RESUMO

In quantitative deflectometry, a test optical component is generally divided into numerous sample regions by the pixels on a camera's CCD detector, and the adjacent intervals of sample regions are unequal in off-axis configurations. In this case, errors will be introduced in the reconstruction result if the traditional Southwell zonal integration method is arbitrarily used. Thus, an improved zonal method is proposed in this paper. Both simulations and experiments are conducted to demonstrate the validity and accuracy of the improved zonal method. In the simulations, compared with the traditional zonal method, the reconstruction accuracy for three different figures of sphere, hyperbolic, and flat surfaces using our proposed method is obviously improved, especially when the aperture of the test optics is not rectangular, but circular. Experimental results also show that when we integrate the slopes measured at unequal-spaced sampling points, the proposed zonal method is superior to the traditional zonal method in accuracy; meanwhile, it has advantages over the modal methods in reconstructing local detail information, such as a slight surface scratch, on the test optical component.

RESUMO

This paper proposes a new shearing approach to eliminate the systematic errors in phase measuring deflectometry (PMD). Besides a normal measurement using PMD, another three measurements are taken when the test surfaces are translated and rotated with an amount of known magnitude in our proposed method. The four measurements give three sheared wavefronts, and then the difference Zernike polynomial fitting and a least squares algorithm are proposed to reconstruct the true test surface figure. The proposed method is demonstrated and verified through computer simulation and experimental results. The error propagation when the sheared wavefronts include random noise and the introduced errors due to the incorrect shearing values are both analyzed.

RESUMO

The aim of the present study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of halofuginone (HF) in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and explore the underlying mechanism. Sixty ITP mice were divided into four groups including control group, low dose group (25 mg/kg HF), medium dose group (50 mg/kg HF), and high dose group (100 mg/kg HF). Corresponding dose of HF was administrated by gavage daily in HF groups for 7 days, and the same volume of saline was given in control group. Platelet counts were 28.87 ± 3.91 × 10(9)/L, 57.13 ± 2.75 × 10(9)/L, 86.73 ± 3.06 × 10(9)/L and 89.73 ± 2.84 × 10(9)/L in control group, low dose group, medium dose group, and high dose group respectively, on day 7 after intragastrically administration of HF or saline. Compared with control group, three HF groups showed significantly increased levels of INF-γ and IL-2 (all P < 0.05), and significantly decreased concentrations of IL-4 and IL-10(all P < 0.05). The expression of T-bet mRNA increased and the expression of GATA-3 mRNA decreased (all P < 0.05) in ITP mice after intragastric administration with different dose of HF. HF significantly recovered peripheral platelet counts in ITP mice through promoting Th1 cell differentiation and attenuating Th2 differentiation in ITP mice.
