RESUMEN

The article deals with the results of computational experiments in research of dynamics of proliferation of cells of thyroid gland follicle in normal condition and in the case of malignant neoplasm. The model studies demonstrated that the chronic increase of parameter of proliferation of cells of thyroid gland follicle results in abnormal behavior of numbers of cell cenosis of thyroid gland follicle. The stationary state interrupts, the auto-oscillations occur with transition to irregular oscillations with unpredictable cell proliferation and further to the "black hole" effect. It is demonstrated that the present medical biologic experimental data and theory propositions concerning the structural functional organization of thyroid gland on cell level permit to develop mathematical models for quantitative analysis of numbers of cell cenosis of thyroid gland follicle in normal conditions. The technique of modeling of regulative mechanisms of living systems and equations of cell cenosis regulations was used

RESUMEN

Influence of system of protein and amino acid rehabilitation on a functional condition of wrestlers is studied. It is established that the offered system has a wide range of adaptogenic. Found that the proposed system and actoprotective activity shows immunoprotective effect on the humoral immune system, accelerates processes of restoration after physical activity, provides a gain of working capacity, and also promotes adaptation of cardiovascular system for physical exercise.

RESUMEN

Campylobacter fetus subspecies fetus is a cause of different obstetric-gynecological diseases. It is a first time when rate of infection with Campylobacter was studied and connection between the infection and development of chronic gynecologic diseases and pathology of labor was established. Bacteria were isolated and identified in 36.0% +/- 0.7 of studied women admitted to inpatient clinics. It was established that Campylobacter fetus subspecies fetus can cause abnormalities in placenta functions as well as different inflammatory processes during pregnancy.

RESUMEN

The results of in vitro experiments showed that hexestrol, a synthetic analog of estrogen hormones, at high concentrations inhibited the contractile response of isolated preparations of pregnant human uterus induced by ATP. It is suggested that estrogen hormones can interact with P2 receptors in human uterus during pregnancy.

RESUMEN

A computer audiometer has been designed on the computer using program "Audiometry". No special devices are needed. This computer audiometric complex can perform all kinds of behavioral audiometry: tonal threshold, suprathreshold, speech and in a free sound field.

RESUMEN

Finnish saunas are popular for alleviating psycho-emotional and physical stress. Regular visits to a sauna may promote three adaptive effects: a simulation of the training generally associated with sports activities, the building up of resistance to the effects of extreme exposures, and the regulation of autonomic functions. However, the effect that the sauna has on the physiological mechanisms of humans--particularly, the effect of contrast-cooling following thermal exposure--is still obscure. An example of contrast-cooling following thermal exposure is that caused by swimming after using a sauna; such contrast-cooling may be a risk factor for people with unstable blood pressure, and gradual cooling-off after using a sauna may be preferable. In this series, various autonomic functions under different heating and cooling treatment in a sauna were studied. The authors have concluded that the mode of exposures to heating and cooling under control of Heart Rate (HR) changes has, to a certain extent, a relaxing effect, and thus can be recommended for alleviating psycho-emotional stress.
