RESUMO

The electrochemical CO2 reduction reaction (eCO2RR) driven by renewable electricity offers a green and sustainable technology for synthesizing chemicals and managing global carbon balance. However, developing electrocatalysts with high activity and selectivity for producing C1 products (CO, HCOOH, CH3OH, and CH4) remains a daunting task. In this study, we conducted comprehensive first-principles calculations to investigate the eCO2RR mechanism using B-defective BC3-supported transition metal single-atom catalysts (TM@BC3 SACs). Initially, we evaluated the thermodynamic and electrochemical stability of the designed 26 TM@BC3 SACs by calculating the binding energy and dissolution potential of the anchored TM atoms. Subsequently, the selectivity of the eCO2RR and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) on stable SACs was determined by comparing the free energy change (ΔG) for the first protonation of CO2 with the ΔG of *H formation. The stability and selectivity screening processes enabled us to narrow down the pool of SACs to the 14 promising ones. Finally, volcano plots for the eCO2RR towards different C1 products were established by using the adsorption energy descriptors of key intermediates, and three SACs were predicted to exhibit high activity and selectivity. The limiting potentials (UL) for HCOOH production on Pd@BC3 and Ag@BC3 are -0.11 V and -0.14 V. CH4 is a preferred product on Re@BC3 with UL of -0.22 V. Elaborate electronic structure calculations elucidate that the activity and selectivity originate from the sufficient activation of the C-O bond and the strong orbital hybridization between crucial intermediates and metal atoms. The proposed catalyst screening criteria, constructed volcano plots and predicted SACs may provide a theoretical foundation for the development of computationally guided catalyst designs for electrochemical CO2 conversion to C1 products.

Background: Neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) is increasingly being used for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) treatment. However, its specific effects on carcinoma cells and the tumor microenvironment (TME) are not fully understood. This study aims to investigate how NAT differentially impacts PDAC's carcinoma cells and TME. Methods: Spatial transcriptomics was used to compare gene expression profiles in carcinoma cells and the TME between 23 NAT-treated and 13 NAT-naïve PDAC patients, correlating with their clinicopathologic features. Analysis of an online single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) dataset was performed for validation of the specific cell types responsible for NAT-induced gene expression alterations. Results: NAT not only induces apoptosis and inhibits proliferation in carcinoma cells but also significantly remodels the TME. Notably, NAT induces a coordinated upregulation of multiple key complement genes (C3, C1S, C1R, C4B and C7) in the TME, making the complement pathway one of the most significantly affected pathways by NAT. Patients with higher TME complement expression following NAT exhibit improved overall survival. These patients also exhibit increased immunomodulatory and neurotrophic cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs); more CD4+ T cells, monocytes, and mast cells; and reduced immune exhaustion gene expression. snRNA-seq analysis demonstrates C3 complement was specifically upregulated in CAFs but not in other stroma cell types. Conclusions: NAT can enhance complement production and signaling within the TME, which is associated with reduced immunosuppression in PDAC. These findings suggest that local complement dynamics could serve as a novel biomarker for prognosis, evaluating treatment response and resistance, and guiding therapeutic strategies in NAT-treated PDAC patients.

BACKGROUND: Employees' perception of being overqualified is a critical factor in influencing their knowledge sharing behavior. However previous studies have not examined the internal mechanism by which perceived overqualification affects knowledge sharing. OBJECTIVE: Drawing on social exchange theory, the present study aimed to explore the relationship between perceived overqualification and knowledge sharing and to examine the mediating effect of organizational identity and the moderating role of psychological entitlement. METHODS: Participants were 284 full-time employees from different companies in China. They answered self-report questionnaires that assessed perceived overqualification, knowledge sharing, organizational identity, and psychological entitlement. Path analyses were conducted, and the latent moderated structural equations were used to judge the significance of the mediation and moderation. RESULTS: The results revealed that overqualified employees were less willing to share knowledge, and the mediating role of organizational identity was significant. Further, the presence of high psychological entitlement would diminish the beneficial effect of organizational identity on employee knowledge sharing. CONCLUSIONS: The findings of the study enrich and expand our knowledge on the relationship between overqualification and knowledge sharing and have theoretical and practical implications for promoting constructive behavior among overqualified employees.

Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine that participates in innate and adaptive immune responses and plays an important role in host defense, autoimmune diseases, tissue regeneration, metabolic regulation, and tumor progression. Post-translational modifications (PTMs) are crucial for protein function, stability, cellular localization, cellular transduction, and cell death. However, PTMs of IL-17 receptor A (IL-17RA) have not been investigated. Here, we show that human IL-17RA was targeted by F-box and WD repeat domain-containing 11 (FBXW11) for ubiquitination, followed by proteasome-mediated degradation. We used bioinformatics tools and biochemical techniques to determine that FBXW11 ubiquitinated IL-17RA through a lysine 27-linked polyubiquitin chain, targeting IL-17RA for proteasomal degradation. Domain 665-804 of IL-17RA was critical for interaction with FBXW11 and subsequent ubiquitination. Our study demonstrates that FBXW11 regulates IL-17 signaling pathways at the IL-17RA level.

Xanthelasma palpebrarum (XP) is the most common form of cutaneous xanthoma, with a prevalence of 1.1%~4.4% in the population. However, the cause of XP remains largely unknown. In the present study, we used Mendelian randomization to assess the genetic association between plasma lipids, metabolic traits, and circulating protein with XP, leveraging summary statistics from large genome-wide association studies (GWAS). Genetically predicted plasma cholesterol and LDL-C, but not HDL-C or triglyceride, were significantly associated with XP. Metabolic traits, including BMI, fasting glucose, type 2 diabetes, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, were not significantly associated with XP. Furthermore, we found genetically predicted 12 circulating proteins were associated with XP, including FN1, NTM, FCN2, GOLM1, ICAM5, PDE5A, C5, CLEC11A, CXCL1, CCL2, CCL11, CCL13. In conclusion, this study identified plasma cholesterol, LDL-C, and 12 circulating proteins to be putative causal factors for XP, highlighting the role of plasma cholesterol and inflammatory response in XP development.

PURPOSE: Our study aims to evaluate the global burden of disease attributable to IPV from 1990 to 2019 at global, regional, national, and socio-demographic index (SDI) levels. Our research question is: What is the global burden of disease attributable to intimate partner violence (IPV) from 1990 to 2019, and how does it vary at global, regional, national, and socio-demographic index (SDI) levels? METHODS: Data parameters for the number of deaths, disability-adjusted life years (DALYs), and age-standardized rate were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019. We calculated the percentage change and population attributable fraction with 95% uncertainty intervals. RESULTS: IPV directly accounted for 0.14% [95% UI 0.09%, 0.21%] and 0.32% [95% UI 0.17%, 0.49%] of global all-cause deaths and DALYs in 2019, respectively. The age-standardized deaths and DALYs rates of IPV increased by 12.83% and 4.00% respectively from 1990 to 2019. Women aged 35-39 and 30-34 had the highest deaths and DALYs rate respectively. The highest age-standardized rates of IPV-related deaths and DALYs were observed in Southern Sub-Saharan. Both of deaths and DALYs were high in low-socio-demographic Index (SDI) quintile in 2019. CONCLUSIONS: A higher level of deaths and DALYs attributable to IPV were reported in younger women, in the early 2000s, in Southern Sub-Saharan regions and in low SDI regions. Our study provides policymakers with up-to-date and comprehensive information.

BACKGROUND: Amino acids (AAs) are one of the primary metabolic substrates for cardiac work. The correlation between AAs and both atrial fibrillation (AF) and aging has been documented. However, the relationship between AAs and age-related AF remains unclear. METHODS: Initially, the plasma AA levels of persistent AF patients and control subjects were assessed, and the correlations between AA levels, age, and other clinical indicators were explored. Subsequently, the age-related AF mouse model was constructed and the untargeted myocardial metabolomics was conducted to detect the level of AAs and related metabolites. Additionally, the gut microbiota composition associated with age-related AF was detected by a 16S rDNA amplicon sequencing analysis on mouse fecal samples. RESULTS: Higher circulation levels of lysine (Student's t-test, P = 0.001), tyrosine (P = 0.002), glutamic acid (P = 0.008), methionine (P = 0.008), and isoleucine (P = 0.014), while a lower level of glycine (P = 0.003) were observed in persistent AF patients. The feature AAs identified by machine learning algorithms were glutamic acid and methionine. The association between AAs and age differs between AF and control subjects. Distinct patterns of AA metabolic profiles were observed in the myocardial metabolites of aged AF mice. Aged AF mice had lower levels of Betaine, L-histidine, L-alanine, L-arginine, L-Pyroglutamic acid, and L-Citrulline compared with adult AF mice. Aged AF mice also presented a different gut microbiota pattern, and its functional prediction analysis showed AA metabolism alteration. CONCLUSION: This study provided a comprehensive network of AA disturbances in age-related AF from multiple dimensions, including plasma, myocardium, and gut microbiota. Disturbances of AAs may serve as AF biomarkers, and restoring their homeostasis may have potential benefits for the management of age-related AF.

The need for low-carbon solar electricity production has become increasingly urgent for energy security and climate change mitigation. However, the bandgap and carrier separation critical requirements of high-efficiency solar cells are difficult to satisfy simultaneously in a single material. In this work, several van der Waals ZnIn2X4 (X = S, Se, and Te) heterostructures were designed based on density functional theory. Our results suggest that both ZnIn2S4/ZnIn2Se4 and ZnIn2Se4/ZnIn2Te4 heterostructures are direct bandgap semiconductors at the Γ point. Besides, obvious carrier spatial separations were observed in the ZnIn2S4/ZnIn2Se4 and ZnIn2Se4/ZnIn2Te4 heterostructures. Interestingly, the ZnIn2S4/ZnIn2Se4 heterostructure has a suitable bandgap of 1.43 eV with good optical absorption in the visible light range. The calculated maximum theoretical photoelectric conversion efficiency of ZnIn2S4/ZnIn2Se4 heterostructure was 32.1%, and it can be further enhanced to 32.9% under 2% tensile strain. Compared to single-layer ZnIn2X4 materials, the electron effective mass of the ZnIn2S4/ZnIn2Se4 heterostructure is relatively low, which results in high electron mobility in the heterostructure. The suitable bandgap, obvious carrier separation, high electron mobility, and excellent theoretical photoelectric conversion efficiency of the ZnIn2S4/ZnIn2Se4 heterostructure make it a promising candidate for novel 2D-based photoelectronic devices and solar cells.

BACKGROUND: Due to inconclusive evidence from observational studies regarding the impact of physical activity (PA) and sedentary behavior on frailty and falling risk, we conducted a two-sample Mendelian randomization analysis to investigate the causal associations between PA, sedentary behavior, and frailty and falls. METHODS: We extracted summary data from genome-wide association studies conducted among individuals of European ancestry, encompassing PA (n = 90 667-608 595), sedentary behavior (n = 372 609-526 725), frailty index (n = 175 226), and falling risk (n = 451 179). Single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with accelerometer assessed fraction >425 milligravities, self-reported vigorous activity, moderate to vigorous physical acticity (MVPA), leisure screen time (LST), and sedentary behavior at work were taken as instrumental variables. The causal effects were primarily estimated using inverse variance weighted methods, complemented by several sensitivity and validation analyses. RESULTS: Genetically predicted higher levels of PA were significantly associated with a reduction in the frailty index (accelerometer assessed fraction >425 milligravities: ß = -0.25, 95% CI = -0.36 to -0.14, p = 1.27 × 10-5 ; self-reported vigorous activity: ß = -0.13, 95% CI = -0.20 to -0.05, p = 7.9 × 10-4 ; MVPA: ß = -0.28, 95% CI = -0.40 to -0.16, p = 9.9 × 10-6 ). Besides, LST was significantly associated with higher frailty index (ß = 0.18, 95% CI = 0.14-0.22, p = 5.2 × 10-20 ) and higher odds of falling (OR = 1.13, CI = 1.07-1.19, p = 6.9 × 10-6 ). These findings remained consistent throughout sensitivity and validation analyses. CONCLUSIONS: Our study offers evidence supporting a causal relationship between PA and a reduced risk of frailty. Furthermore, it underscores the association between prolonged LST and an elevated risk of frailty and falls. Therefore, promoting PA and reducing sedentary behavior may be an effective strategy in primary frailty and falls prevention.

The rebound-competent viral reservoir, composed of a virus that is able to persist during antiretroviral therapy (ART) and mediate reactivation of systemic viral replication and rebound viremia after ART interruption (ATI), remains the biggest obstacle to treating HIV infection. A better understanding of the cellular and tissue origins and the dynamics of viral populations that initiate rebound upon ATI could help develop therapeutic strategies for reducing the rebound-competent viral reservoir. In this study, barcoded simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV), SIVmac239M, was used to infect rhesus macaques to enable monitoring of viral barcode clonotypes contributing to virus detectable in plasma after ATI. Blood and tissues from secondary lymphoid organs (spleen, mesenteric lymph nodes, and inguinal lymph nodes) and from the colon, ileum, lung, liver, and brain were analyzed using viral barcode sequencing, intact proviral DNA assay, single-cell RNA sequencing, and combined CODEX and RNAscope in situ hybridization. Four of seven animals had viral barcodes detectable by deep sequencing of plasma at necropsy, although plasma viral RNA remained below 22 copies per milliliter. Among the tissues studied, mesenteric lymph nodes, inguinal lymph nodes, and spleen contained viral barcodes detected in plasma. CD4+ T cells were the main cell type harboring viral RNA after ATI. Furthermore, T cell zones in lymphoid tissues showed higher viral RNA abundance than B cell zones for most animals. These findings are consistent with lymphoid tissues contributing to the virus present in plasma early after ATI.

Atherosclerosis, a leading health concern, stems from the dynamic involvement of immune cells in vascular plaques. Despite its significance, the interplay between chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation in plaque macrophages is understudied. We discovered the reduced expression of Baf60a, a component of the switch/sucrose non-fermentable (SWI/SNF) chromatin remodeling complex, in macrophages from advanced plaques. Myeloid-specific Baf60a deletion compromised mitochondrial integrity and heightened adhesion, apoptosis, and plaque development. BAF60a preserves mitochondrial energy homeostasis under pro-atherogenic stimuli by retaining nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF1) accessibility at critical genes. Overexpression of BAF60a rescued mitochondrial dysfunction in an NRF1-dependent manner. This study illuminates the BAF60a-NRF1 axis as a mitochondrial function modulator in atherosclerosis, proposing the rejuvenation of perturbed chromatin remodeling machinery as a potential therapeutic target.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most fatal cancers in the world. There is an urgent need to understand the molecular background of HCC to facilitate the identification of biomarkers and discover effective therapeutic targets. Published transcriptomic studies have reported a large number of genes that are individually significant for HCC. However, reliable biomarkers remain to be determined. In this study, built on max-linear competing risk factor models, we developed a machine learning analytical framework to analyze transcriptomic data to identify the most miniature set of differentially expressed genes (DEGs). By analyzing 9 public whole-transcriptome datasets (containing 1184 HCC samples and 672 nontumor controls), we identified 5 critical differentially expressed genes (DEGs) (ie, CCDC107, CXCL12, GIGYF1, GMNN, and IFFO1) between HCC and control samples. The classifiers built on these 5 DEGs reached nearly perfect performance in identification of HCC. The performance of the 5 DEGs was further validated in a US Caucasian cohort that we collected (containing 17 HCC with paired nontumor tissue). The conceptual advance of our work lies in modeling gene-gene interactions and correcting batch effect in the analytic framework. The classifiers built on the 5 DEGs demonstrated clear signature patterns for HCC. The results are interpretable, robust, and reproducible across diverse cohorts/populations with various disease etiologies, indicating the 5 DEGs are intrinsic variables that can describe the overall features of HCC at the genomic level. The analytical framework applied in this study may pave a new way for improving transcriptome profiling analysis of human cancers.

Among the tissues studied, mesenteric and inguinal lymph nodes, and spleen contained viral barcodes detected in plasma, and trended to have higher cell-associated viral loads, higher intact provirus levels, and greater diversity of viral barcodes. CD4+ T cells were the main cell type harboring viral RNA (vRNA) after ATI. Further, T cell zones in LTs showed higher vRNA levels than B cell zones for most animals. These findings are consistent with LTs contributing to virus present in plasma early after ATI. One Sentence Summary: The reemerging of SIV clonotypes at early post-ATI are likely from the secondary lymphoid tissues.

Two-dimensional Ruddlesden-Popper (2D RP) perovskites can form layered protective materials using long organic cations as "barrier" caps, which is expected to solve the problem of instability of perovskites in the working environment. In this work, we systematically studied the 2D Ruddlesden-Popper (C6H5CH2NH3)2PbI4 hybrid perovskites using density functional theory. The results reveal that the 2D (C6H5CH2NH3)2PbI4 perovskites are semiconductors with band gaps of 2.22 eV. The optical absorption peak of the 2D (C6H5CH2NH3)2PbI4 perovskite structure is located at 532 nm in the visible region. Interestingly, the optical absorption spectrum of the 2D (C6H5CH2NH3)2PbI4 perovskite structure enhanced under suitable strains. The highest optical absorption peak appears in 2D (C6H5CH2NH3)2PbI4 under a -2% strain, and its theoretical photoelectric conversion efficiency is 28.5%. More interestingly, the replacement of surface I atoms with Br is another ways to enhance the optical absorption spectrum of the 2D (C6H5CH2NH3)2PbI4 perovskite structure. The optical absorption peak blue-shifts to the high energy region, which has higher solar energy flux density than the low energy region. The good stability, tuneable band gap and excellent theoretical photoelectric conversion efficiency of the 2D (C6H5CH2NH3)2PbI4 perovskite structure make it a promising candidate for novel 2D hybrid perovskite based photoelectronic devices and solar cells.

PURPOSE: Novel, effective, and safe preventive therapy targets for AF are still needed. Circulating proteins with causal genetic evidence are promising candidates. We aimed to systematically screen circulating proteins for AF drug targets and determine their safety and efficacy using genetic methods. METHODS: The protein quantitative trait loci (pQTL) of up to 1949 circulating proteins were retrieved from nine large genome-proteome-wide association studies. Two-sample Mendelian Randomization (MR) and colocalization analyses were used to estimate the causal effects of proteins on the risk of AF. Furthermore, phenome-wide MR was conducted to depict side effects and the drug-target databases were searched for drug validation and repurposing. RESULTS: Systematic MR screen identified 30 proteins as promising AF drug targets. Genetically predicted 12 proteins increased AF risk (TES, CFL2, MTHFD1, RAB1A, DUSP13, SRL, ANXA4, NEO1, FKBP7, SPON1, LPA, MANBA); 18 proteins decreased AF risk (PMVK, UBE2F, SYT11, CHMP3, PFKM, FBP1, TNFSF12, CTSZ, QSOX2, ALAD, EFEMP1, FLRT2, LRIG1, OLA1, SH3BGRL3, IL6R, B3GNT8, FCGR2A). DUSP13 and TNFSF12 possess strong colocalization evidence. For the proteins that were identified, extended phe-MR analysis was conducted to assess their side-effect profiles, while drug-target databases provided information on their approved or investigated indications. CONCLUSION: We identified 30 circulating proteins as potential preventive targets for AF.

Event-related potential (ERP) technology and the dictator game paradigm are used to explore the formation mechanism of upstream indirect reciprocity behaviors. We design a within subject experiment of 3 (social comparison: upward versus parallel versus downward) × 2 (treatment: fair versus unfair) involving 49 subjects. In the first round of allocations, subjects are forced to accept a monetary amount allocated to them by another player. In the second round, subjects assume the role of allocator and divide a monetary amount between themselves and a third party. Our results show the following: 1) Having received fair treatment from someone else, individuals engaged in downward comparison are more inclined to reciprocate the fairness they had received to a third party compared to individuals in parallel and upward comparison conditions. If individuals receive unfair treatment, they tend to repeat this behavior to a third party regardless of which social comparison condition they are in; 2) Under the condition of upward comparison, individuals receiving unfair treatment exhibit greater FRN amplitude and less P300 amplitude, but in parallel and downward comparison conditions, there is no significance in FRN and P300 amplitude between individuals receiving fair and unfair treatment.

High-power short-duration (HPSD) setting during radiofrequency ablation has become an attempt to improve atrial fibrillation (AF) treatment outcomes. This study ought to compare the efficacy, safety, and effectiveness between HPSD and conventional settings. PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library were searched. Studies that compared HPSD and conventional radiofrequency ablation settings in AF patients were included while studies performed additional ablations on nonpulmonary vein targets without clear recording were excluded. Data were pooled with random-effect model. Efficacy endpoints include first-pass pulmonary vein isolation (PVI), acute pulmonary vein (PV) reconnection, free from AF, and free from atrial tachycardia (AT) during follow-up. Safety endpoints include esophagus injury rate and major complication rate. Effectiveness endpoints include complete PVI rate, total procedure time, PVI time, and PVI radiofrequency ablation (PVI RF) time. We included 22 studies with 3867 atrial fibrillation patients in total (2393 patients received HPSD radiofrequency ablation). Perioperatively, the HPSD group showed a higher first-pass PVI rate (risk ratio, RR = 1.10, P = 0.0001) and less acute PV reconnection rate (RR = 0.56, P = 0.0004) than the conventional group. During follow-up, free from AF (RR = 1.11, P = 0.16) or AT (RR = 1.06, P = 0.24) rate did not differ between HPSD and conventional groups 6-month postsurgery. However, the HPSD group showed both higher free from AF (RR = 1.17, P = 0.0003) and AT (RR = 1.11, P < 0.0001) rate than the conventional group 12-month postsurgery. The esophagus injury (RR = 0.99, P = 0.98) and major complications (RR = 0.76, P = 0.70) rates did not differ between the two groups. The HPSD group took shorter total procedure time (MD = -33.71 95% CI: -43.10 to -24.33, P < 0.00001), PVI time (MD = -21.60 95% CI: -25.00 to -18.21, P < 0.00001), and PVI RF time (MD = -13.72, 95% CI: -14.45 to -13.00, P < 0.00001) than conventional groups while complete procedure rate did not differ between two groups (RR = 1.00, P = 0.93). HPSD setting during AF radiofrequency ablation has better effectiveness, efficacy, and similar safety compared with the conventional setting.

Background: Exosomes derived from cardiac microvascular endothelial cells (CMECs) under hypoxia can mediate cardiac repair functions and alleviate pyroptosis and oxidative stress during ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) injury. This study is aimed at investigating the effect and mechanism of miR-27b-3p underlying hypoxic CMECs-derived exosomes against I/R injury. Methods: CMECs were isolated from the left ventricle of Sprague-Dawley rats, followed by culturing under hypoxic conditions or pretreatment with the miR-27b-3p inhibitor. CMECs-derived exosomes were added into H9C2 cells before hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) or injected into the rat heart before I/R injury. An in vivo I/R injury model was established by ligating and releasing the left anterior descending coronary artery. Expression of pyroptosis-related factors was detected using Western blot, and heart infarcted size was determined by the 2,3,5-triphenyl-2H-tetrazpinolium chloride staining method. Dual-Luciferase Reporter assays were performed to analyze the interactions of nmiR-27b-3p-forkhead box O1 (Foxo1) and Gasdermin D- (GSDMD-) Foxo1. Chromatin-immunoprecipitation (ChIP) assays were performed to validate the interactions between forkhead box O1 (Foxo1) and Gasdermin D (GSDMD) and Foxo1-mediated histone acetylation of GSDMD. Results: CMECs were successfully identified from left ventricle of Sprague-Dawley rats. The expressions of Foxo1 and pyroptosis-related proteins (GSDMD, NLPR3, cleaved caspase 1, IL-1ß, and IL-18) were upregulated in the rat heart after I/R injury. Treatment of CMEC-derived exosomes, especially that under hypoxic conditions, significantly reduced pyroptosis in the rat heart. miR-27b-3p was significantly upregulated in CMEC-derived exosomes under hypoxic conditions, and miR-27b-3p inhibition in exosomes alleviated its cytoprotection and inhibited oxidative stress in H9C2 cells. Treatment with Foxo1 overexpression plasmids aggravated in vitro H/R and in vivo I/R injury by upregulating pyroptosis-related proteins. Further experiments validated that miR-27b-3p negatively targeted Foxo1, which bound to the promoter region of GSDMD. Conclusions: These results demonstrated a great therapeutic efficacy of miR-27b-3p overexpression in hypoxic CMEC-derived exosomes in preventing the development of myocardial damage post I/R injury through inhibiting Foxo1/GSDMD signaling-induced oxidative stress and pyroptosis.
