Complex systems are prone to faults due to their intricate structures, potentially impacting system stability. Therefore, fault diagnosis has become crucial for maintaining stable operation. In the field of complex systems, the combinatorial explosion problem in belief rule base (BRB) has attracted significant attention. The interdependence among system components leads to numerous variables and the need for rules, heightening model complexity. Regarding the combinatorial explosion problem, an improved belief rule network structure called deep BRB (DBRB) is proposed. First, the extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost) feature selection method is employed to choose the relatively important feature subset. Next, driven by the importance of features, different levels of features are input into the model, forming a complete and progressive network structure. Finally, the model undergoes the reasoning and optimization process. The effectiveness of the model is confirmed with a bearing fault dataset. After a comprehensive evaluation of multiple indicators, this method demonstrates a consistent improvement in classification performance as the depth increased. Moreover, compared to the traditional BRB model, this method notably reduces the number of parameters, improving its efficiency of processing complex data. In short, this method effectively tackles combinatorial explosion while ensuring model performance. The selection and assignment of feature subsets enhance the logic and readability of the model. Through the network structure, various fault features are captured well. This fault diagnosis method, rooted in the DBRB, offers a novel perspective on diagnosing complex system faults.

RESUMO

Wolfberry, also known as goji berry or Lycium barbarum, is a highly valued fruit with significant health benefits and nutritional value. For more efficient and comprehensive usage of published L. barbarum genomic data, we established the Wolfberry database. The utility of the Wolfberry Genome Database (WGDB) is highlighted through the Genome browser, which enables the user to explore the L. barbarum genome, browse specific chromosomes, and access gene sequences. Gene annotation features provide comprehensive information about gene functions, locations, expression profiles, pathway involvement, protein domains, and regulatory transcription factors. The transcriptome feature allows the user to explore gene expression patterns using transcripts per kilobase million (TPM) and fragments per kilobase per million mapped reads (FPKM) metrics. The Metabolism pathway page provides insights into metabolic pathways and the involvement of the selected genes. In addition to the database content, we also introduce six analysis tools developed for the WGDB. These tools offer functionalities for gene function prediction, nucleotide and amino acid BLAST analysis, protein domain analysis, GO annotation, and gene expression pattern analysis. The WGDB is freely accessible at https://cosbi7.ee.ncku.edu.tw/Wolfberry/. Overall, WGDB serves as a valuable resource for researchers interested in the genomics and transcriptomics of L. barbarum. Its user-friendly web interface and comprehensive data facilitate the exploration of gene functions, regulatory mechanisms, and metabolic pathways, ultimately contributing to a deeper understanding of wolfberry and its potential applications in agronomy and nutrition.

BACKGROUND: Lung salivary-type tumors originating from bronchial submucosal glands are rare, only four types of salivary gland-type tumors are listed in 2015 WHO classification of lung tumors. Here, we report a rare case of oncocytic carcinoma (OC) in the right main bronchus. CASE PRESENTATION: A 34-year-old man presented to our hospital with a two-month history of recurrent hemoptysis and with one month of inspiratory dyspnea. Pulmonary function tests showed mild restrictive ventilatory dysfunction and severe diffusion dysfunction. Furthermore, the flow volume loop showed a variable extra-thoracic obstruction. Computed tomography (CT) of the chest revealed that a polypiform nodule of 13 mm in diameter was at the proximal right main bronchus. Testing for purified protein derivative was positive (category 2). The nodule was resected under bronchoscopy. The bronchial aspirate was negative for mycobacterium tuberculosis and tumor cells. The biopsy sample showed a solid and acinar predominant pattern with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm. The bronchial mucosa was destroyed and replaced by tumor cells. The loose edematous stromal reaction could be seen in a local area. Immunohistochemically, tumor cells were positive for CK, EMA, Vimentin, CD117, CK7, S100, Mammaglobin and SOX10. Only scattered tumor cells were stained by basal cell markers, including CK5/6, P40 and P63. Electron microscopy revealed numerous swelling mitochondria with lacking mitochondrial cristae in tumor cells. Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) testing for MAML2 and ETV6 rearrangement were negative. Next-generation sequencing analysis of 520 genes in the tissue biopsy specimen showed no somatic mutation. The diagnosis of OC was made. Subsequently, the patient underwent a right upper lobectomy with sleeve resection of the main bronchus and lymph dissection. No recurrent evidence was seen during two years of chest CT follow-up. CONCLUSIONS: To our knowledge, this is the first case of primary OC in the bronchus. This patient has no recurrence during two years of follow-up, indicating that primary OC in the bronchus has the same favorable prognosis as in salivary glands. Moreover, complete excision and thorough sampling to know the invasive growth pattern is important to reach the correct diagnosis.

BACKGROUND: Coronary artery lesions are the most important complications of Kawasaki disease. Approximately 25-30% of untreated patients develop coronary artery disease, which can lead to long-term cardiovascular sequelae. AIM: The aim of this study is to evaluate the risk factors for coronary artery lesions in Kawasaki disease and to construct a nomogram for predicting the likelihood of developing such lesions. METHODS: Data from 599 patients between January 2012 and June 2020 were reviewed retrospectively. Patients were randomly assigned to the training set (n = 450) and the validation set (n = 149). A comparison of clinical features and laboratory data was performed, followed by multivariate logistic regression analysis to identify independent risk factors and develop the nomogram. The predictive efficiency of the nomogram was evaluated using the calibration curve, area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), C-index, and decision curve analysis (DCA). RESULTS: Intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) resistance, delayed IVIG treatment, C-reactive protein, and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio were identified as independent risk factors for the development of coronary artery lesions. The nomogram was constructed based on these four variables. The calibration curve of the nomogram showed a high degree of agreement between the predicted probability and the actual probability. The AUC of the nomogram in the training and validation set was 0.790 and 0.711, respectively. In addition, DCA revealed that the nomogram provided a significant net benefit, further supporting its clinical utility. CONCLUSIONS: The constructed nomogram demonstrates a strong and reliable performance in predicting coronary artery lesions, which enables clinicians to make timely and tailored clinical decisions.

To investigate the effects of biocrusts development on aggregate stability and splash erosion of Mollisols and to understand its function in soil and water conservation, we collected biocrusts (cyano crust and moss crust) samples in croplands during the growing season and measured the differences in aggregate stability between biocrusts and uncrusted soil. The effects of biocrusts on reduction of raindrop kinetic energy were determined and splash erosion amounts were obtained with single raindrop and simulated rainfall experiments. The correlations among soil aggregate stability, splash erosion characteristics, and fundamental properties of biocrusts were analyzed. The results showed that compared to uncrusted soil, the cyano crust and the moss crust decreased the proportion of soil water-stable aggregates <0.25 mm by 10.5% and 21.8%, respectively, while their soil water-stable aggregates 5-10 mm were 4.0 and 8.8 times as that of uncrusted soil. In contrast to uncrusted soil, the macroaggregate content (R0.25), mean weight diameter (MWD), and geometric mean diameter (GMD) of biocrusts were 31.5%, 76.2%, and 33.5% higher, respectively. In addition, biocrusts reduced raindrop kinetic energy by an average of 0.48 J compared to uncrusted soil. The breakthrough raindrop kinetic energy of cyano crust and moss crust were 2.9 and 26.2 times as that of uncrusted soil, while the reduction of raindrop kinetic energy by cyano crust with high biomass was 1.3 and 6.6 times as that of medium and low biomass, respectively. Under the single raindrop and simulated rainfall conditions, biocrusts reduced splash erosion amounts by 47.5% and 79.4%, respectively. The proportion of aggregates >0.25 mm in the splash soil particles of biocrusts (37.9%) was 40.3% lower than that of uncrusted soil, while the proportion of aggregates >0.25 mm decreased as biocrust biomass increased. Moreover, the aggregate stability, splash erosion amount, and fundamental properties of biocrusts were significantly correlated. The MWD of aggregates was significantly and negatively correlated with the splash erosion amount under single raindrop and simulated rainfall conditions, indicating that the improved aggregate stability of surface soil caused by biocrusts accounted for reducing splash erosion. The biomass, thickness, water content, and organic matter content of biocrusts had significant effects on aggregate stability and splash characteristics. In conclusion, biocrusts significantly promoted soil aggregate stability and reduced splash erosion, which had great significance to soil erosion prevention and the conservation and sustainable utilization of Mollisols.

Lycium genus (Goji berry) is recognized as a good source of homology of medicine and food, with various nutrients and phytochemicals. Lately, numerous studies have focused on the chemical constituents and biological functions of the L. barbarum L., covering phytochemical and pharmacological aspects. We aim to provide exclusive data on the nutrients of L. barbarum L. fruits and phytochemicals, including their structural characterization, the evolution of extraction, and purification processes of different phytochemicals of L. barbarum L. fruit while placing greater emphasis on their wide-ranging health effects. This review also profitably offers innovative approaches for the food industry and industrial applications of L. barbarum L. and addresses some current situations and problems in the development of L. barbarum L. in deep processing products, which can provide clues for the sustainable development of L. barbarum L. industry.

The current study evaluated the efficacy and safety of a denosumab biosimilar, QL1206 (60 mg), compared to placebo in postmenopausal Chinese women with osteoporosis and high fracture risk. At 31 study centers in China, a total of 455 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and high fracture risk were randomly assigned to receive QL1206 (60 mg subcutaneously every 6 months) or placebo. From baseline to the 12-month follow-up, the participants who received QL1206 showed significantly increased bone mineral density (BMD) values (mean difference and 95% CI) in the lumbar spine: 4.780% (3.880%, 5.681%), total hip :3.930% (3.136%, 4.725%), femoral neck 2.733% (1.877%, 3.589%) and trochanter: 4.058% (2.791%, 5.325%) compared with the participants who received the placebo. In addition, QL1206 injection significantly decreased the serum levels of C-terminal crosslinked telopeptides of type 1 collagen (CTX): -77.352% (-87.080%, -66.844%), and N-terminal procollagen of type l collagen (P1NP): -50.867% (-57.184%, -45.217%) compared with the placebo over the period from baseline to 12 months. No new or unexpected adverse events were observed. We concluded that compared with placebo, QL1206 effectively increased the BMD of the lumbar spine, total hip, femoral neck and trochanter in postmenopausal Chinese women with osteoporosis and rapidly decreased bone turnover markers. This study demonstrated that QL1206 has beneficial effects on postmenopausal Chinese women with osteoporosis and high fracture risk.

The evidential reasoning (ER) rule has been widely applied in the multiple attribute decision making (MADM), which makes the decision-making process transparent and credible by using a belief structure. To improve the ability of the ER rule in dealing with the interval uncertainty, a new interval ER (IER) rule is proposed in this article. The interval uncertainty is described as the interval grade in the new frame of discernment (FoD) to model the local ignorance. It is proved that the IER rule is a generalization of the ER rule. To study the influence of perturbation on the IER rule, the perturbation is first introduced to the belief structure, and the perturbation analysis (PA) is conducted for the IER rule. An optimization model is established to estimate the perturbation threshold, which can measure the effectiveness of the inference result under perturbation. Two numerical examples and a case study are carried out, respectively, to show the implementation process of the proposed IER rule and validate its effectiveness in different decision-making scenarios.

In this paper, we first report the complete mtDNA sequence of Opsarius caudiocellatus with the main aim of providing a basis for further researches of this species. Assembly circular mitogenome was 16,534 bp long encoded 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, and one control region. The gene nucleotide composition was estimated to be 28.1% A, 25.2% T, 18.6% G, 28.1% C. A maximum-likelihood (ML) phylogenetic tree was reconstructed using the 13 concatenated mitochondrial protein-coding genes of O. caudiocellatus and other 19 species of the subfamily Chedrinae. Result of the phylogenetic analysis revealed that O. caudiocellatus was well grouped with Barilius barila. This study could enrich genetic resources and be helpful to studies on evolution and conservation genetics for O. caudiocellatus.

Background: Intermittent energy restriction (IER) and continuous energy restriction (CER) are increasingly popular dietary approaches used for weight loss and overall health. These energy restriction protocols combined with exercise on weight loss and other health outcomes could achieve additional effects in a short-term intervention. Objectives: To evaluate the effects of a 4-week IER or CER program on weight, blood lipids, and CRF in overweight/obese adults when combined with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Methods: Forty-eight overweight/obese adults [age: 21.3 ± 2.24 years, body mass index (BMI): 25.86 ± 2.64 kg⋅m-2] were randomly assigned to iER, cER, and normal diet (ND) groups (n = 16 per group), each consisting of a 4-week intervention. All of the groups completed HIIT intervention (3 min at 80% of V̇O2max followed by 3 min at 50% of V̇O2max ), 30 min/training sessions, five sessions per week. iER subjects consumed 30% of energy needs on 2 non-consecutive days/week, and 100% of energy needs on another 5 days; cER subjects consumed 70% of energy needs; and ND subjects consumed 100% of energy needs. Body composition, waist circumference (WC) and hip circumference (HC), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-c), high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-c), and cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) were measured before and after the intervention. Results: Of the total 57 participants who underwent randomization, 48 (84.2%) completed the 4-week intervention. After intervention body composition and body circumference decreased in three groups, but no significant differences between groups. The iER tends to be superior to cER in the reduction of body composition and body circumference. The mean body weight loss was 4.57 kg (95% confidence interval [CI], 4.1-5.0, p < 0.001) in iER and 2.46 kg (95% CI, 4.1-5.0, p < 0.001) in iER. The analyses of BMI, BF%, WC, and HC were consistent with the primary outcome results. In addition, TG, TC, HDL-c, and CRF improved after intervention but without significant changes (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Both IER and CER could be effective in weight loss and increased CRF when combined with HIIT. However, iER showed greater benefits for body weight, BF%, WC, and HC compared with cER.

We selected typical croplands in the black soil region of Northeast China to analyze the characteristics of biocrusts during the growing season, including species composition, thickness, coverage, and biomass (chlorophyll content). We collected bareground soil and biocrusts samples with chlorophyll content of 5-15, 15-25, 25-35, and 35-50 mg·g-1, and measured the soil disintegration rate and soil maximum disintegration ratio of each sample using a force gauge in the laboratory. The results showed that: 1) biocrusts dominated by algae and moss were frequently developed in the croplands, with Stigeoclonium and Bryum capillare as the most common species, respectively. The thickness and biomass of algal crusts were significantly lower than moss crusts, with a successional trend from algal crusts to moss crusts. 2) The coverage, thickness, and biomass of biocrusts in croplands were negatively correlated with the frequency and intensity of tillage disturbance. For instance, the values of those characterisitics were only 27.8%, 1.52 mm, and 6.49 mg·g-1 on average, respectively, in traditional tillage croplands, and increased to 83.5%, 2.74 mm, and 34.16 mg·g-1, respectively, in the croplands with conservational tillage. 3) Biocrusts considerably reduced the disintegration of surface soil, particularly in the layer of biocrusts. Compared to the bareground soil, the soil disintegration rate of biocrusts, with four levels of biomass (with chlorophyll content of 5-15, 15-25, 25-35, and 35-50 mg·g-1), was reduced by 43.1%, 50.1%, 55.5%, and 59.8%, respectively, while the soil maximum disintegration ratios were reduced by 11.4%, 17.7%, 33.2%, and 36.6%, respectively. 4) Soil disintegration rate and maximum disintegration ratio were significantly and negatively correlated with the biomass and thickness of biocrusts, indicating that the impacts of biocrusts on soil disintegration were primarily caused by the improvements in physical properties of surface soil. In conclusion, biocrusts were frequently deve-loped in croplands in the black soil region of Northeast China, owing to less disturbance following the conversion from traditional tillage to conservational tillage. They had the potential to protect surface soil against disintegration and improve soil anti-scourability, which was critical for soil conservation in croplands in this region.

Accurate prediction of photovoltaic (PV) output power is of great significance for reasonable scheduling and development management of power grids. In PV power generation prediction system, there are two problems: the uncertainty of PV power generation and the inexplicability of the prediction result. The belief rule base (BRB) is a rule-based modeling method and can deal with uncertain information. Moreover, the modeling process of BRB has a certain degree of interpretability. However, rule explosion and the inexplicability of the optimized model limit the modeling ability of BRB in complex systems. Thus, a PV output power prediction model is proposed based on a deep belief rule base with interpretability (DBRB-I). In the DBRB-I model, the deep BRB structure is constructed to solve the rule explosion problem, and inefficient rules are simplified by a sensitivity analysis of the rules, which reduces the complexity of the model. Moreover, to ensure that the interpretability of the model is not destroyed, a new optimization method based on the projection covariance matrix adaptation evolution strategy (P-CMA-ES) algorithm is designed. Finally, a case study of the prediction of PV output power is conducted to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

LncRNAs can be transported to tumor cells where they exert regulatory effects by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSC)-derived exosomes. Here, we aimed to investigate the functional mechanism of BMSC-derived exosomal lncRNA PTENP1 in the progression of bladder cancer (BC). Methods of BMSC were identified by detecting surface markers through flow cytometry. Exosomes from BMSC were identified by transmission electron microscopy, nanoparticle tracking analysis (NTA), and western blot analysis of exosome markers. Cellular internalization of BMSC-derived exosomes (BMSC-Exo) into BC cells was detected by confocal microscopy. CCK-8, colony formation, flow cytometry, wound healing, and transwell assays were adopted to estimate cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion abilities, respectively. Interplay between miR-17 and lncRNA PTENP1 or SCARA5 was verified by dual-luciferase reporter, RNA pull down, and/or RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP) assays. Tumor xenograft assay was conducted in nude mice to study the role of exosomal lncRNA PTENP1 in BC progression in vivo. We showed exosomal lncRNA PTENP1 can be delivered into and suppress the malignant phenotypes of BC cells. LncRNA PTENP1 was identified as a sponge of miR-17, and SCARA5 was identified as a target gene of miR-17. The exosomes derived from PTENP1-overexpressing BMSC (BMSCOE-PTENP1-Exo) abolished the promotive effects of miR-17 overexpression or SCARA5 knockdown on the malignant phenotypes of BC cells. Moreover, exosomal lncRNA PTENP1 was demonstrated to inhibit BC tumor growth in nude mice by miR-17/SCARA5 axis. In conclusion, BMSC-derived exosomal PTENP1 suppressed the BC progression by upregulating the expression of SCARA5 via sponging miR-17, offering a potential novel therapeutic target for BC therapy.

Lyciumruthenicum Murray (L. ruthenicum) has been used both as traditional Chinese medicine and food. Recent studies indicated that anthocyanins are the most abundant bioactive compounds in the L. ruthenicum fruits. The purpose of this study was to investigate the preventive effects and the mechanism of the anthocycanins from the fruit of L. ruthenicum (ACN) in high-fat diet-induced obese mice. In total, 24 male C57BL/6J mice were divided into three groups: control group (fed a normal diet), high-fat diet group (fed a high-fat diet, HFD), and HFD +ACN group (fed a high-fat diet and drinking distilled water that contained 0.8% crude extract of ACN). The results showed that ACN could significantly reduce the body weight, inhibit lipid accumulation in liver and white adipose tissue, and lower the serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels compared to that of mice fed a high-fat diet. 16S rRNA gene sequencing of bacterial DNA demonstrated that ACN prevent obesity by enhancing the diversity of cecal bacterial communities, lowering the Firmicutes-to-Bacteroidota ratio, increasing the genera Akkermansia, and decreasing the genera Faecalibaculum. We also studied the inhibitory effect of ACN on pancreatic lipase. The results showed that ACN has a high affinity for pancreatic lipase and inhibits the activity of pancreatic lipase, with IC50 values of 1.80 (main compound anthocyanin) and 3.03 mg/mL (crude extract), in a competitive way. Furthermore, fluorescence spectroscopy studies showed that ACN can quench the intrinsic fluorescence of pancreatic lipase via a static mechanism. Taken together, these findings suggest that the anthocyanins from L. ruthenicum fruits could have preventive effects in high-fat-diet induced obese mice by regulating the intestinal microbiota and inhibiting the pancreatic lipase activity.

In current studies of safety assessment for complex systems with the evidential reasoning (ER) rule, the evidence reliability is generally given by experts, which makes the observation data by sensors ignored. However, sensors are inevitably affected by such various uncertainties as perturbations in engineering practice, which can reduce their quality and tracking ability. As such, the observation data may become unreliable, and the modeling accuracy of the ER rule is decreased. In this article, a new ER rule-based safety assessment method with sensor reliability for complex systems is proposed, where sensor reliability and perturbation are considered. The coefficient of the variation-based weighting (CVBW) method is employed to obtain sensor weight. The sensor reliability is calculated by static reliability and dynamic reliability, which are determined by experts and the distance-based method, respectively. The perturbation is quantified as a bounded parameter defined as the perturbation factor, which is used to describe uncertainties and aggregate static reliability and dynamic reliability. The performance analysis of safety assessment is conducted to demonstrate the rationality of perturbation and position poor sensors, followed by a safety assessment algorithm. A case study is carried out to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Evidential reasoning (ER) rule has been widely used in dealing with uncertainty. As an important parameter to measure the inherent property of evidence, the evidence reliability makes the ER rule constitute a generalized reasoning framework. In current research of the ER rule, the evidence reliability tends to be expressed in the form of quantitative value by certain methods or expert knowledge. The single quantitative value lacks the ability to describe the statistical property of reliability, which leads to unreasonable results. In this article, a new ER rule with continuous probability distribution of reliability denoted by ERr-CR is proposed. The combination of two pieces of evidence is discussed in detail, where the reliability is profiled as random variables with specific probability distribution. To characterize the output of ERr-CR, a novel concept of expectation of the expected utility is proposed. In addition, the ERr-CR is expanded to multiple pieces of evidence to show its universality. Further, the basic performances of the ERr-CR are explored to illustrate the rationality. Moreover, a case study of safety assessment of natural gas storage tanks (NGSTs) is conducted to show the potential applications of ERr-CR, which makes the proposed method more practical.

Wolfberry Lycium, an economically important genus of the Solanaceae family, contains approximately 80 species and shows a fragmented distribution pattern among the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Although several herbaceous species of Solanaceae have been subjected to genome sequencing, thus far, no genome sequences of woody representatives have been available. Here, we sequenced the genomes of 13 perennial woody species of Lycium, with a focus on Lycium barbarum. Integration with other genomes provides clear evidence supporting a whole-genome triplication (WGT) event shared by all hitherto sequenced solanaceous plants, which occurred shortly after the divergence of Solanaceae and Convolvulaceae. We identified new gene families and gene family expansions and contractions that first appeared in Solanaceae. Based on the identification of self-incompatibility related-gene families, we inferred that hybridization hotspots are enriched for genes that might be functioning in gametophytic self-incompatibility pathways in wolfberry. Extremely low expression of LOCULE NUBER (LC) and COLORLESS NON-RIPENING (CNR) orthologous genes during Lycium fruit development and ripening processes suggests functional diversification of these two genes between Lycium and tomato. The existence of additional flowering locus C-like MADS-box genes might correlate with the perennial flowering cycle of Lycium. Differential gene expression involved in the lignin biosynthetic pathway between Lycium and tomato likely illustrates woody and herbaceous differentiation. We also provide evidence that Lycium migrated from Africa into Asia, and subsequently from Asia into North America. Our results provide functional insights into Solanaceae origins, evolution and diversification.

BACKGROUND: Hyperlipidemia plays an important role in the etiology of cardio-cerebrovascular disease. Over recent years, a number of studies have explored the impact of apolipoprotein genetic polymorphisms in hyperlipidemia, but considerable differences and uncertainty have been found in their association with different populations from different regions. RESULTS: A total of 59 articles were included, containing in total 13,843 hyperlipidemia patients in the case group and 15,398 healthy controls in the control group. Meta-analysis of the data indicated that APOA5-1131 T > C, APOA1 -75 bp, APOB XbaI, and APOE gene polymorphisms were significantly associated with hyperlipidemia, with OR values of 1.996, 1.228, 1.444, and 1.710, respectively. All P-values were less than 0.05. CONCLUSIONS: Meta-analysis of the data indicated that the C allele of APOA5 1131 T > C, the A allele at APOA1-75 bp, the APOB XbaI T allele, and the ε2 and ε4 allele of APOE were each a risk factor for susceptibility for hyperlipidemia.
