Trauma na clínica psicanalítica: contratransferência e desmentido

Este artigo é uma reflexão sobre a contratransferência com base em uma vinheta clínica, articulada a reflexões sobre a escuta e elaboração da contratransferência, sob o ponto de vista das contribuições de Ferenczi, Klein e outros autores. Parte-se da noção de contratransferência como a forma de comunicação inconsciente do psiquismo do analisando capaz de mobilizar aspectos inconscientes do analista ainda não elaborados. Discute-se de que forma a contratransferência pode ser utilizada como um instrumento a favor do processo analítico e quais os riscos envolvidos nesse uso, incluindo a possibilidade de retraumatização do paciente por meio de desmentidos

The article is a reflection on countertransference based on a clinical vignette, linked to reflections on listening and elaborating countertransference, considering the contributions of Ferenczi, Klein and other authors. It starts from the notion of countertransference as the form of unconscious communication of the analysands psyche capable of mobilizing unconscious aspects of the analyst that have not yet been elaborated. It is discussed how countertransference can be used as an instrument in favor of the analytical process and what are the risks involved in this use, including the possibility of retraumatizing the patient through denials

atendido em consultório. Inicialmente, o

paciente possuía características típicas de

uma estrutura perversa. Ao longo do atendimento
