Resumo
O objetivo deste estudo foi averiguar a assertividade de mulheres dependentes de crack, durante a sessão "Recusas Eficazes", retirada de um manual de terapia baseado nos estágios de mudança para tratamento em grupo de usuários de drogas. Constitui-se de uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva de abordagem qualitativa que teve como cenário uma Comunidade Terapêutica feminina, tendo seu delineamento através da transcrição da sexta sessão produzida ao longo do ensaio clínico randomizado intitulado "Estudo da efetividade da intervenção do modelo transteórico para pacientes dependentes de crack". Foi utilizada a técnica da análise de conteúdo, que originou as seguintes categorias a posteriori: "Estratégias de oferta da droga" e "Temáticas emergentes na discussão após a técnica de role-play". Dentre os achados deste estudo destaca-se que durante a dramatização as participantes revelaram que utilizaram no exercício as mesmas estratégias de oferta que muitas vezes foram utilizadas por outras pessoas para convencê-las ao uso em suas experiências cotidianas vivenciadas anteriormente, eliciando reflexões sobre como recusar e sentimentos de nojo e medo da droga. Por isso, entender a dinâmica de recusa das drogas possibilita a descoberta de novas intervenções em prevenção à recaída neste.(AU)The objective of this study was to determine the assertiveness of women dependent crack, during the session "Refusals Effective", taken from a manual therapy based on the stages of change for treatment in drug users group. It consists of an exploratory and descriptive qualitative approach that took place at a community women's therapy, taking your design through the transcript of the sixth session produced over randomized clinical trial entitled "Study of the effectiveness of the intervention of the transtheoretical model for dependent patients crack ". We used the technique of content analysis, which yielded the following back-categories "of drug supply strategies" and "Emerging Issue in the discussion after the role-play technique." Among the findings of this study highlight the need to role play the participants revealed that used in the exercise the same offer strategies that have often been used by others to convince them to use in their everyday experiences previously experienced, eliciting thoughts on how to refuse and feelings of disgust and fear of the drug. Therefore, understanding the dynamics of drug refusal enables the discovery of new interventions on relapse prevention in this.(AU)
