RESUMEN

Background: The rehabilitation of central post-stroke pain (CPSP) is a complex clinical challenge, and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) has been widely applied in the research of neurofunctional recovery following stroke. However, there is currently no reliable evidence-based medicine supporting the efficacy of rTMS in central post-stroke pain. This review aims to evaluate the effects of rTMS on central post-stroke pain. Methods: Following the PRISMA guidelines, we conducted searches on PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, and Wan Fang Data Knowledge Service Platform. We searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) investigating the use of rTMS in treating central post-stroke pain, and conducted screening based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Characteristics of the included RCTs were extracted. The heterogeneity of the trials was assessed using the I2 statistic. Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 17 software. Bias risk and methodological quality were evaluated using the Cochrane RoB 2 tool and the Pedro scale. Results: A total of six randomized controlled trials involving 288 patients met our inclusion criteria. In our analysis, rTMS was more effective in treating patients with CPSP compared to the placebo group (SMD=-1.15, 95% CI: -1.69, -0.61, P < 0.001). Furthermore, results from subgroup analysis indicated no statistically significant difference in the improvement of pain for durations exceeding 6 months when comparing rTMS to conventional treatment (SMD=-0.80, 95% CI: -1.63, 0.03, P = 0.059). Conclusion: TMS can alleviate pain in CPSP patients and improve their motor function, but its effects on depression, anxiety, and MEP-latency are not significant. Objective: Using Mesh Meta Analysis to evaluate the efficacy of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Clomiphene, Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene for treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), in order to provide evidence-based medical evidence for whether to recommend Acupuncture & Moxibustion or Combine western medicine to treat PCOS. Methods: Eight databases including The Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang Date, VIP and CBM were searched by computer. The included research period is from the establishment of the database to May 2023, which concerned with randomized controlled trials involving Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Clomiphene, Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene on ovulation induction and pregnancy outcome in patients with PCOS. The duration of the research paper is from 2016 to 2023.The inclusion criteria refer to the Rotterdam standards issued by the European Center for Human Reproduction and Embryology and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine in January 2003, or the Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome by the Endocrinology Group of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. Simultaneously exclude related diseases, repetitive literature, as well as literature with incomplete abstract information and no original data provided. Two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and evaluated the risk of bias included in the study, using Stata17.0 software for a mesh meta-analysis. Results: Six randomized controlled trials were included, covering 1410 PCOS patients. Three interventions included Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Clomiphene, Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene. Mesh Meta Analysis showed that in terms of improving ovulation rate, there was no statistical difference between Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A), Clomiphene (B), Clomiphene combined with Acupuncture & Moxibustion (C) (P>0.05).Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A) versus Clomiphene (B) [MD=0.15,95% CI (-0.51,0.80)], Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A) versus Clomiphene combined with Acupuncture & Moxibustion (C) [MD=1.60,95% CI (0.97,2.23)], Clomiphene (B) versus Clomiphene combined with Acupuncture & Moxibustion (C) [MD=1.45,95% CI (0.91,1.99)]. In terms of pregnancy outcome, the difference between the three intervention methods was statistically significant (P<0.05). Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A) versus Clomiphene (B) [MD=-0.80,95% CI (-1.84,0.23)], Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A) versus Clomiphene combined with Acupuncture & Moxibustion (C) [MD=0.29,95% CI (-0.73,1.30)], and Clomiphene (B) versus Clomiphene combined with Acupuncture & Moxibustion (C) [MD=1.09,95% CI (0.39,1.79)], The order of pregnancy rate from high to low is Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene (C), Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A), Clomiphene (C).In terms of influencing endometrial thickness, the difference between the three intervention methods was statistically significant (P<0.05). Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A) versus Clomiphene (B) [MD=-0.84,95% CI (-1.87,0.19)], Acupuncture & Moxibustion (A) versus Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene (C) [MD=0.26,95% CI (-1.01,1.53)], Clomiphene (B) versus Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene (C) [MD=1.10,95% CI (0.36,1.84)], Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene (C) has the best effect on improving endometrial thickness. In subgroup analysis, the effect of Acupuncture & Moxibustion treatment frequency on ovulation rate and pregnancy rate was not statistically significant. The combination of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Electroacupuncture and warm Acupuncture & Moxibustion has no effect on the pregnancy rate, but the combination of Electroacupuncture and Clomiphene has the best effect on improving the ovulation rate. In the observation of adverse reactions, compared with clomiphene alone, Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene can reduce the occurrence of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome (LUFS) and Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome (OHSS), and reduce the occurrence of physical adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, headache and dermatitis. Conclusion: Acupuncture & Moxibustion is effective in improving the ovulation promoting effect and pregnancy outcome of PCOS patients. The ovulation promoting effect of Acupuncture & Moxibustion or combined with Clomiphene is similar to that of Clomiphene alone, but Acupuncture & Moxibustion combined with Clomiphene has more advantages in improving the pregnancy rate of PCOS, and it also can reduce the adverse reactions of Clomiphene alone. Acupuncture & Moxibustion can be used as a recommended treatment for PCOS. More cases should also be included in the subgroup analysis to study the impact of Acupuncture & Moxibustion programs on clinical efficacy and further optimize the Acupuncture & Moxibustion treatment program. Achieving satisfactory performance for a solid-state Na-metal battery (SSNMB) with an inorganic solid electrolyte (SE), especially under freezing temperatures, poses a challenge for stabilizing a Na-metal anode. Herein, this challenge is addressed by utilizing a Natrium super ionic conductor (NASICON) NASICON-type solid electrolyte, enabling the operation of a rechargeable SSNMB over a wide temperature range from -20 to 45 °C. The interfacial resistance at the Na metal/SE interface is only 0.4 Ω cm2 at 45 °C and remains below 110 Ω cm2 even at -20 °C. Remarkably, long-term Na-metal plating/stripping cycles lasting over 2000 h at -20 °C are achieved with minimal polarization voltages at 0.1 mA cm-2 . Further analysis reveals the formation of a uniform Na3- x Cax PO4 interphase layer at the interface, which significantly contributes to the exceptional interfacial performance observed. By employing a Na3 V1.5 Al0.5 (PO4 )3 cathode, the full battery system demonstrates excellent adaptability to low temperatures, exhibiting a capacity of 80 mA h g-1 at -20 °C over 50 cycles and retaining a capacity of 108 mAh g-1 (88.5% of the capacity at 45 °C) at 0 °C over 275 cycles. This research significantly reduces the temperature threshold for SSNMB operation and paves the way toward solid-state batteries suitable for all-season applications.

Autonomous indoor service robots are affected by multiple factors when they are directly involved in manipulation tasks in daily life, such as scenes, objects, and actions. It is of self-evident importance to properly parse these factors and interpret intentions according to human cognition and semantics. In this study, the design of a semantic representation framework based on a knowledge graph is presented, including (1) a multi-layer knowledge-representation model, (2) a multi-module knowledge-representation system, and (3) a method to extract manipulation knowledge from multiple sources of information. Moreover, with the aim of generating semantic representations of entities and relations in the knowledge base, a knowledge-graph-embedding method based on graph convolutional neural networks is proposed in order to provide high-precision predictions of factors in manipulation tasks. Through the prediction of action sequences via this embedding method, robots in real-world environments can be effectively guided by the knowledge framework to complete task planning and object-oriented transfer.

Background: Chronic insomnia disorder (CID) is increasing in prevalence year by year, is long lasting, and potentially risky. Acupuncture has been widely used in the clinical management of this condition. However, there is still a lack of direct evidence on the dose-effect relationship between different acupuncture courses and clinical efficacy. To identify this relationship, we will design a randomized controlled trial to clarify the difference in efficacy of different acupuncture courses for CID. Methods and design: This is a prospective, parallel, single center randomized controlled trial. Two hundred and one participants with CID will be randomly divided into three groups (Group A, Group B, and Group C). The three groups will be given acupuncture therapy for 4, 6, and 8 weeks, three sessions per week, with at least 1 day between sessions. Follow-up will continue until the third month after the end of treatment. The primary outcome is the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), and secondary outcomes include percentage of ISI < 8 points, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS), medication use, and safety. Discussion: This study is expected to provide direct evidence for the optimal treatment cycle of acupuncture for CID, as well as to facilitate health economic evaluation. Solid-state alkaline metal batteries are highly sought out for their improved energy density and security over the current lithium-ion batteries. However, their practical application is heavily hindered by the interfacial issues originating from the solid electrolyte/electrode mismatch. This work demonstrates that a CuO coating layer as an active interphase can thoroughly promote the intimate contact between a Na3 Zr2 Si2 PO12 solid electrolyte and a Na metal anode through an in situ conversion reaction. The resultant Cu/Na2 O matrix forms a mixed electron/ion conducting scaffold, which facilitates stable and homogeneous Na metal plating without dendrite formation. Moreover, the symmetric Na metal cell realizes impressively steady plating/stripping cycles for 5000 h even under a high current density of 0.3 mA cm-2 . The novelty is further manifested as a room-temperature solid-state Na metal full battery of Na3 V1.5 Al0.5 (PO4 )3 |CuO@NZSPO|Na is assembled and exhibits a highly reversible cyclability (99.85% coulombic efficiency and 99.0% capacity retention) under a charge/discharge rate of 5 C for 2250 cycles. This work effectively solves the interfacial issues at the Na metal/solid electrolyte interface and provides a convenient way toward high-performance solid-state Na metal batteries operated at room temperature.

This paper proposes an anti-rotation template matching method based on a portion of the whole pixels. To solve the problem that the speed of the original template matching method based on NCC (Normalized cross correlation) is too slow for the rotated image, a template matching method based on Sub-NCC is proposed, which improves the anti-jamming ability of the algorithm. At the same time, in order to improve the matching speed, the rotation invariant edge points are selected from the rotation invariant pixels, and the selected points are used for rough matching to quickly screen out the unmatched areas. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the accuracy of this method is more than 95%. For the search map at any angle with the resolution at the level of 300,000 pixel, after selecting the appropriate pyramid series and threshold, the matching time can be controlled to within 0.1 s.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Tiaochongren Gushenyuan on ovulation and embryo implantation in luteal phase defect patients with spleen-kidney yang deficiency. METHODS: A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 40 cases in each one.In the observation group,acupuncture was applied at Shenting (GV 24), Shenque (CV 8), Guanyuan (CV 4), Qixue (KI 13), Lieque (LU 7), Gongsun (SP 4), Taixi (KI 3), Zusanli (ST 36) and Taichong (LR 3). And moxibustion was given at Taixi (KI 3) using moxibustion box during follicular phase, the stimulation of Taichong (LR 3) was strengthened during ovulatory phase, moxibustion was adopted at Shenque (CV 8) to Guanyuan (CV 4), Zusanli (ST 36) and Taixi (KI 3) during luteal phase. In the control group, acupuncture was applied at Guanyuan (CV 4), Dahe (KI 12), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Ciliao (BL 32), Zhibian (BL 54) and Shenque (CV 8). Moxibustion was given at Sanyinjiao (SP 6) using moxibustion box during follicular phase, and moxibustion was adopted at Shenque (CV 8) to Guanyuan (CV 4) during luteal phase. The treatment were given every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and the treatment were stoped during menstrual period in the two groups. Totally 3 menstrual cycle treatment were required, and 3 menstrual cycles were followed up. The pregnancy rate was observed after treatment, the ovulation rate, maximum folliclular diameter and difference of maximum folliclular diameters in ovulatory phase, serum progesterone (P) and basal body temperature (BBT) were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. RESULTS: In the observation group, 6 cases of successful pregnancy during treatment,10 cases in follow-up, the clinical pregnancy rate was 40.0% (16/40). In the control group, 1 case of successful pregnancy during treatment, 5 cases in follow-up, the clinical pregnancy rate was 15.0% (6/40). The clinical pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). The ovulation rate after treatment in the observation group was 90.0% (36/40), and the control group was 70.0% (28/40), compared before treatment, the ovulation rates were increased after treatment in the two groups (P<0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Compared before treatment, the maximum folliclular diameter and difference of maximum folliclular diameters in ovulatory phase, serum P after treatment were improved in the two groups (P<0.05), and the improvements of the observation group were significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). The BBT after treatment were superior to before treatment in the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the normal BBT in the observation group was 33 cases, while the control group was 22 cases (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of Tiaochongren Gushenyuan can promote folliclar development, improve dominant follicle morphology, increase the level of serum P. The therapeutic effect is superior to routine acupuncture in increasing ovulation rate and improving pregnancy outcome.

RESUMEN

Opposing needling is an acupoint selection method of acupuncture recorded in Huangdi Neijing (Yellow Emperor 's Internal Classic). And the first record of dragon-tiger fighting needling is found in the Zhenjiu Daquan (Great Compendium on Acupuncture and Moxibustion), it is a compound reinforcing and reducing manipulation of tonification-purgation method. Both of them are widely used in the treatment of pain syndrome, which are mainly for nerve system and musculoskeletal diseases and seldom for gynecological diseases. By analyzing the pathogenic characteristics of chronic pelvic inflammation, the clinical application of opposing needling combined with dragon-tiger fighting needling for chronic pelvic inflammation is expounded based on the theory of treating different diseases with the same treatment in TCM.
