ABSTRACT
Subsequently to the publication of the aobve article, the authors have realized that they overlooked including a 'Competing Interests' section. This should have been included in the paper as follows 'GM, RW and GGM declare they have no competing interests. BR has an equity position in Medicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the company that provided the test agent'. The authors regret that this statement was not included in the paper, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
