RESUMO

Recovery of irregular flights caused by various reasons such as aircraft failures and airport closures is studied in this research and a multimodal time-band network model for solving the issue is proposed. It transforms the flight routing problem into a time-based network, which is used to obtain the delay and cancellation costs of each flight. With delay and cancellation costs as variables, the proposed model aims to minimize recovery costs under constraints. This research also suggests a developed binary tree algorithm, which improves the efficiency of model solving. The results show that the rescheduled flights and re-selected flight routes are at the lowest cost and helpful to achieve a balance of flight flow without affecting flight safety. This method used in this work shows its certain value in helping airlines restore flight operations in the shortest possible time and at the lowest cost, improving operational efficiency and service quality.

RESUMO

How to efficiently utilize the existing airport capacity without physical expansion and considerable economic inputs to meet air traffic needs is one of the important tasks of air traffic management. To improve the efficiency of capacity utilization, it is necessary to find the actual airport capacity properly. In this work, taking Shuangliu International Airport as an example, a methodology for capacity estimation is proposed that combines the empirical method with an analytical approach that uses historical performance data from the airport to construct a capacity envelope to approximate the airport's actual capacity to the greatest extent, establishes a collaborative optimization model that reflects the inherent relations between airport capacity and arrival and departure traffic demand, adopts an improved optimization algorithm to solve the model, and generates an optimal flight allocation scheme. Priority ratio is introduced to dynamically adjust management preferences for arrival and departure traffic demand to further reveal the synergy mechanism between departure and arrival traffic flow demand and the airport capacity. The result shows that the Flight On-time Performance rate is lifted by 6% in the case study which proves the feasibility of the proposed method, demonstrating its value for maximizing airport capacity and traffic flow demand without requiring expansions on airport scales.

RESUMO

The construction of organelle-targeting nanomaterials is an effective way to improve tumor imaging and treatment. Here, a new type of composite nanomaterial named as PTTPB is developed. PTTPB is composed of organelle-targeting aggregation-induced emission photosensitizer TTPB and polydopamine nanomaterials. With the functional modification of TTPB, PTTPB can recognize sialic acid on the cell membrane and present mitochondrial targeted capabilities. The intake of PTTPB in cancerous cells can be increased by the recognition process of cell membrane. PTTPB can generate singlet oxygen for photodynamic therapy (PDT), and present good photothermal conversion ability with irradiation. The PTTPB with organelle-targeting imaging-guided can realize the tumor ablation with the synergistic effect of PDT and photothermal therapy.

RESUMO

Though hydroxylamine (NH2OH) is effective for accelerating pollutants degradation in Fenton and Fenton-like systems, the effect of anions simultaneously introduced by the hydroxylamine salts have always been ignored. Herein, effect of two commonly used hydroxylamine salts, hydroxylamine hydrochloride (NH2OH·HCl) and hydroxylamine sulfate [(NH2OH)2·H2SO4], for the degradation of dimethyl phthalate (DMP) in peroxymonosulfate (PMS)/Fe(II) system was comparatively investigated. Degradation efficiency of DMP with NH2OH·HCl was 1.6 times of that with same dosages of (NH2OH)2·H2SO4. SO4·-, Fe(IV) and ·OH formed in the PMS/Fe(II)/NH2OH system, but ·OH was the major species for DMP degradation. Addition of Cl- significantly improved the production of ·OH and Cl·, and the exposure dose of ·OH (CT·OH) was more than 10 times that of CTCl· as the concentration of Cl- increased to 1 mM. Calculations based on branching ratios of Cl· and ·OH indicated that the reactions of Cl- with SO4·- and Cl· with H2O were not the only production sources of ·OH in the system. Further experiments with methyl phenyl sulfoxide (PMSO) as the probe indicated that Cl- would facilitate the shift of reactive species from Fe(IV) to radicals (SO4·- or ·OH) in the system. Both hydroxylation and nitration intermediate products were detected in the oxidation of DMP. Cl- promoted the formation of hydroxylation intermediates and reduced the formation of nitration intermediates. This study revealed for the first time that Cl- could shift reactive species from Fe(IV) to radicals in PMS/Fe(II) system, raising attention to the influence of the coexisting anions (especially Cl-) for pollutants oxidation in iron-related oxidation processes.
