RESUMO
Peculiarities of T-activin influence on macrophage 5-nucleotidase and blood cortisol in dependence of day time have been investigated on CBA and C57/B16 mice. It has been established that T-activin influence on already studied indexes in broad range of doses; from 10 to 1 mkg for 1 mouse.

Complex research of peculiarities of immobilization stress influence on activity of 5'-nucleotidase from macrophages, got from peritoneal exudate and level of endogenous cortisol in blood of CBA and C57Bl/6 mice has been carried out. Genotype peculiarities of macrophage and endocrine index reaction on stress influence have been found.

Radioreceptor investigations showed that it is impossible to interpret changes in the activity of opioid receptor ligands of mu and delta types in plasma of mice under footshock stress (FSS) as activation or depletion of opioid system (OS). There occurred qualitative changes characterized by interstrain differences (ID). These are also typical for dynamics of development of FSS effects on blood corticosterone levels. Administration of dalargin diminishes qualitative and quantitative changes in OS function at different periods after FSS preventing early rise of corticosterone levels after the exposure. In spite of common features in dalargin action on opioid and steroid metabolism in mice of both strains, ID are also present.

The action of dalargin, synthetic analogue of leuenkephaline, on stress-induced changes in 5'-nucleotidase activity and endogenous hydrocortisone levels was investigated in mice. It was found that there is a direct relation between the activity of 5'-nucleotidase and the level of hydrocortisone in CBA mice. For C57Bl/6 mice the relation was inverse. Dalargin is able to change the dependence from direct to opposite in CBA mice.

The paper reports the results of danazol action in vivo and in vitro on 5'-nucleotidase activity of mouse peritoneal macrophages. The results showed, that danazol at a concentration of 10 M (the pharmacologic level in women taking 600 mg/day) significantly stimulated the enzyme activity.

Prostaglandin (PG) biosynthesis is promoted by enzyme activation induced by neurohormonal regulation, an important determinant of labor. However, contribution of PG to premature labor is largely uncertain. Maternal and fetal blood PGE levels have been determined during the reflex regulation of premature labor in 39 women and in 20 patients with spontaneous labor. The reflex regulation was performed as transcutaneous suprapubic and sacral electric stimulation. Comparison of PGE levels in the women and their newborns led to the conclusion that the reflex regulation of premature labour has modulating effects on PGE biosynthesis both in the mother and fetus, thereby modifying progress of labor.

Immunoregulatory lymphocytes of SD2-, SD4-, SD8- and SD2-phenotypes have been assayed using monoclonal antibodies in peripheral blood of infertile women with external genital endometriosis and tubal-peritoneal infertility. The tested cells did not markedly differ from those in control fertile patients. Serum concentrations of immunoglobulin M were increased in women with endometriosis. Immunoglobulin concentrations widely varied in the peritoneal fluid, with a statistically significant elevation of IgA and IgM in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility.
