RESUMO
How did a fitness crisis translate to a financial crisis? Why did coronavirus bring the worlds financial system to its knees? The solution is to be found in two approaches. Initially, this contagious virus resulted in a lockdown of the business world and economy. A ratio at which the virus has been proliferating, the increased uncertainty is exactly the reason for this bad situation which resulted as unsecured initialization investment between traders. We rely on the present environment in evaluating the constricting procedures, fiscal policies and public health actions that were implemented in that time. This study examines volatility transmission over the financial crisis. Recently established causality in impulse response functions and variance test to everyday data from January 2020 has been implied. To recognize the effect of the food cost crisis, statistics are separated into two intervals i.e. post-COVID period and the pre-COVID period. The variance causality test indicates that the risk transmission among agricultural commodity is zero, but oil market volatility spills on the markets for agricultural products excluding sugar in the post-crisis period. Thus, this paper signifies that the statistical volatility transmission differs post food price crisis. Following, risk transmission materializes as an additional element of the statistical interrelations among agricultural and energy markets.
RESUMO
Melanoma is a life threading disease when it grows outside the corium layer of the skin. Mortality rates of the Melanoma cases are maximum among the skin cancer patients. The cost required for the treatment of advanced melanoma cases is very high and the survival rate is low. Numerous computerized dermoscopy systems are developed based on the combination of shape, texture and color features to facilitate early diagnosis of melanoma. The availability and cost of the dermoscopic imaging system is still an issue. To mitigate this issue, this paper presented an integrated segmentation and Third Dimensional (3D) feature extraction approach for the accurate diagnosis of melanoma. A multi-atlas method is applied for the image segmentation. The patch-based label fusion model is expressed in a Bayesian framework to improve the segmentation accuracy. A depth map is obtained from the Two-dimensional (2D) dermoscopic image for reconstructing the 3D skin lesion represented as structure tensors. The 3D shape features including the relative depth features are obtained. Streaks are the significant morphological terms of the melanoma in the radial growth phase. The proposed method yields maximum segmentation accuracy, sensibility, specificity and minimum cost function than the existing segmentation technique and classifier.

Aliphatic polyamines are a family of polycationic molecules derived from decarboxylation of the amino acid ornithine that classically comprise three molecules: putrescine, spermidine and spermine. In-cell polyamine homeostasis is tightly controlled at key steps of cell metabolism. Polyamines are involved in an array of cellular functions from DNA stabilization, and regulation of gene expression to ion channel function and, particularly, cell proliferation. As such, aliphatic polyamines play an essential role in rapidly dividing cells such as in the immune system and digestive tract. Because of their role in cell proliferation, polyamines are also involved in carcinogenesis, prompting intensive research into polyamine metabolism as a target in cancer therapy. More recently, another aliphatic polyamine, agmatine, the decarboxylated derivative of arginine, has been identified as a neurotransmitter in mammals, and investigations have focused on its effects in the CNS, notably as a neuroprotector in brain injury.

Citrulline, a key amino acid of the urea cycle, has been shown to play a regulatory role in protein and energy metabolism in mammals. We questioned whether N-carbamoyl-putrescine (NCP), the decarboxylated derivative of citrulline, could play a role in the biological properties of this amino acid. To evidence the presence of NCP in mammalian tissues, we developed a sensitive reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorimetric detection method with precolumn dansyl derivatization and solid-phase extraction for the determination of NCP together with polyamines in biological samples. Dansyl NCP was identified with a 5.85-min retention time. Linearity was obtained in a concentration range of 0.125 to 12.5 µM. Intraday and day-to-day relative coefficients of variation ranged from 8.9% to 12.3% and from 14% to 14.3%, respectively. Recovery rates in serum ranged from 75% to 83%. Thereafter, we used this method to search for the presence of NCP in serum, muscle, liver, jejunum, and ileum in rats after both short-term intraperitoneal injection and long-term oral citrulline supplementation. We failed to detect NCP in these animals. These data suggest that NCP is not a significant citrulline metabolite in rats.
