BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES: There is an ongoing controversy regarding the risks of restrictive and liberal red blood cell (RBC) transfusion strategies. This meta-analysis assessed whether transfusion at a lower threshold was superior to transfusion at a higher threshold, with regard to thrombosis-related events, that is, whether these outcomes can benefit from a restrictive transfusion strategy is debated. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We searched PubMed, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials and Scopus from inception up to 31 July 2021. We included randomized controlled trials (RCTs) in any clinical setting that evaluated the effects of restrictive versus liberal RBC transfusion in adults. We used random-effects models to calculate the risk ratios (RRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) based on pooled data. RESULTS: Thirty RCTs involving 17,334 participants were included. The pooled RR for thromboembolic events was 0.65 (95% CI 0.44-0.94; p = 0.020; I2  = 0.0%, very low-quality evidence), favouring the restrictive strategy. There were no significant differences in cerebrovascular accidents (RR = 0.83; 95% CI 0.64-1.09; p = 0.180; I2  = 0.0%, very low-quality evidence) or myocardial infarction (RR = 1.05; 95% CI 0.87-1.26; p = 0.620; I2  = 0.0%, low-quality evidence). Subgroup analyses showed that a restrictive (relative to liberal) strategy reduced (1) thromboembolic events in RCTs conducted in North America and (2) myocardial infarctions in the subgroup of RCTs where the restrictive transfusion threshold was 7 g/dl but not in the 8 g/dl subgroup (with a liberal transfusion threshold of 10 g/dl in both subgroups). CONCLUSIONS: A restrictive (relative to liberal) transfusion strategy may be effective in reducing venous thrombosis but not arterial thrombosis.

OBJECTIVE: To clarify nutrient supplementation usage and primary source of information among pregnant women in China. DESIGN: This cross-sectional study used information on nutrient supplementation and primary source of information collected via face-to-face interviews. Data on the usage of folic acid, Ca/vitamin D, Fe, vitamins, DHA and other dietary supplements were collected. Primary source of information was categorised as family/relatives, friends/co-workers, the Internet, books/magazines, television/radio, doctors, other people and oneself. SETTING: Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Chengdu, China. PARTICIPANTS: One thousand eighty-one Chinese pregnant women aged ≥20 years with singleton pregnancies. RESULTS: In all three trimesters of pregnancy, usage was highest and most stable for folic acid (81·7 %), followed by vitamins (vitamin A, B-group vitamins, vitamin C and multivitamins; 75·0 %), whereas Ca/vitamin D (51·4 %) and Fe (18·1 %) usage was low, potentially indicating a deficiency risk. All supplementation usage percentages increased with pregnancy duration (P < 0·05). Notably, approximately 10 % of the pregnant women in our study did not use any nutrient supplementation, and this was especially common in early pregnancy. More than 50 % of the women reported getting information on nutrient supplementation from family members, and about 30 % reported getting this information from doctors. CONCLUSIONS: Among pregnant women in China, awareness about nutrient supplementation increases as the pregnancy progresses, but some types of nutrient supplementation (such as Ca/vitamin D and Fe) remain at low levels. It is necessary to pay more attention to the health education of pregnant women in China, and the influence of family members should be emphasised.

The presence of reduced aminothiols, including homocysteine (Hcy), cysteine (Cys), cysteinyl-glycine (CG), and glutathione (GSH), is significantly increased in the pathological state. However, there have been no reports on the relationship between reduced aminothiols (Hcy, Cys, CG, and GSH) and different genders, ages, and drug combinations in human blood. The accurate quantification of these reduced thiols in biological fluids is important for monitoring some special pathological conditions of humans. However, the published methods typically not only require cumbersome and technically challenging processing procedures to ensure reliable measurements, but are also laborious and time-consuming, which may disturb the initial physiological balance and lead to inaccurate results. We developed a hollow fiber centrifugal ultrafiltration (HFCF-UF) method for sample preparation coupled with a high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method and used it to determine four reduced aminothiols (Hcy, Cys, CG, and GSH) in human blood for the first time. A total of 96 clinical patients were enrolled in our study. The influence of different genders, ages, and drug combinations on the levels of four reduced thiols in human blood was also discussed by SPSS 24.0. The sample preparation was simplified to a single 5 min centrifugation step in a sealed system that did not disturb the physiological environment. The validation parameters for the methodological results were excellent. The procedure was successfully applied to monitoring the concentrations of four reduced aminothiols (Hcy, Cys, CG, and GSH) in 96 clinical blood samples. There were no significant differences in Hcy, Cys, CG, or GSH for the different genders, ages, or combinations with methotrexate or vancomycin (P > 0.05). However, there was a significant increase in Hcy concentration in patients treated with valproic acid who were diagnosed with epilepsy (p=0.0007). It is advisable to measure reduced Hcy level in patients taking valproic acid. The developed HFCF-UF method was simple and accurate. It can be easily applied in clinical research to evaluate oxidative stress in further study.

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) has attracted attention in biochemical research because it plays an important role in biosystems and has emerged as the third endogenous gaseous signaling compound along with nitric oxide (NO) and carbon monoxide (CO). Since H2S is a kind of gaseous molecule, conventional approaches for H2S detection are mostly based on the detection of sulfide (S2-) for indirectly reflecting H2S levels. Hence, there is a need for an accurate and reliable assay capable of determining sulfide in physiological systems. We report here a colorimetric, economic, and green method for sulfide anion detection using in situ formation of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using dopamine as a reducing and protecting agent. The changes in the AgNPs absorption response depend linearly on the concentration of Na2S in the range from 2 to 15 µM, with a detection limit of 0.03 µM. Meanwhile, the morphological changes in AgNPs in the presence of S2- and thiol compounds were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The as-synthetized AgNPs demonstrate high selectivity, free from interference, especially by other thiol compounds such as cysteine and glutathione. Furthermore, the colorimetric sensor developed was applied to the analysis of sulfide in fetal bovine serum and spiked serum samples with good recovery.

The biocatalyzing effect of a novel cellulose acetate immobilized redox mediators technology (CE-RM) on nitrite denitrification process was studied with anthraquinone, 1,8-dichloroanthraquinone, 1,5-dichloroanthraquinone and 1,4,5,8-tetrachloroanthraquinone. The results showed that the immobilized 1,4,5,8-tetrachloroanthraquinone presented the best biocatalyzed effect which increased nitrite denitrification rate to 2.3-fold with 12 mmol/L 1,4,5,8-tetrachloroanthraquinone. The unequal biocatalyzing effect was due to the quantity and position of -Cl substituent in anthraquinone-structure. Moreover, the nitrite denitrification rate was increased with the oxidation reduction potential (ORP) values becoming more negative during the biocatalyzing process. The stabilized ORP value with 12 mmol/L immobilized 1,4,5,8-tetrachloroanthraquinone were 81 mV lower than the control. At the same time, the more OH(-) was produced with the higher nitrite removal rate achieved in the nitrite denitrification process. In addition, a positive linear correlation was found between the nitrite removal reaction constants k [gNO2(-)-N/(gVSS d)] and immobilized 1,4,5,8-tetrachloroanthraquinone concentration (C1,4,5,8-tetrachloroanthraquinone), which was k = 1.8443 C1,4,5,8-tetrachloroanthraquinone + 33.75(R(2) = 0.9411). The initial nitrite concentration of 179 mgNO2(-)-N/L resulted in the maximum nitrite removal rate, which was 6.526[gNO2(-)-N/(gVSS d)]. These results show that the application of cellulose acetate immobilized redox mediators (CE-RM) can be valuable for increasing nitrite denitrification rate.

In this paper, the effect of NaCl and Na2SO4 on the biodecolourization of reactive brilliant red K-2BP by a Halomonas sp. GYW (EF188281) was investigated in details. The decolourisation efficiency and the oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) change were explored during the decolourization process. The results from sequencing batch tests showed that Na2SO4 influenced the decolourization efficiency more slightly than NaCl in different synthetic dye solutions with different mixtures of Na2SO4 and NaCl. In the dye solutions with the same salt concentration or the same Na+ concentration, high Na2SO4 concentration did not inhibit the decolourization process and even stimulated the decolourization efficiency of reactive brilliant red K-2BP. Compared to NaCl system, the addition of Na2SO4 increased the ORP values about 35 mV, which agreed with the theoretic analysis of Gibbs function. This study improved our knowledge of azo dye decolourization under high salinity conditions and provided efficient option for the treatment of azo dye wastewater.

A major safety hazard for e-bike riders crossing an intersection is encountering heavy vehicles turning right in the same direction, which often results in severe casualties. Recently, some cities in China have implemented right-turn safety improvement treatments (i.e., right-turn yielding rules and right-turn warning facilities) at intersections to reduce the occurrence of such accidents. However, the risk perception and behavior of e-bike riders and heavy vehicle drivers dynamically change during the right-turn interaction process, and the safety effects of different right-turn safety measures remain unclear. This study aims to investigate the safety effect of right-turn safety measures on E-Bike-Heavy Vehicle (EB-HV) right-turn conflicts at signalized intersections. The right-turn conflicts and potential influencing factors are extracted from aerial video data, including characteristics of right-turn warning facilities, characteristics and behavior of e-bike riders and heavy vehicle drivers, environmental factors, and traffic-related factors. Moreover, traffic conflict indicators such as the Time to Collision (TTC), Post Encroachment Time (PET), and Jerk are selected and calculated. Multinomial and binary logit models are used to estimate and analyze the EB-HV right-turn conflict severity and drivers yielding behavior. The results reveal that: (a) right-turn warning facilities can decrease the probability of slight and severe EB-HV right-turn conflicts, while the presence of law enforcement cameras could prompt heavy vehicle drivers to comply with the yielding rules and adopt more cautious behavior; (b) increased heavy vehicle speed and acceleration before turning right have strong correlation to illegitimate yielding behavior of the driver and higher EB-HV right-turn conflict severity; and (c) aggressive behavior of e-bike rider increases the severe conflict probability, especially at intersections without right-turn warning facilities. Based on the study findings, several practical implications are suggested to reduce the risk of EB-HV right-turn conflicts, enhance the effectiveness of right-turn safety measures, and improve crossing safety for e-bike riders.

The liver cancer has microenvironmental features such as low pH, M2 tumor-associated macrophage enrichment, low oxygen, rich blood supply and susceptibility to hematotropic metastasis, high chemokine expression, enzyme overexpression, high redox level, and strong immunosuppression, which not only promotes the progression of the disease, but also seriously affects the clinical effectiveness of traditional therapeutic approaches. However, nanotechnology, due to its unique advantages of size effect and functionalized modifiability, can be utilized to develop various responsive nano-drug delivery system (NDDS) by using these characteristic signals of the liver cancer microenvironment as a source of stimulation, which in turn can realize the intelligent release of the drug under the specific microenvironment, and significantly increase the concentration of the drug at the target site. Therefore, researchers have designed a series of stimuli-responsive NDDS based on the characteristics of the liver cancer microenvironment, such as hypoxia, weak acidity, and abnormal expression of proteases, and they have been widely investigated for improving anti-tumor therapeutic efficacy and reducing the related side effects. This paper provides a review of the current application and progress of NDDS developed based on the response and regulation of the microenvironment in the treatment of liver cancer, compares the effects of the microenvironment and the NDDS, and provides a reference for building more advanced NDDS.

The multi-omics data has greatly improved the molecular diagnosis of B-cell neoplasms, but there is still a lack of predictive biomarkers to guide precision therapy. Here, we analyzed publicly available data and found that B-cell neoplasm cell lines with different levels of EFNB1 had distinctive drug response patterns of inhibitors targeting SRC/PI3K/AKT. Overexpression of EFNB1 promoted phosphorylation of key proteins in drug response, such as SRC and STMN1, conferring sensitivity to SRC inhibitor and cytotoxic drugs. EFNB1 phosphorylation signaling network was significantly associated with the prognosis of GCB-DLBCL patients. Moreover, EFNB1 levels were correlated with cell of origin (COO) scores, suggesting that EFNB1 is a quantitative indicator of cell differentiation. Ultimately, we proposed a model for the stratification of human B-cell malignancies and the implementation of targeted therapies based on EFNB1 levels. Our findings highlight that EFNB1 level is a promising biomarker for predicting drug response, COO and prognosis.

H2S is an extremely noxious impurity generated from nature and chemical industrial processes. High performing H2S adsorbents are required for chemical industry and environmental engineering. Herein, α-, γ-, and δ-MnO2 adsorbents with high sulfur capacity were synthesized through a continuous-flow approach with a microreactor system, achieving much higher efficiency than hydrothermal methods. The relationship between crystal structure and synthesis conditions such as residence time, reaction temperature, concentration of K+ in solution and reactant ratio is discussed. According to the H2S breakthrough tests at 150 °C, continuously prepared α-, γ-, and δ-MnO2 exhibited sulfur capacities of 669.5, 193.8 and 607.6 mg S/g sorbent, respectively, which was at a high level among the reported adsorbents. Such enhanced performance is related to the large surface area and mesopore volume, high reducibility, and a large number of oxygen species with high reactivity and mobility. Manganese sulfide and elemental sulfur were formed after desulfurization, which indicated the reaction consisted of two steps: redox and sulfidation of the sorbents. This study provides an innovative design strategy for the construction of nanomaterials with high H2S adsorption performances.

In this work, a new type of composite nanoparticles, 'pearl chain', was developed by linking titanium dioxide and silicon dioxide by polyacrylic acid polymer chains, and the prepared TiO2-PAA-SiO2 composite nanoparticles were analysed by SEM, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis, zeta potential, x-ray diffraction, etc. The success of this work was verified by the successful linking of TiO2-PAA-SiO2 composite nanoparticles.TiO2-PAA-SiO2 composite nanoparticles were analysed to verify the successful attachment of pearl chains. The obtained TiO2-PAA-SiO2 were subsequently blended in different ratios to prepare polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration membranes. The membrane performance was tested by porosity and water contact angle measurements, scanning electron microscopy, as well as experiments using bovine serum proteins and MTBE interception. The results showed that when a certain amount of TiO2-PAA-SiO2 was added, the surface wettability, porosity and permeability of the prepared modified composite membranes were significantly improved, and the BSA adsorption rate was increased from 71.59% to 80.86%, and the retention rate of MTBE was increased by 77%, in addition to showing a better anti-pollution effect (FRR: 91.07%). It was finally concluded that the prepared membranes embedded with 1.0 wt.% TiO2-PAA-SiO2 nanofillers showed good overall filtration performance, better contamination resistance and remarkable durability. The present work successfully demonstrated the feasibility of using polyacrylic acid chemical chains to connect nanoparticles with different functions to prevent particle loss and substantially enhance membrane performance, which is valuable for bridging connection of composite nanoparticles and exploring the development of high-performance ultrafiltration membranes.

Extranodal dissemination is an important feature of aggressive B-cell lymphoma. Owing to the lack of available animal models, the study on extranodal dissemination of lymphoma is greatly limited. Here, we identified a novel cell line, named MA-K, which originated from the Eµ-Myc;Cdkn2a-/- cell line, named MA-LN in this study. Compared to MA-LN, MA-K tended to disseminate in the kidney rather than the lymph nodes in the lymphoma transplantation model, resembling human primary renal lymphoma. The transcriptome analysis revealed that MA-K had undergone transcriptional evolution during the culture. The specialized transcriptional pattern analysis we proposed in this study identified that the FOXO1-BTG1-MYD88 pattern was formed in MA-K. Further analysis found that the translation pathway was the most enriched pathway in specially expressed genes (SEGs) in MA-K. Among the SEGs, three upregulated genes, RPLP2, RPS16, and MRPS16, and five downregulated genes, SSPN, CD52, ANKRD37, CCDC82, and VPREB3, in MA-K were identified as promising biomarkers to predict the clinical outcomes of human DLBCL. Moreover, the joint expression of the five-gene signature could effectively predict clinical outcomes of human DLBCL in three groups. These findings suggested that the MA-K cell line had strong clinical relevance with human aggressive B-cell lymphoma. Moreover, the MA-K primary renal lymphoma model, as a novel syngenetic mouse model, will be greatly useful for both basic research on lymphoma dissemination and preclinical efficacy evaluation of chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

(1) Background: The Hypsizygus marmoreus is a popular edible mushroom in East Asian markets. In a previous study, we reported the proteomic analyses of different developmental stages of H. marmoreus, from primordium to mature fruiting body. However, the growth and protein expression changes from scratching to primordium are unclear. (2) Methods: A label-free LC-MS/MS quantitative proteomic analysis technique was adopted to obtain the protein expression profiles of three groups of samples collected in different growth stages from scratching to the tenth day after scratching. The Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis and principal component analysis were performed to reveal the correlation among samples. The differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were organized. Gene Ontology (GO) analysis was performed to divide the DEPs into different metabolic processes and pathways. (3) Results: From the 3rd day to the 10th day after scratching, mycelium recovered gradually and formed primordia. Compared with the Rec stage, 218 highly expressed proteins were identified in the Knot stage. Compared with the Pri stage, 217 highly expressed proteins were identified in the Rec stage. Compared with the Pri stage, 53 highly expressed proteins were identified in the Knot stage. A variety of the same highly expressed proteins were identified in these three developmental stages, including: glutathione S-transferase, acetyltransferase, importin, dehydrogenase, heat-shock proteins, ribosomal proteins, methyltransferase, etc. The key pathways in the development of H. marmoreus are metabolic process, catabolic process, oxidoreductase activity and hydrolase activity. DEPs in the Knot or Pri stages compared with the Rec stage were significantly decreased in the metabolic-, catabolic- and carbohydrate-related process; and the oxidoreductase, peptidase, and hydrolase activity, which can serve as targets for selectable molecular breeding in H. marmoreus. A total of 2000 proteins were classified into eight different modules by WGCNA, wherein 490 proteins were classified into the turquoise module. (4) Conclusions: Generally, from the 3rd day to the 10th day after scratching, mycelium recovered gradually and formed primordia. Importin, dehydrogenase, heat-shock proteins, ribosomal proteins, transferases were all highly expressed in these three developmental stages. DEPs in the Rec stage compared with the Knot or Pri stages were significantly enriched in the metabolic-, catabolic- and carbohydrate-related process; and in oxidoreductase, peptidase and hydrolase activities. This research contributes to the understanding of the mechanisms of the development changes before primordium of H. marmoreus.

PM2.5 can cause adverse health effects via several pathways, such as inducing pulmonary and systemic inflammation, penetration into circulation, and activation of the autonomic nervous system. In particular, the impact of PM2.5 exposure on the liver, which plays an important role in metabolism and detoxification to maintain internal environment homeostasis, is getting more attention in recent years. In the present study, C57BL/6J mice were randomly assigned and treated with PM2.5 suspension and PBS solution for 8 weeks. Then, hepatic tissue was prepared and identified by metabolomics analysis and transcriptomics analysis. PM2.5 exposure can cause extensive metabolic disturbances, particularly in lipid and amino acids metabolic dysregulation.128 differential expression metabolites (DEMs) and 502 differently expressed genes (DEGs) between the PM2.5 exposure group and control group were detected. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses showed that DEGs were significantly enriched in two disease pathways, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and type II diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and three signaling pathways, which are TGF-beta signaling, AMPK signaling, and mTOR signaling. Besides, further detection of acylcarnitine levels revealed accumulation in liver tissue, which caused restricted lipid consumption. Furthermore, lipid droplet accumulation in the liver was confirmed by Oil Red O staining, suggesting hepatic steatosis. Moreover, the aberrant expression of three key transcription factors revealed the potential regulatory effects in lipid metabolic disorders, the peroxisomal proliferative agent-activated receptors (PPARs) including PPARα and PPARγ is inhibited, and the activated sterol regulator-binding protein 1 (SREBP1) is overexpressed. Our results provide a novel molecular and genetic basis for a better understanding of the mechanisms of PM2.5 exposure-induced hepatic metabolic diseases, especially in lipid metabolism.

Temperature is one of the main factors affecting the properties of polyurethane foams, and there are large differences in the mechanical properties of polyurethane foams at different temperatures. To understand the effect of temperature on the mechanical properties of polyurethane foams and to provide a theoretical basis for the application of polyurethane foams in extreme environments, this paper systematically describes the research on the effect of mold temperature, raw material temperature, and environmental temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of polyurethane foams in the formation and service stages of rigid polyurethane foams by domestic and foreign scholars, and summarizes the effect of temperature on the mechanical properties of polyurethane foams and the mechanism of action. A review of the literature shows that the effect of different temperatures on the mechanical properties of polyurethane foams can be summarized. The literature review shows that there are certain changes in the foaming process, pore structure, and mechanical properties of polyurethane foams at different temperatures, and the increase in temperature generally leads to the increase in pore size, decrease in density, and decrease in mechanical properties of polyurethane foams.

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has exacerbated the labour shortage, and promoting entrepreneurship to spur job creation is one of the most effective strategies to address this problem. Entrepreneurs must lengthen their employment or start-up cycles due to COVID-19 normalisation. Consequently, the impact of career willingness to delay satisfaction on entrepreneurial ambition is investigated in this research via an online survey in Jiangsu Province, China. The findings show that students with a high level of career delayed contentment has a higher level of entrepreneurial intention (EI), implying that career delayed contentment intention influences EI positively. Psychological capital (PC) modifies this process, increasing the influence of job delayed satisfaction on EI by strengthening PC. PC's significant components are self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and flexibility. This study combines the willingness to wait for satisfaction with the willingness to start a business, providing a valuable reference for reducing the work condition caused by the COVID-19 epidemic.

With the deep integration of industries brought about by big data technology, users' design needs are diversifying and individuating. Thanks to big data technology, users' diverse design needs can be precisely met. Meanwhile, big data can be used to realize emotional interaction for personalized design needs of users, resulting in a better user experience. Using grounded theory to mine user demand text data, this paper investigates the influencing factors of emotional interaction and dynamic resource allocation in the digital design supply chain. The results show that government-driven factors have a direct impact on the demand for industrial design in user emotional interactions. Market factors are the most fundamental in the development of an industrial design service platform, and universities play an important role in this. Furthermore, a lack of market sensitivity stems from a lack of emotional interaction with users, resulting in a schism between industry, university, and research, which has become a major impediment to the development of China's industrial design industry. This study not only lays the theoretical groundwork for understanding the mechanisms of user emotional interaction on IDSPs, but it also points the way forward for future industrial design service platform development.

MicroRNA-363-3p (miR-363-3p), reportedly, exhibits a tumor-suppressive role in human malignancies. Herein, our research was designed to further explain the functions and molecular mechanisms of miR-363-3p in the progression of colorectal cancer (CRC). With in vitro models, this study found that miR-363-3p was markedly under-expressed in CRC tissues and cells, and its overexpression suppressed the viability, migration, and invasion of CRC cells, and promoted cell apoptosis, whereas inhibiting miR-363-3p expression exhibited an opposite role. Additionally, aurora kinase A (AURKA), capable of counteracting the impacts of miR-363-3p on malignant biological behaviors of CRC cells, was identified as a direct target of miR-363-3p. Besides, miR-363-3p was sponged by long non-coding RNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 5 (SNHG5), which suppressed miR-363-3p expression. This research shows that SNHG5/miR-363-3p/AURKA axis partakes in CRC progression.

Acrolein (ACR) is frequently produced by the thermal degradation of carbohydrates and amino acids and lipid peroxidation in the thermal processing of food. Long-term exposure to ACR can cause various chronic diseases. Here, we screened two high-temperature-resistant ACR inhibitors, cardamonin (CAR) and alpinetin (ALP), which can interconvert without any loss at 100 °C, and were obtained from Alpinia katsumadai Hayata (AKH). They demonstrated the best activity among the six spices investigated and could scavenge ACR generated in roasted pork by forming adducts. After three ACR adducts were prepared, namely CAR-ACR-1, CAR-ACR-2 and ALP-ACR, quantitative analysis showed that the amount of CAR-ACR-1 generated in lean roasted pork with 2% AKH addition reached the minimal inhibitory concentration against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, which was 20 times lower than that of CAR, and the higher the generation of ACR, the stronger its antibacterial activity. These results provided well-defined evidence to promote the application of AKH to ACR inhibitors in food processing.
