RESUMO

In the intricate landscape of the tumor microenvironment, tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) emerge as a ubiquitous cellular component that profoundly affects the oncogenic process. The microenvironment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is characterized by a pronounced infiltration of TAMs, underscoring their pivotal role in modulating the trajectory of the disease. Amidst the evolving therapeutic paradigms for HCC, the strategic reprogramming of metabolic pathways presents a promising avenue for intervention, garnering escalating interest within the scientific community. Previous investigations have predominantly focused on elucidating the mechanisms of metabolic reprogramming in cancer cells without paying sufficient attention to understanding how TAM metabolic reprogramming, particularly lipid metabolism, affects the progression of HCC. In this review article, we intend to elucidate how TAMs exert their regulatory effects via diverse pathways such as E2F1-E2F2-CPT2, LKB1-AMPK, and mTORC1-SREBP, and discuss correlations of TAMs with these processes and the characteristics of relevant pathways in HCC progression by consolidating various studies on TAM lipid uptake, storage, synthesis, and catabolism. It is our hope that our summary could delineate the impact of specific mechanisms underlying TAM lipid metabolic reprogramming on HCC progression and provide useful information for future research on HCC and the development of new treatment strategies.

Background: Despite previous literature exploring the factors influencing lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), few studies have examined the relationship between nutritional status and LUTS. Objectives: The objective of this research was to evaluate the relationship between LUTS and Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index (GNRI) in middle-aged and older men. Methods: We included 2,607 men in the NHANES 2005-2006 and 2007-2008 cycles for cross-sectional analysis. We screened for LUTS based on four specific questions on the relevant questionnaire. We calculated GNRI according to the relevant calculation formula and included other covariates. Multivariate logistic analysis using GNRI as the principal independent variable and adjusting for other covariates were used to determine the association with LUTS, nocturia, and daytime LUTS. Results: According to the responses to the questionnaire, out of 2,607 eligible participants, 471 had LUTS, 906 had nocturia, and 819 had daytime LUTS. In the unadjusted regression model, LUTS (OR = 0.93, 95% CI = 0.91-0.96, p < 0.001), nocturia (OR = 0.90, 95% CI = 0.88-0.93, p < 0.001), and daytime LUTS (OR = 0.96, 95% CI = 0.94-0.99, p = 0.002) were significantly negatively associated with GNRI. After adjustment by adding covariates, LUTS (OR = 0.97,95% CI =0.94-0.99, p = 0.026) and nocturia (OR = 0.94, 95% CI =0.91-0.93, p < 0.001) were significantly negatively associated with GNRI. Conclusion: Low GNRI was associated with the development of LUTS. In the prevention and treatment of LUTS, urologists should consider the impact of nutritional status on LUTS, and interventions for nutritional status may prevent and improve LUTS.

Bridgman once reflected on thermodynamics that the laws of thermodynamics were formulated in their present form by the great founders of thermodynamics, Kelvin and Clausius, before all the essential physical facts were in, and there has been no adequate reexamination of the fundamentals since. Thermodynamics still has unknown possibilities waiting to be explored. This paper begins with a brief review of Clausius's work on the second law of thermodynamics and a reassessment of the content of Clausius's statement. The review tells that what Clausius originally referred to as the second law of thermodynamics was, in fact, the theorem of equivalence of transformations (TET) in a reversible cycle. On this basis, a new symmetric form of Clausius's TET is proposed. This theorem says that the two transformations, i.e., the transformation of heat to work and the transformation of work from high pressure to low pressure, should be equivalent in a reversible work-to-heat cycle. New thermodynamic cyclic laws are developed on the basis of the cycle with two work reservoirs (two pressures), which enriches the fundamental of the second law of thermodynamics.

The ubiquity and persistence of organophosphate esters (OPEs) and heavy metal (HMs) pose global environmental risks. This study explored tris(2-chloroisopropyl)phosphate (TCPP) biomineralization coupled to lead (Pb2+) biostabilization driven by denitrifying bacteria (DNB). The domesticated DNB achieved synergistic bioremoval of TCPP and Pb2+ in the batch bioreactor (efficiency: 98 %).TCPP mineralized into PO43- and Cl-, and Pb2+ precipitated with PO43-. The TCPP-degrading/Pb2+-resistant DNB: Achromobacter, Pseudomonas, Citrobacter, and Stenotrophomonas, dominated the bacterial community, and synergized TCPP biomineralization and Pb2+ biostabilization. Metagenomics and metaproteomics revealed TCPP underwent dechlorination, hydrolysis, the TCA cycle-based dissimilation, and assimilation; Pb2+ was detoxified via bioprecipitation, bacterial membrane biosorption, EPS biocomplexation, and efflux out of cells. TCPP, as an initial donor, along with NO3-, as the terminal acceptor, formed a respiratory redox as the primary energy metabolism. Both TCPP and Pb2+ can stimulate phosphatase expression, which established the mutual enhancements between their bioconversions by catalyzing TCPP dephosphorylation and facilitating Pb2+ bioprecipitation. TCPP may alleviate the Pb2+-induced oxidative stress by aiding protein phosphorylation. 80 % of Pb2+ converted into crystalized pyromorphite. These results provide the mechanistic foundations and help develop greener strategies for synergistic bioremediation of OPEs and HMs.

Lignocellulosic biomass, renewable with short growth cycle and diverse sources, can be substituted fossil fuel. However, low effective hydrogen-to-carbon ratio (H/Ceff) limits its applications. Torrefaction and co-pyrolysis with high H/Ceff feedstocks are promising technology. This paper investigated the effect of heating modes on oil-bath torrefaction of walnut shells, followed by fast co-pyrolysis. Six heating modes during oil-bath torrefaction were evaluated. Com1 (Microwave 67 %, Lightwave 33 %) yielded the lowest residual yield 84 wt%, while the highest gas production 495.47 mL/g which mainly composed of CO and CO2. Torrefied feedstock under Com1 had the highest H/Ceff. Decarboxylation and decarbonylation reactions dominated among oil-bath torrefaction. Com1 produced the most hydrocarbons and least oxygen-containing compounds. As microwave ratio decreased, the content of olefins, acids and phenols decreased, monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and alcohols was showed opposite tend. This study offers new ideas for microwave and lightwave torrefaction and promoting hydrocarbon production from lignocellulosic biomass.

Insertion sequences (ISs) promote the transmission of antimicrobial resistance genes (ARGs) across bacterial populations. However, their contributions and dynamics during the transmission of resistance remain unclear. In this study, we selected IS26 as a representative transposable element to decipher the relationship between ISs and ARGs and to investigate their transfer features and transmission trends. We retrieved 2656  translocatable  IS 26 -bounded  units with  ARGs (tIS26-bUs-ARGs) in complete bacterial genomes from the NCBI RefSeq database. In total, 124 ARGs spanning 12 classes of antibiotics were detected, and the average contribution rate of IS26 to these genes was 41.2%. We found that  IS 26 -bounded  units (IS26-bUs) mediated extensive ARG dissemination within the bacteria of the Gammaproteobacteria class, showing strong transfer potential between strains, species, and even phyla. The IS26-bUs expanded in bacterial populations over time, and their temporal expansion trend was significantly correlated with antibiotic usage. This wide dissemination could be due to the nonspecific target site preference of IS26. Finally, we experimentally confirmed that the introduction of a single copy of IS26 could lead to the formation of a composite transposon mediating the transmission of "passenger" genes. These observations extend our knowledge of the IS26 and provide new insights into the mediating role of ISs in the dissemination of antibiotic resistance.

The SWI/SNF2 chromatin remodeling factor decreased DNA methylation 1 (DDM1) is essential for the silencing of transposable elements (TEs) in both euchromatic and heterochromatic regions. Here, we determined the cryo-EM structures of DDM1-nucleosomeH2A and DDM1-nucleosomeH2A.W complexes at near-atomic resolution in the presence of the ATP analog ADP-BeFx. The structures show that nucleosomal DNA is unwrapped more on the surface of the histone octamer containing histone H2A than that containing histone H2A.W. DDM1 embraces one DNA gyre of the nucleosome and interacts with the N-terminal tails of histone H4. Although we did not observe DDM1-H2A.W interactions in our structures, the results of the pull-down experiments suggest a direct interaction between DDM1 and the core region of histone H2A.W. Our work provides mechanistic insights into the heterochromatin remodeling process driven by DDM1 in plants.

Klebsiella pneumoniae, a major clinical pathogen known for causing severe infections, is attracting heightened attention due to its escalating antibiotic resistance. Phages are emerging as a promising alternative to antibiotics; however, their specificity to particular hosts often restricts their use. In this study, a collection of 114 phages is obtained and subjected to analysis against 238 clinical K. pneumoniae strains, revealing a spectrum of lytic behaviors. A correlation between putative tail protein clusters and lysis patterns leads to the discovery of six receptor-binding protein (RBP) clusters that determine host capsule tropism. Significantly, RBPs with cross-capsular lysis capabilities are identified. The newly-identified RBPs provide a toolbox for customizing phages to target diverse capsular types. Building on the toolbox, the engineered phages with altered RBPs successfully shifted and broadened their host capsule tropism, setting the stage for tunable phage that offer a precise and flexible solution to combat K. pneumoniae infections.

Feralization is an important evolutionary process, but the mechanisms behind it remain poorly understood. Here, we use the ancient fiber crop ramie (Boehmeria nivea (L.) Gaudich.) as a model to investigate genomic changes associated with both domestication and feralization. We first produced a chromosome-scale de novo genome assembly of feral ramie and investigated structural variations between feral and domesticated ramie genomes. Next, we gathered 915 accessions from 23 countries, comprising cultivars, major landraces, feral populations, and the wild progenitor. Based on whole-genome resequencing of these accessions, we constructed the most comprehensive ramie genomic variation map to date. Phylogenetic, demographic, and admixture signal detection analyses indicated that feral ramie is of exoferal or exo-endo origin, i.e., descended from hybridization between domesticated ramie and the wild progenitor or ancient landraces. Feral ramie has higher genetic diversity than wild or domesticated ramie, and genomic regions affected by natural selection during feralization differ from those under selection during domestication. Ecological analyses showed that feral and domesticated ramie have similar ecological niches that differ substantially from the niche of the wild progenitor, and three environmental variables are associated with habitat-specific adaptation in feral ramie. These findings advance our understanding of feralization, providing a scientific basis for the excavation of new crop germplasm resources and offering novel insights into the evolution of feralization in nature.

Recent studies revealed the un-negligible impact of airborne organophosphate esters (OPEs) on phosphorus (P)-limited ecosystems. Subtropical forests, the global prevalence P-limited ecosystems, contain canopy structures that can effectively sequester OPEs from the atmosphere. However, little is known about the behavior and fate of OPEs in subtropical forest ecosystem, and the impact on the P cycling in this ecosystem. OPE concentrations in the understory air (at two heights), foliage, and litterfall were investigated in a subtropical forest in southern China. The median ∑OPE concentrations were 3149 and 2489 pg/m3 in the upper and bottom air, respectively. Foliage exhibited higher ∑OPE concentrations (median = 386 ng/g dry weight (dw)) compared to litter (median = 267 ng/g dw). The air OPE concentrations were ordered by broadleaved forest > mixed forest > coniferous forest, which corresponds to the results of canopy coverage or leaf area index. The spatial variation of OPEs in foliage and litter was likely caused by the leaf surface functional traits. Higher OPE concentrations were found in the wet season for understory air while in the dry season for foliage and litter, which were attributed to the changes in emission sources and meteorological conditions, respectively. The inverse temporal variation suggests the un-equilibrium partitioning of OPEs between leaf and air. The OPE concentrations during the litter-incubation presented similar temporal trends with those in foliage and litter, indicating the strong interaction of OPEs between the litter layer and the near-soil air, and the efficient buffer of litter layer played in the OPEs partitioning between soil and air. The median OPEs-associated P deposition fluxes through litterfall were 270, 186, and 249 µg P/m2·yr in the broadleaved, mixed, and coniferous forests, respectively. Although the fluxes accounted for approximately 0.2% of the total atmospheric P deposition, their significance to this P-limited ecosystem may not be negligible.

Objective: Ciprofol (also known as cipepofol and HSK3486), is a compound similar to propofol in chemical structure and hypnotic effect. Herein we evaluated the efficacy and safety of ciprofol for sedation in outpatient gynecological procedures. Methods: This phase III multicenter randomized trial with a non-inferiority design was conducted in nine tertiary hospitals. We enrolled 135 women aged 18-65 years who were scheduled for ambulatory gynecological procedures. Patients were randomly assigned to receive either ciprofol (0.4 mg/kg for induction and 0.2 mg/kg for maintenance) or propofol (2.0 mg/kg for induction and 1.0 mg/kg for maintenance) sedation in a 2:1 ratio. Patients and investigators for data collection and outcome assessment were blinded to study group assignments. The primary outcome was the success rate of sedation, defined as completion of procedure without remedial anesthetics. The non-inferiority margin was set at -8%. Secondary outcomes included time to successful induction, time to full awake, time to meet discharge criteria, and satisfaction with sedation assessed by patients and doctors. We also monitored occurrence of adverse events and injection pain. Results: A total of 135 patients were enrolled; 134 patients (90 patients received ciprofol sedation and 44 patients propofol sedation) were included in final intention-to-treat analysis. The success rates were both 100% in the two groups (rate difference, 0.0%; 95% CI, -4.1 to 8.0%), i.e., ciprofol was non-inferior to propofol. When compared with propofol sedation, patients given ciprofol required more time to reach successful induction (median difference [MD], 2 s; 95% CI, 1 to 7; p < 0.001), and required more time to reach full awake (MD, 2.3 min; 95% CI, 1.4 to 3.1; p < 0.001) and discharge criteria (MD, 2.3 min; 95% CI, 1.5 to 3.2; p < 0.001). Fewer patients in the ciprofol group were dissatisfied with sedation (relative risk, 0.21; 95% CI, 0.06 to 0.77; p = 0.024). Patients given ciprofol sedation had lower incidences of treat-emergent adverse events (34.4% [31/90] vs. 79.5% [35/44]; p < 0.001) and injection pain (6.7% [6/90] vs. 61.4% [27/44]; p < 0.001). Conclusion: Ciprofol for sedation in ambulatory gynecological procedures was non-inferior to propofol, with less adverse events and injection pain. OBJECTIVE: To determine whether a single low dose of esketamine administered after childbirth reduces postpartum depression in mothers with prenatal depression. DESIGN: Randomised, double blind, placebo controlled trial with two parallel arms. SETTING: Five tertiary care hospitals in China, 19 June 2020 to 3 August 2022. PARTICIPANTS: 364 mothers aged ≥18 years who had at least mild prenatal depression as indicated by Edinburgh postnatal depression scale scores of ≥10 (range 0-30, with higher scores indicating worse depression) and who were admitted to hospital for delivery. INTERVENTIONS: Participants were randomly assigned 1:1 to receive either 0.2 mg/kg esketamine or placebo infused intravenously over 40 minutes after childbirth once the umbilical cord had been clamped. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The primary outcome was prevalence of a major depressive episode at 42 days post partum, diagnosed using the mini-international neuropsychiatric interview. Secondary outcomes included the Edinburgh postnatal depression scale score at seven and 42 days post partum and the 17 item Hamilton depression rating scale score at 42 days post partum (range 0-52, with higher scores indicating worse depression). Adverse events were monitored until 24 hours after childbirth. RESULTS: A total of 364 mothers (mean age 31.8 (standard deviation 4.1) years) were enrolled and randomised. At 42 days post partum, a major depressive episode was observed in 6.7% (12/180) of participants in the esketamine group compared with 25.4% (46/181) in the placebo group (relative risk 0.26, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.14 to 0.48; P<0.001). Edinburgh postnatal depression scale scores were lower in the esketamine group at seven days (median difference -3, 95% CI -4 to -2; P<0.001) and 42 days (-3, -4 to -2; P<0.001). Hamilton depression rating scale scores at 42 days post partum were also lower in the esketamine group (-4, -6 to -3; P<0.001). The overall incidence of neuropsychiatric adverse events was higher in the esketamine group (45.1% (82/182) v 22.0% (40/182); P<0.001); however, symptoms lasted less than a day and none required drug treatment. CONCLUSIONS: For mothers with prenatal depression, a single low dose of esketamine after childbirth decreases major depressive episodes at 42 days post partum by about three quarters. Neuropsychiatric symptoms were more frequent but transient and did not require drug intervention. TRIAL REGISTRATION: ClinicalTrials.gov NCT04414943.

Oxaliplatin has been included as a basal drug in various chemotherapy regimens for colorectal cancer (CRC), a global health concern. However, acquired resistance to oxaliplatin affects the prognosis. This study aimed to determine whether the consumption of a KD increases the sensitivity of CRC cells to oxaliplatin via the inhibition of a classical stem cell marker, Krupple-like factor 5 (KLF5). KLF5 functions as a transcription factor for the leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) and directly binds to its promoter region. LIF upregulation induces dephosphorylation of metal regulatory transcription factor 1 (MTF1), which is recruited to the promoter area of Ferroportin (FPN1), the only cellular iron exporter. FPN1 upregulation reduces the labile iron pool (LIP) and ferroptosis in CRC cells. KLF5 knockdown inhibits the LIF/MTF1/FPN1 axis and induces iron overload, thereby conferring sensitivity to oxaliplatin to CRC cells. KD mimicked KLF5 silencing and sensitized CRC cells to oxaliplatin via a similar mechanism. Thus, potential correlations were observed among ketogenesis, stemness, and iron homeostasis. This finding can be used to formulate a new strategy for overcoming oxaliplatin resistance in patients with CRC.

Effective deep-dewatering is crucial for wastewater sludge management. Currently, the dominant methods focus on promoting cell lysis to release intracellular water, but these techniques often lead to secondary pollution and require stringent conditions, limiting their practical use. This study explores an innovative method using a commercially available complex quaternary ammonium salt surfactant, known as G-agent. This agent remarkably reduces the sludge water content from 98.6 % to 56.8 % with a low dosage (50 mg/g DS) and under neutral pH conditions. This approach surpasses Fenton oxidation in terms of dewatering efficiency and avoids the necessity for cell lysis and bound water release, thereby reducing the risk of secondary pollution in the filtrate, including heavy metals, nitrogen, phosphorus, and other contaminants. The G-agent plays a significant role in destabilizing flocs and enhancing flocculation during the conditioning and initial dewatering stages, effectively reducing the solid-liquid interfacial affinity of the sludge. In the compression filtration stage, the agent's solidification effect is crucial in forming a robust skeleton that improves pore connectivity within the filter cake, leading to increased water permeability, drainage performance and water flow-out efficiency. This facilitates deep dewatering of sludge without cell lysis. The study reveals that the G-agent primarily improves water flow-out efficiency rather than water flowability, indicating that cell lysis and bound water release are not indispensable prerequisites for sludge deep-dewatering. Furthermore, it presents an encouraging prospect for overcoming the limitations associated with conventional sludge deep-dewatering processes.

Synthetic antioxidants have long been used to protect edible oils from oxidation. However, concerns about their potential health risks and environmental impact have led to a growing interest in natural antioxidants. In this study, we explore the antioxidant properties of extracts from four Nekemias plant species: Nekemias grossedentata (AGR), Nekemias megalophylla (AME), Nekemias chaffanjonii (ACH), and Nekemias cantoniensis (ACA) by obtaining the values for different tests. We investigate their bioactive compound content and evaluate their antioxidant capabilities on six edible oils categorized into three lipid systems based on their fatty acid compositions: oleic acid, linoleic acid, and linolenic acid. Our findings demonstrate that AGR and AME extracts, rich in bioactive compounds, exhibit strong antioxidant activities in vitro, effectively inhibiting lipid oxidation, especially in oleic acid-rich oils like camellia oil. The antioxidant effects of these extracts are comparable to synthetic antioxidants such as TBHQ and superior to natural antioxidant Tea Polyphenols (TP). While the extracts also show antioxidant potential in linoleic and linolenic acid systems, the stability of their effects in these oils is lower than in oleic acid system. These results suggest that Nekemias species extracts have the potential to serve as natural additives for extending the shelf life of edible oils, contributing to the exploration of natural antioxidants.

PURPOSE: The significance of postmastectomy radiotherapy (PMRT) in breast cancer patients who initially have clinically node-positive (cN +) status but achieve downstaging to ypN0 following neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) remains uncertain. This study aims to assess the impact of PMRT in this patient subset. METHODS: Patients were enrolled from West China Hospital, Sichuan University from 2008 to 2019. Overall survival (OS), Locoregional recurrence-free survival (LRFS), distant metastasis-free survival (DMFS), and breast cancer-specific survival (BCSS) were estimated using the Kaplan-Meier method and assessed with the log-rank test. The impact of PMRT was further analyzed by the Cox proportional hazards model. Propensity score matching (PSM) was performed to reduce the selection bias. RESULTS: Of the 333 eligible patients, 189 (56.8%) received PMRT, and 144 (43.2%) did not. At a median follow-up period of 71 months, the five-year LRFS, DMFS, BCSS, and OS rates were 99.1%, 93.4%, 96.4%, and 94.3% for the entire cohort, respectively. Additionally, the 5-year LRFS, DMFS, BCSS, and OS rates were 98.9%, 93.8%, 96.7%, and 94.5% with PMRT and 99.2%, 91.3%, 94.9%, and 92.0% without PMRT, respectively (all p-values not statistically significant). After multivariate analysis, PMRT was not a significant risk factor for any of the endpoints. When further stratified by stage, PMRT did not show any survival benefit for patients with stage II-III diseases. CONCLUSION: In the context of comprehensive treatments, PMRT might be exempted in ypN0 breast cancer patients. Further large-scale, randomized controlled studies are required to investigate the significance of PMRT in this patient subset.

In today's fast-paced and ever-changing environment, the need for algorithms with enhanced global optimization capability has become increasingly crucial due to the emergence of a wide range of optimization problems. To tackle this issue, we present a new algorithm called Random Particle Swarm Optimization (RPSO) based on cosine similarity. RPSO is evaluated using both the IEEE Congress on Evolutionary Computation (CEC) 2022 test dataset and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classification experiments. The RPSO algorithm builds upon the traditional PSO algorithm by incorporating several key enhancements. Firstly, the parameter selection is adapted and a mechanism called Random Contrastive Interaction (RCI) is introduced. This mechanism fosters information exchange among particles, thereby improving the ability of the algorithm to explore the search space more effectively. Secondly, quadratic interpolation (QI) is incorporated to boost the local search efficiency of the algorithm. RPSO utilizes cosine similarity for the selection of both QI and RCI, dynamically updating population information to steer the algorithm towards optimal solutions. In the evaluation using the CEC 2022 test dataset, RPSO is compared with recent variations of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and top algorithms in the CEC community. The results highlight the strong competitiveness and advantages of RPSO, validating its effectiveness in tackling global optimization tasks. Additionally, in the classification experiments with optimizing CNNs for medical images, RPSO demonstrated stability and accuracy comparable to other algorithms and variants. This further confirms the value and utility of RPSO in improving the performance of CNN classification tasks.

Overdose of Acetaminophen (APAP) is a major contributor to acute liver injury (ALI), a complex pathological process with limited effective treatments. Emerging evidence links lipid peroxidation to APAP-induced ALI. Cynarin (Cyn), a hydroxycinnamic acid derivative, exhibits liver protective effects, but whether it mitigates APAP-induced ALI is unclear. Our aim was to verify the protective impact of Cyn on APAP-induced ALI and elucidate the molecular mechanisms governing this process. Herein, the regulation of the Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1)/nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) interaction was determined to be a novel mechanism underlying this protective impact of Cyn against APAP-induced ALI. Nrf2 deficiency increased the severity of APAP-induced ALI and lipid peroxidation and counteracted the protective effect of Cyn against this pathology. Additionally, Cyn promoted the dissociation of Nrf2 from Keap1, enhancing the nuclear translocation of Nrf2 and the transcription of downstream antioxidant proteins, thereby inhibiting lipid peroxidation. Molecular docking demonstrated that Cyn bound competitively to Keap1, and overexpression of Keap1 reversed Nrf2-activated anti-lipid peroxidation. Additionally, Cyn activated the adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK)/sirtuin (SIRT)3 signaling pathway, which exhibits a protective effect on APAP-induced ALI. These findings propose that Cyn alleviates APAP-induced ALI by enhancing the Keap1/Nrf2-mediated lipid peroxidation defense via activation of the AMPK/SIRT3 signaling pathway.
