RESUMO

Micromilling is an extremely important advanced manufacturing technology in the micromanufacturing industry. Compared with the traditional milling process, micromilling has stricter requirements on the surface roughness of the workpiece, and the roughness of the microcurved surface is not easy to measure. In order to more accurately characterize the curved surface morphology of the microgrooves obtained by micromilling, this paper proposes a method to extract the reference plane of the curved surface based on the bidimensional empirical mode decomposition algorithm and characterize the three-dimensional surface roughness of the curved surface. First, we synthesize the morphologies of the microgrooves by simulated non-Gaussian rough surfaces and models of textures. Second, the bidimensional empirical mode decomposition algorithm was used to extract the reference planes of the simulated microgrooves. Third, the three-dimensional roughness parameters suitable for the curved surfaces of microgrooves were selected to establish an evaluation system. The results show that the mean squared errors of the reference planes are below 1%, so bidimensional empirical mode decomposition can effectively extract reference planes, and the evaluation system of three-dimensional surface roughness proposed in this paper reflects morphological characteristics of the curved surfaces of microgrooves more thoroughly than that of two-dimensional surface roughness parameters.

RESUMO

Objective: To explore the effect of early cognitive training combined with aerobic exercise on quality of life (QOL) and cognitive function recovery of patients with poststroke cognitive impairment (PSCI). Methods: Ninety PSCI patients treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the subjects and were divided into the experimental group (EG) and control group (CG) according to the admission order, with 45 cases each. Patients in CG received conventional health education combined with rehabilitation training, and those in EG accepted early cognitive training combined with aerobic exercise so as to evaluate the clinical effect of different intervention modes on PSCI patients. Results: Compared with CG after intervention, EG obtained an obviously higher Stroke Specific Quality of Life scale (SS-QOL) score, Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score, Barthel Index (MBI) (BI) score and Functional Independence Measure (FIM) score (P < 0.001), and obviously shorter time for completing TMT-A and TMT-B (P < 0.001). Conclusion: Performing early cognitive training combined with aerobic exercise for PSCI patients can effectively improve their QOL and promote the recovery of cognitive function. Compared with conventional health education combined with rehabilitation training, this mode presents a higher application value. Further study will be conducive to establishing a better solution for patients.

RESUMO

We report the rational design and fabrication of magnetically separable zinc ferrite@titanium dioxide (ZnFe2O4@TiO2) hollow core/shell nanospheres as photocatalysts for efficient H2 evolution by loading the TiO2 shell layer on the prepared ZnFe2O4 hollow nanospheres using the kinetics-controlled coating method. Meanwhile, the incident light absorption, photogenerated charge transfer and separation and photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity were remarkably improved by well anchoring cadmium selenide (CdSe) quantum dots on the ZnFe2O4@TiO2 hollow core/shell nanospheres. This unique design integrates the structural and functional merits of the ZnFe2O4, TiO2, and CdSe quantum dots into porous hollow nanospheres with the double-shell heterostructure. This design significantly accelerates the separation and transport of photogenerated charge carriers, enhances the light absorption, and offers more active sites for the photocatalytic H2 evolution reaction. Benefitting from the unique structural and component merits, the optimized magnetically separable ZnFe2O4@TiO2/CdSe hollow core/shell nanospheres exhibit excellent photocatalytic hydrogen evolution performance with a high H2 generation rate (266.0 µmol h-1·g-1) and high stability.

RESUMO

In this work, Bi2S3/MoS2/Bi2MoO6 hetero-structured porous films were fabricated via a facile anion exchange process using the as-prepared Bi2MoO6 nanoflake array film as substrate material. The formation of Bi2S3/MoS2/Bi2MoO6 ternary hetero-structured porous film is both thermodynamically controllable and reaction time dependent. Systematic experiments were done to investigate the products at each reaction stage and disclose the relationships between the composite components and reaction temperature and time. The study showed that the energy barrier need to be overpassed when MoS2 and Bi2S3 were simultaneously produced. The optimized Bi2S3/MoS2/Bi2MoO6 photoelectrode exhibited significantly higher photoelectrocatalytic efficiency than Bi2MoO6, binary Bi2S3/Bi2MoO6 and Bi2S3/MoS2 photoelectrodes. The remarkable degradation efficiency of the Bi2S3/MoS2/Bi2MoO6 photoelectrode comes from the synergy of high quality assembly and heterostructure interfaces between the three components. The optimized film assembly and stepwise band alignment in the ternary heterostructure composite contribute to visible light utilization, transport and separation of charge carriers, mass transport, and accessibility of active sites. The generated active species such as superoxide anions (O2-) and holes were detected to promote the decomposition of organic pollutants. The reasonable photoeletrocatalytic degradation mechanism was also proposed.

RESUMO

Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common type of pediatric liver malignancy, which predominantly occurs in young children (aged <5 years), and continues to be a therapeutic challenge in terms of metastasis and drug resistance. As a new pattern of tumor blood supply, vasculogenic mimicry (VM) is a channel structure lined by tumor cells rather than endothelial cells, which contribute to angiogenesis. VM occurs in a variety of solid tumor types, including liver cancer, such as hepatocellular carcinoma. The aim of the present study was to elucidate the effect of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on VM. In vitro experiments identified that HB cell line HepG2 cells form typical VM structures on Matrigel, and the structures were markedly damaged by As2O3 at a low concentration before the cell viability significantly decreased. The western blot results indicated that As2O3 downregulated the expression level of VMassociated proteins prior to the appearance of apoptotic proteins. In vivo, VM has been observed in xenografts of HB mouse models and identified by periodic acidSchiff+/CD105 channels lined by HepG2 cells without necrotic cells. As2O3 (2 mg/kg) markedly depresses tumor growth without causing serious adverse reactions by decreasing the number of VM channels via inhibiting the expression level of VMassociated proteins. Thus, the present data strongly indicate that low dosage As2O3 reduces the formation of VM in HB cell line HepG2 cells, independent of cell apoptosis in vivo and in vitro, and may represent as a candidate drug for HB targeting VM.
