RESUMEN

Studies of the structure and dynamics of oligomeric aggregates of amyloidogenic peptides pose challenges due to their transient nature. This concept article provides a brief overview of various nucleation mechanisms with reference to the classical nucleation theory and illustrates the advantages of incubating amyloidogenic peptides in reverse micelles (RMs). The use of RMs not only facilitates size regulation of oligomeric aggregates but also provides an avenue to explore protein-protein interactions among the oligomeric aggregates of various amyloidogenic peptides. Additionally, we envision the feasibility of preparing brain tissue-derived oligomeric aggregates using RMs, potentially advancing the development of monoclonal antibodies with enhanced potency against these pathological species in vivo.

BACKGROUND: The diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy (TP) presents a significant challenge due to the low bacterial load in pleural effusion (PE) samples. Cell-free Mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA (cf-TB) in PE samples is considered an optimal biomarker for diagnosing TP. This study aimed to evaluate the applicability of cf-TB testing across diverse research sites with a relatively large sample size. METHODS: Patients suspected of TP and presenting with clinical symptoms and radiological evidence of PE were consecutively enrolled by treating physicians from 11 research sites across 6 provinces in China between April 2020 and August 2022. Following centrifugation, sediments obtained from PE were used for Xpert MTB/RIF (Xpert) and mycobacterial culture, while the supernatants were subjected to cf-TB testing. This study employed a composite reference standard to definite TP, which was characterized by any positive result for Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) through either PE culture, PE Xpert, or pleural biopsy. RESULTS: A total of 1412 participants underwent screening, and 1344 (95.2%) were subsequently enrolled in this study. Data from 1241 (92.3%) participants were included, comprising 284 with definite TP, 677 with clinically diagnosed TP, and 280 without TP. The sensitivity of cf-TB testing in definite TP was 73.6% (95% CI 68.2-78.4), significantly higher than both Xpert (40.8%, 95% CI 35.3-46.7, P < 0.001) and mycobacterial culture (54.2%, 95% CI 48.4-59.9, P < 0.001). When clinically diagnosed TP was incorporated into the composite reference standard for sensitivity analysis, cf-TB testing showed a sensitivity of 46.8% (450/961, 95% CI 43.7-50.0), significantly higher than both Xpert (116/961, 12.1%, 95% CI 10.2-14.3, P < 0.001) and mycobacterial culture (154/961, 16.0%, 95% CI 13.8-18.5, P < 0.001). The specificities of cf-TB testing, Xpert, and mycobacterial culture were all 100.0%. CONCLUSIONS: The performance of cf-TB testing is significantly superior to that of Xpert and mycobacterial culture methods, indicating that it can be considered as the primary diagnostic approach for improving TP detection. Chemical Exchange Saturation Transfer (CEST) is a technique that uses specific off-resonance saturation pulses to pre-saturate targeted substances. This process influences the signal intensity of free water, thereby indirectly providing information about the pre-saturated substance. Among the clinical applications of CEST, Amide Proton Transfer (APT) is currently the most well-established. APT can be utilized for the preoperative grading of gliomas. Tumors with higher APTw signals generally indicate a higher likelihood of malignancy. In predicting preoperative molecular typing, APTw values are typically lower in tumors with favorable molecular phenotypes, such as isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) mutations, compared to IDH wild-type tumors. For differential diagnosis, the average APTw values of meningiomas are significantly lower than those of high-grade gliomas. Various APTw measurement indices assist in distinguishing central nervous system lesions with similar imaging features, such as progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy, central nervous system lymphoma, solitary brain metastases, and glioblastoma. Regarding prognosis, APT effectively differentiates between tumor recurrence and treatment effects, and also possesses predictive capabilities for overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS).

Films of the discotic liquid crystalline hexabenzocoronene (HBC) derivative, HBC-1,3,5-Ph-C12, were prepared on the quartz substrate by the bar-coating method. Depending on the coating speed, regularly spaced stripes or continuous films were observed. In the former case, columns of the HBC derivatives align more along the stripes, which are perpendicular to the coating direction, whereas in the latter case, columns of the HBC derivatives in the film align more along the coating direction. These distinctive structures are confirmed via polarized optical microscopy (POM), polarized UV-vis spectroscopy, and grazing incidence small-angle X-ray scattering measurements.

Co-cultivation of isopod-associated fungi Herpotrichia sp. SF09 and Trametes versicolor SF09A led to the reciprocal induction of thirteen new compounds (1-7 and 9-13) with diverse architectures. Importantly, compounds 1 and 2 are rare fungal sesquiterpene-saccharide hybrids incorporating a xylopyranose moiety, compound (±)-3 represents the first example of a natural linear sesquiterpene racemate, and compound 7 is a rare α-pyrone derivative with a xylopyranose motif. Their structures were elucidated by analysis of NMR and mass spectrometry data, and their absolute configurations were determined by Mosher's method, microscale derivatization, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, as well as ECD calculations. All the isolated compounds ameliorated MPP+-induced oxidative damage in PC12 cells in a dose-dependent fashion. Among them, compounds 5 and 15 showed significant protective action against neuronal injury by MPP+ at 5 µM. Meanwhile, transcriptome sequencing was performed to evaluate the molecular mechanism of the neuroprotective activity for compound 5. Results indicated that compound 5 might mitigate MPP+-induced neuronal injury through the regulation of multiple signaling pathways, including the PI3K-Akt and MAPK pathways. Our findings suggested that compound 5 could be a promising neuroprotective agent for the treatment of Parkinson's disease.

Importance: Previous studies on alcohol consumption and incident gout have mostly included men or combined both sexes, and the sex-specific associations between alcohol consumption and gout are poorly understood. Objective: To evaluate the consumption of total and specific alcoholic beverages in association with incident gout in men and women. Design, Setting, and Participants: This prospective cohort study included 401 128 participants in the UK Biobank aged 37 to 73 years who were free of gout at baseline (2006-2010). Participants were followed up through December 31, 2021, and data were analyzed between August 2023 and June 2024. Exposure: Questionnaire-based consumption of total alcohol and specific alcoholic beverages. Main Outcomes and Measures: The outcome was incident gout, identified using hospital records. Multivariable Cox proportional hazards regression models were used to estimate sex-specific hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% CIs of incident gout associated with alcohol consumption, with a particular consideration of reverse causation bias. Results: The main analysis included 179 828 men (mean [SD] age, 56.0 [8.2] years) and 221 300 women (mean [SD] age, 56.0 [8.0] years). Current drinkers showed a higher risk of gout than never drinkers among men (HR, 1.69; 95% CI, 1.30-2.18) but not among women (HR, 0.83; 95% CI, 0.67-1.03). Among current drinkers, higher total alcohol consumption was associated with a higher risk of gout among both sexes and more strongly among men than women (men: HR, 2.05 [95% CI, 1.84-2.30]; women: HR, 1.34 [95% CI, 1.12-1.61]). The most evident sex difference in the consumption of specific alcoholic beverages was observed for beer or cider (men: mean [SD], 4.2 [4.8] pints per week; women: mean [SD], 0.4 [1.1] pints per week). Consumption of champagne or white wine, beer or cider, and spirits each was associated with a higher risk of gout among both sexes, with beer or cider showing the strongest association per 1 pint per day (men: HR, 1.60 [95% CI, 1.53-1.67]; women: HR, 1.62 [95% CI, 1.02-2.57]). Some inverse associations between light to moderate consumption of specific alcoholic beverages and gout were eliminated after adjusting for other alcoholic beverages and excluding individuals who had reduced alcohol consumption for health reasons, self-reported poor health, or had cardiovascular disease, cancer, or kidney failure at baseline, or developed gout within the first 2 years of follow-up. Conclusions and Relevance: In this cohort study, higher consumption of several specific alcoholic beverages was associated with a higher risk of gout among both sexes. The sex-specific associations for total alcohol consumption may be associated with differences between men and women in the types of alcohol consumed.

Beryllium (Be) has been selected as the solid neutron multiplier material for a tritium breeding blanket module in ITER, which is also the primary option of the Chinese TBM program. But the irradiation swelling of beryllium is severe under high temperature, high irradiation damage and high doses of transmutation-induced helium. Advanced neutron multipliers with high stability at high temperature are desired for the demonstration power plant (DEMO) reactors and the China Fusion Engineering Test Reactor (CFETR). Beryllium alloys mainly composed of Be12M (M is W or Ti) phase were fabricated by HIP, which has a high melting point and high beryllium content. Beryllium and beryllide (Be12Ti and Be12W) samples were irradiated by helium ion with 30 keV and 1 × 1018 cm-2 at RT. The microstructures of Be, Be12Ti and Be12W samples were analyzed by SEM and TEM before and after ion irradiation. The average size of the first blistering on the surface of Be-W alloy is about 0.8 µm, and that of secondary blistering is about 79 nm. The surface blistering rates of the beryllium and beryllide samples were also compared. These results may provide a preliminary experimental basis for evaluating the irradiation swelling resistance of beryllium alloy.

Eighteen nitrogen-containing compounds (1-18) were isolated from cultures of the lichen-associated Streptomyces flavidovirens collected from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, including seven phenazine derivatives with three new ones, named subphenazines A-C (2-4), two new furan pyrrolidones (8-9), and nine known alkaloids. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis, and absolute configurations were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and ECD calculations. The phenazine-type derivatives, in particular compound 3, exhibited significantly better antineuroinflammatory activity than other isolated compounds (8-18). Compound 3 inhibited the release of proinflammatory cytokines including IL-6, TNF-α, and PGE2, and the nuclear translocation of NF-κB; it also reduced the oxidative stress and activated the Nrf2 signaling pathway in LPS-induced BV2 microglia cells. In vivo anti-inflammatory activity in zebrafish indicated that 3 inhibited LPS-stimulated ROS generation. These findings suggested that compound 3 might be a potent antineuroinflammatory agent through the regulation of the NF-κB/Nrf2 signaling pathways.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Dongbai Tonglin Mixture (DTM) in the treatment of chronic prostatitis (CP) with the damp-heat downward diffusion syndrome. METHODS: We randomly selected 76 cases of CP with the damp-heat downward diffusion syndrome, equally divided them into a DTM and a control group, and treated them by oral administration of DTM and Qianlie Tai Tablets, respectively, both for 8 weeks. We obtained the NIH-CPSI and TCM Syndrome Scores of the patients, recorded the counts of white blood cells (WBC) and small particles of lecithin (SPL) in the prostate fluid, and compared them between the two groups before and after treatment. RESULTS: Compared with the baseline, the total NIH-CPSI scores were significantly reduced in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), particularly the scores on urination symptoms, pain / discomfort and quality of life (P<0.05), even more significantly in the DTM than in the control group (P<0.05), and so were the TCM Syndrome Scores (P<0.05), especially the scores on urinary incontinence, abdominal pain, perineal pain, and scrotal dampness (P<0.05), even more significantly in the former than in the latter group (P<0.05). The count of WBC in the prostate fluid was remarkably decreased (P<0.05), while that of SPL markedly increased in both groups after treatment (P<0.05), with an even more significant improvement in the DTM than in the control group (P<0.05), and the overall effectiveness rate of treatment was significantly higher in the former group than in the latter (88.89% vs 70.27%, P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Dongbai Tonglin Mixture is effective for the treatment of CP with the damp-heat downward diffusion syndrome.

BACKGROUND AND AIM: Insomnia has been implicated in gastrointestinal diseases (GIs), but the causal effect between insomnia and GIs and underlying mechanisms remain unknown. METHODS: By using the released summary-level data, we conducted a two-step Mendelian randomization (MR) analysis to examine the relationship between insomnia and four GIs and estimate the mediating role of candidate mediators. The first step was to investigate the causal association between insomnia and GIs using univariable MR analysis. The second step was to estimate the mediation proportion of selected mediators in these associations using multivariable MR analysis. Subsequently, results from different datasets were combined using the fixed-effect meta-analysis. RESULTS: Univariable MR analysis provided strong evidence for the causal effects of insomnia on four GIs after Bonferroni correction for multiple comparisons, including peptic ulcer disease (PUD) (odds ratio [OR] = 1.15, 95% interval confidence [CI] = 1.10-1.20, P = 1.83 × 10-9), gastroesophageal reflux (GORD) (OR = 1.19, 95% CI = 1.16-1.22, P = 5.95 × 10-42), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) (OR = 1.18, 95% CI = 1.15-1.22, P = 8.69 × 10-25), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) (OR = 1.09, 95% CI = 1.03-1.05, P = 3.46 × 10-3). In the mediation analysis, body mass index (BMI) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) were selected as mediators in the association between insomnia and PUD (BMI: mediation proportion [95% CI]: 13.61% [7.64%-20.70%]; WHR: 8.74% [5.50%-12.44%]) and GORD (BMI: 11.82% [5.94%-18.74%]; WHR: 7.68% [4.73%-11.12%]). CONCLUSIONS: Our findings suggest that genetically instrumented insomnia has causal effects on PUD, GORD, IBS, and IBD, respectively. Adiposity traits partially mediated the associations between insomnia and GIs. Further clinical studies are warranted to evaluate the protective effect of insomnia treatment on GIs.

Global temperatures will continue to increase in the future. The ∼640,000-km2 Loess Plateau (LP) is a typical arid and semi-arid region in China. Similar regions cover ∼41% of the Earth, and its soils are some of the most severely eroded anywhere in the world. It is very important to understand the vegetation change and its ecological threshold under climate change on the LP for the sustainable development in the Yellow River Basin. However, little is known about how vegetation on the LP will respond to climate change and what is the sustainable threshold level of vegetation cover on the LP. Here we show that the temperature on the LP has risen 0.27 °C per decade over the past 50 years, a rate that is 30% higher than the average warming rate across China. During historical times, vegetation change was regulated by environmental factors and anthropogenic activities. Vegetation coverage was about 53% on the LP from the Xia Dynasty to the Spring and Autumn and Warring States period. Over the past 70 years, however, the environment has gradually improved and the vegetation cover had increased to ∼65% by 2021. We forecast future changes of vegetation cover on the LP in 2030s, in 2050s and in 2070s using SDM (Species Distribution Model) under Low-emission scenarios, Medium-emission scenarios and High-emission scenarios. An average value of vegetation cover under the three emission scenarios will be 64.67%, 62.70% and 61.47%, respectively. According to the historical record and SDM forecasts, the threshold level of vegetation cover on the LP is estimated to be 53-65%. Currently, vegetation cover on the LP has increased to the upper limit of the threshold value (∼65%). We conclude that the risk of ecosystem collapse on the LP will increase with further temperature increases once the vegetated area and density exceed the threshold value. It is urgent to adopt sustainable strategies such as stopping expanding vegetation area and scientifically optimizing the vegetation structure on the LP to improve the ecological sustainability of the Yellow River Basin.

Inhibition of oxidative stress and ferroptosis is currently considered to be a promising therapeutic approach for neurodegenerative diseases. Herpotrichones, a class of compounds derived from insect symbionts, have shown potential for neuroprotective activity with low toxicity. However, the specific mechanisms through which herpotrichones exert their neuroprotective effects remain to be fully elucidated. In this study, the natural [4 + 2] adducts herpotrichone A (He-A) and its new analogues were isolated from the isopod-associated fungus Herpotrichia sp. SF09 and exhibited significantly protective effects in H2O2-, 6-OHDA-, and RSL3-stimulated PC12 cells and LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells. Moreover, He-A was able to relieve ferroptotic cell death in RSL3-stimulated PC12 cells and 6-OHDA-induced zebrafish larvae. Interestingly, He-A can activate antioxidant elements and modulate the SLC7A11 pathway without capturing oxidic free radical and chelating iron. These findings highlight He-A as a novel hit that protects against ferroptosis-like neuronal damage in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.

This research delves into the Maillard reaction (MR) in high-solid gelatin-saccharide mixtures consisting of 8% and 72% of allulose, fructose, or fructo-oligosaccharides, which were subjected to varied duration (0-60min) of thermal processing prior to gelation. Physicochemical properties of the gels, including color, chemical composition, protein crosslinking, mechanical strength, in-vitro digestibility and antioxidant activities, were characterized. At pH ∼5.5 and intermediate water activities (0.6-0.7), fast browning was observed through sugar degradation and sugar-amine interactions, which were intensified by prolonged heating. The MR reactivity of saccharides followed: AL > FRU > FOS. Characteristic products (MRPs, e.g., α-dicarbonyls, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, and advanced glycation end products) were identified, with the spectra of MRPs varying significantly between monosaccharides and oligosaccharides. The MR-induced protein glycation and crosslinking exhibited certain negative impacts on the gel strength and in-vitro protein digestibility. Furthermore, all gelatin-saccharide mixtures exhibited augmented antioxidant properties, with the gelatin-AL mixtures displaying the highest free radical scavenging rates.

Background: The role of macrophages in the symptomatic and structural progression of pulmonary fibrosis (PF) has garnered significant scholarly attention in recent years. This study employs a bibliometric approach to examine the present research status and areas of focus regarding the correlation between macrophages and PF, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of their relationship. Methodology: The present study employed VOSviewer, CiteSpace, and Microsoft Excel software to visualize and analyze various aspects such as countries, institutions, authors, journals, co-cited literature, keywords, related genes, and diseases. These analyses were conducted using the Web of Science core collection database. Results: A comprehensive collection of 3,479 records pertaining to macrophages and PF from the period of 1990 to 2023 was obtained. Over the years, there has been a consistent increase in research literature on this topic. Notably, the United States and China exhibited the highest level of collaboration in this field. Through careful analysis, the institutions, authors, and prominent journals that hold significant influence within this particular field have been identified as having the highest publication output. The pertinent research primarily concentrates on the domains of Biology and Medicine. The prevailing keywords encompass pulmonary fibrosis, acute lung injury, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and others. Notably, TGFß1, TNF, and CXCL8 emerge as the most frequently studied targets, primarily associated with signaling pathways such as cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction. Additionally, cluster analysis of related diseases reveals their interconnectedness with ailments such as cancer. Conclusion: The present study employed bibliometric methods to investigate the knowledge structure and developmental trends in the realm of macrophage and PF research. The findings shed light on the introduction and research hotspots that facilitate a more comprehensive understanding of macrophages and PF.

Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a severe traumatic condition in spinal surgery characterized by nerve damage in and below the injured area. Despite advancements in understanding the pathophysiology of SCI, effective clinical treatments remain elusive. Selenium compounds have become a research hotspot due to their diverse medicinal activities. Previously, our group synthesized a selenium-containing Compound 34# with significant anti-inflammatory activity. This study aimed to explore the anti-SCI effects of selenium-containing compounds using network pharmacology, molecular docking (MD), and ADMET methods. To identify SCI-related targets and those associated with 34#, GeneCards, NCBI, and SEA databases were employed. Eight overlapping targets were considered candidate targets, and molecular docking was performed using the PDB database and AutoDock software. The STRING database was used to obtain protein-protein interactions (PPI). Molecular dynamics simulation, MM/GBSA binding free energy score, and ADMET prediction were used to evaluate the potential targets and drug properties of 34#. Finally, experiments on NSC34 cells and mice were to verify the effects of 34# on SCI. Our results revealed eight candidate targets for 34# in the treatment of SCI. PPI and MD identified ADRB2 and HTR1F as the highest connectivity with 34#. ADMET analysis confirmed the low toxicity and safety of 34#. In vitro and in vivo models validated the anti-SCI effects. Our study elucidated candidate targets for alleviating SCI with 34#, explored PPI and target-related signaling pathways, and validated its anti-SCI effects. These findings enhance our understanding of 34#'s mechanism in treating SCI, positioning it as a potential candidate for SCI prevention.

The evaporation-induced deposition pattern of the linear diblock copolymer solution has attracted attention in recent years. Given its critical applications, we study deposition patterns of the linear diblock copolymer solution nanodroplet on a solid surface (the wall) by molecular dynamics simulations. This study focuses on the influence of the nonbonded interaction strength, including the interaction between the wall and polymer blocks (ɛAW and ɛBW), the interaction between the solvent and the wall (ɛSW), and the interaction between polymer blocks (ɛAB). Conditions leading to diverse deposition patterns are explored, including the coffee-ring and the volcano-like structures. The formation of the coffee-ring structure is attributed to receding interfaces, the heterogeneity inside the droplet, and the self-assembly of polymer chains. This study contributes to the establishment of guidelines for designing deposition patterns of the linear diblock copolymer solution nanodroplet, which facilitates practical applications such as inkjet printing.

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), based on various pathogenic symptoms and the 'golden chamber' medical text, Huangdi Neijing, diabetes mellitus falls under the category 'collateral disease'. TCM, with its wealth of experience, has been treating diabetes for over two millennia. Different antidiabetic Chinese herbal medicines reduce blood sugar, with their effective ingredients exerting unique advantages. As well as a glucose lowering effect, TCM also regulates bodily functions to prevent diabetes associated complications, with reduced side effects compared to western synthetic drugs. Chinese herbal medicine is usually composed of polysaccharides, saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, and terpenoids. These active ingredients reduce blood sugar via various mechanism of actions that include boosting endogenous insulin secretion, enhancing insulin sensitivity and adjusting key enzyme activity and scavenging free radicals. These actions regulate glycolipid metabolism in the body, eventually achieving the goal of normalizing blood glucose. Using different animal models, a number of molecular markers are available for the detection of diabetes induction and the molecular pathology of the disease is becoming clearer. Nonetheless, there is a dearth of scientific data about the pharmacology, dose-effect relationship, and structure-activity relationship of TCM and its constituents. Further research into the efficacy, toxicity and mode of action of TCM, using different metabolic and molecular markers, is key to developing novel TCM antidiabetic formulations.

Precisely controlling the product selectivity of a reaction is an important objective in organic synthesis. α-Ketoamides are vital intermediates in chemical transformations and privileged motifs in numerous drugs, natural products, and biologically active molecules. The selective synthesis of α-ketoamides from feedstock chemicals in a safe and operationally simple manner under mild conditions is a long-standing catalysis challenge. Herein, an unprecedented TBD-switched Pd-catalyzed double isocyanide insertion reaction for assembling ketoamides in aqueous DMSO from (hetero)aryl halides and pseudohalides under mild conditions is reported. The effectiveness and utility of this protocol are demonstrated by its diverse substrate scope (93 examples), the ability to late-stage modify pharmaceuticals, scalability to large-scale synthesis, and the synthesis of pharmaceutically active molecules. Mechanistic studies indicate that TBD is a key ligand that modulates the Pd-catalyzed double isocyanide insertion process, thereby selectively providing the desired α-ketoamides in a unique manner. In addition, the imidoylpalladium(II) complex and α-ketoimine amide are successfully isolated and determined by X-ray analysis, confirming that they are probable intermediates in the catalytic pathway.

Heavy metal Cu2+ emitted in industry and residues of glyphosate pesticides are pervasive in ecosystems, accumulated in water bodies and organisms' overtime, constituting hazard to human and ecological balance. The development of rapid, highly selective, reversibility and sensitive biosensor in vivo detection for Cu2+ and glyphosate was imminent. A novel dual-recognition fluorescence biosensor MPH was successfully synthesized based on triphenylamine, which demonstrated remarkable ratiometric fluorescence quenching toward Cu2+, while MPH-Cu2+ (1:1) ensemble exhibited ratiometric fluorescence restoration for glyphosate, both with observable color changes in daylight and UV lamp. The biosensor exhibited rapid, outstanding selectivity, anti-interference, and multiple cycles reversibility through "turn-off-on" fluorescence towards Cu2+ and glyphosate, respectively. Surprisingly, the clearly binding mechanisms of MPH to Cu2+ and MPH-Cu2+ ensemble to glyphosate were determined, respectively, based on the Job's plot, FT-IR, ESI-HRMS, 1H NMR titration and theoretical calculations of dynamics and thermodynamics. In addition, biosensor MPH demonstrated successful detection of Cu2+ and glyphosate across diverse environmental samples including tap water, extraction solutions of traditional Chinese medicine honeysuckle and soil samples. In the meantime, fluorescence imaging of Cu2+ and glyphosate at both micro and macro scales in various living organisms, such as rice roots, MCF-7 cells, zebrafish, and mice, were successfully achieved. Overall, this work was expected to become a promising and versatile fluorescence biosensor for rapid and reversible detection of Cu2+ and glyphosate both in vitro and vivo.
