A partir de dois casos clínicos, com patologias narcísicas identitárias, frutos de traumatismos precoces, e tendo como pressuposto a importância de o meio ambiente proporcionar uma resposta em tempo adequado às excitações do bebê, o presente trabalho visa conversar sobre as confluências e divergências do indivíduo que precisa proteger-se de si mesmo, vivendo partes de si em um como se, daqueles que são habitados por um vazio e buscam uma identidade em personagens históricos idealizados

Starting from two clinical cases with narcissistic-identitarian pathologies, the result of early trauma, and based on the assumption of the environment providing an adequate response to the babys excitements, the author seeks to address the confluences and divergences between individuals who need protection from themselves, living parts of themselves in an as if, and individuals who are inhabited by a void and seek an identity in idealized historical characters

Na contemporaneidade, principalmente a partir da revolução informacional, e, mais especificamente, com o advento dos dispositivos digitais, como celulares e tablets, temos observado o recrudescimento de sintomas ligados à apatia e à anedonia, que podem ser sintetizados no analisador Tédio. Principalmente na infância, mas não exclusivamente, esses sintomas suscitam preocupação, em função de que a ludicidade e a fruição do imaginário são imprescindíveis para o desenvolvimento psíquico e para o laço social. O presente trabalho objetiva refletir sobre o tédio contemporâneo, pensando à luz dos mecanismos de satisfação pulsional e sua relação com dispositivos de entretenimento digital à pronta-entrega, sendo esses entendidos como possíveis objetos de adição. Desse modo, delineando o tédio como um mecanismo de recusa (verwerfung) do pensar-desejar, a perversão enquanto modalidade de desejo pode ser pensada como uma dinâmica e sintomática social emergente de se relacionar com a satisfação

In contemporary times, especially since the informational revolution, and more specifically with the advent of digital devices such as cell phones and tablets, we have observed a resurgence of symptoms related to apathy and anhedonia, which can be synthesized in the analyzer of boredom. Especially in childhood, but not exclusively, these symptoms raise concern, as playfulness and enjoyment of the imagination are essential for psychological development and social ties. The present discussion aims to reflect on contemporary boredom, considering it in light of the mechanisms of instinctual satisfaction and its relationship with digital entertainment devices that are readily available. Therefore, outlining boredom as a mechanism of refusal (verwerfung) of thinking-desiring, perversion as a mode of desire can be thought of as a dynamic and symptomatic social emergence of relating to satisfaction

RESUMEN

Este trabalho contempla 9 anos de atendimento realizados com paciente portador de Esclerose Lateral Amiotrófica. Em virtude do cenário degenerativo da doença, a fala foi impedida por tubos de traqueostomia, tornando imperativo a adequação dos modelos tradicionais de comunicação em análise. A palavra falada não pôde ser a matéria-prima da escuta e a modalidade de comunicação se deu através do piscar dos olhos como sinalizador das letras responsáveis pela construção das palavras. O texto aborda a sensibilidade artesanal do treino de empatia e intuição para traduzir o sofrimento e transformá-lo em narrativa. Através do potencial de transformação que a psicanálise oferece, o foco se deu no desafio de alcançar o paciente em sua singularidade, ajudando-o a ressignificar o sentido vital, bem como elaborar o luto em vida da própria morte. Angústias, incertezas e desassossegos foram norteadores da capacidade de calibrar desejos possíveis frente à dolorosa e implacável realidade da doença

This work covers nine years of care provided to a patient with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. Due to the degenerative scenario of the disease, the communication method of speech was obstructed by the tracheostomy tubes, so it was crucial to replace the traditional models of communication. The spoken word could not take place as of a listening method therefore the communication means took place through the blink of the eyes as a sign of the letters responsible for the words construction. The text addresses an artisanal sensitivity of training empathy and intuition to make the interpretation of suffering and transform it into a narrative. Through the transformation potential that psychoanalysis offers, the focus was on the challenge of reaching the patient in his uniqueness, helping him to re-signify the vital meaning, as well as to elaborate the mourning in life of his death itself. Anguish, uncertainty and restlessness led the ability to calibrate possible desires in the face of the painful and implacable reality of the disease

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo fazer uma revisão literária acerca do tema do humor em psicanálise, buscando compreender de que forma este se transforma em recurso narrativo. Assim sendo, serão trazidos alguns recortes de sessões de psicanálise para ilustração e debate da temática. The present work aims to carry out a literary review on the theme of humor in psychoanalysis, seeking to understand how it becomes a narrative resource. Therefore, some clippings of psychoanalysis sessions will be brought to illustrate and debate the theme. Desde julho de 2020, a Sociedade Brasileira de Psicanálise de Porto Alegre (SBPdePA) vem se debruçando sobre a temática do racismo institucional resultante do racismo estrutural que permeia a estrutura social e econômica no Brasil e pergunta-se sobre seu papel nas condições de acesso ou exclusão de colegas negros, negras e indígenas para formação psicanalítica em seu Instituto de Psicanálise. Em abril de 2021, aprova-se, em assembleia geral, o Projeto Ubuntu — Programa de Bolsas Formação Psicanalítica do Instituto de Psicanálise da SBPdePA para Profissionais Negros, Negras e Indígenas das Áreas de Psicologia e Medicina. Esse Projeto foi desenvolvido por uma força-tarefa que passou a ser denominada de Comissão Ubuntu. Também foi aberta uma conta bancária específica para o Fundo Financeiro do Projeto Ubuntu, para os depósitos advindos de parte do lucro de atividades científicas e eventos da SBPdePA e de doações de pessoas físicas e jurídicas. Neste trabalho, descrevemse as bases conceituais do Projeto Ubuntu e as razões de sua implementação. A partir de um trabalho conjunto da Diretoria da SBPdePA, do Instituto de Psicanálise e da Comissão Ubuntu, é lançado, em 10 de outubro de 2022, o primeiro edital público do Programa de Bolsas para a seleção de postulantes à formação psicanalítica

Since July 2020, the Brazilian Society of Psychoanalysis of Porto Alegre (SBPdePA) has been focusing on the issue of institutional racism resulting from the structural racism that permeates the social and economic structure in Brazil and questions its role in the conditions of access or exclusion of black and indigenous colleagues for psychoanalytic training at its Institute of Psychoanalysis. In April 2021, the Ubuntu Project Psychoanalytic Training Scholarship Program of the SBPdePA Institute of Psychoanalysis for Black and Indigenous Professionals in the Areas of Psychology and Medicine is approved in a general assembly. This Project was developed by a task force that came to be called the Ubuntu Committee. A specific bank account is also opened for the Financial Fund of the Ubuntu Project for deposits arising from part of the profit from scientific activities and events of the SBPdePA and donations from individuals and companies. In this work, the conceptual bases of the Ubuntu Project and the reasons for its implementation are described. Based on a joint effort by the Board of SBPdePA, the Institute of Psychoanalysis and the Ubuntu Committee, on October 10, 2022, the first public notice of the Scholarship Program for the selection of applicants for psychoanalytic training is published at SBPdePA website

Não raro encontramos na clínica casos que identificamos tratar-se de falhas precoces em que faltam representações para expressar o vazio gerado pelo não reconhecimento de um novo SER que vem ao mundo. São situações em que, geralmente, a mãe não recebe o bebê que gerou identificando-o como alguém novo, em um novo tempo. Ao contrário, esse bebê sofre as consequências de uma vida que não é sua, sentindo-se “estranho” a ele mesmo, usando medicações em excesso na busca de tentar adaptar-se no mundo. Através da vinheta, desenvolvemos o conceito de unheimlich como aquilo que efetivamente ocorreu e que, ao não poder ser simbolizado, retorna cindido, deixando um vazio no lugar da concepção afetiva do si mesmo

It is not uncommon in the clinic to find cases that we identify as being early failures in which representations are lacking to express the emptiness generated by the non-recognition of a new BEING that comes into the world. These are situations in which, generally, the mother does not accept the baby she has generated as someone new, in a new time. On the contrary, this baby suffers the consequences of a life that is not theirs, feeling “strange” to theirself, using medications in excess in an attempt to adapt to the world. Through the vignette, we develop the concept of unheimlich as that which effectively occurred and which, as it cannot be symbolized, returns split, leaving a void in place of the affective conception of the self

A partir de um conto vivencial, as autoras exploram a ideia da constituição psíquica derivada da musicalidade da voz materna. Discute-se que aquilo que a mãe narra, conta e compartilha de sua história familiar será parte do estofo ambiental para o vir a ser da subjetividade do bebê. A partir do conto, revela-se a teia intergeracional onde a voz, com sua textura, ritmo e na base da pré-história materna, funciona como veículo de investimento que libidiniza o bebê

Beginning with a short history, the authors explore the idea that the psychic constitution emerge within the musicality of mother´s voice. In this paper, the authors discusses the importance of mothers that are able to narrate, tell and share about familiar history, because this became part of the ambiental upholstery of the subjectivity of the baby. The short history, gradually reveals the intergenerational net, where the voice, with its textures and rhythm works as an investment that libidinizes the baby
