ABSTRACT

This article presents the results of a special method designed for the early identification of children's and adolescents' propensity for abnormal weight gain. The basis of this technique is the principle of monitoring the actual values of body mass index for each child or young person at the age of dynamic changes in the index of the normal range. The weekly body weight of each child or adolescent who participates in the study is measured and the results are included in a special registry. Measurement of the body weight of the children and adolescents occurs in the morning at the same hour on an empty stomach after use of the toilet and performance of necessary hygiene. Afterwards, the obtained values of their body mass indices are compared with those considered normal for age, according to official data. In cases when the resulting body mass index of a child or young person exceeds the range of normal-for-age values, an in-depth medical examination of the child or adolescent is conducted together with the nature of their food intake and mode of physical activity, which may then be corrected.

ABSTRACT

This article describes an original technique, designed tooptimize the level of intensity of physical activity used in the course of routine physical edication in classes for pupils of the specialized medical groups. The basis of this technique is the principles evaluate the response of students of special medical group to progressively increasing exercise test with which sets the optimal level of activity for each of the students with the features of the state of his health. The practical application of this method allows you to install exactly the level of exercise used in the course of the lessons of physical education in special medical groups, which improves the health of students with variations in health status, and does not increase the likelihood of any complications of their diseases.

ABSTRACT

The material of this article provides information about the basics of hygiene conditions and nature of intellectual loads of students of secondary schools in the perception of information in a foreign language. Are the most favorable conditions for the successful training of perception and assimilation of information supplied in the course of the learning process in one foreign language or some more different ones? It was found that the process of perception and assimilation of educational information in foreign languages is associated with some degree of mental and emotional stress of students. At the same time, the effectiveness of the learning process depends on the degree of stress. Certain parameters of the psychological and emotional stress students usually have a stimulating effect on their central nervous system. Another level, the psychological and emotional stress of students on the contrary, causes a braking effect of functional activity of the relevant structures of the central nervous system of students and reduces the effectiveness of training.

ABSTRACT

The article presents the results of the study of dynamics of changes in the basic indicators of physical activity in different age groups of students studying in secondary schools, colleges and universities of the country. The studies revealed that there were three periods when naturally there is a temporary decrease in physical activity of students and changes in its structure. The reasons for this are the child's adaptation to the conditions of education in elementary school, intensive preparation of the alder pupils for entry to higher education and the lack of an effective system of independent physical training graduate students in most universities. Due to fact that there are objective reasons for these periods is explained by the need to develop special training programs for the respective categories of students.

ABSTRACT

The article presents results of the use of the methodology of distribution of young people in special groups depending on features of the course of energy processes passing in their organism. According the experience requirements, 642 military persons aged from 18 to 25 years of contract and non-contract service have done a complex of physical exercises continuously till signs of their tiredness develop. After minimum time of necessary rest they continued to carry out again their pfysical task. On the basis of results of the given physical exercises all participants of the experiment have distributed into four groups depending on speed of an expenditure and restoration of energy resources in their organisms. It made possible to choose from total number of candidates of the tasks the most suitable ones to perform tasks connected with intensive physical and psychoemotional stresses.
