ABSTRACT
We describe the case of an asymptomatic young pregnant woman with a diagnosis of congenital long QT syndrome type II in the context of in utero fetal 21 heart block and ventricular tachycardia. The presentation, clinical considerations, and management of the mother and baby in the antepartum and postpartum periods are discussed.
