RESUMEN

In this study, three different materials were prepared: dendritic fiber-type silica (KCC-1), zeolitic imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8), and a new composite material called KCC-1@ZIF-8. These materials were synthesized using microemulsion, stirring, and coating methods, respectively. The properties of the materials were characterized using various techniques such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), TGA and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that KCC-1@ZIF-8 exhibited a significant increase in the BET surface area and pore size compared to the individual components KCC-1 and ZIF-8. These improved properties of the composite material were beneficial for enhancing the adsorption capacity. The effects of initial concentrations, solution pH and reaction time on the adsorption capacity were investigated. The adsorption kinetics and isothermal data of ZIF-8 and KCC-1@ZIF-8 fitted well with pseudo-second-order and Langmuir isotherm models. The results of adsorption thermodynamics show that the adsorption process is spontaneous and endothermic. KCC-1@ZIF-8 exhibited a very high adsorption capacity (751.46 mg g-1) at an initial TC hydrochloride concentration of 80 mg L-1 in an aqueous solution at 301.15 K, and the value was higher than that of ZIF-8 (549.80 mg g-1) under the same conditions. KCC-1 exhibited a relatively lower capacity (37.860 mg g-1). Based on these findings, KCC-1@ZIF-8 was considered a promising adsorbent for the treatment of wastewater contaminated with TC hydrochloride. Additionally, the composite material, when combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), could be used as a solid-phase extraction adsorbent for the adsorption of TC hydrochloride in animal foodstuff samples. The calibration curves showed a linear range of 20-500 µg L-1, and the recovery rate ranged from 85.216% to 90.717%. No one has made adsorbents with this new structure before, and KCC-1@ZIF-8 possessed excellent adsorption properties, which make it a potential candidate for environmental remediation and analytical applications involving TC hydrochloride.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Dachsous cadherin related 1 (DCHS1) is one of calcium-dependent adhesion membrane proteins and is mainly involved in the development of mammalian tissues. There is a lack of more detailed research on the biological function of DCHS1 in pan-cancer. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We evaluated the expression, the prognostic value, the diagnostic value and genomic alterations of DCHS1 by using the databases, including TCGA, UALCAN, HPA, GEPIA2.0 and GSCA. We employed the databases of UCSC, TIMER2.0, TISIDB, GSCA to analyze the association between DCHS1 expression and the immune microenvironment, stemness, TMB, MSI and anticancer drug sensitivity. BioGRID, STRING and GEPIA2.0 were used to perform protein interaction and functional enrichment analysis. Real-time quantitative PCR, CCK8, Transwell assay and Western blot were performed to determine the function of DCHS1 in UCEC. RESULTS: DCHS1 is differentially expressed in many cancers and its expression is significantly associated with tumor prognosis and diagnosis. DCHS1 expression was significantly correlated with the infiltration of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), Endothelial cell (ECs), and Hematopoietic stem cell in most cancers. In addition, DCHS1 was significantly associated with sensitivity to many antitumor drugs. Functional enrichment analysis revealed that DCHS1-related proteins were involved in Focal adhesion, Endometrial cancer and Wnt signaling pathway. GSEA results showed that DCHS1 was related to epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in many cancers. In vitro experiments in UCEC showed that DCHS1 regulated cell proliferation, migration and EMT. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings indicated that DCHS1 might be a novel prognostic and diagnostic biomarker and immunotherapy target, and plays an important role in the proliferation, migration and EMT in UCEC.

RESUMEN

Eastern China is a major producer of fishery products (including inland aquaculture, coastal mariculture, and coastal fishing products). The quality of the products is affected by hydrophobic organic contaminants (HOCs) in the sediments. Based on in-vitro luminescent bacterial assay, the baseline toxicity (BEQBio) of 56 common HOCs were assessed in the present study. Specifically, the BEQBio of sediments declined from land (31-400 mg/kg) to sea (9.1-270 mg/kg). However, the toxicity contribution explained by the HOCs increased gradually from land (0.70 %) to sea (10 %) using Iceberg Modeling. In the inland pond, current use HOCs (pyrethroid pesticide (PEs), organic tin (OTCs), and antibiotic) exhibited considerable concentrations, although their toxicity contribution was very small (0.076 %), thus more regulations on the use of HOCs should be proposed and further screening is needed to confirm the major toxicants. In coastal mariculture area, the toxicity contribution of current use HOCs further declined (0.010 %), whereas environmental background HOCs, such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), became increasingly significant, with the contribution ratio increasing from 0.37 % to 2.4 %. To minimize the negative impacts of PAHs, optimization of energy structure in transportation and coastal industry is required. In the coastal fishing area, the phased-out persistent organic pollutants (POPs) remained a major concern, in terms of both concentration and toxicity contribution. The phased-out POPs explained 7.0 % of the toxic effects of the sediments from the coastal fishing area, due to historical residue, industrial emissions, and their high toxicities. For this reason, it is critical to improve the relevant emission regulations and standards, so as to eventually reduce the unintentional discharges of POPs.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Quantitative analysis of retinal nerve fibers is important for the diagnosis and treatment of optic nerve diseases. Peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) cross-sectional area may give a more accurate quantitative assessment of retinal nerve fibers than RNFL thickness but there have been no previous reports of the peripapillary RNFL cross-sectional area or other parameters. The purpose of the current study was to determine peripapillary RNFL cross-sectional area and its association with other factors in an adult Chinese population. METHODS: RNFL cross-sectional area was measured during peripapillary circular optical coherence tomography (OCT) scan with a diameter of 12° centered on the optic disc. Correlation between RNFL cross-sectional area and other parameters was evaluated by linear regression analysis in a cross-sectional study of an adult Chinese population. RESULTS: A total of 2404 eyes from 2404 subjects were examined. Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that larger RNFL cross-sectional area correlated with younger age (p < 0.001), female gender (p = 0.001), no history of diabetes (p = 0.012) and larger optic disc area (p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: Peripapillary RNFL cross-sectional area is correlated positively with optic disc area, suggesting that eyes with larger optic discs have thicker RNFL. Further studies are needed to confirm whether this correlation is due to differences in the numbers of retinal nerve fibers or other factors.

RESUMEN

The WUSCHEL-related homeobox (WOX) gene family is vital for plant development and stress response. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of WOX genes in Cunninghamia lanceolata (C. lanceolata) and subsequently explored the potential roles of two ClWOX genes within the WUS clade. In total, six ClWOX genes were identified through a full-length transcriptome analysis. These genes, exhibiting conserved structural and functional motifs, were assigned to the ancient clade and Modern/WUS clade, respectively, through a phylogenetic analysis. Our expression analysis indicated that these ClWOX genes were highly expressed in the middle and late developmental stages of zygotic embryos in C. lanceolata. Moreover, only ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 within the Modern/WUS clade exhibited transcriptional activity, and their expressions were also induced in response to auxin and wounding. Overexpression of ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 in Arabidopsis caused a partially sterile phenotype, resulting in a very low seed setting rate. Transcriptomic analysis revealed that expressions of many embryo-defective (EMB) genes, phytohormone-related genes, and transcription factors (TFs) were dramatically altered in ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 transgenic plants, which suggested that ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 may play specific important roles in embryo development via complex gene networks. In addition, overexpression of ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 in leaf segments promoted shoot regeneration in tobacco, indicating that ClWOX5 and ClWOX6 can promote plant regeneration and could be used to improve genetic transformation. In conclusion, these results help to elucidate the function of the WOX gene and provide a valuable basis for future studies of the developmental regulation and applications of WOX genes in C. lanceolata.

RESUMEN

Probiotics are not only a food supplement, but they have shown great potential in their nutritional, health and therapeutic effects. To maximize the beneficial effects of probiotics, it is commonly achieved by adding prebiotics. Prebiotics primarily comprise indigestible carbohydrates, specific peptides, proteins, and lipids, with oligosaccharides being the most extensively studied prebiotics. However, these rapidly fermenting oligosaccharides have many drawbacks and can cause diarrhea and flatulence in the body. Hence, the exploration of new prebiotic is of great interest. Besides oligosaccharides, protein hydrolysates have been demonstrated to enhance the expression of beneficial properties of probiotics. Consequently, this paper outlines the mechanism underlying the action of protein hydrolysates on probiotics, as well as the advantageous impacts of proteins hydrolysates derived from various food sources on probiotics. In addition, this paper also reviews the currently reported biological activities of protein hydrolysates. The aim is a theoretical basis for the development and implementation of novel prebiotics.

RESUMEN

Background: The effect of post-operation sub-Tenon's bupivacaine injection for pediatric strabismus surgery is controversial. The objective of this meta-analysis is to compare the outcome of sub-Tenon injection of bupivacaine and placebo duringstrabismus surgery. Methods: We searched the databases (Pubmed, Cochrane library and EMBASE) and reference lists systematically. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing sub-Tenon's bupivacaine and placebo injection for pediatric strabismus surgery were included. The methodological quality was evaluated by the Cochrane risk of bias (ROB) tool. Outcome measurements were pain score, oculocardiac reflex (OCR), additional drug consumption and related complications. RevMan 5.4 was used for the statistical analysis and graph preparation. For the outcomes that are not suitable for statistical analysis, descriptive analysis was performed. Results: A total of 5 RCTs with 217 patients were finally identified and analyzed. Sub-Tenon's bupivacaine injection showed pain relief within 30 min after operation. But with the extension of time, the analgesic effect gradually disappeared at 1 h. It can reduce the incidence of OCR, vomiting and supplementary drug requirements. However, in terms of nausea, there is no difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Sub-Tenon's bupivacaine injection can relieve short-term postoperative pain, reduce the incidence of OCR and vomiting, and reduce the use of supplementary drugs in strabismus surgery.

RESUMEN

INTRODUCTION: Circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) is a good diagnostic tool for hepatocellular carcinoma as it can comprehensively reflect the heterogeneity of tumors and aid in their early detection. This study aimed to assess the diagnostic value of circulating cfDNA for hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, and Scopus databases were searched to identify all relevant literature from their dates of establishment to 6 April 2022, and a total of 2,467 articles were found. Methodological quality assessment was performed using QUADAS-2. RESULTS: Fifteen articles with 3,686 patients were included in this study after screening. The pooled sensitivity, specificity, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, diagnostic odds ratio, and area under the curve were 0.83 (95% confidence interval [CI]: 0.78, 0.87), 0.90 (95% CI: 0.86, 0.93), 8.4 (95% CI: 5.9, 12.0), 0.19 (95% CI: 0.15, 0.24), 44 (95% CI: 30, 66), and 0.93 (95% CI: 0.90, 0.95), respectively. Deek's funnel plot test did not show significant publication bias (P = 0.28). CONCLUSIONS: Results of this meta-analysis suggest that circulating cfDNA has moderate sensitivity and excellent specificity for the detection of hepatocellular carcinoma as a noninvasive test (0.83 and 0.90, respectively).

RESUMEN

Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the most common gynecologic malignancies. Identification of potential EC biomarkers is essential to improve the prognosis and development of therapies against EC. Synaptotagmin-like protein 1 (SYTL1), as a small GTPase Rab27 effector, mainly plays a role in vesicle trafficking and cytotoxic granule exocytosis in lymphocytes. However the role of SYTL1 in EC remains uncertain. We performed a comprehensive assessment of the relationship between SYTL1 and patient diagnosis and prognosis by analysis of EC patients' data from TCGA. We employed the LinkedOmics and Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING) database to analyze the biological function of SYTL1 in EC. In addition, the correlation between SYTL1 expression and its DNA methylation was performed by using cBioportal, UALCAN, TCGA Wanderer and MethSurv databases. We further assessed the link between SYTL1 and tumor-infiltrating immune cells by using gene set variation analysis (GSVA).Results We found that SYTL1 was highly expressed in EC patients and cell lines. And increased expression of SYTL1 was associated with age, clinical stage, histological type, histological grade and good overall survival (OS).SYTL1 DNA methylation is negatively associated with SYTL1 expression and UCEC patients' OS. SYTL1 expression is closely correlated with immune infiltration. Furthermore, we carried out in vitro experiments to verify the results of bioinformatic analysis. Conclusion Our results demonstrated that the elevation of SYTL1 expression is associated with good OS and SYTL1 might be a potential diagnostic and prognostic marker in EC.

RESUMEN

Pregnant women infected with HCV should be given attention due to their special physiological stage and the effect on offspring health. To examine the prevalence of HCV infection among pregnant women in part of China and explore relevant factors during pregnancy, a cross-sectional study was conducted in four maternal and children health care institutions (MCHC) in Guangdong, Hunan and Chongqing. Pregnant women who were delivered, induced or spontaneous abortion were included and relevant information was collected through the Hospital Information System. Results showed that the prevalence of HCV among pregnant women in four MCHCs was 0.11% (95% CI 0.09-0.13%). Age, occupations, regions, syphilis-infection, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP), and placenta previa were significant factors (all P < 0.05). Age and syphilis-infection were positively correlated with HCV infection (Z = 3.41, P = 0.0006; OR = 18.16, 95% CI 9.34-35.29). HCV and HBV infection were risk factors of ICP (OR = 4.18, 95% CI 2.18-8.04; OR = 2.59, 95% CI 2.31-2.89). Our study indicates that the prevalence of HCV among pregnant women in the three provinces(city) was low compared with the general population in China. Older age and syphilis-infection increased the risk of HCV infection during pregnancy. HCV infection was a risk factor of ICP. Generally, we need keep a watchful eye on HCV infection and relevant factors mentioned above during pregnancy in clinic, especially those also infected with syphilis. HCV testing based on risk factors is recommended in antenatal care and obstetrics.

RESUMEN

Lipids play an important role in the salting process of duck eggs. In this research, the low-salt pickling process was employed to salt duck eggs, and the quality parameters, fatty acids and lipidomics were analyzed. The low-salt pickling process maintained the quality of the salted duck egg yolk, and can be regard as a healthy alternative to the traditional curing process. After salting, levels of saturated fatty acid (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acid (MFA) and polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) were increased by 57.77%, 41.59%, and 23.20%, respectively. The lipidomics data showed significant differences in 39 lipids in the phospholipid family during the low-salt pickling process of egg yolk (p < 0.05), in which lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC), lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) and phosphatidylcholine (PC) were defined as differential lipid after low-salt pickling, and the levels of LPC and LPE were increased. Thus, phospholipids might be responsible for the unique quality of salted duck egg yolk.

RESUMEN

Herein, a solid-state fermentation (SSF) system of Ganoderma resinaceum FQ23 with high-yield ergothioneine (EGT) was established, and the amelioration effect of the water extract from its fungal substance on anxiety-like insomnia mice was studied. The content of EGT in the G. resinaceum FQ23 SSF fungal substance increased to 1.146 ± 0.066 mg g-1 DW in the optimization tests. Besides EGT, the common functional components of the water extract from the G. resinaceum FQ23 SSF fungal substance (GSW) were determined, including triterpenoids, polysaccharides, phenols, proteins and amino acids. The animal experiments showed that GSW could alleviate the anxiety-like behavior, improve the antioxidant capacity and protect the organ structure of the anxiety-like insomnia mice. With an increase in the dose of GSW given to the anxiety-like insomnia mice, their serum 5-HT and GABA levels increased, HPA axis hormone levels significantly decreased, BDNF level notably increased, and the response level of the BDNF/CREB signaling pathway was significantly enhanced, indicating that GSW may improve neuroendocrine regulation and neuroprotection in anxiety-like insomnia mice. A 30-times dose of GSW had no acute toxicity in the normal mice. Therefore, the SSF fungal substance of G. resinaceum FQ23 is a potential dietary source for improving sleep. It can be used as a solid drink to help people who are poor sleepers and as a substitute for tea or coffee to help people who are like to drink tea or coffee and cannot sleep.

RESUMEN

To improve liposomes' usage as drug delivery vehicles, cryoprotectants can be utilized to prevent constituent leakage and liposome instability. Cryoprotective agents (CPAs) or cryoprotectants can protect liposomes from the mechanical stress of ice by vitrifying at a specific temperature, which forms a glassy matrix. The majority of studies on cryoprotectants demonstrate that as the concentration of the cryoprotectant is increased, the liposomal stability improves, resulting in decreased aggregation. The effectiveness of CPAs in maintaining liposome stability in the aqueous state essentially depends on a complex interaction between protectants and bilayer composition. Furthermore, different types of CPAs have distinct effective mechanisms of action; therefore, the combination of several cryoprotectants may be beneficial and novel attributed to the synergistic actions of the CPAs. In this review, we discuss the use of liposomes as drug delivery vehicles, phospholipid-CPA interactions, their thermotropic behavior during freezing, types of CPA and their mechanism for preventing leakage of drugs from liposomes.

RESUMEN

Background: A high proportion of clinicians experienced common anxiety, insomnia and depression during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study examined the item-level association of comorbid anxiety and insomnia symptoms among clinicians who suffered from depressive symptoms during the late stage of the COVID-19 pandemic using network analysis (NA). Methods: Clinicians with depressive symptoms (with a Patients Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) total score of 5 and above) were included in this study. Anxiety and insomnia symptoms were measured using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale - 7-item (GAD-7) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), respectively. Network analysis was conducted to investigate the network structure, central symptoms, bridge symptoms, and network stability of these disturbances. Expected influence (EI) was used to measure the centrality of index. Results: Altogether, 1729 clinicians were included in this study. The mean age was 37.1 [standard deviation (SD)=8.04 years], while the mean PHQ-9 total score was 8.42 (SD=3.33), mean GAD-7 total score was 6.45 (SD=3.13) and mean ISI total score was 8.23 (SD=5.26). Of these clinicians, the prevalence of comorbid anxiety symptoms (GAD-7≥5) was 76.8% (95% CI 74.82-78.80%), while the prevalence of comorbid insomnia symptoms (ISI≥8) was 43.8% (95% CI: 41.50-46.18%). NA revealed that nodes ISI7 ("Interference with daytime functioning") (EI=1.18), ISI4 ("Sleep dissatisfaction") (EI=1.08) and ISI5 ("Noticeability of sleep problem by others") (EI=1.07) were the most central (influential) symptoms in the network model of comorbid anxiety and insomnia symptoms in clinicians. Bridge symptoms included nodes PHQ3 ("Sleep") (bridge EI=0.55) and PHQ4 ("Fatigue") (bridge EI=0.49). Gender did not significantly influence the network structure, but "having the experience of caring for COVID-19 patients" significantly influenced the network structure. Conclusion: Central symptoms and key bridge symptoms identified in this NA should be targeted in the treatment and preventive measures for clinicians suffering from comorbid anxiety, insomnia and depressive symptoms during the late stage of the COVID-19 pandemic.

RESUMEN

This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and diabetic retinopathy (DR) and analyze whether DR is a risk factor for AMD. This population-based epidemiological study included 14,440 people from the Kailuan Eye Study in 2016, of whom 1,618 were patients with type 2 DM aged over 50 years, and 409 had DM with DR. We analyzed whether there were differences in the prevalence of AMD between DM with DR and DM without DR, and conducted a hierarchical statistical analysis according to different stages of DR. Using variable regression analysis, we explored whether DR constituted a risk factor for AMD. In the DM population, the prevalence of wet AMD in patients with DM with and without DR was 0. 3 and 0.2%, respectively, with no significant difference (P = 0.607). Meanwhile, the prevalence of dry AMD in patients with DM with and without DR was 20.8 and 16.0%, respectively, with a significant difference. In the subgroup analysis of dry AMD, the prevalence of early, middle, and late dry AMD in DM with DR was 14.4, 5.9, and 0.5%, respectively. In DM without DR, the prevalence of early, middle, and late dry AMD was 10.5, 4.8, and 0.7%, respectively (P = 0.031). In the subgroup analysis of DR staging, statistical analysis could not be performed because of the limited number of patients with PDR. In the variable regression analysis of risk factors for dry AMD, after adjusting for age, sex, body mass index, hypertension, and dyslipidemia, DR constituted the risk factor for dry AMD. In conclusion, DM did not constitute a risk factor for AMD, and the prevalence of wet AMD and dry AMD in patients with DM and DR was higher than that in patients with DM without DR (among which dry AMD was statistically significant). Multivariate regression analysis confirmed that DR is an independent risk factor for dry AMD. Reasonable control of DM and slowing down the occurrence and development of DR may effectively reduce the prevalence of AMD in patients with DM.

RESUMEN

BACKGROUND: Endometrial cancer (EC) is one of the most prevalent gynecological cancers with a 5-year survival rate of 20-60%. Feasible prognostic molecular biomarkers of EC are necessary for accurate prediction of EC prognosis. METHODS: RAC3 is a member of the Rho GTPases. Public databases including Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA2), Tumor Immune Estimation Resource (TIMER), LinkedOmics, Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes/Proteins (STRING), TISIDB and cBioPortal were employed to analyze the differential expression, clinicopathologic characteristics, functional networks, immune cell infiltrates and genetic alteration of RAC3 in EC patients. RESULTS: RAC3 expression was elevated in EC patients analyzed by TIMER and GEPIA. Overexpression of RAC3 was obviously correlated with clinical stage, histological type, histological grade and DNA hypomethylation. Patients with high RAC3 expression displayed poor overall survival. Functional enrichment analysis showed that RAC3 was involved in translational initiation, DNA replication and mRNA processing. RAC3 expression was negatively associated with infiltrating levels of B cells, CD8 + T cells, macrophages and dendritic cells in EC. Experiments in vitro showed that RAC3 was upregulated in EC tissues and cell lines, and RAC3 induced cell proliferation and invasion by increasing fatty acid synthase (FASN) expression. CONCLUSION: High expression of RAC3iscorrelated with poor prognosis and low infiltration of immune cells in EC. RAC3 promotes cell proliferation and invasion via FASN. These results demonstrate thatRAC3 functions as an EC oncogene and reveal its underlying mechanism in EC progression, suggesting that RAC3 may serve as a potential therapeutic target in EC.

RESUMEN

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were analyzed in a variety of coastal marine seafood from the Wentai fishing area, which is in proximity to highly urbanized areas and provides a significant portion of the marine aquatic products in Eastern China. Specifically, total PAHs ranged from 320 to 2500 ng/g d.w., whereas carcinogenic PAHs ranged from 21 to 92 ng/g d.w. According to the source diagnosis, the PAHs in the seafood were generally from sources highly related to fossil fuel. Thus, it is necessary to control the unintentional use of fossil fuels and optimize the energy structure in the terrestrial area nearby. Moreover, the food chain structure and the environmental behavior of PAHs through the food chain, which are relevant to dietary risk, were assessed. The δ15N values fell in a narrow range, which indicates a relatively short food chain, which is due to overfishing in this area. Furthermore, in this shortened food chain, the trophic magnification factors (TMFs) ranged from 0.23 to 6.6, which were generally higher than those in more complex food chains. The cancer risk (ILCR) ranged from 2.2 × 10-8 to 2.2 × 10-6. It is noted that the carcinogenic risk of consuming yellow croaker, which is one of the most popular seafood among people on the east coast of China, was the highest. In conclusion, trophic magnification implied a possible elevated risk through this marine food chain, and overfishing may have increased the uncertainty associated with TMF estimations.

RESUMEN

Accurate magnetic field measurement is the key to evaluating the second-order Zeeman effect. The conventional method is to deduce the magnetic field by determining the center frequency of the magnetic-field-sensitive Ramsey fringes. In this Letter, we present a more rigorous theory for this method and demonstrate that the current peak-searching method has a non-negligible sub-Hz or even larger deviation. We introduce an improved method that considers more parameters and a strict formula that can correct the deviation and suppress it to below 0.1 Hz. Corresponding experiments on the 85Rb atomic fountain demonstrate that this improved method is expected to enhance the precision of magnetic field measurement and improve the atomic fountain clock.
