RESUMO

Inulin as a natural polysaccharide regulates intestinal microorganisms, and improves the immune and gastrointestinal function. In order to explore the effect of inulin on pulmonary metastasis of colon cancer, we set up a CT26 injected pulmonary metastatic model. The results showed that inulin used alone did not improve pulmonary metastasis of colon cancer, while inulin combined with rifaximin significantly prolonged the survival time of mice, and inhibited pulmonary metastasis compared with model and inulin groups. Inulin treatment increased the abundance of harmful bacteria such as Proteobacteria and Actinobacteria, while combined treatment decreased their abundance and increased the abundance of beneficial bacteria containing Firmicutes and Eubacterium which belonged to the bile acid-related bacteria. The combination treatment decreased the content of primary bile acids and secondary bile acids in the feces of mice, especial for DCA and LCA which were the agonists of TGR5. Furthermore, the combination treatment reduced the mRNA expression of the TGR5, cyclin dependent kinase 4, cyclin 1 and CDK2, increased the mRNA expression of p21 in the lung, down-regulated the level of NF-κB p65, and up-regulated the level of TNF-α compared with the model group. The above may be the reason for the better use of the combination treatment.

RESUMO

Due to rapid homogenization in habitat types as a result of urbanization, some urban birds adapt their nesting strategies to changes in local habitat characteristics. Bird nesting decisions might have been mainly linked to resource constraints and ensuring reproductive success. In this study, we examined patterns of nesting behavior by spotted doves (Spilopelia chinensis) in a rapidly urbanizing area of Nanchang, China using ArcGIS 10.8, satellite tracking, camera traps, and field survey. To explore the mechanisms underlying nesting behavior in urban habitats, we assessed the correlations between nest reuse and reproductive success, and between nest reuse and nest predation. From December 2018 to December 2021, a total of 302 breeding nests were surveyed. The results revealed that the nest reuse rate was 38.08% (n = 115). Nests closer to trunk, with lower nest position and higher large-scale urbanization score tended to have higher reuse rate. In addition, nests with the higher the nest height and percent of canopy cover, and the lower small-scale urbanization score were more likely to reproduce successfully, and the reused nests also reproduce more successfully. The reproductive success associated with nest reuse was significantly higher than that associated with new nests (χ 2 = 8.461, p = .004). High degree of urbanization promoted nest reuse of spotted doves (large-scale urbanization score, z = 2.094, p = .036), which apparently enhanced their reproductive success (nest reuse, z = 2.737, p = .006). In conclusion, a nest structure with good permeability is the material basis for the nest reuse in spotted dove, while the relatively low risk of predation in urban habitat and the scarcity of nest site resources due to urbanization increase the tendency of birds to reuse old nests, which is associated with their reproductive success and evolutionary fitness.

RESUMO

We propose a new method for computing smooth and integrable cross fields on 2D and 3D surfaces. We first compute smooth cross fields by minimizing the Dirichlet energy. Unlike the existing optimization based approaches, our method determines the singularity configuration, i.e., the number of singularities, their locations and indices, via iteratively adjusting singularities. The singularities can move, merge and split, as like charges repel and unlike charges attract. Once all singularities stop moving, we obtain a cross field with (locally) lowest Dirichlet energy. In simply connected domains, such a cross field is guaranteed to be integrable. However, this property does not hold in multiply connected domains. To make a smooth cross field integrable, we construct a vector field c, which characterizes how far the cross field is away from a curl-free field. Then we optimize the locations of singularities by moving them along the field lines of c. Our method is fundamentally different from the existing integer programming-based approaches, since it does not require any special numerical solver. It is fully automatic and also has a parameter to control the number of singularities. Our method is well suited for smooth models in which exact boundary alignment and sparse hard directional constraints are desired, and can guide seamless conformal parameterization and T-junction-free quadrangulation. We will make the source code publicly available.

RESUMO

The bleeding time and amount in the short-segment group were shorter than in the long-segment group, and the bleeding volume was less than in the long-segment group. The Japanese Orthopaedic Association low back pain score, Oswestry Dysfunction Index, and lumbar spine stiffness disability index score of the two groups were significantly improved preoperatively, postoperatively, and at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years post-operation. The differences were statistically significant at different time points within the groups. Neurological function improved to varying degrees postoperatively. The Cobb angle was significantly higher in both groups (P < 0.05). Adjacent vertebral disease occurred in 10 of 64 patients with short-segment fixation, with a prevalence of 15.6%. Preoperative pelvic tilt angle, preoperative pelvic projection angle (PPA), preoperative degree of matching of PPA to LL (PI-LL), and preoperative coronal Cobb angle were higher in patients with adjacent vertebral disease. There were varying degrees of improvement in low back pain and spinal function after short-segment decompression and fusion internal fixation. However, the patients are generally elderly and at risk of persistent low back pain and accelerated degeneration of adjacent segments.

RESUMO

Lufenuron, a benzoylurea chitin synthesis inhibitor, is effective against many insect pests. However, the insecticidal activity of lufenuron has not been completely elucidated, nor has its disturbing effect on chitin synthesis genes. In this study, bioassay results demonstrated an outstanding toxicity of lufenuron against Helicoverpa armigera larvae. The treated larvae died from abortive molting and metamorphosis defects, and severe separation of epidermis and subcutaneous tissues was observed. Treatment of 3rd- and 4th-instar larvae with LC25 lufenuron significantly extended the duration of larval and pupal stage, reduced the rates of pupation and emergence, and adversely affected pupal weight. Besides, lufenuron can severely reduce chitin content in larval integument, and the lufenuron-treated larvae showed reduced trehalose content in their hemolymph. Further analysis using RNA sequencing revealed that five chitin synthesis genes were down-regulated, whereas the expressions of two chitin degradation genes were significantly enhanced. Knockdown of chitin synthase 1 (HaCHS1), uridine diphosphate-N-acetylglucosamine-pyrophosphorylase (HaUAP), phosphoacetyl glucosamine mutase (HaPGM), and glucosamine 6-phosphate N-acetyl-transferase (HaGNPAT) in H. armigera led to significant increase in larval susceptibilities to LC25 lufenuron by 75.48%, 65.00%, 68.42% and 28.00%, respectively. Our findings therefore revealed the adverse effects of sublethal doses of lufenuron on the development of H. armigera larvae, elucidated the perturbations on chitin metabolism, and proved that the combination of RNAi and lufenuron would improve the control effect of this pest.

RESUMO

Mutations in leucine-rich repeat kinase 2 (LRRK2) are the most common genetic cause of Parkinson's disease (PD). However, whether LRRK2 mutations cause PD and degeneration of dopaminergic (DA) neurons via a toxic gain-of-function or a loss-of-function mechanism is unresolved and has pivotal implications for LRRK2-based PD therapies. In this study, we investigate whether Lrrk2 and its functional homolog Lrrk1 play a cell-intrinsic role in DA neuron survival through the development of DA neuron-specific Lrrk conditional double knockout (cDKO) mice. Unlike Lrrk germline DKO mice, DA neuron-restricted Lrrk cDKO mice exhibit normal mortality but develop age-dependent loss of DA neurons, as shown by the progressive reduction of DA neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta (SNpc) at the ages of 20 and 24 months. Moreover, DA neurodegeneration is accompanied with increases in apoptosis and elevated microgliosis in the SNpc as well as decreases in DA terminals in the striatum, and is preceded by impaired motor coordination. Taken together, these findings provide the unequivocal evidence for the cell-intrinsic requirement of LRRK in DA neurons and raise the possibility that LRRK2 mutations may impair its protection of DA neurons, leading to DA neurodegeneration in PD.

RESUMO

Ionic current rectification (ICR) of charged conical nanopores has various applications in fields including nanofluidics, biosensing, and energy conversion, whose function is closely related to the dynamic response of nanopores. The occurrence of ICR originates from the ion enrichment and depletion in conical pores, whose formation is found to be affected by the scanning rate of voltages. Here, through time-dependent simulations, we investigate the variation of ion current under electric fields and the dynamic formation of ion enrichment and depletion, which can reflect the response time of conical nanopores. The response time of nanopores when ion enrichment forms, i.e., at the "on" state is significantly longer than that with the formation of ion depletion, i.e., at the "off" state. Our simulation results reveal the regulation of response time by different nanopore parameters including the surface charge density, pore length, tip, and base radius, as well as the applied conditions such as the voltage and bulk concentration. The response time of nanopores is closely related to the surface charge density, pore length, voltage, and bulk concentration. Our uncovered dynamic response mechanism of the ionic current can guide the design of nanofluidic devices with conical nanopores, including memristors, ionic switches, and rectifiers.

RESUMO

Epidemic forecasts are only as good as the accuracy of epidemic measurements. Is epidemic data, particularly COVID-19 epidemic data, clean, and devoid of noise? The complexity and variability inherent in data collection and reporting suggest otherwise. While we cannot evaluate the integrity of the COVID-19 epidemic data in a holistic fashion, we can assess the data for the presence of reporting delays. In our work, through the analysis of the first COVID-19 wave, we find substantial reporting delays in the published epidemic data. Motivated by the desire to enhance epidemic forecasts, we develop a statistical framework to detect, uncover, and remove reporting delays in the infectious, recovered, and deceased epidemic time series. Using our framework, we expose and analyze reporting delays in eight regions significantly affected by the first COVID-19 wave. Further, we demonstrate that removing reporting delays from epidemic data by using our statistical framework may decrease the error in epidemic forecasts. While our statistical framework can be used in combination with any epidemic forecast method that intakes infectious, recovered, and deceased data, to make a basic assessment, we employed the classical SIRD epidemic model. Our results indicate that the removal of reporting delays from the epidemic data may decrease the forecast error by up to 50%. We anticipate that our framework will be indispensable in the analysis of novel COVID-19 strains and other existing or novel infectious diseases.

RESUMO

Carotid atherosclerosis is a major cause of stroke. Hemodynamic forces, such as shear stress and oscillatory shear, play an important role in the initiation and progression of atherosclerosis. The alteration of the immune microenvironment is the fundamental pathological mechanism by which diverse external environmental factors impact the formation and progression of plaques. However, Current research on the relationship between hemodynamics and immunity in atherosclerosis still lack of comprehensive understanding. In this study, we combined computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and Mass cytometry (CyTOF) technologies to explore the changes in the immune microenvironment within plaques under different hemodynamic conditions. Our results indicated that neutrophils were enriched in adverse flow environments. M2-like CD163+CD86+ macrophages were predominantly enriched in high WSS and low OSI environments, while CD163-CD14+ macrophages were enriched in low WSS and high OSI environments. Functional analysis further revealed T cell pro-inflammatory activation and dysregulation in modulation, along with an imbalance in M1-like/M2-like macrophages, suggesting their potential involvement in the progression of atherosclerotic lesions mediated by adverse flow patterns. Our study elucidated the potential mechanisms by which hemodynamics regulated the immune microenvironment within plaques, providing intervention targets for future precision therapies.

RESUMO

Objective: The liver plays a dual role in regulating temperature and immune responses. Examining the influence of Heat stress (HS) on liver T cells contributes significantly to understanding the intricate interplay between the immune system and hepatic tissues under thermal stress. This study focused on investigating the characteristics of the T-cell receptor (TCR) ß chain CDR3 repertoire in bovine liver samples under both HS and pair-fed (PF) environmental conditions. Methods: Sequencing data from six samples sourced from the GEO database underwent annotation. Utilizing immunarch and VDJtool software, the study conducted comprehensive analyses encompassing basic evaluation, clonality assessment, immune repertoire comparison, diversity estimation, gene usage profiling, VJ gene segment pairing scrutiny, clonal tracking, and Kmers analysis. Results: All four TCR chains, namely α, ß, γ, and δ, were detected, with the α chains exhibiting the highest detection frequency, followed closely by the ß chains. The prevalence of αß TCRs in bovine liver samples underscored their crucial role in governing hepatic tissue's physiological functions. The TCR ß CDR3 repertoire showcased substantial inter-individual variability, featuring diverse clonotypes exhibiting distinct amino acid lengths. Intriguingly, HS cattle displayed heightened diversity and clonality, suggesting potential peripheral T cell migration into the liver under environmental conditions. Notably, differential VJ gene pairings were observed in HS cattle compared to the PF, despite individual variations in V and J gene utilization. Additionally, while most high-frequency amino acid 5-mers remained consistent between the HS and PF, GELHF and YDYHF were notably prevalent in the HS group. Across all samples, a prevalent trend of high-frequency 5mers skewed towards polar and hydrophobic amino acids was evident. Conclusion: This study elucidates the characteristics of liver TCR ß chain CDR3 repertoire under HS conditions, enhancing our understanding of HS implications.

RESUMO

Restoring high-quality images from degraded hazy observations is a fundamental and essential task in the field of computer vision. While deep models have achieved significant success with synthetic data, their effectiveness in real-world scenarios remains uncertain. To improve adaptability in real-world environments, we construct an entirely new computational framework by making efforts from three key aspects: imaging perspective, structural modules, and training strategies. To simulate the often-overlooked multiple degradation attributes found in real-world hazy images, we develop a new hazy imaging model that encapsulates multiple degraded factors, assisting in bridging the domain gap between synthetic and real-world image spaces. In contrast to existing approaches that primarily address the inverse imaging process, we design a new dehazing network following the "localization-and-removal" pipeline. The degradation localization module aims to assist in network capture discriminative haze-related feature information, and the degradation removal module focuses on eliminating dependencies between features by learning a weighting matrix of training samples, thereby avoiding spurious correlations of extracted features in existing deep methods. We also define a new Gaussian perceptual contrastive loss to further constrain the network to update in the direction of the natural dehazing. Regarding multiple full/no-reference image quality indicators and subjective visual effects on challenging RTTS, URHI, and Fattal real hazy datasets, the proposed method has superior performance and is better than the current state-of-the-art methods. RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Cisplatin (DDP) as the first-line drug has been used in cancer therapy. However, side effects and drug resistance are the challenges of DDP. Disordered lipid metabolism is related to DDP resistance. STUDY DESIGN: In this study, formosanin C (FC) as the main compound of Rhizoma Paridis saponins (RPS) inhibits pulmonary metastasis by targeting stearyl CoA desaturase-1. METHODS AND RESULTS: RPS prolonged the survival period of mice, reduced pulmonary metastases and alleviated colon toxicity caused by DDP. FC as the main compound of RPS enhanced the anti-tumor and anti-metastatic effects of DDP. FC decreased the mRNA level of SCD1 and the content of lipid droplets (LDs) in lung cancer cells. Molecular dynamics and isothermal titration calorimetry verified the binding stability and spontaneously between FC and SCD1. SiSCD1 reduced the content of LDs in cell lines and increased mitochondria (mtROS), which was consistent with the results of FC treatment. The combination group decreased DNA repair associated protein as well as DDP resistance markers such as ERCC1 and 53bp1, and increased DNA damage marker like γH2AX, which indirectly confirmed the occurrence of mtROS. In addition, FC combination with DDP also affected epithelial-mesenchymal transition-related protein like VIM and CDH1 in vivo experiments, and thereby inhibited pulmonary metastasis. CONCLUSION: Our research indicated that the FC as the main compound of RPS targeted the CY2 domain of SCD1, inhibited lipid metabolism in mice, and thereby suppressed cancer metastases. This provided support for use of FC to treat cancer based on lipid metabolism pathway.

RESUMO

Flurbiprofen axetil or dezocine monotherapy has been applied for analgesia of postoperative non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC); however, their combination is rarely investigated. Consequently, the present study aimed to explore the effect of flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine on postoperative pain, surgical outcomes and its safety profile in patients with NSCLC. A total of 150 patients with resectable NSCLC were enrolled and randomized into three groups: i) The flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine group (n=50), ii) the flurbiprofen axetil group (n=51) and iii) the dezocine group (n=49). A total of 50 mg flurbiprofen axetil, 5 mg of dezocine or their combination were administered intravenously 3 h prior to surgery and subsequently every 12 h until day 3 (D3) following surgery. The postoperative pain was lower in the flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine group compared with that of the flurbiprofen axetil group at 6 h (P=0.008), 12 h (P=0.003), day 1 (D1) (P=0.013), day 2 (D2) (P=0.036) and D3 (P=0.010); in addition, it was lower in the flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine group compared with that of the dezocine group at 6 h (P=0.010), 12 h (P=0.012) and D1 (P=0.020). Patient-controlled analgesia consumption was also lower in the flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine group compared with that of the flurbiprofen axetil (P=0.010) and dezocine (P=0.002) groups. Furthermore, the length of hospital stay was lower in the flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine group compared with that of the flurbiprofen axetil (P=0.008) and dezocine (P=0.048) groups, while other surgical outcomes and adverse events were similar among these three groups. Moreover, the expression of tumor necrosis factor-α was lower in the flurbiprofen axetil plus dezocine group compared with that of the dezocine group at 12 h (P<0.001), D1 (P<0.001) and D3 (P=0.033). The data indicated that flurbiprofen axetil and dezocine combination was superior to monotherapy for postoperative analgesia in patients with resectable NSCLC.

RESUMO

Magnetic flux leakage (MFL) technology is remarkable for its capability to detect pipeline geometric deformation and general corrosion defects. However, it cannot characterize the MFL behavior in stress-concentrated areas, thereby greatly challenging the subsequent pipeline maintenance. This study suggests that the MFL characteristics of pipeline in stress-concentrated areas are caused by the combined effect of the face magnetic charge on the deformed end-face and the body magnetic charge of the dislocation stack. In addition, an improved force-magnetic coupling model of the pipeline in stress-concentrated areas is established based on the magnetic dipole model and Jiles-Atherton (J-A) theory. In the verification experiment, the Q235 steel plate is magnetized along the extension direction (axis of the pipeline) through the solenoid coil to obtain the distribution law of the MFL signal in the stress-concentrated area under different excitation intensities. The results show that with the increase in excitation intensity, the deformation of the MFL field signal caused by the end-face of the stress-concentrated area gradually increases to a stable state. Moreover, the internal stress of the MFL field signal generated by the pipe dislocation rapidly increases to a peak value and then decays exponentially to a certain base value. The overall change trend is in good agreement with the calculation results of the established force-magnetic coupling model. Meanwhile, the differentiation research between deformation and internal stress MFL field signals under different magnetic field intensities can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the subsequent accurate identification and quantification of pipeline stress-concentrated areas.

RESUMO

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGY RELEVANCE: Rohdea pachynema F.T.Wang & Tang (R. pachynema), is a traditional folk medicine used for the treatment of stomach pain, stomach ulcers, bruises, and skin infections in China. Some of the diseases may relate to microbial infections in traditional applications. However few reports on its antimicrobial properties and bioactive components. AIM OF THE STUDY: To identify its bioactive constituents against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) in vitro and in vivo, and its mechanism. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The anti-MRSA ingredient 6α-O-[ß-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 â†’ 3)-ß-D-quinovopyranosyl]-(25S)-5α-spirostan-3ß-ol (XQS) was obtained from R. pachynema by phytochemical isolation. Subsequently, XQS underwent screening using the broth microdilution method and growth inhibition curves to assess its antibacterial activity. The mechanism of XQS was evaluated by multigeneration induction, biofilm resistance assay, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and metabolomics. Additionally, a mouse skin infection model was established in vivo. RESULTS: 26 compounds were identified from the R. pachynema, in which anti-MRSA spirostane saponin (XQS) was reported for the first time with a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of 8 µg/mL. XQS might bind to peptidoglycan (PGN) of the cell wall, phosphatidylglycerol (PG), and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) of the cell membrane, then destroying the cell wall and the cell membrane, resulting in reduced membrane fluidity and membrane depolarization. Furthermore, XQS affected MRSA lipid metabolism, amino acid metabolism, and ABC transporters by metabolomics analysis, which targeted cell walls and membranes causing less susceptibility to drug resistance. Furthermore, XQS (8 mg/kg) recovered skin wounds in mice infected by MRSA effectively, superior to vancomycin (8 mg/kg). CONCLUSIONS: XQS showed anti-MRSA bioactivity in vitro and in vivo, and its mechanism association with cell walls and membranes was reported for the first, which supported the traditional uses of R. pachynema and explained its sensitivity to MRSA.

RESUMO

The widespread use of rare earth elements (REEs) across various industries makes them a new type of pollutant. Additionally, REEs are powerful indicators of geochemical processes. As one of the two main rivers in the Aral Sea, identifying the geochemical behavior of REEs in agricultural soils of the Syr Darya River is of great significance for subsequent indicative studies. In this study, the geochemical characteristics, influencing factors, and potential application significance of REEs in agricultural soils from three sampling areas along the Syr Darya River were analyzed using soil geography and elemental geochemical analyses. The results showed that the highest total concentration of REEs in the agricultural soil was in Area I, with a mean value of 142.49 µg/g, followed by Area III with a mean value of 124.56 µg/g, and the lowest concentration was in Area II with a mean value of 122.48 µg/g. The agricultural soils in the three regions were enriched in light rare earth elements (LREEs), with mean L/H values of 10.54, 10.13, and 10.24, respectively. The differentiation between light and heavy rare earth elements (HREEs) was also high. The concentration of REEs in agricultural soil along the Syr Darya River was primarily influenced by minerals such as monazite and zircon, rather than human activities (the pollution index of all REEs was less than 1.5). The relationship between Sm and Gd can differentiate soils impacted by agricultural activities from natural background soils. The results of this study can serve as a basis for indicative studies of REEs in Central Asia.

RESUMO

BACKGROUND: Multilocular thymic cyst (MTC) is a rare mediastinal lesion which is considered to occur in the process of acquired inflammation. It is usually characterized by well-defined cystic density and is filled with transparent liquid. CASE SUMMARY: We report on a 39-year-old male with a cystic-solid mass in the anterior mediastinum. Computer tomography (CT) imaging showed that the mass was irregular with unclear boundaries. After injection of contrast agent, there was a slight enhancement of stripes and nodules. According to CT findings, it was diagnosed as thymic cancer. CONCLUSION: After surgery, MTC accompanied by bleeding and infection was confirmed by pathological examination. The main lesson of this case was that malignant thymic tumor and MTC of the anterior mediastinum sometimes exhibit similar CT findings. Caution is necessary in clinical work to avoid misdiagnosis.

RESUMO

Currently, the microwave absorbers usually suffer dreadful electromagnetic wave absorption (EMWA) performance damping at elevated temperature due to impedance mismatching induced by increased conduction loss. Consequently, the development of high-performance EMWA materials with good impedance matching and strong loss ability in wide temperature spectrum has emerged as a top priority. Herein, due to the high melting point, good electrical conductivity, excellent environmental stability, EM coupling effect, and abundant interfaces of titanium nitride (TiN) nanotubes, they were designed based on the controlling kinetic diffusion procedure and Ostwald ripening process. Benefiting from boosted heterogeneous interfaces between TiN nanotubes and polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), enhanced polarization loss relaxations were created, which could not only improve the depletion efficiency of EMWA, but also contribute to the optimized impedance matching at elevated temperature. Therefore, the TiN nanotubes/PDMS composite showed excellent EMWA performances at varied temperature (298-573 K), while achieved an effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) value of 3.23 GHz and a minimum reflection loss (RLmin) value of - 44.15 dB at 423 K. This study not only clarifies the relationship between dielectric loss capacity (conduction loss and polarization loss) and temperature, but also breaks new ground for EM absorbers in wide temperature spectrum based on interface engineering.

RESUMO

Ectropis obliqua, a notorious tea pest, produces a Type-II sex pheromone blend for mate communication. This blend contains (Z,Z,Z)-3,6,9-octadecatriene, (Z,Z)-3,9-cis-6,7-epoxy-octadecadiene, and (Z,Z)-3,9-cis-6,7-epoxy-nonadecadiene. To elucidate the genes related to the biosynthesis of these sex pheromone components, transcriptome sequencing of the female E. obliqua pheromone gland and the abdomen without pheromone gland was performed. Comparative RNAseq analyses identified 52 putative genes, including 7 fatty acyl-CoA elongases (ELOs), 9 fatty acyl-CoA reductases (FARs), 1 decarbonylase (DEC), 3 lipophorins (LIPs), and 32 cytochrome P450 enzymes (CYPs). Tissue expression profiles revealed that two ELOs (ELO3 and ELO5), two FARs (FAR2 and FAR9), one DEC (CYP4G173), and one LIP (LIP1) displayed either abdomen-centric or -specific expression, suggesting potential roles in sex pheromone biosynthesis within the oenocytes of E. obliqua. Furthermore, the tissue expression patterns, combined with phylogenetic analysis, showed that CYP340BD1, which was expressed specifically and predominantly only in the pheromone gland, was clustered with the previously reported epoxidases, highlighting its potential role in the epoxidation of the unsaturated polytriene sex pheromone components. Collectively, our research provides valuable insights into the genes linked to sex pheromone biosynthesis.

RESUMO

Since the basic rail of the switch needs to have a certain bending angle when the train changes direction, top bending is an important link in the production process of the basic rail. The three-point pressure top bending method is simple, flexible and widely used. In this study, the traditional three-point pressure bending is optimized, the influence of the pick width in the model is considered, a corresponding rebound model is established, and the model is applied to the pressure bending process of the basic rail. The bilinear strengthening model of the material was used to construct the bending moment expressions at different positions during the top bending process, and the relationship between the load and bending deflection in the elastic stage and elastic-plastic stage was obtained. The final top bending prediction model was obtained by combining the load-deflection model in the bending stage and the rebound stage. The correctness of the theoretical mathematical model was verified by establishing finite element simulations, and the theoretical calculation results were compared with the experimental results. The results showed that the top bend prediction optimization model established in this study had high feasibility and met the machining accuracy requirements.
