Otra parte: el análisis como heterotopía

RESUMEN

El autor afirma que estamos en medio de una mutación. Que la posmodernidad líquida es cosa del pasado. Define lo contemporáneo como una ultramodernidad gaseosa en donde la concentración de gases es tal que todo parece a punto de estallar. En esta ultramodernidad en la que estamos el psicoanálisis podría ser anacrónico sino nos adaptamos a las nuevas reglas del juego. Un juego que Alessandro Baricco define muy bien en su libro The Game y que el autor retoma. Sin embargo, hay otro modo del anacronismo el modo fértil que siempre ha encontrado el psicoanálisis de ir contra la época, de hacerle un espacio a lo inconsciente, a lo que no sigue la lógica high tech. Esta diferencia que el espacio heterotópico del análisis promete es su mayor acierto y en esa medida está muy lejos de ser obsoleto. El autor sostiene con optimismo que el espacio analítico es un espacio de resistencia, un reducto de lo humano, un albergue del pensamiento crítico y un espacio analógico en un mundo digital. Por último, el autor aspira a que los psicoanalistas podamos jugar el juego de nuestro Zeitgeist y no el de Viena

ABSTRACT

The author affirms that we are in the midst of a mutation. That liquid postmodernity is a thing of the past. He defines the contemporary as a gaseous ultra-modernity where the concentration of gases is such that everything seems about to explode. In this ultra- modernity in which we find ourselves, psychoanalysis could be anachronistic if we do not adapt to the new rules of the game. A game that Alessandro Baricco defines very well in his book The Game and that the author takes up again. However, there is another way of anachronism the fertile way that psychoanalysis has always found to go against the times, to make space for the unconscious, for what does not follow the high tech logic. This difference that the heterotopic space of analysis promises is its greatest asset and to that extent it is far from being obsolete. The author optimistically argues that the analytical space is a space of resistance, a redoubt of the human, a shelter for critical thinking and an analog space in a digital world. Finally, the author aspires that we psychoanalysts can play the game of our Zeitgeist and not that of Vienna
