We aimed to investigate the genomic and tumor microenvironmental (TME) profiles in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) and explore potential predictive markers for Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) treatment response in high-risk NMIBC patients (according to European Association of Urology (EAU) risk stratification). 40 patients with high-risk NMIBC (cTis-T1N0M0) who underwent en bloc resection followed by BCG instillation were retrospectively enrolled. Surgical samples were subjected to Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) assay. Genomic profiling revealed high prevalences of alterations in TERT (55%), KDM6A (32.5%), FGFR3(30%), PIK3CA (30%), TP53(27.5%) and ARID1A (20%). TME analysis showed different proportions of macrophages, NK cells, T cells subsets in tumoral and stromal compartment. Multivariate analysis identified TERT C228T and alteration in KDM6A as two independent factors associated with inferior RFS. The study comprehensively depicted the genomic and TME profiles in NMIBC and identified potential predictive biomarkers for BCG treatment.

Liquid organic hydrogen carriers (LOHCs) are attractive platform molecules that play an important role in hydrogen energy storage and utilization. The multi-step hydrogenation of toluene (TOL) to methylcyclohexane (MCH) has been widely studied in the LOCHs systems,  noble metal catalysts such as Ru has exhibited good performance in multi-step hydrogenation reactions, while the application is still hindered by their high cost and low specific activity. In this study, a series of Ru species were fabricated to investigate their structural evolution in the TOL multi-step hydrogenation reaction. The fully exposed and atomically dispersed Ru clusters, composed of an average of 3 Ru atoms, exhibit superior catalytic performance in TOL multi-step hydrogenation. Moreover, it delivers a high turnover frequency of 9850.3 h-1 under the relatively mild reaction, compared with those of single atoms and nanoparticles, and shows a notable advantage over catalysts reported in previous studies. From density functional theory calculations, the overall barrier of the TOL multi-step hydrogenation reaction over the fully exposed Ru clusters is lower than that of single atoms and nanoparticles, resulting in higher activity. This work provides an efficient strategy to regulate the reaction pathway of multi-step complicated catalytic reactions by designing fully exposed metal cluster catalysts.

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are an emerging class of drug carriers and are primarily reported to be internalized into recipient cells via a combination of endocytic routes such as clathrin-mediated, caveolae-mediated and macropinocytosis pathways. In this work, (1) we investigated potential effects of homotypic vs. heterotypic interactions by studying the cellular uptake of homologous EVs (EV donor cells and recipient cells of the same type) vs. heterologous EVs (EV donor cells and recipient cells of different types) and (2) determined the route of EV internalization into low pinocytic/hard-to-deliver cell models such as brain endothelial cells (BECs) and phagocytic cell model as macrophages. Homotypic interactions led to a greater extent of uptake into the recipient BECs compared to heterotypic interactions. However, we did not see a complete reduction in EV uptake into recipient BECs when endocytic pathways were blocked using pharmacological inhibitors and our findings from a R18-based fusion assay suggest that EVs primarily use membrane fusion to enter low-pinocytic recipient BECs instead of relying on endocytosis. Lipophilic PKH67 dye-labeled EVs but not intravesicular esterase-activated calcein ester-labeled EVs severely reduced particle uptake into BECs while phagocytic macrophages internalized both types of EV-labeled particles to comparable extents. Our results also highlight the importance of carefully choosing labeling dye chemistry to study EV uptake, especially in the case of low pinocytic cells such as BECs.

The characterization of genetic alterations in tumor samples has become standard practice for many human cancers to achieve more precise disease classification and guide the selection of targeted therapies. Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) can serve as a source of tumor DNA in patients with central nervous system (CNS) cancer. We performed comprehensive profiling of CSF circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) in 711 patients using an FDA-authorized platform (MSK-IMPACT™) in a hospital laboratory. We identified genetic alterations in 489/922 (53.0%) CSF samples with clinically documented CNS tumors. None of 85 CSF samples from patients without CNS tumors had detectable ctDNA. The distribution of clinically actionable somatic alterations was consistent with tumor-type specific alterations across the AACR GENIE cohort. Repeated CSF ctDNA examinations from the same patients identified clonal evolution and emergence of resistance mechanisms. ctDNA detection was associated with shortened overall survival following CSF collection. Next-generation sequencing of CSF, collected through a minimally invasive lumbar puncture in a routine hospital setting, provides clinically actionable cancer genotype information in a large fraction of patients with CNS tumors.

Isoniazid is an important first-line medicine to treat tuberculosis (TB). Isoniazid resistance increases the risk of poor treatment outcomes and development of multidrug resistance, and is driven primarily by mutations involving katG, encoding the prodrug-activating enzyme, rather than its validated target, InhA. The chemical tractability of InhA has fostered efforts to discover direct inhibitors of InhA (DIIs). In this study, we bridge the gap in understanding the potential contribution of DIIs to novel combination regimens and demonstrate a clear distinction of DIIs, like GSK693 and the newly described GSK138, from isoniazid, based on activity against clinical isolates and contribution to novel drug regimens. The results suggest that DIIs, specifically GSK138 and GSK693, could be promising partners in novel drug regimens, including those used against isoniazid-resistant TB, potentially enhancing their efficacy and/or preventing the selection of resistant mutants and supporting the continued exploration of InhA as a promising target for TB drug development.

Studying the status and source analysis of heavy metal pollution in farmland in typical mining and processing areas is an important prerequisite for promoting farmland soil ecological restoration and farmland protection in concentrated mining areas. In this study, the heavy metal content of farmland soil around a mining area in southwest China was detected, and the pollution status, distribution law, health risks, and sources of heavy metals were studied by using the land accumulation index method, comprehensive pollution index method, kriging interpolation method, health risk assessment method, and PMF receptor model on the sampling data. The results showed that the mean values of eight heavy metals in farmland soil except Ni exceeded the local soil background values, and the results of the ground accumulation index evaluation showed that Cd and Hg were extremely polluted; Pb and As showed medium pollution-heavy pollution; and Cr, Zn, Ni, and Cu were lightly polluted. In the health risk assessment, oral ingestion was the main exposure route posing a health risk to the human body; the main element that constituted non-carcinogenic health risks was As, and the carcinogenic risks were from As and Cd. PMF model analysis showed that the contribution rate of weathering natural sources of iron-bearing ore was 28.02%, and the main factors were Ca and Fe. The contribution rate of agricultural sources was 3.02%, and the main factors were Pb and As. The contribution rate of industrial and atmospheric deposition composite sources was 33.09%, and the main factor was Hg. The contribution rate of the parent material source was 17.27%, and the main factor was Ca. The contribution rate of mining activities such as mining and smelting was 18.60%, and the main factors were Zn and Cd.

AIM: To analyze the changes in scientific output relating to Leber congenital amaurosis (LCA) and forecast the study trends in this field. METHODS: All of the publications in the field of LCA from 2002 to 2022 were collected from Web of Science (WOS) database. We analyzed the quantity (number of publications), quality (citation and H-index) and development trends (relative research interest, RRI) of published LCA research over the last two decades. Moreover, VOSviewer software was applied to define the co-occurrence network of keywords in this field. RESULTS: A total of 2158 publications were ultimately examined. We found that the focus on LCA kept rising and peaked in 2015 and 2018, which is consistent with the development trend of gene therapy. The USA has contributed most to this field with 1162 publications, 56 674 citations and the highest H-index value (116). The keywords analysis was divided into five clusters to show the hotspots in the field of LCA, namely mechanism-related, genotype-related, local phenotype-related, system phenotype-related, and therapy-related. We also identified gene therapy and anti-retinal degeneration therapy as a major focus in recent years. CONCLUSION: Our study illustrates historical research process and future development trends in LCA field. This may help to guide the orientation for further clinical diagnosis, treatment and scientific research.

Toxoplasma gondii is a widespread protozoan parasite approximately infecting one-third of the world population and can cause serious public health problems. In this study, we investigated the protective effect of the attenuated vaccine Pru:Δcdpk2 against acute toxoplasmosis and explored the underlying immune mechanisms of the protection in pigs. The systemic T-cell and natural killer (NK) cell responses were analyzed, including kinetics, phenotype, and multifunctionality (interferon [IFN]-γ, tumor necrosis factor [TNF]-α), and the IFN-γ levels were analyzed in PBMCs. Our results showed that T. gondii-specific antibodies were induced by Pru:Δcdpk2. After challenging with RH, the antibodies were able to respond quickly in the immunized group, and the expression level was significantly higher than that in the unimmunized group. The expression level of IFN-γ significantly increased after vaccination, and the CD3+ γδ-, NK, and CD3+ γδ+ cell subsets also significantly increased. At the same time, functional analysis indicated that these cells were polarized toward a Th1 phenotype, showing the ability to secrete IFN-γ and TNF-α. The CD4+CD8α-T cell population exhibited a higher frequency of IFN-γ+ producing cells compared with the CD4-CD8α+ and CD4+CD8α+ cell populations during the early days of vaccination. Our results indicated that the attenuated vaccine could induce the expression of NK, γδ, and CD3αß cells in pigs, and IFN-γ and TNF-α secreted by these cells are important for resistance to T. gondii infection.

Detecting lipopolysaccharide (LPS) using electrochemical methods is significant because of their exceptional sensitivity, simplicity, and user-friendliness. Two-dimensional metal-organic framework (2D-MOF) that merges the benefits of MOF and 2D nanostructure has exhibited remarkable performance in constructing electrochemical sensors, notably surpassing traditional 3D-MOFs. In this study, Cu[tetrakis(4-carboxylphenyl)porphyrin] (Cu-TCPP) and Cu(tetrahydroxyquinone) (Cu-THQ) 2D nanosheets were synthesized and applied on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The 2D-MOF nanosheets, which serve as supporting layers, exhibit improved electron transfer and electronic conductivity characteristics. Subsequently, the modified electrode was subjected to electrodeposition with Au nanostructures, resulting in the formation of Au/Cu-TCPP/GCE and Au/Cu-THQ/GCE. Notably, the Au/Cu-THQ/GCE demonstrated superior electrochemical activity because of the 2D morphology, redox ligand, dense Cu sites, and improved deposition of flower-like Au nanostructure based on Cu-THQ. The electron transfer specific surface area was increased by the improved deposition of Au nanostructures, which facilitates enriched binding of LPS aptamer and significantly improved the detection performance of Apt/Au/Cu-THQ/GCE electrochemical aptasensor. The limit of detection for LPS reached 0.15 fg/mL with a linear range of 1 fg/mL - 100 pg/mL. The proposed aptasensor demonstrated the ability to detect LPS in serum samples with satisfactory accuracy, indicating significant potential for clinical diagnosis.

Leptomeningeal metastases (LMs) remain a devastating complication of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly following osimertinib resistance. We conducted single-cell RNA sequencing on cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) from EGFR-mutant NSCLC with central nervous system metastases. We found that macrophages of LMs displayed functional and phenotypic heterogeneity and enhanced immunosuppressive properties. A population of lipid-associated macrophages, namely RNASE1_M, were linked to osimertinib resistance and LM development, which was regulated by Midkine (MDK) from malignant epithelial cells. MDK exhibited significant elevation in both CSF and plasma among patients with LMs, with higher MDK levels correlating to poorer outcomes in an independent cohort. Moreover, MDK could promote macrophage M2 polarization with lipid metabolism and phagocytic function. Furthermore, malignant epithelial cells in CSF, particularly after resistance to osimertinib, potentially achieved immune evasion through CD47-SIRPA interactions with RNASE1_M. In conclusion, we revealed a specific subtype of macrophages linked to osimertinib resistance and LM development, providing a potential target to overcome LMs.

INTRODUCTION: No definitive answers currently exist regarding optimal first-line therapy for HER2-mutant NSCLC. Access to rapid tissue sequencing is a major barrier to precision drug development in the first-line setting. ctDNA analysis has the potential to overcome these obstacles and guide treatment. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed patients with metastatic HER2-mutant NSCLC who underwent prospective clinical ctDNA sequencing and received systemic therapy at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) from January 2016 to September 2022. HER2 mutations were identified by next-generation sequencing through MSK-IMPACT, MSK-ACCESS or Resolution ctDx LungTM assay. Primary endpoints were time to the next treatment (TTNT) and overall survival (OS). RESULTS: Sixty-three patients were included in the primary analysis. Chemoimmunotherapy (33/63, 52.4 %) was the predominant first-line treatment with a median TTNT of 5.1 months (95 %CI 4.1 - 6.1) whereas 55.0 % (22/40) of patients who received second-line T-DXd obtained a median TTNT of 9.2 m (95 % CI, 0-22.2). Plasma ctDNA was tested before first-line therapy in 40 patients with a median OS of 28.0 months (95 % CI 21-34), in whom 31 patients (78.0 %) had detectable ctDNA. HER2 mutations were detected on ctDNA with a median turnaround time of 13 days, occasionally co-occurred with EGFR and MET alterations and were tracked longitudinally correlating with treatment response. Patients with detectable baseline ctDNA had significantly shorter OS (hazard ratio (HR), 5.25; 95 % CI, 1.2-23.9; p = 0.019). CONCLUSION: Chemoimmunotherapy remains a major treatment option for metastatic HER2-mutant NSCLC. ctDNA can rapidly detect HER2 and co-mutations, and it has the potential to guide and monitor optimal first-line therapy. As a negative prognostic biomarker, detectable ctDNA at baseline would need to be taken into account for patient selection in future studies.

AIM: To evaluate the trending visual performance of different intraocular lenses (IOLs) over time after implantation. METHODS: Ninety-one patients received cataract surgery with implantations of monofocal (Mon) IOLs, segmental refractive (SegRef) IOLs, diffractive (Dif) IOLs, and extended-depth-of-focus (EDoF) IOLs were included. The aberrations and optical quality collected with iTrace and OQAS within postoperative 6mo were followed and compared. RESULTS: Most of the visual parameters improved over the postoperative 6mo. The postoperative visual acuity (POVA) of the Mon IOL, SegRef IOL, and EDoF IOL groups achieved relative stability in earlier states compared with the Dif IOL group. Nevertheless, the overall visual performance of the 3 IOLs continued to upturn in small extents within the postoperative 6mo. The optical quality initially improved in the EDoF IOL group, then in the Mon IOL, SegRef IOL, and Dif IOL groups. POVA and objective visual performance of the Mon IOL and EDoF IOL groups, as well as POVA and visual quality of the Dif IOL group, improved in the postoperative 1mo and stabilized. Within the postoperative 6mo, gradual improvements were observed in the visual acuity and objective visual performance of the SegRef IOL group, as well as in the postoperative optical quality of the Dif IOL group. CONCLUSION: The visual performance is different among eyes implanted with different IOLs. The findings of the current study provide a potential reference for ophthalmologists to choose suitable IOLs for cataract patients in a personalized solution.

Background: Salvianolic acid B (SAB) is a major component of Salvia miltiorrhiza root (Danshen), widely used in East/Southeast Asia for centuries to treat cardiovascular diseases. Danshen depside salt, 85% of which is made up of SAB, is approved in China to treat chronic angina. Although clinical observations suggest that Danshen extracts inhibited arterial and venous thrombosis, the exact mechanism has not been adequately elucidated. Objective: To delineate the antithrombotic mechanisms of SAB. Methods: We applied platelet aggregation and coagulation assays, perfusion chambers, and intravital microscopy models. The inhibition kinetics and binding affinity of SAB to thrombin are measured by thrombin enzymatic assays, intrinsic fluorescence spectrophotometry, and isothermal titration calorimetry. We used molecular in silico docking models to predict the interactions of SAB with thrombin. Results: SAB dose-dependently inhibited platelet activation and aggregation induced by thrombin. SAB also reduced platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate and collagen. SAB attenuated blood coagulation by modifying fibrin network structures and significantly decreased thrombus formation in mouse cremaster arterioles and perfusion chambers. The direct SAB-thrombin interaction was confirmed by enzymatic assays, intrinsic fluorescence spectrophotometry, and isothermal titration calorimetry. Interestingly, SAB shares key structural similarities with the trisubstituted benzimidazole class of thrombin inhibitors, such as dabigatran. Molecular docking models predicted the binding of SAB to the thrombin active site. Conclusion: Our data established SAB as the first herb-derived direct thrombin catalytic site inhibitor, suppressing thrombosis through both thrombin-dependent and thrombin-independent pathways. Purified SAB may be a cost-effective agent for treating arterial and deep vein thrombosis.

Ischemic stroke-induced mitochondrial dysfunction in the blood-brain barrier-forming brain endothelial cells (BECs) results in long-term neurological dysfunction post-stroke. We previously reported data from a pilot study where intravenous administration of human BEC (hBEC)-derived mitochondria-containing extracellular vesicles (EVs) showed a potential efficacy signal in a mouse middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo) model of stroke. We hypothesized that EVs harvested from donor species homologous to the recipient species (e.g., mouse) may improve therapeutic efficacy, and therefore, use of mouse BEC (mBEC)-derived EVs may improve post-stroke outcomes in MCAo mice. We investigated potential differences in the mitochondria transfer of EVs derived from the same species as the recipient cell (mBEC-EVs and recipient mBECs or hBECs-EVs and recipient hBECs) vs. cross-species EVs and recipient cells (mBEC-EVs and recipient hBECs or vice versa). Our results showed that while both hBEC- and mBEC-EVs transferred EV mitochondria, mBEC-EVs outperformed hBEC-EVs in increasing ATP levels and improved recipient mBEC mitochondrial function via increasing oxygen consumption rates. mBEC-EVs significantly reduced brain infarct volume and neurological deficit scores compared to vehicle-injected MCAo mice. The superior therapeutic efficacy of mBEC-EVs in MCAo mice support the continued use of mBEC-EVs to optimize the therapeutic potential of mitochondria-containing EVs in preclinical mouse models.

BACKGROUND: Currently approved targeted treatment for ROS1-rearranged non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) has either inadequate intracranial activity or CNS-related toxicities. We evaluated the efficacy and safety of foritinib, a novel ALK and ROS1 inhibitor, in patients with advanced ROS1-rearranged NSCLC. METHODS: This two-part (phase 2a and 2b), multicentre, single-arm, open-label, phase 2 study was done in 29 centres in China. Eligible participants were adults (aged ≥18 years) with histologically or cytologically confirmed ROS1-rearranged, locally advanced or metastatic stage IIIB-IV NSCLC, with an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 2 or less. Patients who had previously received no or one ROS1 inhibitor were enrolled into phase 2a, and patients who were naive to ROS1 inhibitor therapy were enrolled into phase 2b cohort 1. Participants in phase 2a received 80, 120, 160, or 210 mg foritinib succinate (foritinib) orally once daily over 21-day cycles; patients in phase 2b received the recommended phase 2 dose of 160 mg. The primary endpoint was objective response rate, assessed by the independent review committee in the full analysis set (ie, all participants who received at least one dose of study treatment). The safety analysis set included all participants who received at least one dose of study treatment and had available safety assessments. This study is ongoing and is registered with ClinicalTrials.gov, NCT04237805. FINDINGS: Between March 26, 2020, and Dec 29, 2022, 104 patients were enrolled and treated. Six patients who had previously received more than one ROS1 inhibitor were enrolled in phase 2a before a protocol amendment stating that patients in this phase should have received no more than one ROS1 inhibitor; these patients were included in the safety analysis but excluded from the efficacy analysis of the ROS1-inhibitor-pretreated cohort. Therefore, the efficacy analysis set (n=98) included 42 patients from phase 2a (17 who were ROS1 inhibitor naive and 25 who had previously received ROS1 inhibitor) and 56 patients from phase 2b cohort 1. In phase 2a, the objective response rate was 94% (95% CI 71-100; 16 of 17 patients) in patients who were ROS1 inhibitor naive and 40% (21-61; ten of 25) in patients who had previously received ROS1 inhibitor. In phase 2b cohort 1, the objective response rate was 88% (95% CI 76-95; 49 of 56 patients). In a prespecified exploratory analysis in 41 patients with CNS metastases at baseline, the objective response rate was 100% (95% CI 48-100; five of five patients) in patients in phase 2a who were ROS1 inhibitor naive, 40% (16-68; six of 15) in patients in phase 2a who had previously received ROS1 inhibitor, and 90% (70-99; 19 of 21) in patients in phase 2b cohort 1. Grade 3-4 treatment-related adverse events occurred in 33 (32%) of 104 patients; the most common were hyperglycaemia (12 [12%] patients) and electrocardiogram prolonged QT interval (six [6%]). Serious treatment-related adverse events occurred in 11 (11%) patients, with hyperglycaemia (six [6%]) being most common. No treatment-related adverse events led to death. INTERPRETATION: Foritinib showed systemic and intracranial antitumour activity and good tolerability in ROS1-inhibitor-naive patients with ROS1-rearranged NSCLC. Foritinib represents a promising treatment for these patients, especially in those with CNS metastases. Laparoscopic surgery is extensively applied in the treatment of hepatobiliary diseases. Hepatic artery pseudoaneurysm (HAP) is a rare complication following hepatic biliary surgery through laparoscopy. The clinical manifestations of HAP are diverse and can be fatal. Given its severity, rapid assessment and management are crucial to ensuring a good prognosis. Here, we report three cases of HAP; two underwent laparoscopic surgery due to cholelithiasis, and another caused by trauma. The first case exhibited a pseudoaneurysm involving the distal portion of the right hepatic artery main trunk. The second patient had a pseudoaneurysm at the bifurcation of the left and right hepatic arteries. The third case involved a patient with a pseudoaneurysm involving a branch of the right hepatic artery. The main clinical manifestations of all three cases were bleeding from the biliary tract (the first two cases showed postoperative bleeding in the T-tube, while the third case exhibited gastrointestinal bleeding). The final diagnosis was obtained through digital subtraction angiography. The three patients underwent successful transcatheter arterial embolization operation and a follow-up revealed they were disease-free and alive. This article aims to highlight a rare complication of laparoscopic hepatobiliary surgery and share our experience in early diagnosis and treatment of HAP.

Importance: Uninterrupted targeted therapy until disease progression or intolerable toxic effects is currently the routine therapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) involving driver gene variations. However, drug resistance is inevitable. Objective: To assess the clinical feasibility of adaptive de-escalation tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) treatment guided by circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) for achieving complete remission after local consolidative therapy (LCT) in patients with advanced NSCLC. Design, Setting, and Participants: This prospective nonrandomized controlled trial was conducted at a single center from June 3, 2020, to July 19, 2022, and included 60 patients with advanced NSCLC with driver variations without radiologically detectable disease after TKI and LCT. The median (range) follow-up time was 19.2 (3.8-29.7) months. Data analysis was conducted from December 15, 2022, to May 10, 2023. Intervention: Cessation of TKI treatment and follow-up every 3 months. Treatment was restarted in patients with progressive disease (defined by the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors 1.1 criteria), detectable ctDNA, or elevated carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) levels, whichever manifested first, and treatment ceased if all indicators were negative during follow-up surveillance. Main Outcomes and Measures: Progression-free survival (PFS). Secondary end points were objective response rate, time to next treatment, and overall survival. Results: Among the total study sample of 60 participants (median [range] age, 55 [21-75] years; 33 [55%] were female), the median PFS was 18.4 (95% CI, 12.6-24.2) months and the median (range) total treatment break duration was 9.1 (1.5-28.1) months. Fourteen patients (group A) remained in TKI cessation with a median (range) treatment break duration of 20.3 (6.8-28.1) months; 31 patients (group B) received retreatment owing to detectable ctDNA and/or CEA and had a median PFS of 20.2 (95% CI, 12.9-27.4) months with a median (range) total treatment break duration of 8.8 (1.5-20.6) months; and 15 patients (group C) who underwent retreatment with TKIs due to progressive disease had a median PFS of 5.5 (95% CI, 1.5-7.2) months. For all participants, the TKI retreatment response rate was 96%, the median time to next treatment was 29.3 (95% CI, 25.3-35.2) months, and the data for overall survival were immature. Conclusions and Relevance: The findings of this nonrandomized controlled trial suggest that this adaptive de-escalation TKI strategy for patients with NSCLC is feasible in those with no lesions after LCT and a negative ctDNA test result. This might provide a de-escalation treatment strategy guided by ctDNA for the subset of patients with advanced NSCLC. Trial Registration: ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT03046316.
