RESUMO

To verify the accuracy of AIWS, we weighed 106 pen growing-finishing pigs' weights using both the manual and AIWS methods, respectively. Accuracy was evaluated based on the values of MAE, MAPE, and RMSE. In the growth experiment, manual weighing was conducted every two weeks and AIWS predicted weight data was recorded daily, followed by fitting the growth curves. The results showed that MAE, MAPE, and RMSE values for 60 to 120 kg pigs were 3.48 kg, 3.71%, and 4.43 kg, respectively. The correlation coefficient r between the AIWS and manual method was 0.9410, and R2 was 0.8854. The two were extremely significant correlations (p < 0.001). In growth curve fitting, the AIWS method has lower AIC and BIC values than the manual method. The Logistic model by AIWS was the best-fit model. The age and body weight at the inflection point of the best-fit model were 164.46 d and 93.45 kg, respectively. The maximum growth rate was 831.66 g/d. In summary, AIWS can accurately predict pigs' body weights in actual production and has a better fitting effect on the growth curves of growing-finishing pigs. This study suggested that it was feasible for AIWS to replace manual weighing to measure the weight of 50 to 120 kg live pigs in large-scale farming.

RESUMO

In this work, a green emissive nanocomposite was synthesized by embedding nitrogen-doped carbon dots into hydrotalcite (N-CD/hydrotalcite) via a hydrothermal process for the recognition of latent fingerprints (LFPs). Good dispersion of the nano-sized N-CD on the surface of hydrotalcite overcomes the fluorescence quenching of N-CD in the solid state and can enhance solid-state fluorescence. N-CD/hydrotalcite emits stable strong green fluorescence even at different excitation wavelengths and exhibits good selectivity and sensitivity for the visualization of LFPs on various substrates such as glass slides, tiles, leather, aluminum foil, printing paper, colored surfaces of plastic packing, copper foil, planks, leaves, currencies, and bar codes. The high-level details of the ridge patterns of both fresh and aged LFPs can be clearly identified with good clarity and high contrast without background interferences under the excitation of a 450 nm light source. There is no significant difference in the LFP image visualized by N-CD/hydrotalcite and commercial fluorescent powders, indicating that the effectiveness of N-CD/hydrotalcite for the visualization of LFPs is equivalent to that of commercial fluorescent powders. These observations illustrate that N-CD/hydrotalcite has great potential in the recognition of LFPs.

RESUMO

In recent years, the enormous losses caused by urban surface deformation have received more and more attention. Traditional geodetic techniques are point-based measurements, which have limitations in using traditional geodetic techniques to detect and monitor in areas where geological disasters occur. Therefore, we chose Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) technology to study the surface deformation in urban areas. In this research, we discovered the land subsidence phenomenon using InSAR and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) technology. Two different kinds of time-series InSAR (TS-InSAR) methods: Small BAseline Subset (SBAS) and the Permanent Scatterer InSAR (PSI) process were executed on a dataset with 31 Sentinel-1A Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images. We generated the surface deformation field of Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). The time series of the 3d variation of the reference station network located in the HKSAR was generated at the same time. We compare the characteristics and advantages of PSI, SBAS, and GNSS in the study area. We mainly focus on the variety along the coastline area. From the results generated by SBAS and PSI techniques, we discovered the occurrence of significant subsidence phenomenon in the land reclamation area, especially in the metro construction area and the buildings with a shallow foundation located in the land reclamation area.
