hypoxia model in infant rats is sufficient to meet the experimental needs, whereas the selection of the combined method for modeling does not show enough advantages, which not only causes the waste of financial and human resources but also increases the possibility of experimental error made by intervention factors.

RESUMO

Image clustering is more challenging than image classification. Without supervised information, current deep learning methods are difficult to be directly applied to image clustering problems. Image clustering needs to deal with three main problems: 1) the curse of dimensionality caused by highdimensional image data; 2) extracting the effective image features; 3) combining feature extraction, dimensionality reduction and clustering. In this paper, we propose a new clustering framework called Deep Embedded Dimensionality Reduction Clustering (DERC) via Probability-Based Triplet Loss, which effectively solves the above issues. To the best of our knowledge, the DERC is the first framework that effectively combines image embedding, dimensionality reduction, and clustering into the image clustering process. We also propose to incorporate a novel probability-based triplet loss measure to retrain the DERC network as a unified framework. By integrating the reconstruction loss and the probability-based triplet loss, we can improve the image clustering accuracy. Extensive experiments show that our proposed methods outperform state-of-the-art methods on many commonly used datasets.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of the new Bianshi (stone needle) therapy on migraine. METHODS: Eighty cases of migraine were treated by the new Bianshi therapy with the multi-functional fish-shaped stone board. Manipulations such as pushing, scraping and kneading at acupoints were applied on head, neck and back as well as Baihui (GV 20), Shuaigu (GB 8) and Fengchi (GB 20). The intensity of headache and clinical effect before and after the treatment were observed. RESULTS: The pain score before the treatment was (8.31 +/- 0.61), and (3.90 +/- 0.82) after the treatment. The intensity of pain after the treatment was sighificantly lower than that before the treatment (P < 0.01). The total effective rate of the excessive syndrome [hyperactivity of liver yang and blood stagnation in meridians and collaterals, 100% (40/40)] was better than that of the deficiency syndrome [kidney yin deficiency and qi and blood deficiency, 87.5% (35/40)] (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The new Bianshi therapy is applicable for treatment of migraine, which has a comparatively ideal clinical effect.

RESUMO

The case-based teaching method which is applied to the teaching of Science of Meridians, Collaterals and Acupoints is discussed in this paper, in which the typical cases such as the growth of the acupuncture-moxibustion eminent physicians, the application of acupoints by the eminent physicians and the experiences in the acupoint combination are integrated. The students are instructed to launch the clinical practical activity through establishing the clinical base of Science of Meridians, Collaterals and Acupoints, in association with the true cases. It is proved that the case-based teaching method can promote the training of the manipulation techniques of the students and the inheritance of the experiences of eminent physicians in higher education.
