Eventroplastia laparoscópica / Laparoscopic eventroplasty

Eventration is the protusion or the way out of the abdominal content through an opening in the abdominal wall. This content can be an omentum or viscera allocated in the subcutaneous tissue in a sac of fibrous tissue and rests of peritoneum. The technique for laparoscopic route is effective to treat eventrations, even in obese patients and with previous recidivals. With this procedure decreases the incidence of postoperative complications. The author describes both the anatomical technique, and later on the laparoscopic technique.(AU)
