To date, although the high-carbohydrate (HC) feed has been extensively adopted in the aquaculture industry, its effects on the intestinal function and development of aquatic animals still remain unclear. In addition, the corresponding nutritional intervention is still barely reported. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of xylooligosaccharides (XOS) on the intestinal health of Megalobrama amblycephala subjected to a HC feeding. Fish (average weight: 44.55 ±â€¯0.15 g) were randomly offered 3 diets, including a control one (29 % carbohydrate), a HC one (41 % carbohydrate), and a XOS supplemented one (HC + 1.0 % XOS, HCX) respectively for 12 weeks. The HC feeding caused morphological abnormalities of intestine, an increased intestinal permeability, and the intestinal immunosuppression, all of which were markedly reversed by XOS administration. In addition, compared with the HC group, HCX feeding remarkably promoted the intestinal activities of digestive and brush border enzymes, and the expressions of cell proliferation-related proteins (Wnt10b and Cyclin D1). The 16s rDNA sequencing also revealed that XOS administration increased the abundance of beneficial bacteria, and decreased that of pathogenic ones. In conclusion, dietary supplementation of XOS improved the intestinal histomorphology, barrier function, cell proliferation and bacterial communities of carbohydrate-overloaded fish Megalobrama amblycephala.

Liver fibrosis, one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide, lacks effective therapy. The activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) is the dominant event in hepatic fibrogenesis. Luteolin-7-diglucuronide (L7DG) is the major flavonoid extracted from Perilla frutescens and Verbena officinalis. Their beneficial effects in the treatment of liver diseases were well documented. In this study we investigated the anti-fibrotic activities of L7DG and the potential mechanisms. We established TGF-ß1-activated mouse primary hepatic stellate cells (pHSCs) and human HSC line LX-2 as in vitro liver fibrosis models. Co-treatment with L7DG (5, 20, 50 µM) dose-dependently decreased TGF-ß1-induced expression of fibrotic markers collagen 1, α-SMA and fibronectin. In liver fibrosis mouse models induced by CCl4 challenge alone or in combination with HFHC diet, administration of L7DG (40, 150 mg·kg-1·d-1, i.g., for 4 or 8 weeks) dose-dependently attenuated hepatic histopathological injury and collagen accumulation, decreased expression of fibrogenic genes. By conducting target prediction, molecular docking and enzyme activity detection, we identified L7DG as a potent inhibitor of protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) with an IC50 value of 2.10 µM. Further studies revealed that L7DG inhibited PTP1B activity, up-regulated AMPK phosphorylation and subsequently inhibited HSC activation. This study demonstrates that the phytochemical L7DG may be a potential therapeutic candidate for the treatment of liver fibrosis.

BACKGROUND: Focal cortical dysplasia (FCD) is the most common epileptogenic developmental malformation. The diagnosis of FCD is challenging. We generated a radiomics nomogram based on multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to diagnose FCD and identify laterality early. METHODS: Forty-three patients treated between July 2017 and May 2022 with histopathologically confirmed FCD were retrospectively enrolled. The contralateral unaffected hemispheres were included as the control group. Therefore, 86 ROIs were finally included. Using January 2021 as the time cutoff, those admitted after January 2021 were included in the hold-out set (n = 20). The remaining patients were separated randomly (8:2 ratio) into training (n = 55) and validation (n = 11) sets. All preoperative and postoperative MR images, including T1-weighted (T1w), T2-weighted (T2w), fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), and combined (T1w + T2w + FLAIR) images, were included. The least absolute shrinkage and selection operator (LASSO) was used to select features. Multivariable logistic regression analysis was used to develop the diagnosis model. The performance of the radiomic nomogram was evaluated with an area under the curve (AUC), net reclassification improvement (NRI), integrated discrimination improvement (IDI), calibration and clinical utility. RESULTS: The model-based radiomics features that were selected from combined sequences (T1w + T2w + FLAIR) had the highest performances in all models and showed better diagnostic performance than inexperienced radiologists in the training (AUCs: 0.847 VS. 0.664, p = 0.008), validation (AUC: 0.857 VS. 0.521, p = 0.155), and hold-out sets (AUCs: 0.828 VS. 0.571, p = 0.080). The positive values of NRI (0.402, 0.607, 0.424) and IDI (0.158, 0.264, 0.264) in the three sets indicated that the diagnostic performance of Model-Combined improved significantly. The radiomics nomogram fit well in calibration curves (p > 0.05), and decision curve analysis further confirmed the clinical usefulness of the nomogram. Additionally, the contrast (the radiomics feature) of the FCD lesions not only played a crucial role in the classifier but also had a significant correlation (r = -0.319, p < 0.05) with the duration of FCD. CONCLUSION: The radiomics nomogram generated by logistic regression model-based multiparametric MRI represents an important advancement in FCD diagnosis and treatment.

BACKGROUND: This retrospective clinical study performed at a single clinical center aimed to identify the prevalence of seizures in individuals with urea cycle disorders (UCDs) with and without hyperammonemic (HA) crises. In addition, we sought to correlate the utility of biochemical markers and electroencephalography (EEG) in detecting subclinical seizures during HA. METHODS: Medical records of individuals with UCDs enrolled in Urea Cycle Disorders Consortium Longitudinal Study (UCDC-LS) (NCT00237315) at Children's National Hospital between 2006 and 2022 were reviewed for evidence of clinical and subclinical seizuress during HA crises, and initial biochemical levels concurrently. RESULTS: Eighty-five individuals with UCD were included in the analyses. Fifty-six of the 85 patients (66%) experienced HA crises, with a total of 163 HA events. Seizures are observed in 13% of HA events. Among all HA events with concomitant EEG, subclinical seizures were identified in 27% of crises of encephalopathy without clinical seizures and 53% of crises with clinical seizures. The odds of seizures increases 2.65 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.51 to 4.66) times for every 100 µmol/L increase in ammonia and 1.14 (95% CI, 1.04 to 1.25) times for every 100 µmol/L increase in glutamine. CONCLUSIONS: This study highlights the utility of EEG monitoring during crises for patients presenting with clinical seizures or encephalopathy with HA. During HA events, measurement of initial ammonia and glutamine can help determine risk for seizures and guide EEG monitoring decisions.

Verticillium dahliae is among the most devastating fungal pathogens, causing significant economic harm to agriculture and forestry. To address this problem, researchers have focused on eliciting systemic resistance in host plants through utilizing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) produced by biological control agents. Herein, we meticulously measured the quantity of V. dahliae pathogens in plants via RTqPCR, as well as the levels of defensive enzymes and pathogenesis-related (PR) proteins within plants. Finally, the efficacy of VOCs in controlling Verticillium wilt in cotton was evaluated. Following treatment with Pseudomonas aurantiaca ST-TJ4, the expression of specific VdEF1-α genes in cotton decreased significantly. The incidence and disease indices also decreased following VOC treatment. In cotton, the salicylic acid (SA) signal was strongly activated 24 h posttreatment; then, hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) levels increased at 48 h, and peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities increased to varying degrees at different time points. The malondialdehyde (MDA) content and electrolyte leakage in cotton treated with VOCs were lower than those in the control group, and the expression levels of chitinase (CHI) and PR genes (PR10 and PR17), increased at various time points under the ST-TJ4 treatment. The activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) enzymes in cotton treated with VOCs was approximately 1.26 times greater than that in control plants at 24 h,while the contents of phenols and flavonoids increased significantly in the later stage. Additionally, 2-undecanone and 1-nonanol can induce a response in plants that enhances disease resistance. Collectively, these findings strongly suggest that VOCs from ST-TJ4 act as elicitors of plant defence and are valuable natural products for controlling Verticillium wilt.

Soil enzyme activities are pivotal for diverse biochemical processes and are sensitive to land use changes. They can indicate soil microbial nutrient limitations. Nonetheless, the mechanism governing the response of soil microbial nutrient limitation to land use alterations in coastal regions remains elusive. We assessed soil nutrients, microbial biomass, and extracellular enzyme activities across various land use types-natural (wasteland and woodland) and agricultural (farmland and orchard)-in the Hangzhou Bay area, China. All four land use types experience co-limitation by carbon (C) and phosphorus (P). However, the extent of microbial resource limitations varies among them. Long-term agricultural practices diminish microbial C and P limitations in farmland and orchard soils compared to natural soils, as evidenced by lower ecoenzymatic C:N ratios and vector lengths, alongside higher microbial carbon use efficiency (CUE). Soil nutrient stoichiometric ratios and CUE are primary factors influencing microbial C and P limitations. Thus, fostering appropriate land use and management practices proves imperative to regulate soil nutrient cycles and foster the sustainable management of coastal areas.

ADAR1-mediated RNA editing establishes immune tolerance to endogenous double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) by preventing its sensing, primarily by MDA5. Although deleting Ifih1 (encoding MDA5) rescues embryonic lethality in ADAR1-deficient mice, they still experience early postnatal death, and removing other MDA5 signaling proteins does not yield the same rescue. Here, we show that ablation of MDA5 in a liver-specific Adar knockout (KO) murine model fails to rescue hepatic abnormalities caused by ADAR1 loss. Ifih1;Adar double KO (dKO) hepatocytes accumulate endogenous dsRNAs, leading to aberrant transition to a highly inflammatory state and recruitment of macrophages into dKO livers. Mechanistically, progranulin (PGRN) appears to mediate ADAR1 deficiency-induced liver pathology, promoting interferon signaling and attracting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)+ macrophages into dKO liver, exacerbating hepatic inflammation. Notably, the PGRN-EGFR crosstalk communication and consequent immune responses are significantly repressed in ADAR1high tumors, revealing that pre-neoplastic or neoplastic cells can exploit ADAR1-dependent immune tolerance to facilitate immune evasion.

RESUMEN

Metabolic burden is defined by the influence of genetic manipulation and environmental perturbations on the distribution of cellular resources. The rewiring of microbial metabolism for bio-based chemical production often leads to a metabolic burden, followed by adverse physiological effects, such as impaired cell growth and low product yields. Alleviating the burden imposed by undesirable metabolic changes has become an increasingly attractive approach for constructing robust microbial cell factories. In this review, we provide a brief overview of metabolic burden engineering, focusing specifically on recent developments and strategies for diminishing the burden while improving robustness and yield. A variety of examples are presented to showcase the promise of metabolic burden engineering in facilitating the design and construction of robust microbial cell factories. Finally, challenges and limitations encountered in metabolic burden engineering are discussed.

OBJECTIVES: To retrospectively assess the periodontal conditions of teeth adjacent to and contralateral to implants presenting with or without peri-implantitis, following non-surgical periodontal and peri-implant mechanical therapy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: One hundred and one patients with existing dental implants and chronic periodontitis, who underwent non-surgical periodontal and peri-implant mechanical therapy, were included. The periodontal clinical probing depth (PPD), gingival recession (GR), and bleeding on probing (BOP) were recorded at six sites around the adjacent (Adj-) teeth and the contralateral (CL-) teeth relative to the implant. The potential factors influencing the periodontal conditions of 316 teeth were analyzed by multivariate linear regression models with generalized estimating equation methods and α = .05. RESULTS: The PPD of Adj-teeth was significantly different from that of CL-teeth before and after non-surgical therapy when the implant was diagnosed with peri-implantitis (PI) (p < .05). The PPD of teeth was shown to be affected by neighboring implants diagnosed with peri-implantitis (ß = .825 mm, p < .001), teeth adjacent to implants (ß = .245 mm, p = .004), a molar tooth type (ß = .435 mm, p = .019), and non-surgical therapy (ß = -.522 mm, p < .001). CONCLUSIONS: Relatively compromised periodontal conditions at Adj-teeth after non-surgical PI therapy were detected. Therefore, clinicians should be aware that non-surgical therapy may be less successful at teeth adjacent to implants with PI.

The mosquito Aedes aegypti is a prominent vector for arboviruses, but the breadth of mosquito viruses that infects this specie is not fully understood. In the broadest global survey to date of over 200 Ae. aegypti small RNA samples, we detected viral small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) and Piwi interacting RNAs (piRNAs) arising from mosquito viruses. We confirmed that most academic laboratory colonies of Ae. aegypti lack persisting viruses, yet two commercial strains were infected by a novel tombus-like virus. Ae. aegypti from North to South American locations were also teeming with multiple insect viruses, with Anphevirus and a bunyavirus displaying geographical boundaries from the viral small RNA patterns. Asian Ae. aegypti small RNA patterns indicate infections by similar mosquito viruses from the Americas and reveal the first wild example of dengue virus infection generating viral small RNAs. African Ae. aegypti also contained various viral small RNAs including novel viruses only found in these African substrains. Intriguingly, viral long RNA patterns can differ from small RNA patterns, indicative of viral transcripts evading the mosquitoes' RNA interference (RNAi) machinery. To determine whether the viruses we discovered via small RNA sequencing were replicating and transmissible, we infected C6/36 and Aag2 cells with Ae. aegypti homogenates. Through blind passaging, we generated cell lines stably infected by these mosquito viruses which then generated abundant viral siRNAs and piRNAs that resemble the native mosquito viral small RNA patterns. This mosquito small RNA genomics approach augments surveillance approaches for emerging infectious diseases.

Glioma, the most prevalent primary brain tumor in adults, is characterized by significant invasiveness and resistance. Current glioma treatments include surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy, but these methods often fail to eliminate the tumor completely, leading to recurrence and poor prognosis. Immune checkpoint inhibitors, a class of commonly used immunotherapeutic drugs, have demonstrated excellent efficacy in treating various solid malignancies. Recent research has indicated that unconventional levels of expression of the MAP2K3 gene closely correlates with glioma malignancy, hinting it could be a potential immunotherapy target. Our study unveiled substantial involvement of MAP2K3 in gliomas, indicating the potential of the enzyme to serve as a prognostic biomarker related to immunity. Through the regulation of the infiltration of immune cells, MAP2K3 can affect the prognosis of patients with glioma. These discoveries establish a theoretical foundation for exploring the biological mechanisms underlying MAP2K3 and its potential applications in glioma treatment.

Neonatal adrenal haemorrhage (NAH) is more frequently described in neonates due to their relatively larger size and increased vascularity. While most are asymptomatic, they can present with anaemia, jaundice, abdominal mass, scrotal haematoma or more severe complications such as shock and adrenal insufficiency. Scrotal haematoma seen with NAH may be mistaken for other more serious conditions causing acute scrotum. Prompt sonographic examination that includes the bilateral adrenal glands may help to detect NAH early and to avoid unnecessary interventions. Cases of NAH causing ipsilateral inguinal ecchymosis and scrotal haematoma have been reported, but contralateral haematomas are very rare. In this report, we present a unique case of a neonate with an antenatally acquired adrenal haematoma complicated with an acute peripartum rebleeding manifesting as a contralateral scrotal haematoma and inguinal ecchymosis. The NAH was treated conservatively and resolved on follow-up imaging.

BACKGROUND: Kawasaki disease (KD) is the most important acquired heart disease in children. This study investigated annual incidence, seasonality, secular trend and the correlation of KD incidence with viral activity in Taiwan. METHODS: Through the national health insurance database, we identified KD during 2001-2020. The viral activity was obtained from nationwide surveillance database. We analyzed KD age-specific annual incidence, secular trends, seasonality and the correlation between KD incidence and common enteric or respiratory viral activity. RESULTS: The KD incidence of subjects younger than 18 years significantly increased from 2001 to 2020 (11.78 and 22.40 per 100,000 person-years, respectively), and substantially decreased with age. Infants younger than 1 year presented the highest KD annual incidence at 105.82 to 164.34 per 100,000 person-years from 2001 to 2020. For all KD patients, the most frequently occurring season was summer followed by autumn. The KD incidence of infants younger than 1 year had significantly positive correlation with enteric (r = 0.14) and respiratory (r = 0.18) viral activity. CONCLUSIONS: This study demonstrates the increasing trend of KD annual incidence and seasonality (more in summer and autumn) in Taiwan. The activity of common respiratory and enteric viruses was significantly correlated with KD incidence in infants.

In the past, there were no easily distinct and recognizable features as a guide for precise clinical and genetic diagnosis of cases with chromosome microdeletions involving 15q26 including CHD2,. The present study analysed the clinical data and collected venous blood samples from a pediatric patient and his healthy family members for DNA testing. The whole-exome sequencing was performed by the next-generation sequencing (NGS). Chromosomal copy-number variations were tested based on NGS. We present a review of all cases with chromosome microdeletions affecting CHD2. A novel de novo 5.82-Mb deletion at 15q25.3-15q26.1 including CHD2 was identified in our patient who is an 11.6-year-old boy. We first found surprising efficacy of lamotrigine in controlling intractable drop seizures in the individual. These cases have development delay, behavioural problems, epilepsy, variable multiple anomalies, etc. Phenotypes of individuals with deletions involving 15q26 including CHD2 are highly variable with regard to facial features and multiple developmental anomalies. We first found the special clinical entity of development delay, behavioural problems, epilepsy, variable skeletal and muscular anomalies, abnormalities of variable multiple systems and characteristic craniofacial phenotypes in patients with chromosome microdeletions involving CHD2. The larger deletions involving 15q26 including CHD2 tend to cause the classical phenotype. A distinctive craniofacial appearance of the classical phenotype is midface hypoplasia and perifacial protrusion.

This study assesses the viability of recycled plastic-based triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) for sustainable energy harvesting in India and Singapore, concurrently examining plastic waste management. Using material flow analysis and life cycle assessment, the findings revealed that in Singapore, waste-to-energy incineration has a lower environmental impact than landfilling and mechanical recycling, attributed to natural gas usage. In India, recycling offsets impacts from incineration and landfilling, contributing to a lower net environmental impact. Economic performance of a TENG module from PET recyclates showed a 20% carbon footprint reduction when scaling up from lab to industrial "freeze-drying" processes. Key challenges in TENG manufacturing processes are also assessed for future development. This research highlights the potential of recycled plastic-based TENGs in sustainable energy and waste management.

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: Thromboxane A2 (TXA2) is a prostanoid produced during platelet activaton, important in enhancing platelet reactivity by activation of TP receptors. However, due to the short half-life, studying TXA2 signalling is challenging. To enhance our understanding of TP receptor-mediated platelet biology, we therefore synthesised mono and difluorinated TXA2 analogues and explored their pharmacology on heterologous and endogenously expressed TP receptor function. EXPERIMENTAL APPROACH: Platelet functional and signalling responses were studied using aggregometry, Ca2+ mobilisation experiments and immunoblotting and compared with an analogue of the TXA2 precursor prostaglandin H2, U46619. Gαq/Gαs receptor signalling was determined using a bioluminescence resonance energy transfer (BRET) assay in a cell line overexpression system. KEY RESULTS: BRET studies revealed that F-TXA2 and F2-TXA2 promoted receptor-stimulated TP receptor G-protein activation similarly to U46619. Unexpectedly, F2-TXA2 caused reversible aggregation in platelets, whereas F-TXA2 and U46619 induced sustained aggregation. Blocking the IP receptor switched F2-TXA2-mediated reversible aggregation into sustained aggregation. Further BRET studies confirmed F2-TXA2-mediated IP receptor activation. F2-TXA2 rapidly and potently stimulated platelet TP receptor-mediated protein kinase C/P-pleckstrin, whereas IP-mediated protein kinase A/P-vasodilator-stimulated phosphoprotein was more delayed. CONCLUSION AND IMPLICATIONS: F-TXA2 is a close analogue to TXA2 used as a selective tool for TP receptor platelet activation. In contrast, F2-TXA2 acts on both TP and IP receptors differently over time, resulting in an initial wave of TP receptor-mediated platelet aggregation followed by IP receptor-induced reversibility of aggregation. This study reveals the potential difference in the temporal aspects of stimulatory and inhibitory pathways involved in platelet activation.

Retropharyngeal infections (RPIs) are uncommon in young infants and are difficult to diagnose due to their non-classical presentation. RPI can occasionally be complicated with multiple cranial nerve palsies but rarely in isolation. Isolated hypoglossal nerve palsy (HNP) due to RPI has been described in the literature but mostly in older children and adults. Assessment for hypoglossal nerve function is challenging in a young infant because the conventional signs of hypoglossal nerve dysfunction are difficult to elicit in this age group. Early recognition and treatment of RPI are associated with good HNP recovery. We present a case of a young infant with tongue deviation and difficulty with feeding attributed to an isolated HNP caused by suppurative retropharyngeal lymphadenitis. The infant underwent incision and drainage with complete recovery of the tongue function after 8 weeks.

Yeast, which plays a pivotal role in the brewing, food, and medical industries, exhibits a close relationship with human beings. In this study, we isolated and purified 60 yeast strains from the natural fermentation broth of Sidamo coffee beans to screen for indigenous beneficial yeasts. Among them, 25 strains were obtained through morphological characterization on nutritional agar medium from Wallerstein Laboratory (WL), with molecular biology identifying Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain YBB-47 and the remaining 24 yeast strains identified as Pichia kudriavzevii. We investigated the fermentation performance, alcohol tolerance, SO2 tolerance, pH tolerance, sugar tolerance, temperature tolerance, ester production capacity, ethanol production capacity, H2S production capacity, and other brewing characteristics of YBB-33 and YBB-47. The results demonstrated that both strains could tolerate up to 3% alcohol by volume at a high sucrose mass concentration (400 g/L) under elevated temperature conditions (40 ℃), while also exhibiting a remarkable ability to withstand an SO2 mass concentration of 300 g/L at pH 3.2. Moreover, S. cerevisiae YBB-47 displayed a rapid gas production rate and strong ethanol productivity. whereas P. kudriavzevii YBB-33 exhibited excellent alcohol tolerance. Furthermore, this systematic classification and characterization of coffee bean yeast strains from the Sidamo region can potentially uncover additional yeasts that offer high-quality resources for industrial-scale coffee bean production.

This study investigated the protective effect of ginsenoside Rg_1(GRg_1) on oxygen and glucose deprivation/reoxygenation(OGD/R)-injured rat adrenal pheochromocytoma(PC12) cells and whether the underlying mechanism was related to the regulation of inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1)-c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)-C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP) signaling pathway. An OGD/R model was established in PC12 cells, and PC12 cells were randomly classified into control, model, OGD/R+GRg_1(0.1, 1, 10 µmol·L~(-1)), OGD/R+GRg_1+rapamycin(autophagy agonist), OGD/R+GRg_1+3-methyladenine(3-MA,autophagy inhibitor), OGD/R+GRg_1+tunicamycin(endoplasmic reticulum stress agonist), OGD/R+GRg_1+4-phenylbutyric acid(4-PBA, endoplasmic reticulum stress inhibitor), and OGD/R+GRg_1+3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde(DBSA, IRE1 inhibitor) groups. Except the control group, the other groups were subjected to OGD/R treatment, i.e., oxygen and glucose deprivation for 6 h followed by reoxygenation for 6 h. Cell viability was detected by the 3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide(MTT) assay. Apoptosis was detected by Hoechst 33342 staining, and the fluorescence intensity of autophagosomes by the monodansylcadaverine(MDC) assay. Western blot was employed to determine the expression of autophagy-related proteins(Beclin1, LC3-Ⅱ, and p62) and the pathway-related proteins [IRE1, p-IRE1, JNK, p-JNK, glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78), and CHOP]. The results showed that GRg_1 dose-dependently increased the viability of PC12 cells and down-regulated the expression of Beclin1, LC3-Ⅱ, p-IRE1, p-JNK, GRP78, and CHOP, compared with the model group. Furthermore, GRg_1 decreased the apoptosis rate and MDC fluorescence intensity and up-regulated the expression of p62 protein. Compared with the OGD/R+GRg_1(10 µmol·L~(-1)) group, OGD/R+GRg_1+rapamycin and OGD/R+GRg_1+tunicamycin groups showed increased apoptosis rate and MDC fluorescence intensity, up-regulated protein levels of Beclin1, LC3-Ⅱ, p-IRE1, p-JNK, GRP78, and CHOP, decreased relative cell survival rate, and down-regulated protein level of p62. The 3-MA, 4-PBA, and DBSA groups exerted the opposite effects. Taken together, GRg_1 may ameliorate OGD/R-induced PC12 cell injury by inhibiting autophagy via the IRE1-JNK-CHOP pathway.
