RESUMO
O objetivo desse estudo foi identificar as evidências científicas nacionais e internacionais sobre os tipos de violência laboral sofrida pela equipe de enfermagem. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura. A coleta de dados deu-se em dezembro de 2018 nas bases de dados MEDLINE via PubMed, LILACS e na BDENF. A revisão encontrou 31 artigos que respondia à pergunta de pesquisa. A violência física e psicológica foram as principais violências sofridas pelos profissionais da enfermagem. O local com maior ocorrência da violência foram o serviço de urgência e emergência nas pesquisas nacionais e nas internacionais, foi nas instituições de saúde mental e na atenção primária. Os principais motivos elencados para a deflagração da violência foram a patologia do paciente, sobrecarga de trabalho e estresse dos profissionais. Apesar da violência laboral estar presente em diversos serviços, sua investigação teve inicio recente, sendo importante avançar a respeito desse tema relevante. (AU)
The aim of this study was to know the national and international scientific evidence on the types of occupational violence experienced by the nursing staff. This is an integrative literature review. Data collection took place in 2018 from MEDLINE databases via PubMed, LILACS and BDENF. The review found 31 articles that answered a research question. Physical and psychological violence were the main ones experienced by nursing professionals. The place with the highest incidence of violence was the emergency service in national surveys, and the mental health institutions and primary care in international surveys. The main reasons given for the outbreaks were the patient's pathology, work overload, and workers' stress. Although occupational violence is present in different services, its investigation is recent, and this relevant topic shall be further studied. (AU)
