RESUMO
The pseudoaneurysms of the cystic artery (CAP) are very uncommon. They usually develop as a result of an acute cholecystitis or after a cholecystectomy. Among the complications, we can find hemorrhaging, biliary blockage, and haemobilia. Limited understanding of the illness makes managing specific cases difficult. We describe a case of a cystic artery pseudoaneurysm complicating an acute cholecystitis that was successfully treated by transcatheter arterial embolization.
RESUMO
Sclerosing encapsulating peritonitis is a very rare pathological entity. It is a chronic fibroinflammatory disease affecting the peritoneum and leading to the formation of diffuse egg-shell-shaped fibrous capsule which totally or locally encapsulate the abdominal viscera, in particular the digestive tract. Clinical signs are little specific and misleading. Medical imaging, including computed tomography, can help clinicians to make a diagnosis, by highlighting a thin peritoneal membrane encompassing an agglutination of digestive loops. Secondary types (postperitoneal dialysis, tuberculosis, medications, postintraperitoneal chemotherapy) are quite common, however idiopathic sclerosing encapsulating peritonitis is very rare and few cases have been reported in the literature. We here report the case of a 53-year-old woman with idiopathic sclerosing encapsulating peritonitis.

Diffuse pulmonary ossification (DPO) is a rare condition that presents with metaplastic mature bone formation in the pulmonary parenchyma. DPO is usually associated with cardiovascular or respiratory disease. We report a case of 75-year-old man with chronic dyspnea, cough, asthenia and low sputum production. A chest x-ray revealed reticular pulmonary infiltrates on both sides. Computed tomography (CT) revealed peripheral, basilar predominant reticular opacities with areas of subpleural cystic change, compatible with fibrosis, fine branching calcifications within areas of linear reticulations were also visible in both mid and lower zones. Based on the clinical presentation and CT results, the patient was diagnosed with diffuse pulmonary ossification associated with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Despite its rarity, the radiologist must know suggest the diagnosis of DPO especially in the presence of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis associated with linear branched calcified densities in areas of fibrosis, avoiding a surgical biopsy that is not stripped of risk.

Severe neonatal hypernatremia is an important electrolyte disorder that has serious effects. Cerebral venous thrombosis and aortic thrombosis are relatively rare in severe neonatal hypernatremic dehydration. The authors report a case of cerebral venous thrombosis, associated with aortic thrombosis revealed by dehydration in a 9-day-old boy. Diagnostic was performed using Doppler ultrasound and imaging techniques. Thrombosis was resolved after anticoagulation treatment with low-molecular weight heparin for 1 month, and then was substituted by oral anticoagulant. The case report is followed by a review of the literature dealing with clinical, aetiological and therapeutic aspects of neonatal thrombosis.

Intussusceptions are rare but well-known causes of the small bowel obstruction in adults and an underlying cause is present in the majority of cases. Lymphoma's involvement of the ileum is one of the rare causes of intussusception. CT is a sensitive examination that diagnoses intussusceptions and provides an excellent pre-operative evaluation including possible extension and dissemination especially in intestinal lymphomas. The treatment is almost always surgical and the pathological study is needed for diagnostic confirmation. Authors present an unusual case of intestinal intussusception due to lymphoma of the terminal part of the ileum in a 49-year-old man. Computed tomography confirmed the diagnosis of intussusception and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of B-cell was diagnosed by histological examination after surgical treatment. Primary intestinal lymphomas differ from gastric lymphomas in clinical features, treatment, and prognosis. They are not well characterized and the standardized concepts for their clinical diagnosis and management are absent. The aim of this rare observation is to shed light on NHL of the small bowel, its clinical and radiological diagnosis and its treatment especially in forms revealed by intussusceptions in adults.
