OBJECTIVES: The polymer polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is gradually being used in dental restorations because of its excellent mechanical properties, chemical resistance, fatigue resistance, thermal stability, radiation translucency and good biocompatibility. To process PEEK dentures with lower surface roughness as quickly as possible, the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) integrated genetic algorithm back propagation (GABP) neural network was proposed, which can adjust the combination of process parameters for milling PEEK dentures. METHODS: The PEEK machining was conducted using a four-axis dental milling machine at different process parameters. The surface roughness of PEEK dentures was characterized using surface roughness profiler and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The optimum machining performance of milling PEEK dentures was investigated using a multi-objective optimization model named as NSGA-II integrated GABP neural network algorithm. The surface roughness (Ra) and material removal rate (MRR) were used as optimization objectives. RESULTS: The multi-objective optimization model effectively improved surface roughness and machining efficiency for milling PEEK dentures. The validation experiments showed that the surface roughness of all PEEK dentures was less than 0.2µm, which was within the range of surface roughness set in this paper. The GABP surface roughness prediction model had an average error of 6 %. For the same surface roughness value, the optimized milling parameters all had a greater material removal rate. SIGNIFICANCE: The research results can improve current PEEK denture CAD/CAM technology by providing appropriate milling parameters using NSGA-II integrated GABP algorithm.

In recent years, laser cladding technology has been widely used in surface modification of titanium alloys. To improve the wear resistance of titanium alloys, ceramic-reinforced nickel-based composite coatings were prepared on a TC4 alloy substrateusing coaxial powder feeding laser cladding technology. Ti (C, N) ceramic was synthesized in situ by laser cladding by adding different contents (10%, 20%, 30%, and 40%) of TiN, pure Ti powder, graphite, and In625 powder. Thisestudy showed that small TiN particles were decomposed and directly formed the Ti (C, N) phase, while large TiN particles were not completely decomposed. The in situ synthetic TiCxN1-x phase was formed around the large TiN particles. With the increase in the proportion of powder addition, the wear volume of the coating shows a decreasing trend, and the wear resistance of the surface coating is improving. The friction coefficient of the sample with 40% TiN, pure Ti powder, and graphite powder is 0.829 times that of the substrate. The wear volume is 0.145 times that of the substrate. The reason for this is that with the increase in TiN, Ti, and graphite in the powder, there are more ceramic phases in the cladding layer, and the hard phases such as TiC, Ti(C, N) and Ti2Ni play the role in the structure of the "backbone", inhibit the damage caused by micro-cutting, and impede the movement of the tearing point of incision, so that the coating has a higher abrasion resistance.

Chinese1 is the predominant Toxoplasma gondii lineage in China, and significant phenotypic differences are observed within the lineage. WH3 and WH6 are two representative strains of Chinese 1, which exhibit divergent virulence and pathogenicity in mice. However, virulence determinants and their modulating mechanisms remain elusive. A global genome expression analysis of the WH3 and WH6 transcriptional profiles identified microneme secretory protein 6 (MIC6), which may be associated with the phenotypic difference observed in WH3. In the present study, the clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/Cas9 genome-editing technique was used to generate a T. gondii microneme secretory protein (TgMIC6) knockout in WH3. Wild-type mice and different mouse and human cell lines were infected with the WH3, WH3-Δmic6, and WH6 strains. The survival rate of mice, related cytokine levels in serum, and the proliferation of parasites were observed. These results suggested that TgMIC6 is an important effector molecule that determines the differential virulence of WH3 in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, MIC6 may enhance WH3 virulence via inhibition of host cell autophagy and activation of key molecules in the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-Akt-mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) classical autophagy pathway. CD40L was cleared in vivo by i.p injection of CD40L monoclonal antibody, and it was found that the virulence of WH3-Δmic6 to mice was restored to a certain extent in the absence of CD40L. This study elucidates the virulence determinants and immune escape strategies of Toxoplasma gondii in China. Moreover, these data will aid the development of effective strategies for the prevention and control of toxoplasmosis.

This study aimed to determine the prognostic value and microenvironmental crosstalk of exosome-related signatures in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 positive breast cancer (HER2+ BC). Transcriptome sequencing and clinicopathological data were downloaded from the Cancer Genome Atlas. The 10X single cell sequencing dataset was downloaded from the National Center for Biotechnology Information Gene Expression Omnibus. Exosomes-Related Genes were extracted from the ExoCarta and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis databases. FGF9, SF3B4, and EPCAM were found and deemed the most accurate predictive signatures. Patients with HER2+ BC were subtyped into three groupings by exosome prognostic gene (EPGs). The expression of SF3B4 was positively linked with the infiltration of macrophages, neutrophils, and CD4+ T cells. The expression characteristics of EPGs were associated with the biological process of "response to xenobiotic stimuli." Interactions were relatively high between malignant epithelial cells and fibroblasts, endothelial cells, monocytes, and macrophages. Malignant epithelial cells interact more with fibroblasts and endothelial cells. The migration inhibitory factor pathway was the primary outgoing signaling pattern, while the C-C motif chemokine ligand pathway was the primary incoming signaling pattern for communication between malignant epithelial cells and macrophages. This study described the role of exosome signatures in the prognosis and microenvironment of HER2+ BC and provided a basis for future research.

Large yellow croaker (L. crocea) is a productive species in marine aquaculture with great economic value in China. However, the sustainable development of large yellow croaker is hampered by various diseases including cryptocaryonosis caused by Cryptocaryon irritans. The genetic regulation processes for cryptocaryonosis in large yellow croaker are still unclear. In this present study, we analyzed differential alternative splicing events between a C. irritans resistance strain (RS) and a commercial strain (CS). We identified 678 differential alternative splicing (DAS) events from 453 genes in RS and 719 DAS events from 500 genes in CS. A set of genes that are specifically alternatively spliced in RS was identified including mfap5, emp1, and trim33. Further pathway analysis revealed that the specifically alternative spliced genes in RS were involved in innate immune responses through the PRR pathway and the Toll and Imd pathway, suggesting their important roles in the genetic regulation processes for cryptocaryonosis in large yellow croaker. This study would be helpful for the studies of the pathogenesis of cryptocaryonosis and dissection of C. irritans resistance for L. crocea.

Nervous system diseases are a global health problem, and with the increase in the elderly population around the world, their incidence will also increase. Harmful substances in the environment are closely related to the occurrence of nervous system diseases. China is a large agricultural country, and thus the insecticide cyfluthrin has been widely used. Cyfluthrin is neurotoxic, but the mechanism of this injury is not clear. Inflammation is an important mechanism for the occurrence of nervous system diseases. Mitochondria are the main regulators of the inflammatory response, and various cellular responses, including autophagy, directly affect the regulation of inflammatory processes. Mitochondrial damage is related to mitochondrial quality control (MQC) and PTEN-induced kinase 1 (PINK1). As an anti-inflammatory factor, stimulator of interferon genes (STING) participates in the regulation of inflammation. However, the relationship between STING and mitochondria in the process of cyfluthrin-induced nerve injury is unclear. This study established in vivo and in vitro models of cyfluthrin exposure to explore the role of MQC and to clarify the mechanism of action of STING and PINK1. Our results showed that cyfluthrin can increase the reactive oxygen species (ROS) level, resulting in mitochondrial damage and inflammation. In this process, an imbalance in MQC leads to the aggravation of mitochondrial damage, and high STING expression drives the occurrence of inflammation. We established a differential expression model of STING and PINK1 to further determine the underlying mechanism and found that the interaction between STING and PINK1 regulates MQC to affect the levels of mitochondrial damage and inflammation. When STING and PINK1 expression are downregulated, mitochondrial damage and STING-induced inflammation are significantly alleviated. In summary, a synergistic effect between STING and PINK1 on cyfluthrin-induced neuroinflammation may exist, which leads to an imbalance in MQC by inhibiting mitochondrial biogenesis and division/fusion, and PINK1 can reduce STING-driven inflammation.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have transformed cancer therapy, yet persistent challenges such as low response rate and significant heterogeneity necessitate attention. The pivotal role of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) in ICI efficacy, its intricate impacts and potentials as a prognostic marker, warrants comprehensive exploration. This study integrates single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), bulk RNA-seq, and spatial transcriptomic analyses to unveil pan-cancer immune characteristics governed by the MHC transcriptional feature (MHC.sig). Developed through scRNA-seq analysis of 663,760 cells across diverse cohorts and validated in 30 solid cancer types, the MHC.sig demonstrates a robust correlation between immune-related genes and infiltrating immune cells, highlighting its potential as a universal pan-cancer marker for anti-tumor immunity. Screening the MHC.sig for therapeutic targets using CRISPR data identifies potential genes for immune therapy synergy and validates its predictive efficacy for ICIs responsiveness across diverse datasets and cancer types. Finally, analysis of cellular communication patterns reveals interactions between C1QC+macrophages and malignant cells, providing insights into potential therapeutic agents and their sensitivity characteristics. This comprehensive analysis positions the MHC.sig as a promising marker for predicting immune therapy outcomes and guiding combinatorial therapeutic strategies.

The existing design methods for long-focal-length unobscured freeform systems rarely consider the imaging quality requirements and volume constraints simultaneously, causing most of the final designs to not fulfill the requirement of light weight. This study proposes a method to automatically design a long-focal-length unobscured reflective system that satisfies volume constraints while maintaining high imaging quality. First, a method to adaptively set the structural parameter range is proposed, and multiple parameters for different systemic specifications can be effectively calculated within it. Subsequently, the systemic volume and area functions are constructed using the ray tracing method, where the tilt angles, distances between mirrors, and radii of curvature of the mirrors are chosen as the optimization parameters. Third, a comprehensive objective function is jointly established combining ray obscuration and convergence as performance evaluation factors. Then, the structural parameters of a long-focal-length unobscured system with small volume are easily obtained via the simulated annealing method. Finally, the improved W-W method is used to further enhance the imaging quality of the system, and an unobscured freeform reflective optical system with three mirrors is automatically generated. Experimental results demonstrate that our method can automatically calculate the parameter ranges to facilitate the search for structural parameters, and effectively design the long-focal-length unobscured freeform systems with small volume and high imaging quality.

Fishmeal is over-represented in the diets of large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea), and this farming mode, which relies heavily on fishmeal, is highly susceptible to the price of fishmeal and is unsustainable. Therefore, more and more studies on the large yellow croaker tend to replace fishmeal with land-based animal or plant proteins, but few studies have considered it from the genomic selection. In this study, we evaluated the survival rate (SR), final body weight (FBW), body weight gain (BWG), weight gain rate (WGR), and specific growth rate (SGR) of the large yellow croaker GS7 strain, which was obtained through genomic selection for tolerance to plant proteins and analyzed the differences in plant protein utilization between the GS7 strain and unselected commercial large yellow croaker (control group). The results of separate feeding for 60 days showed that although there was no significant difference in SR between the control and GS7 strains (P > 0.05), the BWG, WGR, and SGR of the control were significantly lower (P < 0.05) than those of the GS7 group. Results of mixed feeding after PIT marking showed that compared to the control fish, the GS7 strain had significantly higher BWG, WGR, and SGR (P < 0.0001). To make the experimental results more precise, we compared fishes with equivalent initial body weight (IBW) in the GS7 strain and the control group. The final fish body weight (FBW) of Ctrl-2 (IBW 300-399 g) and Ctrl-4 (IBW 500-599 g) was significantly lower than those of the corresponding GS7-2 and GS7-4 (P < 0.05), while the FBW of Ctrl-1 (IBW 200-299 g) and Ctrl-3 (IBW 400-499 g) was much significantly lower than the corresponding GS7-1 and GS7-3 (P < 0.01). The BWG, WGR, and SGR of Ctrl-1 and Ctrl-4 were more significantly lower than those of the corresponding GS7-1 and GS7-4 (P < 0.01), while the BWG, WGR, and SGR of Ctrl-2 and Ctrl-3 were more significantly different from the corresponding GS7-2 and GS7-3 (P < 0.0001). Our results seem to point toward the same conclusion that the GS7 strain is better adapted to high plant protein diets than the unselected commercial large yellow croaker. These results will provide a reference for the low-fishmeal culture industry of large yellow croakers and the selection and breeding of strains tolerant to a high percentage of plant proteins in other marine fishes.

Objective: To investigate the changes in sleep conditions, anxiety, and depression levels among college students before and after entering the university. Methods: Utilizing a random sampling method, 692 new students from a college in Shandong province were selected in September 2019, and relevant indices were statistically analyzed in September 2021 following a comprehensive follow-up. Sleep status, anxiety, and depression levels were assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7), respectively. Results: Gender, passive smoking, exercise, intake of fruits, and intake of seafood were identified as significant influencing factors on college students' sleep status, anxiety, and depression levels (p < 0.05). A substantial difference was observed in the sleep quality of college students between the early enrollment stage and the follow-up stage (p < 0.05). Moreover, a significant positive correlation was found between PSQI scores and the levels of anxiety and depression (p < 0.05), cumulatively explaining approximately 10% of the variance in anxiety and depression levels. Conclusion: The sleep quality of college students exhibited significant improvement after enrollment compared to the early enrollment period. Engaging in appropriate exercise and consuming fruits and seafood demonstrated a positive impact on sleep conditions, anxiety, and depression levels. These findings underscore the importance of fostering healthy lifestyle habits for promoting overall well-being among college students.

Developing a highly efficient atom-economic method for the preparation of 3-(1-heteroarylethyl)-indole scaffolds is of significant value in pharmaceutical and agricultural chemistry. Herein, a phosphoric acid-catalyzed N-addition reaction of 3-vinyl indoles with pyrazoles and C-addition reaction of 3-vinyl indoles with pyrazolones were developed. A series of pyrazole-substituted 3-(1-heteroarylethyl)-indole scaffolds were synthesized in excellent yields (up to 99% yield) under mild reaction conditions. A reasonable reaction mechanism was proposed to explain the experimental results.

Urinary incontinence (UI) is a common problem worldwide. It has a major impact on physical and social activities and interpersonal relationships. UI is common in women, but is under-reported and under-treated. It affects the quality of life of female patients severely. Acupuncture and moxibustion have been proposed as potentially effective interventions for female UI. Hence, for the benefit of acupuncture practitioners around the world, the World Federation of Acupuncture-moxibustion Societies initiated a project to develop a clinical practice guideline (CPG) for the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat female UI. This CPG was developed according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) methodology, referring to the principles of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development. During the development of the CPG, the guideline development group (GDG) played an important role. The clinical questions, recommendations and therapeutic protocols were all formulated by GDG using the modified Delphi method. This CPG contains ten recommendations about the use of acupuncture and moxibustion interventions for ten clinical questions, which include nine conditional recommendations for the intervention and one conditional recommendation for either the intervention or the comparison. This CPG also provides one protocol for conventional filiform needle therapy, two therapy protocols for deep needling stimulation on lumbosacral acupoints, and four moxibustion therapy protocols, based on the protocols presented in randomized controlled trials reviewed by the GDG. Organic molecules have been regarded as ideal candidates for near-infrared (NIR) optoelectronic active materials due to their customizability and ease of large-scale production. However, constrained by the intricate molecular design and severe energy gap law, the realization of optoelectronic devices in the second near-infrared (NIR (II)) region with required narrow band gaps presents more challenges. Herein, we have originally proposed a cocrystal strategy that utilizes intermolecular charge-transfer interaction to drive the redshift of absorption and emission spectra of a series BFXTQ (X = 0, 1, 2, 4) cocrystals, resulting in the spectra located at NIR (II) window and reducing the optical bandgap to ∼0.98 eV. Significantly, these BFXTQ-based optoelectronic devices can exhibit dual-mode optoelectronic characteristics. An investigation of a series of BFXTQ-based photodetectors exhibits detectivity (D*) surpassing 1013 Jones at 375 to 1064 nm with a maximum of 1.76 × 1014 Jones at 1064 nm. Moreover, the radiative transition of CT excitons within the cocrystals triggers NIR emission over 1000 nm with a photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) of ∼4.6% as well as optical waveguide behavior with a low optical-loss coefficient of 0.0097 dB/µm at 950 nm. These results promote the advancement of an emerging cocrystal approach in micro/nanoscale NIR multifunctional optoelectronics.

AIMS: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of VC on SIMI in rats. METHODS: In this study, the survival rate of high dose VC for SIMI was evaluated within 7 days. Rats were randomly assigned to three groups: Sham group, CLP group, and high dose VC (500 mg/kg i.v.) group. The animals in each group were treated with drugs for 1 day, 3 days or 5 days, respectively. Echocardiography, myocardial enzymes and HE were used to detect cardiac function. IL-1ß, IL-6, IL-10 and TNF-α) in serum were measured using ELISA kits. Western blot was used to detect proteins related to apoptosis, inflammation, autophagy, MAPK, NF-κB and PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathways. RESULTS: High dose VC improved the survival rate of SIMI within 7 days. Echocardiography, HE staining and myocardial enzymes showed that high-dose VC relieved SIMI in rats in a time-dependent manner. And compared with CLP group, high-dose VC decreased the expressions of pro-apoptotic proteins, while increased the expression of anti-apoptotic protein. And compared with CLP group, high dose VC decreased phosphorylation levels of Erk1/2, P38, JNK, NF-κB and IKK α/ß in SIMI rats. High dose VC increased the expression of the protein Beclin-1 and LC3-II/LC3-I ratio, whereas decreased the expression of P62 in SIMI rats. Finally, high dose VC attenuated phosphorylation of PI3K, AKT and mTOR compared with the CLP group. SIGNIFICANCE: Our results showed that high dose VC has a good protective effect on SIMI after continuous treatment, which may be mediated by inhibiting apoptosis and inflammatory, and promoting autophagy through regulating MAPK, NF-κB and PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway.

Acupuncture is one of the most effective complementary therapies for allergic rhinitis (AR) and has been recommended by several clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) for AR. However, these CPGs mentioned acupuncture without making recommendations for clinical implementation and therapeutic protocols, therefore limiting the applicability of acupuncture therapies for AR. Hence, for the benefit of acupuncture practitioners around the world, the World Federation of Acupuncture-moxibustion Societies have initiated a project to develop the CPG for the use of acupuncture and moxibustion to treat AR. This CPG was developed according to the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) methodology, referring to the principles of the World Health Organization Handbook for Guideline Development. During the development of the CPG, the guideline development group (GDG) played an important role. The clinical questions, recommendations and therapeutic protocols were all formulated by the GDG using the modified Delphi method. The CPG contains recommendations for 15 clinical questions about the use of acupuncture and moxibustion interventions. These include one strong recommendation for the intervention based on high-quality evidence, three conditional recommendations for either the intervention or standard care, and 11 conditional recommendations for the intervention based on very low quality of evidence. The CPG also provides one filiform needle acupuncture protocol and five moxibustion protocols extracted based on the protocols presented in randomized controlled trials reviewed by the GDG. The enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR) process requires alternate anaerobic and aerobic conditions, which are regulated respectively by aeration off and on. Recently, in an ordinary EBPR reactor, an abnormal orthophosphate concentration (PO43--P) decline in the anaerobic stage (namely non-aerated phosphorus uptake) aroused attention. It was not occasionally but occurred in each cycle and lasted for 101 d and shared about 16.63 % in the total P uptake amount. After excluding bio-mineralization and surface re-aeration, indoor light conditions (180 to 260 lx) inducing non-aerated P uptake were confirmed. High-throughput sequencing analysis revealed that cyanobacteria could produce oxygen via photosynthesis and were inhabited inside wall biofilm. The cyanobacteria (Pantalinema and Leptolyngbya ANT.L52.2) were incubated in a feeding transparent silicone hose, entered the reactor along with influent, and outcompeted Chlorophyta, which existed in the inoculum. Eventually, this work deciphered the reason for non-aerated phosphorus uptake and indicated its potential application in reducing CO2 emissions and energy consumption via the cooperation of microalgal-bacterial and biofilm-sludge.

Anaerobic digestion holds promise as a method for removing antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) from dairy waste. However, accurately predicting the efficiency of ARG removal remains a challenge. This study introduces a novel appproach utilizing machine learning to forecast changes in ARG abundances following thermal hydrolysis-anaerobic digestion (TH-AD) treatment. Through network analysis and redundancy analyses, key determinants of affect ARG fluctuations were identified, facilitating the development of machine learning models capable of accurately predicting ARG changes during TH-AD processes. The decision tree model demonstrated impressive predictive power, achieving an impessive R2 value of 87% against validation data. Feature analysis revealed that the genes intI2 and intI1 had a critical impact on the absolute abundance of ARGs. The predictive model developed in this study offers valuable insights for improving operational and managerial practices in dairy waste treatment facilities, with the ultimate goal of mitigating the spread of antibiotic resistance.

Cyfluthrin (Cy) is a widely used pyrethroid insecticide. There is growing evidence that Cy can cause damage to the nervous, reproductive, and immune systems, but there is limited evidence on the potential effects of maternal Cy exposure on offspring. A model of maternal Cy exposure was used to assess its neurobehavioral effects on young-adult offspring. We found that gestational Cy exposure affected pregnancy outcomes and fetal development, and that offspring showed impairments in anxiety as well as learning and memory, accompanied by impairments in hippocampal synaptic ultrastructure and synaptic plasticity. In addition, the IP3R-GRP75-VDAC1 apoptogenic pathway was also upregulated, and in vitro models showed that inhibition of this pathway alleviated neuronal apoptosis as well as synaptic plasticity damage. In conclusion, maternal Cy exposure during pregnancy can cause neurobehavioral abnormalities and synaptic damage in offspring, which may be related to neuronal apoptosis induced by activation of the IP3R-GRP75-VDAC1 pathway in the hippocampus of offspring. Our findings provide clues to understand the neurotoxicity mechanism of maternal Cy exposure to offspring during pregnancy.

Background: Currently, there has been observed a significant alteration in the composition of the gut microbiome (GM) and serum metabolites in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) compared to healthy individuals. However, previous observational studies have shown inconsistent results regarding the alteration of gut microbiota/metabolites. In order to shed light on this matter, we utilized Mendelian randomization to determine the causal effect of GM/metabolites on PsA. Methods: We retrieved summary-level data of GM taxa/metabolites and PsA from publicly available GWAS statistics. Causal relationships between GM/metabolites and PsA were determined using a two-sample MR analysis, with the IVW approach serving as the primary analysis method. To ensure the robustness of our findings, we conducted sensitivity analyses, multivariable MR analysis (MVMR), and additional analysis including replication verification analysis, LDSC regression, and Steiger test analysis. Furthermore, we investigated reverse causality through a reverse MR analysis. Finally, we conducted an analysis of expression quantitative trait loci (eQTLs) involved in the metabolic pathway to explore potential molecular mechanisms of metabolism. Results: Our findings reveal that eight GM taxa and twenty-three serum metabolites are causally related to PsA (P < 0.05). Notably, a higher relative abundance of Family Rikenellaceae (ORIVW: 0.622, 95% CI: 0.438-0.883, FDR = 0.045) and elevated serum levels of X-11538 (ORIVW: 0.442, 95% CI: 0.250-0.781, FDR = 0.046) maintain significant causal associations with a reduced risk of PsA, even after adjusting for multiple testing correction and conducting MVMR analysis. These findings suggest that Family Rikenellaceae and X-11538 may have protective effects against PsA. Our sensitivity analysis and additional analysis revealed no significant horizontal pleiotropy, reverse causality, or heterogeneity. The functional enrichment analysis revealed that the eQTLs examined were primarily associated with glycerolipid metabolism and the expression of key metabolic factors influenced by bacterial infections (Vibrio cholerae and Helicobacter pylori) as well as the mTOR signaling pathway. Conclusion: In conclusion, our study demonstrates that Family Rikenellaceae and X-11538 exhibit a strong and negative causal relationship with PsA. These particular GM taxa and metabolites have the potential to serve as innovative biomarkers, offering valuable insights into the treatment and prevention of PsA. Moreover, bacterial infections and mTOR-mediated activation of metabolic factors may play an important role in this process.
