BACKGROUND: An association between maternal thyroid dysfunction throughout pregnancy and subsequent risk of neurodevelopmental abnormalities in offspring has been demonstrated. However, the potential effects of maternal thyroid autoimmunity on neurodevelopment in the absence of maternal hypothyroidism remain unclear. Therefore, in this study, we explored the association between maternal thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) positivity and cognitive development in preschool children. METHODS: A total of 1849 mother-child pairs were recruited from the Ma'anshan Birth Cohort Study. During the follow-up period, an electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to retrospectively measure serum TPOAb levels in pregnant women. The cognitive development of preschool children was evaluated by using the Chinese version of the Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence-Fourth Edition. A growth mixture model was used to fit the trajectory of TPOAb. Multiple linear regression and logistic regression models were used to explore the associations between the developmental trajectory of TPOAb-positivity at different gestational periods and the cognitive development of preschool children by sex. RESULTS: A total of 1849 mother-child pairs (mean [SD] age: 26.7 [3.6] years) were enrolled in the final study. Maternal TPOAb positivity in the first trimester was associated with a risk of below-average processing speed index in girls (OR: 2.07; 95% CI 1.06-4.01) and below-average full-scale intelligence quotient (FSIQ) in boys (OR: 2.36; 95% CI: 1.10-5.05). Maternal TPOAb positivity in the third trimester was associated with below-average working memory (WMI) (OR: 2.51; 95% CI: 1.02-6.20) in girls. In girls, the WMI (ß = -3.17, 95% CI: -5.82--0.52), fluid reasoning index (FRI) (ß = -4.49, 95% CI: -7.18--1.80), and FSIQ score (ß = -2.43, 95% CI: -4.77--0.08) decreased, whereas in mothers, the level of lgTPOAb increased during pregnancy. CONCLUSIONS: Positive maternal thyroid peroxidase antibody levels during pregnancy may be associated with poorer cognitive development in preschool children. These findings require independent confirmation in other populations.

Cortical parcellation plays a pivotal role in elucidating the brain organization. Despite the growing efforts to develop parcellation algorithms using functional magnetic resonance imaging, achieving a balance between intra-individual specificity and inter-individual consistency proves challenging, making the generation of high-quality, subject-consistent cortical parcellations particularly elusive. To solve this problem, our paper proposes a fully automated individual cortical parcellation method based on consensus graph representation learning. The method integrates spectral embedding with low-rank tensor learning into a unified optimization model, which uses group-common connectivity patterns captured by low-rank tensor learning to optimize subjects' functional networks. This not only ensures consistency in brain representations across different subjects but also enhances the quality of each subject's representation matrix by eliminating spurious connections. More importantly, it achieves an adaptive balance between intra-individual specificity and inter-individual consistency during this process. Experiments conducted on a test-retest dataset from the Human Connectome Project (HCP) demonstrate that our method outperforms existing methods in terms of reproducibility, functional homogeneity, and alignment with task activation. Extensive network-based comparisons on the HCP S900 dataset reveal that the functional network derived from our cortical parcellation method exhibits greater capabilities in gender identification and behavior prediction than other approaches.

AIMS: A three-dimensional electroanatomic mapping system-guided transseptal puncture (3D-TSP), without fluoroscopy or echocardiography, has been only minimally reported. Indications for 3D-TSP remain unclear. Against this background, this study aims to establish a precise technique and create a workflow for validating and selecting eligible patients for fluoroless 3D-TSP. METHODS AND RESULTS: We developed a new methodology for 3D-TSP based on a unipolar electrogram derived from a transseptal needle tip (UEGM tip) in 102 patients (the derivation cohort) with intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) from March 2018 to February 2019. The apparent current of injury (COI) was recorded at the muscular limbus of the foramen ovalis (FO) on the UEGM tip (sinus rhythm: 2.57 ± 0.95 mV, atrial fibrillation: 1.92 ± 0.77 mV), which then disappeared or significantly reduced at the central FO. Changes in the COI, serving as a major criterion to establish a 3D-TSP workflow, proved to be the most valuable indicator for identifying the FO in 99% (101/102) of patients compared with three previous techniques (three minor criteria) of reduction in atrial unipolar or bipolar potential and FO protrusion. A total of 99.9% (1042/1043) patients in the validation cohort underwent successful 3D-TSP through the workflow from March 2019 to July 2023. Intracardiac echocardiography guidance was required for 6.6% (69/1042) of patients. All four criteria were met in 740 patients, resulting in a 100% pure fluoroless 3D-TSP success rate. CONCLUSION: In most patients, fluoroless 3D-TSP was successfully achieved using changes in the COI on the UEGM tip. Patients who met all four criteria were considered suitable for 3D-TSP, while those who met none required ICE guidance.

OBJECTIVE: Early onset of adiposity rebound (AR) is considered an early indicator of obesity risk. Our objective was to investigate the association of birth outcomes and early physical growth patterns with early AR in children. METHODS: Study subjects (n = 2705) were enrolled from the Ma'anshan birth cohort (MABC). The body mass index (BMI), head circumference, waist circumference, and body fat were collected. Rapid weight gain (RWG) was defined by the change in weight standard-deviation score in the first two years of life. Group-based trajectory modeling (GBTM) was used to determine children's physical growth trajectories. The age of AR was fitted using fractional polynomial function models. RESULTS: Children with very high BMI trajectories (RR = 2.83; 95% CI 2.33 to 1.40), rising BMI trajectories (RR = 3.15; 95% CI 2.66 to 3.72), high waist circumference trajectories (RR = 4.17; 95% CI 3.43 to 5.06), and high body fat trajectories (RR = 3.01; 95% CI 2.62 to 3.46) before 72 months of age were at a greater risk of experiencing early AR. Low birth weight (LBW) (RR = 1.86; 95% CI 1.28 to 2.51), preterm birth (PTB) (RR = 1.50; 95% CI 1.17 to 1.93), and small for gestational age (SGA) (RR = 1.37; 95% CI 1.14 to 1.64) associated with increased risk of early AR. Moreover, infants experiencing RWG (RR = 1.59; 95% CI 1.40 to 1.83), low BMI trajectories (RR = 1.27; 95% CI 1.06 to 1.53) and rising BMI trajectories (RR = 1.50; 95% CI 1.22 to 1.84) in the first two years were at higher risk of developing early AR subsequently. Compared to the group with non-early AR, the BMI of children with early AR tended to be lower first (from birth to 6 months of age) and then higher (from 18 to 72 months of age). CONCLUSIONS: Children with overall high BMI, high waist circumference, and high body fat before 72 months of age are more likely to experience early AR, but infants with low BMI trajectories, rising BMI trajectories and infants experiencing RWG in the first two years of life similarly increase the risk of early AR. These results can help to understand the early factors and processes that lead to metabolic risks.

The E2A-PBX1 gene fusion is a common translocation in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Patients harbouring the E2A-PBX1 fusion gene typically exhibit an intermediate prognosis. Furthermore, minimal residual disease has unsatisfactory prognostic value in E2A-PBX1 B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. However, the mechanism of E2A-PBX1 in the occurrence and progression of B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia is not well understood. Here, we mainly review the roles of E2A and PBX1 in the differentiation and development of B lymphocytes, the mechanism of E2A-PBX1 gene fusion in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, and the potential therapeutic approaches.

Background: Studies suggest that thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) positivity exposure during pregnancy may contribute to changes in placental morphology and pathophysiology. However, little is known about the association of maternal TPOAb during pregnancy with placental morphology and cytokines. This study focuses on the effect of repeated measurements of maternal TPOAb during pregnancy on the placental morphology and cytokines. Methods: Based on Ma'anshan Birth Cohort (MABC) in China, maternal TPOAb levels were retrospectively detected in the first, second and third trimesters. Placental tissues were collected 30 minutes after childbirth, placental morphological indicators were obtained by immediate measurement and formula calculation, and cytokine mRNA expression was detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) afterward. Generalized linear models and linear mixed models were analyzed for the relationships of maternal TPOAb in the first, second and third trimesters with placental indicators. Results: Totally 2274 maternal-fetal pairs were included in the analysis of maternal TPOAb levels and placental morphology, and 2122 pairs were included in that of maternal TPOAb levels and placental cytokines. Maternal TPOAb levels in early pregnancy were negatively associated with placental length, thickness, volume, weight and disc eccentricity, while positively correlated with placental IL-6, TNF-α, CRP, CD68, MCP-1, IL-10, HO-1, HIF-1α and GRP78. In mid-pregnancy, maternal TPOAb levels were negatively correlated with placental length, width and area. In late pregnancy, maternal TPOAb levels were negatively correlated with placental length, area, volume and weight. Repeated measures analysis showed that maternal TPOAb positivity tended to increase placental TNF-α, CD68 and MCP-1 while decreasing placental length, width and area than TPOAb negativity. Repeated measures analysis showed that maternal TPOAb levels were positively correlated with placental IL-6, TNF-α, CD68, MCP-1, IL-10, HO-1, HIF-1α and GRP78, while negatively correlated with placental length, area, volume, weight, and disc eccentricity. Conclusion: There may be trimester-specific associations between maternal TPOAb levels and placental morphology and inflammatory and oxidative stress responses. The effect of maternal TPOAb levels on placental morphology is present throughout pregnancy. Early pregnancy may be the critical period for the association between maternal TPOAb levels and placental inflammatory and oxidative stress responses.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the association between maternal TSH, free thyroxine (FT4), and children's body mass index (BMI) trajectories and obesity. METHOD: Based on the Ma'anshan Birth Cohort in China, we repeatedly assayed maternal thyroid functions in 3 trimesters of pregnancy. Children's height and weight were measured 15 times before they were age 6 years. Body fat was assessed when children were aged 6 years. Mplus software was used to fit maternal thyroid hormone trajectories and BMI trajectories. Multivariate logistic regression models and generalized linear models were used in data analysis. RESULTS: Low maternal FT4 trajectory was observed to be related to an increased risk of a high children's BMI trajectory and overweight, with an odds ratio and 95% CI of 1.580 (1.169-2.135) and 1.505 (1.064-2.129), respectively. Increased maternal FT4 concentrations in the first, second, and third trimesters were associated with a decreased risk of high children's BMI trajectories and obesity. There was a positive association between low maternal FT4 trajectory and 6-year-old children's body fat ratio with ß and 95% CI of 0.983 (0.138-1.829). Furthermore, negative correlations between maternal FT4 concentration in the first, second, and third trimesters of pregnancy and body fat ratio were observed. CONCLUSIONS: Low maternal FT4 trajectory during pregnancy may predict a high BMI trajectory in children and relate to overweight and high body fat ratio in 6-year-old children. High maternal FT4 concentrations throughout pregnancy may be associated with the decreasing risk of obesity and low body fat ratio in 6-year-old children.

OBJECTIVES: The main objective of this study is to evaluate the methodological quality and reporting quality of living systematic reviews (LSRs) on Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), while the secondary objective is to investigate potential factors that may influence the overall quality of COVID-19 LSRs. METHODS: Six representative databases, including Medline, Excerpta Medica Database (Embase), Cochrane Library, China national knowledge infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Database, and China Science, Technology Journal Database (VIP) were systematically searched for COVID-19 LSRs. Two authors independently screened articles, extracted data, and then assessed the methodological and reporting quality of COVID-19 LSRs using the "A Measurement Tool to Assess systematic Reviews-2" (AMSTAR-2) tool and "Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses" (PRISMA) 2020 statement, respectively. Univariate linear regression and multivariate linear regression were used to explore eight potential factors that might affect the methodological quality and reporting quality of COVID-19 LSRs. RESULTS: A total of 64 COVID-19 LSRs were included. The AMSTAR-2 evaluation results revealed that the number of "yes" responses for each COVID-19 LSR was 13 ± 2.68 (mean ± standard deviation). Among them, 21.9% COVID-19 LSRs were rated as "high", 4.7% as "moderate", 23.4% as "low", and 50% as "critically low". The evaluation results of the PRISMA 2020 statement showed that the sections with poor adherence were methods, results and other information. The number of "yes" responses for each COVID-19 LSR was 21 ± 4.18 (mean ± standard deviation). The number of included studies and registration are associated with better methodological quality; the number of included studies and funding are associated with better reporting quality. CONCLUSIONS: Improvement is needed in the methodological and reporting quality of COVID-19 LSRs. Researchers conducting COVID-19 LSRs should take note of the quality-related factors identified in this study to generate evidence-based evidence of higher quality.

OBJECTIVES: To explore guideline panelists' understanding of panel surveys for eliciting panels' inferences regarding patient values and preferences, and the influence of the surveys on making recommendations. STUDY DESIGN AND SETTING: We performed sampling and data collection from all four guideline panels that had conducted the surveys through October 2020. We collected the records of all panel meetings and interviewed some panelists in different roles. We applied inductive thematic analysis for analyzing and interpreting data. RESULTS: We enrolled four guideline panels with 99 panelists in total and interviewed 25 of them. Most panelists found the survey was easy to follow and facilitated the incorporation of patient values and preferences in the tradeoffs between benefits and harms or burdens. The variation of patient preferences and uncertainty regarding patient values and preferences reflected in the surveys helped the panels ponder the strength of recommendations. In doing so, the survey results enhanced a rationale for panels' decision on the recommendations. CONCLUSION: The panel surveys have proved to help guideline panels explicitly consider and incorporate patient values and preferences in making recommendations. Guideline panels would benefit from widespread use of the panel surveys, particularly when primary evidence regarding patient values and preferences is scarce.

OBJECTIVE: Universally acknowledged standards for trustworthy guidelines include the necessity to ground recommendations in patient values and preferences. When information is limited-which is typically the case-guideline panels often find it difficult to explicitly integrate patient values and preferences into their recommendations. Our objective was to develop and evaluate a framework for systematically navigating guideline panels in incorporating patient values and preferences in making recommendations. STUDY DESIGN AND SETTING: In the context of developing a guideline for colorectal cancer screening, we generated an initial framework for creating panel surveys to elicit guideline panelists' views of patient values and preferences and to inform panel discussions on recommendations. With further applications in guidelines of diverse topic areas, we dynamically refined the framework through iterative discussions and consensus. RESULTS: The finial framework consists of five steps for creating and implementing panel surveys. The surveys can serve three objectives following from the quantitative information regarding patient values and preferences that guideline panels usually require. An accompanying video provides detailed instructions of the survey. CONCLUSION: The framework for creating and implementing panel surveys offers explicit guidance for guideline panels considering transparently and systematically incorporating patient values and preferences into guideline recommendations.

OBJECTIVE: Whether cyclosporine A (CsA) is a risk factor of kidney injury after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) has not been determined. We aim to comprehensively review the correlation and influencing factors between CsA and kidney injury in patients following allo-HSCT. METHODS: We searched PubMed, Embase (Ovid), Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), CNKI, VIP, Wanfang and CBM Database from inception to March 2022. Two researchers independently conducted literature screening, data extraction and quality assessment. Qualitative and quantitative methods were combined to analyze the data. RESULTS: We included a total of 30 studies. Meta-analyses of total incidence of kidney injury related to CsA was 37.0% [95% CI (25.4%, 48.6%); n = 15]. The proportion of CsA-related acute kidney injury to total acute kidney injury following allo-HSCT was 59.7% [95% CI (49.1%, 70.3%); n = 9]. One study found that AKI had a significant association with CsA in multivariate analysis [RR = 6.173; 95% CI (4.032, 9.434)]. With respect to cyclosporine combination and nephrotoxicity, 6/9 studies demonstrated that the concomitant medications for CsA (especially aminoglycoside antibiotics and amphotericin B) had negative effect on kidney functions related to CsA in allo-HSCT patients. No consensus was reached for "dose of CsA", "duration of CsA use", "comorbidities" and "CsA levels" across studies. CONCLUSIONS: CsA may be a risk factor for kidney injury in patients following allo-HSCT, especially the concomitant use of CsA and nephrotoxic medications.

Previous studies have reported that zerovalent iron (ZVI) can reduce several aliphatic groups of disinfection byproducts (DBPs) (e.g., haloacetic acids and haloacetamides) effectively, and the removal efficiency can be significantly improved by metallic copper. Information regarding ZVI/Cu combined degradation of different types of halogenated DBPs can help understand the fate of overall DBPs in drinking water distribution and storage systems consisting of unlined cast iron/copper pipes and related potential control strategies. In this study, we found that, besides aliphatic DBPs, many groups of new emerging aromatic DBPs formed in chlorinated and chloraminated drinking water can be effectively degraded by ZVI/Cu; meanwhile, total organic halogen and total ion intensity were reduced significantly after treatment. Moreover, a robust quantitative structure-activity relationship model was developed and validated based on the ZVI/Cu combined degradation rate constants of 14 typical aromatic DBPs; it can predict the degradation rate constants of other aromatic DBPs for screening and comparative purposes, and the optimized descriptors indicate that DBPs possessing a lower value of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital energy and a higher value of dipole moment tend to present higher degradation rate constants. In addition, toxicity data of 47 DBPs (belonging to 18 groups) were predicted by two previously established toxicity models, demonstrating that, although most DBPs exhibit higher toxicity than their dehalogenated products, some DBPs show lower toxicity than their lowly halogenated analogs.

Over 70,000 people die of bacterial infections worldwide annually. Antibiotics have been liberally used to treat these diseases and, consequently, antibiotic resistance and drug ineffectiveness has been generated. In this environment, new anti-bacterial compounds are being urgently sought. Around 500 Artemisia species have been identified worldwide. Most species of this genus are aromatic and have multiple functions. Research into the Artemisia plants has expanded rapidly in recent years. Herein, we aim to update and summarize recent information about the phytochemistry, pharmacology and toxicology of the Artemisia plants. A literature search of articles published between 2003 to 2022 in PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science databases, and KNApSAcK metabolomics databases revealed that 20 Artemisia species and 75 compounds have been documented to possess anti-bacterial functions and multiple modes of action. We focus and discuss the progress in understanding the chemistry (structure and plant species source), anti-bacterial activities, and possible mechanisms of these phytochemicals. Mechanistic studies show that terpenoids, flavonoids, coumarins and others (miscellaneous group) were able to destroy cell walls and membranes in bacteria and interfere with DNA, proteins, enzymes and so on in bacteria. An overview of new anti-bacterial strategies using plant compounds and extracts is also provided.

AlkB homolog 5, RNA demethylase (ALKBH5) is abnormally highly expressed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) and is negatively correlated with overall survival in GBM patients. In this study, we found a new mechanism that ALKBH5 and pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase 2 (PYCR2) formed a positive feedback loop involved in proline synthesis in GBM. ALKBH5 promoted PYCR2 expression and PYCR2-mediated proline synthesis; while PYCR2 promoted ALKBH5 expression through the AMPK/mTOR pathway in GBM cells. In addition, ALKBH5 and PYCR2 promoted GBM cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, as well as proneural-mesenchymal transition (PMT). Furthermore, proline rescued AMPK/mTOR activation and PMT after silencing PYCR2 expression. Our findings reveal an ALKBH5-PYCR2 axis linked to proline metabolism, which plays an important role in promoting PMT in GBM cells and may be a promising therapeutic pathway for GBM.

Metabolic reprogramming is one of fourteen hallmarks of tumor cells, among which aerobic glycolysis, often known as the "Warburg effect," is essential to the fast proliferation and aggressive metastasis of tumor cells. Lactate, on the other hand, as a ubiquitous molecule in the tumor microenvironment (TME), is generated primarily by tumor cells undergoing glycolysis. To prevent intracellular acidification, malignant cells often remove lactate along with H+, yet the acidification of TME is inevitable. Not only does the highly concentrated lactate within the TME serve as a substrate to supply energy to the malignant cells, but it also works as a signal to activate multiple pathways that enhance tumor metastasis and invasion, intratumoral angiogenesis, as well as immune escape. In this review, we aim to discuss the latest findings on lactate metabolism in tumor cells, particularly the capacity of extracellular lactate to influence cells in the tumor microenvironment. In addition, we examine current treatment techniques employing existing medications that target and interfere with lactate generation and transport in cancer therapy. New research shows that targeting lactate metabolism, lactate-regulated cells, and lactate action pathways are viable cancer therapy strategies.

Aim: Achieving drug-targeting delivery and environment-responsive releasing to realize imaging-guided precise tumor therapy. Materials & methods: Graphene oxide (GO) was used as the drug-delivery system to load indocyanine green (ICG) and doxorubicin (DOX) to form a GO/ICG&DOX nanoplatform, in which GO can quench the fluorescence of ICG and DOX. MnO2 and folate acid-functionalized erythrocyte membrane were further coated into the surface of GO/ICG&DOX to obtain an FA-EM@MnO2-GO/ICG&DOX nanoplatform. Results: The FA-EM@MnO2-GO/ICG&DOX nanoplatform has longer blood circulation time, precise targeting delivery to tumor tissues and catalase-like activity. Both in vitro and in vivo results demonstrated that the FA-EM@MnO2-GO/ICG&DOX nanoplatform has better therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion: The authors successfully fabricated a glutathione-responsive FA-EM@MnO2-GO/ICG&DOX nanoplatform, which can achieve drug-targeting delivery and precise drug release.

BACKGROUND: Intermittent exotropia is the most prevalent subtype of exotropia in children. Part-time occlusion (PTO) as an anti-suppression therapy was applied for nonsurgical management of intermittent exotropia. OBJECTIVE: The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of PTO therapy and observation in the treatment of intermittent exotropia. METHOD: An exhaustive search of the literature from PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library databases was carried out until July 2022. No language restrictions were applied. The literature was rigorously screened against eligibility criteria. Weighted mean differences and 95% confidence interval (CI) were calculated. RESULTS: A total of 4 articles with 617 participants were included in this meta-analysis. Our pooled results showed that PTO exhibited superior effects compared to observation, with greater decrease in exotropia control at distance and near (MD = -0.38, 95% CI: -0.57 to -0.20, p < 0.001; MD = -0.36, 95% CI: -0.54 to -0.18, p < 0.001); patients subjected to PTO therapy had greater decrease in distance deviations (MD = -1.95, 95% CI: -3.13 to -0.76, p = 0.001), and there was greater improvement in near stereoacuity among the PTO group in comparison with the observation group (p < 0.001). CONCLUSIONS: The present meta-analysis indicated that PTO therapy showed a better effect in improving control and near stereopsis and decreasing distance exodeviation angle of children with intermittent exotropia in comparison with observation.

BACKGROUND: Maternal lack of folic acid supplementation during pregnancy may increase the risk of low birth weight and preterm delivery. However, little is known about the relationship between folic acid supplementation during pregnancy and the physical development of offspring in the later stage. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to explore the association between maternal folic acid supplementation status during pregnancy and the physical development of preschool children. METHODS: A total of 3064 mother-child pairs with data on maternal folic acid supplementation status during pregnancy and children's anthropometric measurements were recruited from the Ma'anshan-Anhui Birth Cohort (MABC) in China. Maternal folic acid supplementation status during pregnancy was the main exposure, and the primary outcomes were children's growth development trajectories. Children's growth development trajectories were fitted using group-based trajectory models. The association between maternal folic acid supplementation status during pregnancy and children's growth trajectories was performed using multiple logistic regression models. RESULTS: After adjusting for potential confounders, we found that the absence of maternal folic acid supplementation before pregnancy and in the first trimester was significantly associated with a "high level" trajectory (trajectory 3) and a "high rising level" trajectory (trajectory 4) of BMI-Z scores in children 0 to 6 years of age (OR = 1.423, 95%CI:1.022-1.982; OR = 1.654, 95%CI: 1.024-2.671). In children aged 4 to 6 years old, a "high level" trajectory (trajectory 3) of body fat ratio was substantially related to maternal no folic acid supplementation before pregnancy and in the first trimester (OR = 1.833, 95%CI:1.037-3.240). No significant additional benefits associated with physical developmental indicators in preschool children have been observed with continued folic acid supplementation after the first trimester of gestation. CONCLUSIONS: Maternal non-supplementation with folic acid during pregnancy is associated with a "high level" BMI trajectory and a "high level" body fat ratio trajectory in preschool-aged children.
