BACKGROUND: A minority of patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) exhibit prolonged survival following first-line chemoimmunotherapy, which warrants the use of reliable biomarkers. Here, we investigated the disparities in genomics and immune cell spatial distribution between long- and short-term survival of patients with ES-SCLC. METHODS: We retrospectively recruited 11 long-term (>2 years) and 13 short-term (<9 months) ES-SCLC survivors receiving first-line chemoimmunotherapy. The samples were processed using targeted next-generation sequencing (tNGS), programmed death ligand-1 staining, multiplex immunohistochemical staining for immune cells (mIHC), tumor mutation burden (TMB), and chromosomal instability score measurements. The expression of putative genes in SCLC at the bulk and single-cell RNA-sequencing levels, as well as the role of putative genes in pan-cancer immunotherapy cohorts, were analyzed. RESULTS: At the genomic level, a greater proportion of the smoking signature and higher TMB (>3.1) were associated with favorable survival. At the single-gene and pathway levels, tNGS revealed that MCL1 and STMN1 amplification and alterations in the apoptosis pathway were more common in short-term survivors, whereas alterations in the DLL3, KMT2B, HGF, EPHA3, ADGRB3, lysine deprivation, and HGF-cMET pathways were observed more frequently in long-term survivors. mIHC analysis of immune cells with different spatial distributions revealed that long-term survivors presented increased numbers of M1-like macrophages in all locations and decreased numbers of CD8+ T cells in the tumor stroma. Bulk transcriptomic analysis demonstrated that high levels of STMN1 and DLL3 represented an immune-suppressive tumor immune microenvironment (TIME), whereas HGF indicated an immune-responsive TIME. The expression levels of our putative genes were comparative in both TP53/RB1 mutant-type and TP53/RB1 wild-type. At the single-cell level, STMN1, MCL1, and DLL3 were highly expressed among all molecular subtypes (SCLC-A, SCLC-N, and SCLC-P), with STMN1 being enriched in cell division and G2M checkpoint pathways. CONCLUSIONS: For ES-SCLC patients receiving first-line chemoimmunotherapy, alterations in DLL3, KMT2B, HGF, EPHA3, and ADGRB3 and a greater proportion of M1-like macrophages infiltration in all locations were predictors of favorable survival, while MCL1 and STMN1 amplification, as well as a greater proportion of CD8+ T cells infiltrating the tumor stroma, predicted worse survival.

OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to investigate the pathogen epidemiology of community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) among children in Southwest China before, during and after the COVID-19 non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPIs). METHODS: Pathogen data of hospitalised children with CAP, including multiple direct immunofluorescence test for seven viruses, bacterial culture and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for Mycoplasma pneumoniae, were analysed across three phases: Phase I (pre-NPIs: 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019), Phase II (NPI period: 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020) and Phase III (post-NPIs: 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023). RESULTS: A total of 7533 cases were enrolled, including 2444, 1642 and 3447 individuals in Phases I, II and III, respectively. M. pneumoniae predominated in Phases I and III (23.4% and 35.5%, respectively). In Phase II, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) emerged as the primary pathogen (20.3%), whereas detection rates of influenza A virus (Flu A) and M. pneumoniae were at a low level (1.8% and 9.6%, respectively). In Phase III, both Flu A (15.8%) and M. pneumoniae epidemic rebounded, whereas RSV detection rate returned to Phase I level, and detection rates of Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae decreased significantly compared to those in Phase I. Detection rates of adenovirus and parainfluenza virus type 3 decreased phase by phase. Age-stratified analysis and monthly variations supported the above findings. Seasonal patterns of multiple pathogens were disrupted during Phases II and III. CONCLUSIONS: COVID-19 NPIs exhibited a distinct impact on CAP pathogen epidemic among children, with post-NPIs increases observed in M. pneumoniae and Flu A prevalence. Continuous pathogen monitoring is crucial for effective prevention and control of paediatric CAP.

In the formulation of strategies for walking rehabilitation, achieving precise identification of the current state and making rational predictions about the future state are crucial but often unrealized. To tackle this challenge, our study introduces a unified framework that integrates a novel 3D walking motion capture method using multi-source image fusion and a walking rehabilitation simulation approach based on multi-agent reinforcement learning. We found that, (i) the proposal achieved an accurate 3D walking motion capture and outperforms other advanced methods. Experimental evidence indicates that, compared to similar visual skeleton tracking methods, the proposed approach yields results with higher Pearson correlation (r=0.93), intra-class correlation coefficient (ICC(2,1)=0.91), and narrower confidence intervals ([0.90,0.95] for r, [0.88,0.94] for ICC(2,1)) when compared to standard results. The outcomes of the proposed approach also exhibit commendable correlation and concurrence with those obtained through the IMU-based skeleton tracking method in the assessment of gait parameters ([0.85,0.89] for r, [0.75,0.81] for ICC(2,1)); (ii) multi-agent reinforcement learning has the potential to be used to solve the simulation task of gait rehabilitation. In mimicry experiment, our proposed simulation method for gait rehabilitation not only enables the intelligent agent to converge from the initial state to the target state, but also observes evolutionary patterns similar to those observed in clinical practice through motor state resolution. This study offers valuable contributions to walking rehabilitation, enabling precise assessment and simulation-based interventions, with potential implications for clinical practice and patient outcomes.

An outbreak of mpox virus in May 2022 has spread over 110 nonpandemic regions in the world, posing a great threat to global health. Mpox virus E5, a helicase-primase, plays an essential role in DNA replication, but the molecular mechanisms are elusive. Here, we report seven structures of mpox virus E5 in a double hexamer (DH) and six in single hexamer in different conformations, indicating a rotation mechanism for helicase and a coupling action for primase. The DH is formed through the interface of zinc-binding domains, and the central channel density indicates potential double-stranded DNA (dsDNA), which helps to identify dsDNA binding residues Arg249, Lys286, Lys315, and Lys317. Our work is important not only for understanding poxviral DNA replication but also for the development of novel therapeutics for serious poxviral infections including smallpox virus and mpox virus.

Precise control of strength is of significant importance in upper limb functional rehabilitation. Understanding the neuro-muscular response in strength regulation can help optimize the rehabilitation prescriptions and facilitate the relative training process for recovery control. This study aimed to investigate the inherent characteristics of neural-muscular activity during dynamic hand strength adjustment. Four dynamic grip force tracking modes were set by manipulating different magnitude and speed of force variations, and thirteen healthy young individuals took participation in the experiment. Electroencephalography were recorded in the contralateral sensorimotor cortex area, as well as the electromyography from the first dorsal interosseous muscle were collected synchronously. The metrics of the Event-related desynchronization, the electromyography stability index, and the force variation, were used to represent the corresponding cortical neural responses, muscle contraction activities, and the level of strength regulation, respectively; and further neuro-muscular coupling between the sensorimotor cortex and the first dorsal interosseous muscle was investigated by transfer entropy analysis. The results indicated a strong relationship that the increase of force regulation demand would result in a force variation increase as well as a stability reduction in muscle motor unit output. Meanwhile, the intensity of neural response increased in both the α and ß frequency bands. As the force regulation demand increased, the strength of bidirectional transfer entropy showed a clear shift from ß to the γ frequency band, which facilitate rapid integration of dynamic strength compensation to adapt to motor task changes.

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is a major concern, particularly among older adults. This study used social isolation (ISO) and multiomics analyses in aged mice to investigate potential mechanisms underlying POCD development. Aged mice were divided into two groups: ISO and paired housing (PH). Oleamide and the cannabinoid receptor type 2 (CB2R) antagonist AM630 were administered intraperitoneally, while Foxq1 adeno-associated viral (AAV) vector was injected directly into the hippocampus. Intramedullary tibial surgeries were subsequently performed to establish the POCD models. Behavioral tests comprising the Y-maze, open field test, and novel object recognition were conducted 2 days after surgery. Hippocampal and serum inflammatory cytokines were assessed. Following surgery, ISO mice demonstrated intensified cognitive impairments and escalated inflammatory markers. Integrative transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis revealed elevated oleamide concentrations in the hippocampus and serum of PH mice, with associative investigations indicating a close relationship between the Foxq1 gene and oleamide levels. While oleamide administration and Foxq1 gene overexpression substantially ameliorated postoperative cognitive performance and systemic inflammation in mice, CB2R antagonist AM630 impeded these enhancements. The Foxq1 gene and oleamide may be crucial in alleviating POCD. While potentially acting through CB2R-mediated pathways, these factors may modulate neuroinflammation and attenuate proinflammatory cytokine levels within the hippocampus, substantially improving cognitive performance postsurgery. This study lays the groundwork for future research into therapeutic approaches targeting the Foxq1-oleamide-CB2R axis, with the ultimate goal of preventing or mitigating POCD.

Pomegranate is an important fruit crop that is usually managed manually through experience. Intelligent management systems for pomegranate orchards can improve yields and address labor shortages. Fast and accurate detection of pomegranates is one of the key technologies of this management system, crucial for yield and scientific management. Currently, most solutions use deep learning to achieve pomegranate detection, but deep learning is not effective in detecting small targets and large parameters, and the computation speed is slow; therefore, there is room for improving the pomegranate detection task. Based on the improved You Only Look Once version 5 (YOLOv5) algorithm, a lightweight pomegranate growth period detection algorithm YOLO-Granada is proposed. A lightweight ShuffleNetv2 network is used as the backbone to extract pomegranate features. Using grouped convolution reduces the computational effort of ordinary convolution, and using channel shuffle increases the interaction between different channels. In addition, the attention mechanism can help the neural network suppress less significant features in the channels or space, and the Convolutional Block Attention Module attention mechanism can improve the effect of attention and optimize the object detection accuracy by using the contribution factor of weights. The average accuracy of the improved network reaches 0.922. It is only less than 1% lower than the original YOLOv5s model (0.929) but brings a speed increase and a compression of the model size. and the detection speed is 17.3% faster than the original network. The parameters, floating-point operations, and model size of this network are compressed to 54.7%, 51.3%, and 56.3% of the original network, respectively. In addition, the algorithm detects 8.66 images per second, achieving real-time results. In this study, the Nihui convolutional neural network framework was further utilized to develop an Android-based application for real-time pomegranate detection. The method provides a more accurate and lightweight solution for intelligent management devices in pomegranate orchards, which can provide a reference for the design of neural networks in agricultural applications.

In this paper, the GSP655060Fe soft pack lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 1600 mAh is utilized, employing lithium iron phosphate as the positive electrode and graphite as the negative electrode. In order to comprehensively evaluate the performance of lithium batteries under the conditions of multi-application scenarios, the operating conditions of the battery were simulated under various external confinement pressures of 300 N, 400 N, 500 N, and 600 N, respectively, and the ambient temperatures of 10 ℃, 25 ℃, and 40 ℃, respectively, were controlled to thoroughly test the battery. One charge/discharge test was conducted on six batteries of the same model at multiplicities of 0.5 C, 1 C, 1.5 C, and 2 C, respectively. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experimental data, a Battery comprehensive tester Neware BTS-5V12A was utilized, which possesses high-precision voltage and current measurement capabilities with an error rate of only 0.05 %. This data plays an important role in battery research and development, new energy vehicles, electronic products, and other fields.

Introduction: Roxadustat, an oral hypoxia-inducible factor prolyl hydroxylase (HIF-PH) inhibitor, can stimulate erythropoiesis. Our objective was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of roxadustat for the treatment of posttransplantation anemia (PTA). Methods: A total of 150 adult renal transplant recipients who underwent PTA were randomized to either the experimental group or the control group. During the 12-week randomized phase, the experimental group was randomized to oral iron and roxadustat treatment, and the control group was randomized to oral iron treatment only. The randomized phase was followed by a 12-week extended treatment period in which all participants were prescribed roxadustat treatment according to hemoglobin (Hb) levels. All the participants were followed-up with every 4 weeks. The primary end points were the change in Hb levels and response rate throughout the randomized period. Results: A total of 128 participants completed the randomized treatment period (90 in the experimental group and 38 in the control group). The mean Hb concentration at week 12 was 12.20 g/dl in the experimental group and 11.19 g/dl in the control group. A significantly higher proportion of participants who achieved Hb responses were in the experimental group than in the control group. Differences in serum iron, total iron-binding capacity (TIBC) and transferrin from baseline to week 8 to 12 were significant between the 2 groups. The adverse event profiles were comparable between the 2 groups. Conclusion: Roxadustat increased Hb in adult renal transplant recipients who underwent PTA, with an adverse event profile comparable to that of the control group.

Background: Testicular germ cell tumor (TGCT) is the most common type of malignancy in young men, but rarely in older adults. We aimed to construct a competing risk model to predict the prognosis for older patients with TGCT. Methods: We collected TGCT patients aged 50 years or older diagnosed between 2004 and 2015 from the National Cancer Institute's Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. We estimated the cumulative incidences of cause-specific death (CSD) and other causes of death and established a nomogram predicting cause-specific mortality in older patients with TGCT by Fine-Gray competing risk regression. The concordance index (C-index), calibration curves, area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), and decision analysis curves (DCA) were used to evaluate the differentiation, accuracy, and clinical significance of the nomogram. Results: A total of 2,751 older TGCT patients were included in the study. The 3-, 5-, and 10-year cumulative incidences were 4.4, 5.0 and 6.1%, respectively, for cause-specific death, and 3.8, 6.2, 13.1%, respectively, for other causes of death. Predictors of cause-specific mortality in older TGCT included age, marital status, annual household income, histology, tumor size, stage and surgery. In the training and validation sets, the C-indexes were greater than 0.8, indicating that the nomogram had good discrimination. The AUC revealed the same result. The calibration curves showed good agreement between the predicted and observed results of the nomogram. DCA curves indicated that the nomogram had more clinical significance than the conventional American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC) staging. Based on the total nomogram score of each case, all patients were categorized into low-risk and high-risk groups, and risk categorization allowed the identification of cases with a high risk of death. Conclusion: We established a competing risk nomogram with good performance that may help clinicians accurately predict the prognosis of older TGCT patients.

Mpox virus has wildly spread over 108 non-endemic regions in the world since May 2022. DNA replication of mpox is performed by DNA polymerase machinery F8-A22-E4, which is known as a great drug target. Brincidofovir and cidofovir are reported to have broad-spectrum antiviral activity against poxviruses, including mpox virus in animal models. However, the molecular mechanism is not understood. Here we report cryogenic electron microscopy structures of mpox viral F8-A22-E4 in complex with a DNA duplex, or dCTP and the DNA duplex, or cidofovir diphosphate and the DNA duplex at resolution of 3.22, 2.98 and 2.79 Å, respectively. Our structural work and DNA replication inhibition assays reveal that cidofovir diphosphate is located at the dCTP binding position with a different conformation to compete with dCTP to incorporate into the DNA and inhibit DNA synthesis. Conformation of both F8-A22-E4 and DNA is changed from the pre-dNTP binding state to DNA synthesizing state after dCTP or cidofovir diphosphate is bound, suggesting a coupling mechanism. This work provides the structural basis of DNA synthesis inhibition by brincidofovir and cidofovir, providing a rational strategy for new therapeutical development for mpox virus and other pox viruses.

PURPOSE: Reducing operative injuries is important in living donor nephrectomy. The robot-assisted transperitoneal approach has some advantages than traditional laparoscopic techniques. However, longer operation time and risks of abdominal complications indicate the need for improved techniques. The aim of this study is to present the robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal donor nephrectomy and evaluate its safety and feasibility. METHODS: This was a retrospective study. From June 2016 to December 2020, 218 living donors underwent robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal donor nephrectomy. Perioperative data such as operation time, warm ischemia time, length of stay and complications were collected and analyzed. To evaluate the feasibility of this surgical technique, the cumulative summation method was used to construct a learning curve. RESULTS: There were 60 male and 158 female donors aged 36-72 years, with an average age of 53.1 ± 6.8 years. Three patients (1.4%) were converted to open surgery. The mean operation time was 115.4 ± 41.9 min, the warm ischemia time was 206.6 ± 146.7 s, and the length of stay was 4.1 ± 1.4 days. Complications were reported in 22 patients (10.1%), three of whom (1.4%) had Clavien‒Dindo IIIa complications. No ileus occurred. No donors were readmitted. Four patients had delayed graft function. The cumulative summation curve showed that the number needed to reach proficiency was 33. The operation time and warm ischemia time after technical proficiency were 100.4 ± 21.6 min and 142.5 ± 50.7 s, respectively. CONCLUSION: Robot-assisted laparoscopic retroperitoneal donor nephrectomy is a safe and efficient technique that offers advantages of shorter operation time and no abdominal organ interference.

Rissen are emerging serotypes of Salmonella that require close monitoring for antimicrobial resistance and containment of their spread. What is added by this report?: The study aimed to identify antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs) in S.1,4,[5],12:i:- and S. Rissen strains isolated from environmental sewage in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. A phylogenetic tree was constructed using single nucleotide polymorphism data to assess genetic relatedness among strains, offering insights for Salmonella infection outbreak investigations in the future. What are the implications for public health practice?: It is crucial to implement strategies, such as integrating different networks, to control the spread of drug-resistant Salmonella. Novel technologies must be utilized to disinfect sewage and eliminate ARGs. Ensuring food safety and proper sewage disinfection are essential to curb the dissemination of Salmonella.

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE: Long-term chronic inflammation often leads to chronic diseases. Although Sophora flavescens has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, its detailed molecular mechanism is still unknown. AIM OF STUDY: This study investigated the effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis on the LPS-induced inflammatory response in macrophages. MATERIALS AND METHODS: LPS was used to induce the peritoneal macrophages to simulate the inflammatory environment in vitro. Different concentrations of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis-containing (medicated) serum were used for intervention. The peritoneal macrophages were identified by using hematoxylin-eosin and immunofluorescence staining. ELISA was used to measure the TNF-α and IL-6 expression to determine the concentration of LPS. ELISA and Western blot (WB) were used to detect the PGE2 and CFHR2 expression in each group, respectively. The lentiviral vector for interference and overexpression of the CFHR2 gene was constructed, packaged, and transfected into LPS-induced macrophages. The transfection efficiency was verified by WB. Then, ELISA was used to detect the TNF-α, PGE2, and IL-6 expression. WB was used to detect the CFHR2, iNOS, COX-2, TLR2, TLR4, IFN-γ, STAT1, and p-STAT1 expression. RESULTS: The primary isolated cells were identified as macrophages. The LPS-treated macrophages exhibited significantly higher expression of PGE2 and CFHR2, and the inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6, as well as iNOS, COX-2, TLR2, TLR4, IFN-γ, STAT1, and p-STAT1 expression compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The TNF-α, PGE2, and IL-6 levels, as well as CFHR2, iNOS, COX-2, TLR2, TLR4, IFN-γ, STAT1, and p-STAT1 expression were considerably lower in the LPS-induced+10% medicated-serum group, LPS-induced+20% medicated-serum group, and shCFHR interference group compared with the LPS group (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Radix Sophorae Flavescentis might mediate CFHR2 expression and play an important role in inhibiting the LPS-induced pro-inflammatory response of macrophages. Radix Sophorae Flavescentis could be a potential treatment for LPS-induced related inflammatory diseases.

BACKGROUND: Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum) belongs to Polygonaceae family and has attracted increasing attention owing to its high nutritional value. UDP-glycosyltransferases (UGTs) glycosylate a variety of plant secondary metabolites to control many metabolic processes during plant growth and development. However, there have been no systematic reports of UGT superfamily in F. tataricum. RESULTS: We identified 173 FtUGTs in F. tataricum based on their conserved UDPGT domain. Phylogenetic analysis of FtUGTs with 73 Arabidopsis UGTs clustered them into 21 families. FtUGTs from the same family usually had similar gene structure and motif compositions. Most of FtUGTs did not contain introns or had only one intron. Tandem repeats contributed more to FtUGTs amplification than segmental duplications. Expression analysis indicates that FtUGTs are widely expressed in various tissues and likely play important roles in plant growth and development. The gene expression analysis response to different abiotic stresses showed that some FtUGTs were involved in response to drought and cadmium stress. Our study provides useful information on the UGTs in F. tataricum, and will facilitate their further study to better understand their function. CONCLUSIONS: Our results provide a theoretical basis for further exploration of the functional characteristics of FtUGTs and for understanding the growth, development, and metabolic model in F. tataricum.

BACKGROUND: Patients with peritoneal metastasis (PM) from gastric cancer (GC) exhibit poor prognosis. Chemoimmunotherapy offers promising clinical benefits; however, its efficacy and predictive biomarkers in a conversion therapy setting remain unclear. The authors aimed to retrospectively evaluate chemoimmunotherapy efficacy in a conversion therapy setting for GC patients with PM and establish a prediction model for assessing clinical benefits. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A retrospective evaluation of clinical outcomes encompassed 55 GC patients with PM who underwent chemoimmunotherapy in a conversion therapy setting. Baseline PM specimens were collected for genomic and transcriptomic profiling. Clinicopathological factors, gene signatures, and tumor immune microenvironment were evaluated to identify predictive markers and develop a prediction model. RESULTS: Chemoimmunotherapy achieved a 41.8% objective response rate and 72.4% R0 resection rate in GC patients with PM. Patients with conversion surgery showed better overall survival (OS) than those without the surgery (median OS: not reached vs 7.82 m, P <0.0001). Responders to chemoimmunotherapy showed higher ERBB2 and ERBB3 mutation frequencies, CTLA4 and HLA-DQB1 expression, and CD8+ T cell infiltration, but lower CDH1 mutation and naïve CD4+ T cell infiltration, compared to nonresponders. A prediction model was established integrating CDH1 and ERBB3 mutations, HLA-DQB1 expression, and naïve CD4+ T cell infiltration (AUC=0.918), which were further tested using an independent external cohort (AUC=0.785). CONCLUSION: This exploratory study comprehensively evaluated clinicopathological, genomic, and immune features and developed a novel prediction model, providing a rational basis for the selection of GC patients with PM for chemoimmunotherapy-involved conversion therapy.

Purpose: Ischemic stroke is a high-incidence disease that threatens human well-being. The potent neuroprotective effects render reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavengers potential agents for acute ischemic stroke therapy. Challenges such as inadequate permeability across the blood-brain barrier (BBB), limited half-life, and adverse effects hinder the widespread utilization of small molecule and inorganic ROS scavengers. Thus, there is an urgent demand for efficacious neuroprotective agents targeting ischemic stroke. Our study discovered the superoxide dismutase (SOD)-mimetic activity of recombinant human heavy chain ferritin (rHF) nanoparticles expressed from Escherichia coli (E. coli). Subsequent investigations delved into the ROS-scavenging proficiency of rHF within neural cells, its therapeutic efficacy against ischemic stroke, and the elucidation of its neuroprotective mechanisms. Methods: rHF protein nanoparticles were expressed in E. coli and purified via size-exclusion chromatography. The superoxide anion (•O2-) scavenging SOD-mimetic activity of rHF nanoparticles was measured using a SOD detection kit. The ROS scavenging ability and protection effects against oxidative damage of rHF nanoparticles were studied in H2O2-induced PC12 cells. Therapeutic effects and neuroprotective mechanisms of rHF against ischemic stroke were investigated with transient middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) reperfusion mice model. Results: rHF nanoparticles can eliminate excessive ROS in nerve cells and alleviate oxidative damage. The results of animal experiments demonstrated that rHF nanoparticles passed across BBB, reduced infarct areas in brain tissue, and lowered the neurological deficit score of ischemia-reperfusion model mice. Additionally, rHF nanoparticles mitigated neuronal apoptosis and ferroptosis, suppressed microglial activation, maintained oxygen homeostasis, and exhibited negligible organ toxicity. Conclusion: rHF nanoparticle could be developed as a new ROS scavenger for nerve cells and has therapeutic potential as a drug for cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
