RESUMO

The results of radiological, endoscopical, ultrasonic methods of examination, performed in 52 women of reproductive age with the inborn developmental failures, of uterus and in 69 with fibromyoma of uterus, were analysed. The revealing of organic changes in uterus and the small pelvis organs made it possible to perform successful surgical treatment, to restore reproductive function and to stabilize the adaptational possibilities of the women organism.

RESUMO

The data of roentgenological, endoscopical, thermovisional, ultrasonographical examination of 900 women with sterility were analyzed. The improvement of surgical treatment results was promoted by revealing of the sterility cause and also the concurrent diseases of small pelvis organs.

RESUMO

Gonadal hormone levels have been evaluated in the follicular fluid of 67 women with tubal and peritoneal infertility. Follicular fluid concentrations of estradiol, progesterone and testosterone were compared with sonographically ascertained follicle sizes and growth rates. The results indicate a high incidence of peripheral damage of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis in women with inflammatory diseases of the internal genitalia.

RESUMO

The authors used modern immunological methods to investigate regulatory subpopulations of T-lymphocytes in 300 married couples. It was established that disorders of the immune status in females with infertility may develop according to two immune mechanisms--due to development of isoimmune response to ovocyte antigens. Development of antispermatic immunity is related to changes in the T- and B-system of immunity without involvement of the regulatory C-lymphocyte subpopulations while the C-suppressor deficit may be one of the links in the disorders of the immunological status leading to the development of antibodies to own ovarian antigens. Appearance of immunological disorders in the process of treatment of infertility is the reason for their correction.
