How to conduct reasonable clinical diagnosis and treatment has gradually become a hot topic in the field of spinal surgery. This article discusses the key issues in the diagnosis and treatment of degenerative spinal deformities, including symptom differentiation, spinal alignment reconstruction, fusion level selection, and clinical efficacy evaluation.
