Introduction Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) is a critical condition characterized by reduced blood flow to the heart and includes various conditions such as ST-elevation myocardial infarction, non-ST elevation myocardial infarction, and unstable angina. Objectives The aim of this study was to investigate age-related patterns of symptoms and risk factors in ACS patients and to evaluate how diagnostic test results differ among various age groups of ACS patients. Methodology This retrospective study was conducted from May to November of 2023 on patients with acute coronary syndrome admitted to the cardiology ward of Rehman Medical Institute (RMI), Peshawar. The sample size was 137 ACS-diagnosed patients based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After getting ethical approval from the institutional ethical approval board, data were collected for the entire year of 2022 based on proforma with the variables demographic data, troponin I level, presented symptoms, and associated co-morbidities of the patients. The inclusion criteria were patients of all genders, patients diagnosed with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), and patients whose records were available in the cardiology department of Rehman Medical Institute.  Results The results show that ACS is more prevalent in the age group of 50-69 years (p=0.037) and is significantly more common in males (p=0.019). Chest pain emerged as the predominant symptom, with a significant association of p=0.029 between chest pain and patients of ACS in the age group 30-49 years. While raised troponin I levels were prevalent across all age groups. Moreover, specific risk factors such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and family history of CAD showed the significance of p= 0.04, p=0.006, and p=0.021, respectively, with the age group 50-69 years old. Conclusion This study highlights the importance of considering age and gender in ACS management and provides insights into age-related patterns of symptoms and risk factors, which can contribute to optimizing preventive strategies and improving patient care. Further research is needed to explore the underlying mechanisms and assess long-term outcomes in different age groups.

OBJECTIVES: In this study, we explored the effects of chiropractic spinal adjustments on resting-state electroencephalography (EEG) recordings and early somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. METHODS: In this randomized cross-over study, 14 adults with Alzheimer's disease (average age 67 ± 6 years, 2 females:12 males) and 14 adults with Parkinson's disease (average age 62 ± 11 years, 1 female:13 males) participated. The participants underwent chiropractic spinal adjustments and a control (sham) intervention in a randomized order, with a minimum of one week between each intervention. EEG was recorded before and after each intervention, both during rest and stimulation of the right median nerve. The power-spectra was calculated for resting-state EEG, and the amplitude of the N30 peak was assessed for the SEPs. The source localization was performed on the power-spectra of resting-state EEG and the N30 SEP peak. RESULTS: Chiropractic spinal adjustment significantly reduced the N30 peak in individuals with Alzheimer's by 15% (p = 0.027). While other outcomes did not reach significance, resting-state EEG showed an increase in absolute power in all frequency bands after chiropractic spinal adjustments in individuals with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. The findings revealed a notable enhancement in connectivity within the Default Mode Network (DMN) at the alpha, beta, and theta frequency bands among individuals undergoing chiropractic adjustments. CONCLUSIONS: We found that it is feasible to record EEG/SEP in individuals with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Additionally, a single session of chiropractic spinal adjustment reduced the somatosensory evoked N30 potential and enhancement in connectivity within the DMN at the alpha, beta, and theta frequency bands in individuals with Alzheimer's disease. Future studies may require a larger sample size to estimate the effects of chiropractic spinal adjustment on brain activity. Given the preliminary nature of our findings, caution is warranted when considering the clinical implications. CLINICAL TRIAL REGISTRATION: The study was registered by the Australian New Zealand Clinical Trials Registry (registration number ACTRN12618001217291 and 12618001218280).

Background: Atrial septal defects can allow right to left shunting of venous blood which presents clinically as platypnea-orthodeoxia syndrome. It is believed that concomitant presence of aortic root pathologies increases the likelihood of shunting. Methods: The study included a review of 510 articles listed in PubMed of patients with platypnea-orthodeoxia syndrome. Case reports of patients with extra-cardiac etiologies of platypnea-orthodeoxia were excluded. Results: We reviewed 191 case reports, and 98 cases (51.3%) had evidence of concomitant aortic root pathology. Furthermore, of the remaining 93 case reports, 69 ones excluded any mention of the nature of the aortic root altogether, further suggesting that this is an underreported number. Conclusions: There is a high prevalence of aortic root pathologies in patients with platypnea-orthodeoxia syndrome secondary to intra-cardiac shunts. In patients with unexplained hypoxemia and incidental finding of aortic root pathology, it may be worthwhile to obtain postural oxygen saturation measurements to exclude intra-cardiac shunts as the potential cause.

In the present study, Cinnamomum verum J. Presl. bark essential oil and its main component cinnamaldehyde was evaluated in vitro for neuraminidase (NA), transmembrane serine protease (TMPRSS2), and angiotensin converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) inhibitory activities. The chemical composition of C. verum essential oil was confirmed by both gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS), and gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (GC-FID), where 75.9% (E)-cinnamaldehyde was the major component. The ACE2, NA, and TMPRSS2 enzyme inhibitions of C. verum bark essential oil at 20 µg/mL concentration, and (E)-cinnamaldehyde (5 µg/mL) were calculated and compared in the range of 54.2-89.9%. Molecular docking results supported that (E)-cinnam-aldehyde was specific to ACE2 with 89.9% inhibition. Our findings suggest further in vivo studies to confirm the effective and safe use of the essential oil as well as the (E)-cinnamaldehyde.

Imidazoles and phenylthiazoles are an important class of heterocycles that demonstrate a wide range of biological activities against various types of cancers, diabetes mellitus and pathogenic microorganisms. The heterocyclic structure having oxothiazolidine moiety is an important scaffold present in various drugs, with potential for enzyme inhibition. In an effort to discover new heterocyclic compounds, we synthesized 26 new 4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazole, phenylthiazole, and oxothiazolidine heterocyclic analogues that demonstrated potent α-glucosidase inhibition and anticancer activities. Majority of the compounds noncompetitively inhibited α-glucosidase except for two that exhibited competitive inhibition of the enzyme. Docking results suggested that the noncompetitive inhibitors bind to an apparent allosteric site on the enzyme located in the vicinity of the active site. Additionally, the analogues also exhibited significant activity against various types of cancers including non-small lung cancer. Since tubulin protein plays an important role in the pathogenesis of non-small lung cancer, molecular docking with one of the target compounds provided important clues to its binding mode. The current work on imidazoles and phenylthiazole derivatives bears importance for designing of new antidiabetic and anticancer drugs.

INTRODUCTION: Venous thromboembolism (VTE) is a significant concern following orthopedic procedures, necessitating effective prophylactic measures. The rates of VTE prophylaxis, however, vary widely between institutions and nations, falling between 13% and 70% on average. In the absence of adequate thromboprophylaxis, pulmonary embolism, which accounts for 5% to 10% of mortality in hospitalized patients, is one of the leading causes of death. This study investigates the relationship between VTE prophylaxis and thromboembolism incidence, considering patient characteristics, risk assessment completion, anticoagulant prescription, and weight-bearing status. OBJECTIVES: To evaluate the knowledge gap by examining the relationship between VTE prevention and the prevalence of thromboembolism also to examine the anticoagulant prescription trends for patients being discharged from orthopedic operations and to investigate the connection between post-procedure weight-bearing status and the development of VTE problems. METHODOLOGY: A retrospective, cross-sectional design was employed, analyzing 200 orthopedic procedure patients from January to June of 2023 performed at Rehman Medical Institute. After getting ethical approval from the institutional ethical approval board, data were collected on the basis of variables encompassing patient attributes, surgery details, VTE risk factors, prophylaxis type, and VTE complications. Data was entered and analyzed via IBM SPSS Statistics for Windows, Version 22 (Released 2013; IBM Corp., Armonk, New York, United States), and the data were run through various tests including descriptive statistics, cross-tabulations, and chi-square. Results were then presented in the form of a table. RESULTS: Among 200 individuals 24 individuals experienced VTE, while 176 did not. Significant gender-based VTE differences were observed (p = 0.01). Hypertension (HTN) showed a significant association (p = 0.04) with VTE. Major surgeries were correlated with higher VTE incidence (p = 0.03). Pharmacological prophylaxis reduced the occurrence of VTE (p = 0.01). Early mobilization and Ted stockings were correlated with lower VTE incidence (p = 0.04, p = 0.12). CONCLUSION: This study reveals gender-specific VTE differences, emphasizes the role of HTN, surgical nature, and prophylaxis in VTE incidence, and supports tailored prophylactic strategies. Our findings align with previous research and emphasize the significance of tailored prophylaxis strategies. By examining multiple factors, including gender, co-morbidities, surgical characteristics, and prophylactic methods, our study contributes to the evidence base that supports clinical decision-making and enhances patient safety in orthopedic surgery.

Anode materials with high-rate performances and good electrochemical stabilities are urgently required for the grid-scale application of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). Theoretically, transition metal borides are desirable candidates because of their appropriate working potentials and good conductivities. However, the reported metal borides exhibit poor performances owing to their lack of favorable Li+ storage sites and poor structural stabilities during long-term charging/discharging. In this work, a ternary alkali metal boride, Li1.2 Ni2.5 B2 , which displays a high Li+ storage capacity and remarkable electrochemical stability and an excellent rate performance is studied. In contrast to conventional transition metal borides, the introduction of Li atoms facilitates the formation of 1D Ni/B-based honeycomb channels during synthesis. This Ni/B framework successfully sustains the strain during Li+ intercalation and deintercalation, and thus, the optimized Li1.2 Ni2.5 B2 anode exhibits an excellent cycle stability over 500 charge/discharge cycles. This electrode also exhibits superior reversible capacities of 350, 183, and 80 mA h g-1 at 0.1, 1, and 5 A g-1 , respectively, indicating the considerable potential of the 1D Ni/B framework as a commercially available fast-charging LIB anode.

Movement-related cortical potentials (MRCPs) have been used extensively in the literature to develop rehabilitation interventions for people with neurological conditions. In this pilot study, we recorded and extracted MRCPs using a water-based cap to determine whether water-based caps are effective. Five participants took part in the study, where their EEG was recorded during single-joint (dorsiflexion) and multiple-joint (sit-to-stand) lower limb movements. We were able to see clear MRCPs for both movement types with an average peak negativity (PN) latency of +22ms for dorsiflexion and +218ms for sit-to-stand. Similarly, the PN amplitude of -14.89µV was recorded for dorsiflexion and -43.54µV for sit-to-stand. These values were comparable to the values reported in studies using gel-based caps. Based on these results, water-based caps can be an effective way to produce robust MRCPs, which can have many advantages over gel-based caps.Clinical Relevance- The study provides clinicians with a more viable method of collecting EEGs and extracting MRCPs, thus allowing them to design more robust interventions for people with neurological disorders.

Layered oxides are widely used as the electrode materials for metal ion batteries. However, for large radius size ions, such as Zn2+ and Al3+ , the tightly stacked layers and poor electrical conductivity of layered oxides result in restricted number of active sites and sluggish reaction kinetics. In this work, a facile in-situ construction strategy is provided to synthesize layered oxide nanosheets/nitrogen-doped carbon nanosheet (NC) heterostructure, which shows larger interlayer spacing and better electrical conductivity than the layered oxides. As a result, the Zn2+ ion diffusion inside the interlayer gallery is greatly enhanced and the storage sites inside the gallery can be better used. Meanwhile, the NC layers and oxide nanosheets are bridged by the C─O bonds to form a stable structure, which contributes to a better cycling stability than the pure layered oxides. The optimal V2 O5 @NC-400 cathode shows a capacity of 467 mA h g-1 at 0.1 A g-1 for 300 cycles, and long-term cyclic stability of 4000 cycles at 5 A g-1 with a capacity retention of 92%. All these performance parameters are among the best for vanadium oxide-based cathode materials.

Background The diagnosis of acute appendicitis has remained difficult despite it being one of the most common surgical emergencies in the world. One of the most frequently used scoring systems is the Modified Alvarado Score (MAS). However, the MAS has been known to be less efficient in Asian populations. To overcome this issue, the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Appendicitis (RIPASA) score has been specifically developed to improve the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in Asian populations. This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of the RIPASA score compared to the MAS for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in a Southeast Asian population keeping histopathology as the gold standard. Methodology The study group comprised 150 patients. Data were collected from each patient using a simple proforma to ascertain both the MAS and the RIPASA score for each patient at the time of presentation. The patients then underwent open appendectomy and histopathology was used as the gold standard to determine the presence or absence of acute appendicitis in the excised specimens. Results The RIPASA score had a sensitivity and specificity of 89.83% and 59.38%, respectively, compared to 64.41% and 53.12%, respectively, for the MAS. Diagnostic accuracy was similarly higher for the RIPASA score at 83.33% versus 62.00% for the MAS. Conclusions The RIPASA score is superior to the MAS for the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Using the RIPASA score instead of the MAS in Southeast Asian populations can lead to a more accurate and timely clinical diagnosis of patients with suspected acute appendicitis and help improve patient outcomes.

The present work aims to evaluate Rosa x damascena Herrm. and Pelargonium graveolens L'Hér. essential oils, and the major constituent geraniol for their in vitro and in silico inhibitory activities against 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX), cyclooxygenase (COX), acetyl cholinesterase (AChE), butyryl cholinesterase (BuChE), and angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE2) enzymes. Geraniol most potently inhibited the ACE2 relative to other enzymes. R. damascena essential oil moderately inhibited the cancer cell lines with no toxic effects on healthy HEK 293 cells. P. graveolens essential oil inhibited a number of cancer cell lines including A549, MCF7, PC3, and HEK 293 that are reported here for the first time. The molecular docking of geraniol with the target enzymes revealed that it binds to the active sites similar to that of known drugs. Geraniol carries the potential for further drug development due to its drug-like binding mode for the target enzymes. Our work confirms that these essential oils possess similar biological activities due to their similar phytochemistry in terms of the major constituents of the plants. The promising biological activities reported in this work further warrant the inclusion of in vivo studies to establish safe use of the target essential oils and their constituents.

Isolated thrombocytopenia in adults is a common clinical problem, often caused by various hematological disorders. However, vitamin B12 deficiency as a rare cause of isolated thrombocytopenia has been rarely reported in the medical literature. This case report aims to highlight the diagnostic challenges associated with atypical presentations of thrombocytopenia and emphasizes the importance of considering nutritional deficiencies, such as vitamin B12 deficiency, in the diagnostic workup. We report the case of a 38-year-old male who presented with generalized weakness, fatigue, and a history of bruises without trauma. Physical examination and laboratory investigations revealed thrombocytopenia (42 K/µL) with normal red blood cell morphology and no apparent abnormalities in other hematological parameters. Serum vitamin B12 levels were significantly diminished (128 pg/ml). The patient was treated with subcutaneous mecobalamin 1000 mcg supplementation, resulting in improvements in serum vitamin B12 levels (772 pg/ml) and platelet count (154 × 109/L) values. This case highlights the importance of considering vitamin B12 deficiency as a potential cause of isolated thrombocytopenia in adults. The lack of hypersegmented neutrophils and characteristic signs of macrocytic anemia in the context of vitamin B12 deficiency emphasizes the necessity for a thorough investigation to rule out other possible causes. Hematological problems associated with thrombocytopenia caused by vitamin B12 deficiency can be treated early to resolve them and avoid complications.

Heart failure, a complex cardiovascular condition, is a huge burden on patients, caregivers, and healthcare systems and it is prevalent worldwide. Heart failure is caused by a wide variety of underlying conditions that include both cardiac and non-cardiac pathologies. Identifying the underlying cause enables us to apply etiology-based interventions. The spectrum of heart failure management ranges from classification to transplantation. In addition to its classification and monitoring, this article reviews various management strategies, including both conventional methods and the latest innovations. These include lifestyle interventions, pharmacotherapy, device therapy, transplantation, and regenerative medicine.

Exercise is widely considered beneficial for cardiovascular health. However, on rare occasions, athletes experience sudden cardiac death without any preceding symptoms. The devastating nature of these events necessitates us to understand the underlying causes. In younger athletes (age <35), the underlying causes are usually hereditary/genetic, whereas in older athletes (age >35), coronary artery disease is prevalent. Sudden cardiac death in athletes can occur regardless of the presence of any structural abnormality in the heart. Despite divergence between guidelines, the majority of cardiology societies recommend at least taking a comprehensive history and performing physical examinations for initial screening for all athletes. This article reviews the consensuses and controversies regarding the incidence, causes, and prevention of sudden cardiac death in athletes.

Background Diabetes mellitus is a chronic illness which is becoming more prevalent in developing countries, and it is being managed mostly in hospitals or clinics in underdeveloped nations. Other strategies for treatment delivery in emerging nations must be considered as the number of diabetic patients grows. Community pharmacists are a valuable choice for diabetes care. However, only developed countries have data on community pharmacists' diabetes treatment practices. Methodology A non-probability consecutive sampling strategy was used to gather a self-administered questionnaire from 289 community pharmacists. Six points Likert scale was employed to score current practices and pharmacists' perceived role. A response rate of 55% was attained. Characteristics associated with present behaviors and perceived roles were analyzed using Chi-square and logistic regression. Results The majority of the respondents were males, 234 (81.0%). Out of 289, 229 (79.2%) were of 25-30 years of age and were pharmacists as well as qualified persons (QP) 189 (65.4%). A QP is one who has the legal authority to sell drugs to customers. The majority had <5 years of working experience as a community pharmacist, 268 (92.7%), and did not have diabetes training, 237 (82.0%). Most community pharmacies were stand-alone, 110 (38.1%), and had a single or a group of proprietors, 248 (85.8%). Open hours of most of the pharmacies were 16-20 hours per day, 202 (69.8%), and most had one pharmacist, 243 (84.1%), i.e., working as a pharmacist as well as a qualified person. Approximately 203 (70.2%) of the pharmacies had customers >2000 in a month and >100 customers purchased anti-diabetes medications per month. Only 44 (15.2%) community pharmacies had a designated room or space for patient counselling. The majority of pharmacists were also in favor of providing services other than dispensing such as counselling the patients about prescribed medicines, direction of use, use of devices for insulin administration, training on self-monitoring of glucose, and healthy lifestyle and diet practices. Pharmacy setting, ownership, patient counseling area, and the number of customers per month were key factors in the provision of diabetes services. The main obstacles identified were a lack of pharmacist availability and academic competency. Conclusion In Rawalpindi and Islamabad, most community pharmacies only provide a basic dispensing service for diabetes patients. Most of the community pharmacists agreed to extend their duties. The expansion of pharmacist professional responsibilities would help control the rising diabetes burden. The facilitators and hurdles identified would serve as a foundation for the introduction of diabetic care in community pharmacies.

Antibodies play an important role in the immune system by binding to molecules called antigens at their respective epitopes. These interfaces or epitopes are structural entities determined by the interactions between an antibody and an antigen, making them ideal systems to analyze by using docking programs. Since the advent of high-throughput antibody sequencing, the ability to perform epitope mapping using only the sequence of the antibody has become a high priority. ClusPro, a leading protein-protein docking server, together with its template-based modeling version, ClusPro-TBM, have been re-purposed to map epitopes for specific antibody-antigen interactions by using the Antibody Epitope Mapping server (AbEMap). ClusPro-AbEMap offers three different modes for users depending on the information available on the antibody as follows: (i) X-ray structure, (ii) computational/predicted model of the structure or (iii) only the amino acid sequence. The AbEMap server presents a likelihood score for each antigen residue of being part of the epitope. We provide detailed information on the server's capabilities for the three options and discuss how to obtain the best results. In light of the recent introduction of AlphaFold2 (AF2), we also show how one of the modes allows users to use their AF2-generated antibody models as input. The protocol describes the relative advantages of the server compared to other epitope-mapping tools, its limitations and potential areas of improvement. The server may take 45-90 min depending on the size of the proteins.

In this study, ten thiazole derivative compounds had synthesized. The analysis of the obtained compounds was performed by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR methods. By this method, the obtained compounds could be elucidated. The inhibitory effect of the obtained compounds on cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes was investigated. The encoded compounds 5a, 5b, and 5c were found to be the most potent compared to the reference compounds ibuprofen (IC50 = 5.589 ± 0.278 µM), celecoxib (IC50 = 0.132 ± 0.004 µM), and nimesulide (IC50 = 1.692 ± 0.077 µM)against COX-2 isoenzyme. The inhibitory activity of 5a, 5b, and 5c is approximate, but the 5a derivative proved to be the most active in the series with an IC50 value of 0.180 ± 0.002 µM. The most potent COXs inhibitor was 5a, which was further investigated for its potential binding mode by a molecular docking study. Compound 5a was found to be localized at the active site of the enzyme, like celecoxib, which has a remarkable effect on COXs enzymes.

Background and aim Chronic patients with thalassemia major were mainly recognized as more prone to poor mental health during this global pandemic. This study aims to evaluate causal relationships leading to poor outcomes and how they manage to tackle this. Methods In-depth face-to-face semi-structured interviews were conducted with 21 thalassemia patients selected through probability consecutive sampling from Pakistan Thalassemia Welfare Society Centers. The following criteria served as the basis for the interview: (1) solitude at home, (2) interruption of transfusion services, (3) alteration of appetite and interests, (4) lack of control and uncertainty, (5) extensive media coverage, (6) deterioration of pre-existing health issues, difficulty in sleeping, (7) practicing gratitude, (8) participation in activities and hobbies, (9) connectivity with others, and (10) ability to recognize social support. All interviews were recorded, transcribed, and analyzed with reflexive thematic analysis. Results The commonly described mental health conditions were depression and concern about the overall health status. The following seven elements associated with the pandemic contributed to the deterioration of mental health: (1) isolation at home, (2) disruption in transfusion services, (3) change in appetite and interests, (4) lack of control and uncertainty, (5) intensive media reporting, (6) worsening of pre-existing health problems, and (7) difficulty in sleeping. The following four coping strategies were identified for maintaining mental issues: (1) practicing gratitude, (2) involvement in activities and hobbies, (3) connectivity with others, and (4) discerning social support. Conclusions Thalassemia major patients had been negatively affected during the pandemic. Only a small number of people modified their management techniques to maintain steady well-being.

The COVID-19 crisis has drastically affected organizations worldwide, thereby influencing the employees' psychological wellbeing. Since it is a new pandemic, research is sparse in the domain of employees' psychological wellbeing in relation to the phenomenon. Drawing on social support and job demand-resource perspectives, this research adds to the factors affecting employees' wellbeing due to the coronavirus outbreak. Specifically, this study is an investigation of co-workers' instrumental support in predicting employees' emotional exhaustion via employees' perceived uncertainties experienced due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Further, we tested for the contextual specificity of family support on uncertainties and its link with employees' emotional exhaustion. With data drawn from two universities (n = 275), the findings reveal a negative association between co-worker task support and an employee's emotional exhaustion, and an employee's perceived uncertainties mediate this relationship. Moreover, the moderating analysis exhibits that family support mitigates the negative effect of uncertainty perception on emotional exhaustion. Our study reveals that coworker and family support are extremely important during the COVID-19 pandemic. These findings are equally valuable for organizations and society to mitigate the detrimental effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on employees' wellbeing.

Antibodies are key proteins produced by the immune system to target pathogen proteins termed antigens via specific binding to surface regions called epitopes. Given an antigen and the sequence of an antibody the knowledge of the epitope is critical for the discovery and development of antibody based therapeutics. In this work, we present a computational protocol that uses template-based modeling and docking to predict epitope residues. This protocol is implemented in three major steps. First, a template-based modeling approach is used to build the antibody structures. We tested several options, including generation of models using AlphaFold2. Second, each antibody model is docked to the antigen using the fast Fourier transform (FFT) based docking program PIPER. Attention is given to optimally selecting the docking energy parameters depending on the input data. In particular, the van der Waals energy terms are reduced for modeled antibodies relative to x-ray structures. Finally, ranking of antigen surface residues is produced. The ranking relies on the docking results, that is, how often the residue appears in the docking poses' interface, and also on the energy favorability of the docking pose in question. The method, called PIPER-Map, has been tested on a widely used antibody-antigen docking benchmark. The results show that PIPER-Map improves upon the existing epitope prediction methods. An interesting observation is that epitope prediction accuracy starting from antibody sequence alone does not significantly differ from that of starting from unbound (i.e., separately crystallized) antibody structure.
