RESUMEN

UNLABELLED: THE AIM OF OUR INVESTIGATION: siuay me level or moroiaity or cnolelimiasis and its dynamic in adult and children population of Udmurt Republic. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We used the materials of state statistic registration documentation. We took into account the average population of Udmurt Republic, data of cholrlithiasis morbidity and the quantity of registrated cases of disease. To reveal tendency of cholelithiasis morbidity we spent the regressive analysis with using of trend models. THE RESULTS: We found that during analyzing period (2005-2009) common morbidity of cholelithiasis in Udmurt Republic exceeds the same data in Russian Federation. Morbidity of adult urban population is significantly higher than in rural population. The cholelithiasis morbidity increases at the age of 41-60 years. In children population we marked significant raising of primary cholelithiasis morbidity. CONCLUSION. It was revealed that cholelithiasis morbidity in Udmurt Republic remains high. Due to this information we have possibility to determine medical and prophylactic measures.

RESUMEN

The development of different types of endometrial hyperplasia is associated with the changes in the proliferation/apoptosis ratio, with the former being predominant in the presence of increased neoangiogenesis and altered endometrial cell receptor status.

RESUMEN

The following growth factors play a role in the development of uterine leiomyoma: EFR- epidermal growth factor, EFR-R- receptor of EFR, TGF- thrombocytic growth factor, TGFb- transforming growth factor beta, ILGF1 - insulin-like growth factor of the 1st type. These factors stimulate proliferation of cells, stroma and angiogenesis in the tumor. Mitotically active leiomyoma is characterized by a higher content of these growth factors vs ordinary and cellular leiomyomas. Treatment of uterine leiomyoma should be concentrated on removal of tumor cells from the body as leiomyomas especially its mitotically active variant produce growth factors which are able to stimulate tumor growth by the autocrine mechanism.

RESUMEN

The treatment efficiency was estimated in 128 patients with peptic ulcer (65 patients were treated in policlinic in daily hospital and 63 patients were treated in usual hospital). It was demonstrated that the duration of treatment in daily hospital was average reduced on 4.8 days and treatment value in daily hospital was lowered on 49%. So, the introduction and development of the hospital-replacing forms of the medical help had allowed rationally and economically use the resources of public health.

RESUMEN

The hand joint is a multi-joint formation, including the wrist, carpal, intercarpal, carpometacarpal, intermetacarpal, distal radioulnar joints. Features of hand joint and periarticular tissue disease were studied in 536 workers exposed to local vibration and functional overstrain. The most prevalent diseases are arthroses with deformation of the wrist, radiocarpal, carpometacarpal joints, often with involvement of the triangular fibrous disk and carpals, periarthroses of the hand joint with compression neuropathy of the median and ulnar nerves.
